| 2 | Improvement of Wired Drill Pipe Data Quality via Data Validation and Reconciliation显示文摘Wired drill pipe(WDP)technology is one of the most promising data acquisition technologies in today s oil and gas industry.For the first time it allows sensors to be positioned along the drill string which enables collecting and transmitting valuable data not only from the bottom hole assembly(BHA),but also along the entire length of the wellbore to the drill floor.The technology has received industry acceptance as a viable alternative to the typical logging while drilling(LWD)method.Recently more and more WDP applications can be found in the challenging drilling environments around the world,leading to many innovations to the industry.Nevertheless most of the data acquired from WDP can be noisy and in some circumstances of very poor quality.Diverse factors contribute to the poor data quality.Most common sources include mis-calibrated sensors,sensor drifting,errors during data transmission,or some abnormal conditions in the well,etc.The challenge of improving the data quality has attracted more and more focus from many researchers during the past decade.This paper has proposed a promising solution to address such challenge by making corrections of the raw WDP data and estimating unmeasurable parameters to reveal downhole behaviors.An advanced data processing method,data validation and reconciliation(DVR)has been employed,which makes use of the redundant data from multiple WDP sensors to filter/remove the noise from the measurements and ensures the coherence of all sensors and models.Moreover it has the ability to distinguish the accurate measurements from the inaccurate ones.In addition,the data with improved quality can be used for estimating some crucial parameters in the drilling process which are unmeasurable in the first place,hence provide better model calibrations for integrated well planning and realtime operations. | Dan Sui Olha Sukhoboka Bernt Sigve Aadn?y | 2018 | International Journal of Automation and computing2018,15,5: | 2 |

| 8 | Phytochemical Analysis and Antioxidant Activity of Crocus speciosus Leaves显示文摘The numerous studies indicate leaves of plants are a rich source of bioactive compounds that can be a valuable source of compounds used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.Aim of this study was to investigate the chemical composition and the antioxidant property of Crocus speciosus leaves.Primary phytochemical screening of C.speciosus leaves revealed the presence of some following compound categories such as phenolic compounds,aminoacids,saponins,proteins,tannins,triterpenoids,glycosides,polysaccharides.The total flavonoids and phenolic compounds content were determined spectrophotometrically and by HPLC-DAD and HPLC-MS.Antiradical activity was determined by ABTS radical-cation scavenging method,spectrophotometrically.The total amount of flavonoids in C.speciosus leaves was 1.07±0.02 mg RE/g(p<0.05),the total amount of phenolic compounds was 0.41±0.01 mg GAE/g(p<0.05).By HPLC-DAD-MS analysis the presence of the mangiferin,chlorogenic acid,isoorientin,kaempferol,hyperoside,and isoquercitin was established for the first time in Crocus leaves.The antiradical activity of C.speciosus leaves extracts was 150.08±4.5μmol/g(p<0.05)and its was mainly attributed to phenolic compounds content.The high amounts of flavonoids and antiradical activity in C.speciosus leaves suggests promising phytochemical and pharmacological study of this Crocus species. | Olha Mykhailenko Ivan Bezruk Victoriia Volochai Volodymyr Mishchenko Liudas Ivanauskas Victoriya Georgiyants | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,1: | 1 |

| 19 | Blood coagulation factors and platelet response to drug-induced hepatitis and hepatosis in rats显示文摘Background:Knowing the variability of blood coagulation responses to liver damage of different origins can provide a key to curing liver tissues or to mitigating treatment side effects.The aim of the present work was to compare the changes in the main components of hemostasis under experimental drug-induced hepatosis and hepatitis in rats.Methods:We modeled diclofenac-induced hepatitis and tetracycline-induced hepa-tosis.Hemostasis response was gauged by measuring fibrinogen,factor X,protein C(PC),and prothrombin in plasma.The decarboxylated form of prothrombin was de-tected by measuring prothrombin index and ecamulin index.Platelet reactivity was studied using aggregometry.Results:Both hepatitis and hepatosis decreased the synthesis of fibrinogen,factor X,and prothrombin.However,protein carboxylation was not disrupted in hepatosis but was much impaired in hepatitis.PC decreased in both models as a consequence of its consumption possibly during inflammatory response.Platelet aggregation rate was lower in hepatosis but higher in hepatitis.Conclusions:Our findings imply the need for a thorough monitoring of the hemostasis system in liver diseases to avoid possible thrombotic complications.Its state indicates the disorder's rate and character. | Daria Korolova Viktoriya Gryshchenko Tamara Chernyshenko Oleh Platonov Olha Hornytska Volodymyr Chernyshenko Pavlo Klymenko Yevdokiia Reshetnik Tetyana Platonova | 2023 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2023,6,1: | 1 |
