1Q-switching of waveguide lasers based on graphene/WS_2 van der Waals heterostructure显示文摘We report on the operation of passively Q-switched waveguide lasers at 1 μm wavelength based on a graphene∕WS_2 heterostructure as a saturable absorber(SA). The gain medium is a crystalline Nd:YVO_4 cladding waveguide produced by femtosecond laser writing. The nanosecond waveguide laser operation at 1064 nm has been realized with the maximum average output power of 275 m W and slope efficiency of 37%. 2Reconfigurable photovoltaic effect for optoelectronic artificial synapse based on ferroelectric p-n junction显示文摘Neuromorphic machine vision has attracted extensive attention on wide fields.However,both current and emerging strategies still suffer from power/time inefficiency,and/or low compatibility,complex device structure.Here we demonstrate a driving-voltage-free optoelectronic synaptic device using non-volatile reconfigurable photovoltaic effect based on MoTe_(2)/α-In_(2)Se_(3) ferroelectric p-n junctions.This function comes from the non-volatile reconfigurable built-in potential in the p-n junction that is related to the ferroelectric polarization inα-In_(2)Se_(3).Reconfigurable rectification behavior and photovoltaic effect are demonstrated firstly.Notably,the figure-of-merits for photovoltaic effect like photoelectrical conversion efficiency non-volatilely increases more than one order.Based on this,retina synapse-like vision functions are mimicked.Optoelectronic short-term and long-term plasticity,as well as basic neuromorphic learning and memory rule are achieved without applying driving voltage.Our work highlights the potential of ferroelectric p-n junctions for enhanced solar cell and low-power optoelectronic synaptic device for neuromorphic machine vision.Yanrong Wang Feng Wang Zhenxing Wang Junjun Wang Jia Yang Yuyu Yao Ningning Li Marshet Getaye Sendeku Xueying Zhan Congxin Shan Jun He 2021Nano Research2021,14,11:2
3Influence of Deposition Pressure on Properties of ZnO:Al Films Fabricated by RF Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘Transparent conductive aluminum doped zinc oxide(ZnO:Al,AZO) films were prepared on glass substrates by rf(radio frequency) magnetron sputtering from ZnO: 3wt% Al_2O_3 ceramic target. The effect of argon gas pressure(PAr) was investigated with small variations to understand the influence on the electrical, optical and structural properties of the films. Structural examinations using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed that the ZnO:Al thin films were(002) oriented. The resistivity values were measured by four-point probe with the lowest resistivity of 5.76×10^(-4) Ω?cm(sheet resistance=9.6 Ω/sq. for a thickness=600 nm) obtained at the PAr of 0.3 Pa. The transmittance was achieved from ultravioletvisible(UV-VIS) spectrophotometer, 84% higher than that in the visible region for all AZO thin films. 4定量分析乳腺癌术后化疗前外周血多药耐药基因的检测及其临床意义的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To explore expressions of multidrug resistance gene (MDR) product P170 and peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA in breast cancer tissue and their clinical significances. Methods: Fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR and immunohis-tochemistry were used to detect peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA before chemotherapy in breast cancer tissue samples from 32 cases with P170 positive (trial group) and 11 cases with P170 negative (control group). Results: There were 14 cases (43.75%) peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA positive and 18 cases (56.25%) negative in 32 cases P170 positive breast cancer pa-tients, while there were 6 cases (54.55%) peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA positive and 5 cases (45.45%) negative in 11 cases P170 negative breast cancer patients; there wasn't a significance difference with peripheral blood MDR1 mRNA express rate in P170 positive (43.75%) group and P170 negative (54.55%) group (χ2 = 0.383, P > 0.05). There were 12 cases (37.50%) Her-2 positive and 20 cases (62.50%) negative in P170 positive group; there were 2 cases (18.18%) Her-2 positive and 9 cases (81.82%) negative in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with Her-2 positive rate in P170 posi-tive group (37.50%) and P170 negative (18.18%) group (χ2 = 1.391, P > 0.05). There were 13 cases (40.63%) ER positive and 19 cases (59.37%) negative in P170 positive group; there were 7 cases (63.64%) ER positive and 4 cases (36.36%) negative in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with ER positive rate in P170 positive group (40.63%) and P170 negative (63.64) group (χ2 = 1.742, P > 0.05). There were 20 cases (62.50%) PR positive and 12 cases (37.50%) negative in P170 positive group; there were 4 cases (36.36%) PR positive and 7 cases (63.64%) negative in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with PR positive rate in P170 positive group (62.50%) and P170 negative (36.36%) group (χ2 = 2.267, P > 0.05). There were 9 cases (28.12%) with lymphaden metastasis and 23 cases (71.88%) without lymphaden metastasis in P170 positive group; there were 5 cases (45.45%) with lymphaden metastasis and 6 cases (54.55%) without lymphaden metastasis in P170 negative group; there wasn't a significance difference with lymphaden metastasis rate in P170 positive group (28.12%) and P170 negative (45.45%) group (χ2 = 1.120, P > 0.05). Conclusion: 1) There were possibly MDR expressing infrequently in carcinoma tissue and peripheral blood before chemotherapy. 2) FQ-RT-PCR for detecting of periph-eral blood MDR1 mRNA is special, sensitive and reliable. 5Vancomycin pretreatment attenuates acetaminophen-induced liver injury through 2-hydroxybutyric acid显示文摘Liver injury caused by acetaminophen(AP)overdose is a leading public health problem.Although APinduced liver injury is well recognized as the formation of N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone(NAPQI),a toxic metabolite of AP,resulting in cell damage,emerging evidence indicates that AP-induced liver injury is also associated with gut microbiota.However,the gut microbiota-involved mechanism remains largely unknown.In our study,we found that vancomycin(Vac)pretreatment(100 mg/kg,twice a day for 4 days)attenuated AP-induced liver injury,altered the composition of gut microbiota,and changed serum metabolic profile.Moreover,we identified Vac pretreatment elevated cecum and serum 2-hydroxybutyric acid(2-HB),which ameliorated AP-induced cell damage and liver injury in mice by reducing AP bioavailability and elevating GSH levels.Our current results revealed the novel role of 2-HB in protecting AP-induced liver injury and add new evidence for gut microbiota in affecting AP toxicity.Ningning Zheng Yu Gu Ying Hong Lili Sheng Linlin Chen Feng Zhang Jie Hou Weidong Zhang Zean Zhang Wei Jia Houkai Li 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,6:1

7Polydopamine-mediated synthesis of Si@carbon@graphene aerogels for enhanced lithium storage with long cycle life显示文摘The application of Si as the anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) is still severely hindered by the rapid capacity decay due to the structural damage caused by large volume change(> 300%) during cycling. Herein, a three-dimensional(3 D) aerogel anode of Si@carbon@graphene(SCG) is rationally constructed via a polydopamine-assisted strategy. Polydopamine is coated on Si nanoparticles to serve as an interface linker to initiate the assembly of Si and graphene oxide, which plays a crucial role in the successful fabrication of SCG aerogels. After annealing the polydopamine is converted into N-doped carbon(N-carbon) coatings to protect Si materials. The dual protection from N-carbon and graphene aerogels synergistically improves the structural stability and electronic conductivity of Si, thereby leading to the significantly improved lithium storage properties. Electrochemical tests show that the SCG with optimized graphene content delivers a high capacity(712 m Ah/g at 100 m A/g) and robust cycling stability(402 m Ah/g at 1 A/g after 1500 cycles). Furthermore, the full cell using SCG aerogels as anode exhibits a reversible capacity of 187.6 m Ah/g after 80 cycles at 0.1 A/g. 8Differential Thermal Regimes of the Tarim and Sichuan Basins in China:Implications for Hydrocarbon Generation and Conservation显示文摘The uncertainty surrounding the thermal regimes of the ultra-deep strata in the Tarim and Sichuan basins,China,is unfavorable for further hydrocarbon exploration.This study summarizes and contrasts the present-day and paleo heat flow,geothermal gradient and deep formation temperatures of the Tarim and Sichuan basins.The average heat flow of the Tarim and Sichuan basins are 42.5±7.6 mW/m^(2)and 53.8±7.6 mW/m^(2),respectively,reflecting the characteristics of’cold’and’warm’basins.The geothermal gradient with unified depths of 0-5,000 m,0-6,000 m and 0-7,000 m in the Tarim Basin are 21.6±2.9℃/km,20.5±2.8℃/km and 19.6±2.8℃/km,respectively,while the geothermal gradient with unified depths of 0-5,000 m,0-6,000 m and 0-7,000 m in the Sichuan Basin are 21.9±2.3℃/km,22.1±2.5℃/km and23.3±2.4℃/km respectively.The differential change of the geothermal gradient between the Tarim and Sichuan basins with depth probably results from the rock thermal conductivity and heat production rate.The formation temperatures at depths of 6,000 m,7,000 m,8,000 m,9,000 m and 10,000 m in the Tarim Basin are 80℃-190℃,90℃-220℃,100℃-230℃,110℃-240℃and 120℃-250℃,respectively,while the formation temperatures at depths of 6,000 m,7,000 m,8,000 m and 9,000 m in the Sichuan Basin are 120℃-200℃,140℃-210℃,160℃-260℃and 180℃-280℃,respectively.The horizontal distribution pattern of the ultra-deep formation temperatures in the Tarim and Sichuan basins is mainly affected by the basement relief,fault activity and hydrothermal upwelling.The thermal modeling revealed that the paleo-heat flow in the interior of the Tarim Basin decreased since the early Cambrian with an early Permian abrupt peak,while that in the Sichuan Basin experienced three stages of steady state from Cambrian to early Permian,rapidly rising at the end of the early Permian and declining since the late Permian.The thermal regime of the Sichuan Basin was always higher than that of the Tarim Basin,which results in differential oil and gas generation and conservation in the ultra-deep ancient strata.This study not only promotes theoretical development in the exploration of ultra-deep geothermal fields,but also plays an important role in determining the maturation phase of the ultra-deep source rocks and the occurrence state of hydrocarbons in the Tarim and Sichuan basins.CHANG Jian LI Dan QIU Nansheng ZHU Chuanqing ZHONG Ningning FENG Qianqian ZHANG Haizu WANG Xiang 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,4:1

12Correlation of personality with individual reproductive success in shrub-nesting birds depends on their life history style显示文摘Two questions in the research of animal personality—whether there is a correlation between a personality trait and individual reproductive success,and what is the genetic basis underlying a personality trait—remain unresolved.We addressed these two questions in three shrub-nesting birds,the Azure-winged Magpie(Cyanopica cyanus,AM),White-collared Blackbird(Turdus albocinctus,WB),and Brown-cheeked Laughingthrush(Trochalopteron henrici,BL).The personality type of an individual was first identified according to its response to a territorial intruder.Then,we compared the fleeing distance,breeding parameters,and differential expressed genes(DEGs) in the brain transcriptome between bold and shy breeders.In the three species,bold breeders exhibited more aggressiveness towards an intruder of their territory than did shy breeders.The reproductive success of bold breeders was significantly higher than that of shy breeders in AM but not in WB and BL.The three species shared one DEG,crabp1,which was up-regulated in bold relative to in shy individuals.By regulating the expression of corticotropin-releasing hormone,higher crabp1 gene expression can decrease cellular response to retinoic acid.Therefore,bold individuals are insensitive to external stresses and able to exhibit more aggressiveness to intruders than their shier counterparts.Aggressiveness is beneficial to bold individuals in AM but not in WB and BL because the former could evoke neighbors to make the same response of defending against intruders but the latter could not.Although a personality trait may have the same genetic basis across species,its correlation with reproductive success depends largely on the life history style of a species.Jianchuan Li Wen Zhang Ningning Sun Yujie Wang Lifang Gao Ran Feng Liqing Fan Bo Du 2024Avian Research2024,15,1:0

14Electrochemiluminescence biosensing and bioimaging with nanomaterials as emitters显示文摘The continuous emergence of novel luminophores has been leading the development of electrochemiluminescence(ECL)analysis since the ECL phenomenon of silicon nanoparticles was first reported in 2002.Nanomaterial-based luminophores termed as nanoemitters exhibit great application potential in ECL bioanalysis.In this review,we systematically summarize the research progress of various types of ECL nanoemitters,such as semiconductor quantum dots(QDs),carbon dots(CDs),polymer dots(Pdots),aggregation-induced emission nanoparticles(AIE dots),and other nanoemitters including luminophoredoped silica nanoparticles,metal-organic frameworks,covalent organic frameworks,and metal nanoclusters.We mainly emphasize the characteristic of these nanoemitters and their applications in ECL biosensing and bioimaging by using them as labels,and highlight some impressive cases in the last five years.Finally,we discuss current challenges in the field of ECL nanoemitters and point out their prospects.Yaqiang Feng Ningning Wang Huangxian Ju 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,12:0
15Morphologies evolution and mechanical behaviors of SiC nanowires reinforced C/(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered matrix composites显示文摘SiC nanowires reinforced C/(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered matrix composites(SM-CS for short)were prepared by combined with sol-gel and chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)method.Firstly,(PyC-Si OC);multilayered structure was formed by cycles of impregnation and deposition.Then SiOC was transformed into SiC by heat-treatment,and(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered structure would be obtained.At the same time,the PyC layer which was designed as the outmost layer could decrease gas supersaturation to form in-situ tubular SiC nanowires on the surface of multilayered structure.The results of three-point bending test showed that the maximum force of SM-CS composites was increased by the number of cycles of the preparation process,which were up to enhanced by 74.38%compared with C/C composite materials.The fracture surface showed that the improvement was due to the multiscale reinforcing system of(PyC-SiC)_(n)multilayered structure and SiC nanowires.Multilayered structure can protect carbon fibers and release stress concentration by induction of cracks.And the mechanical interlocking effect of SiC nanowires could reinforce bonding force of the remaining matrix.Xinfa Tian Hejun Li Xiaohong Shi Hongjiao Lin Ningning Yan Tao Feng 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,1:0
16Comparative transcriptomic and metabonomic analysis revealed the relationships between biosynthesis of volatiles and flavonoid metabolites in Rosa rugosa显示文摘Rosa rugosa is not only cultivated as a landscaping plant,but also used in cosmetics,the medical and food industries.However,little information is currently available on the gene regulatory networks involved in its scent and color biosynthesis and metabolism.In this study,R.rugosa Thunb.f.rosea Rehd with red petals(RR)and its white petal variant(WR),were used to study the molecular mechanisms in flower color and scent.Sixty-five differential flavonoid metabolites and 15 volatiles were found to have significant differences between RR and WR.Correspondingly,the key regulators(MYB-bHLH-WD40)of anthocyanin synthesis pathway and their structural genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis,benzenoid/phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,terpenoid biosynthesis pathways were also found to be differentially expressed by comparative transcriptome.Further,qPCR permitted the identification of some transcripts encoding proteins that were putatively associated with scent and color biosynthesis in roses.Particularly,the results showed that the ACT gene(encoding CoA geraniol/citronellol acetyltransferase,GeneID:112190420),which expressed lower in WR,was involved in three pathways:flavonoid biosynthesis,phenylpropanoid biosynthesis and terpenoid biosynthesis,however,GT5(anthocyanin glycosylation gene,GeneID:112186660),expressed higher in WR,was involved in both flavonoid and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathways.These results suggested that ACT and GT5 might play important roles in regulating the relationship of color pigmentation and volatile emission.Dedang Feng Hao Zhang Xianqin Qiu Hongying Jian Qigang Wang Ningning Zhou Yu Ye Jun Lu Huijun Yan Kaixue Tang 2021Ornamental Plant Research2021,1,1:0
17Study on Extraction and Properties of Gelatin from Squid Skin显示文摘A kind of aquatic gelatin was prepared from squid skin. The technological parameters for extracting gelatin were optimized by the method of orthogonal design. The fundamental properties of the raw material and gelatin were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: pH value of 8,temperature at 70 ℃,material-to-liquid ratio at 1∶ 4,and extraction time of 1. 5 h. under such conditions,the highest yield of gelatin and the purity were 5. 94% and 96. 73%,respectively. The physicochemical properties of squid skin gelatin were coincided with standards of edible gelatin. 18Label-free homogeneous photoelectrochemical aptasensing of VEGF_(165)based on DNA-regulated peroxidase-mimetic activity of metal-organic-frameworks显示文摘The application of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)nanozymes in biosensing has been extensively investigated,however,till now there is still no report on photoelectrochemical(PEC)sensing based on enzyme memetic properties of MOFs.To further expand the utilization of MOFs nanozymes in biosensing,we developed a label-free homogenous PEC aptasensor for the detection of VEGF_(165),an important cancer biomarker,based on the DNA-regulated peroxidase-mimetic activity of Fe-MIL-88,a type of MOFs.In this strategy,the peroxidase-mimetic property of MOFs is integrated with the label-free homogeneous PEC sensing approach,and highly sensitive detection of VEGF_(165)is obtained with a detection limit down to 33 fg/m L,superior or comparable to the previously reported values.Moreover,this approach displays outstanding specificity,and has been successfully used to detect VEGF_(165)added in diluted serum samples.As far as we know,it is the first example to employ the peroxidase-like activity of MOFs in PEC biosensing,which may find potential application in bioanalysis and early disease diagnosis.Ting Hou Ningning Xu Xin Song Limin Yang Feng Li 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
19Hybridized Mechanical and Solar Energy-Driven Self-Powered Hydrogen Production显示文摘Photoelectrochemical hydrogen generation is a promising approach to address the environmental pollution and energy crisis.In this work,we present a hybridized mechanical and solar energy-driven selfpowered hydrogen production system.A rotatory disc-shaped triboelectric nanogenerator was employed to harvest mechanical energy from water and functions as a su cient external power source.WO3/BiVO4 heterojunction photoanode was synthesized in a PEC water-splitting cell to produce H2.After transformation and rectification,the peak current reaches 0.1 m A at the rotation speed of 60 rpm.In this case,the H2 evolution process only occurs with sunlight irradiation.When the rotation speed is over 130 rpm,the peak photocurrent and peak dark current have nearly equal value.Direct electrolysis of water is almost simultaneous with photoelectrocatalysis of water.It is worth noting that the hydrogen production rate increases to 5.45 and 7.27μL min-1 without or with light illumination at 160 rpm.The corresponding energy conversion e ciency is calculated to be 2.43%and 2.59%,respectively.All the results demonstrate such a self-powered system can successfully achieve the PEC hydrogen generation,exhibiting promising possibility of energy conversion.Xuelian Wei Zhen Wen Yina Liu Ningning Zhai Aimin Wei Kun Feng Guotao Yuan Jun Zhong Yinghuai Qiang Xuhui Sun 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,7:0
20Polymer engineering for electrodes of aqueous zinc ion batteries显示文摘With the increasing demand for scalable and cost-effective electrochemical energy storage,aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)have a broad application prospect as an inexpensive,efficient,and naturally secure energy storage device.However,the limitations suffered by AZIBs,including volume expansion and active materials dissolution of the cathode,electrochemical corrosion,irreversible side reactions,zinc dendrites of the anode,have seriously decelerated the civilianization process of AZIBs.Currently,polymers have tremendous superiority for application in AZIBs attributed to their exceptional chemical stability,tunable structure,high energy density and outstanding mechanical properties.Considering the expanding applications of AZIBs and the superiority of polymers,this comprehensive paper meticulously reviews the benefits of utilizing polymeric applied to cathodes and anodes,respectively.To begin with,with adjustable structure as an entry point,the correlation between polymer structure and the function of energy storage as well as optimization is deeply investigated in respect to the mechanism.Then,depending on the diversity of properties and structures,the development of polymers in AZIBs is summarized,including conductive polymers,redox polymers as well as carbon composite polymers for cathode and polyvinylidene fluoride-,carbonyl-,amino-,nitrile-based polymers for anode,and a comprehensive evaluation of the shortcomings of these strategies is provided.Finally,an outlook highlights some of the challenges posed by the application of polymers and offers insights into the potential future direction of polymers in AZIBs.It is designed to provide a thorough reference for researchers and developers working on polymer for AZIBs.Zhi Peng Zemin Feng Xuelian Zhou Siwen Li Xuejing Yin Zekun Zhang Ningning Zhao Zhangxing He Lei Dai Ling Wang Chao Lu 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4:0
