2Electroplastic Tensile Behavior of 5A90 Al–Li Alloys显示文摘The electroplastic(EP) tensile properties of 5A90 Al–Li alloys compared with thermal tension were investigated.The microstructural variation at different conditions was observed by SEM and TEM.The current density significantly influences the elongation and the flow stress.With increasing current density,wider and deeper dimples on the fracture surfaces and less dislocation density and pile-ups in the EP tension samples were observed compared with roomtemperature and thermal tension,which indicates the plasticity improvement and flow stress reduction.The EP effect(EPE) mainly results from a comprehensive function of Joule heating and pure EPE.Among them,Joule heating effect is perhaps a dominant factor.Pengchao Song Xifeng Li Wei Ding Jun Chen 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,4:7
3Rejecting Character Recognition Errors Using CNN Based Confidence Estimation显示文摘Although Optical character recognition(OCR) technology has achieved huge progress in recent years, character misrecognition is inevitable. In order to realize high fidelity content of document digitalization,we propose a new Convolutional neural networks(CNN)based confidence estimation method. We detect the misrecognized characters through comparing the confidence value with a preset threshold, so as to leave the recognition errors as embedded images in the output digital documents. We adopted sofmax as the estimation of posteriori probability,overlap pooling and maxout with dropout technologies in CNN architecture design. 4Synthesis, characteristics of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite for xylene isomerization probe reaction显示文摘Introduced a method of synthesizing hierarchical EU-1 zeolite with organosilanes as additive, and studied the influences of following different kinds of organosilanes on the synthesis of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite: γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane(GPTMS), N-β-(aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxyl silane(APAEDMS),and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl dimethoxyl(ethyoxyl) silane(TMPED). The hierarchical EU-1 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption, FT-IR and NH_3-TPD to analyze the crystallinity, morphology, surface area, pore size distribution and acidity. The results showed that hierarchical EU-1 zeolites were successfully synthesized; organosilanes have great influence on crystal morphology of EU-1 zeolites; the exterior surface area of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite, which synthesized with organosilanes(APAEDMS) adding into synthesis system, increased by 62.1% and mesopore volume increased by 129.1% compared with conventional EU-1 zeolites, thus can reduce the diffusional restriction markedly in catalytic reaction. The catalytic performance of hierarchical EU-1zeolites were evaluated in m-xylene isomerization on fixed bed reactor. The catalytic data showed that the isomerization activity PX/X of the hierarchical EU-1 zeolites reached around 24.09% in theoretical thermodynamic equilibrium from 23.83%, and the selectivity of C_8 aromatic hydrocarbon increased from 75.16% to 84.87%. 5Three-Dimensional Self-assembled Hairball-Like VS4 as High-Capacity Anodes for Sodium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are considered to be attractive candidates for large-scale energy storage systems because of their rich earth abundance and consistent performance.However,there are still challenges in developing desirable anode materials that can accommodate rapid and stable insertion/extraction of Na+and can exhibit excellent electrochemical performance.Herein,the self-assembled hairball-like VS4 as anodes of SIBs exhibits high discharge capacity(660 and 589 mAh g−1 at 1 and 3 A g−1,respectively)and excellent rate property(about 100%retention at 10 and 20 A g−1 after 1000 cycles)at room temperature.Moreover,the VS4 can also exhibit 591 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 after 600 cycles at 0°C.An unlike traditional mechanism of VS4 for Na+storage was proposed according to the dates of ex situ characterization,cyclic voltammetry,and electrochemical kinetic analysis.The capacities of the final stabilization stage are provided by the reactions of reversible transformation between Na2S and S,which were considered the reaction mechanisms of Na–S batteries.This work can provide a basis for the synthesis and application of sulfur-rich compounds in fields of batteries,semiconductor devices,and catalysts.Shuangshuang Ding Bingxin Zhou Changmiao Chen Zhao Huang Pengchao Li Shuangyin Wang Guozhong Cao Ming Zhang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,3:3
6Multi-functional vesicles improve Helicobacter pylori eradication by a comprehensive strategy based on complex pathological microenvironment显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),creating a global infection rate over 50%,presents great challenges in clinical therapies due to its complex pathological microenvironment in vivo.To improve the eradication efficacy,herein we fabricated a pharmaceutical vesicle RHL/Cl-Ch-cal where cholesterol-PEG,calcitriol and first-line antibiotic clarithromycin were co-loaded in the rhamnolipid-composed outer lipid layer.RHL/Cl-Ch-cal could quickly penetrate through gastric mucus layer to reach H.pylori infection sites,and then effectively destroyed the architecture of H.pylori biofilms,killed dispersed H.pylori and inhibited the re-adhesion of residual bacteria(called biofilms eradication tetralogy).Moreover,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal activated the host immune response to H.pylori by replenishing cholesterol to repair lipid raft on the cell membrane of host epithelial cells.Finally,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal killed the intracellular H.pylori through recovering the lysosomal acidification and assisting degradation.In experiments,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal demonstrated prominent anti-H.pylori efficacy in the classical H.pylori-infected mice model.Therefore,the study provides a“comprehensive attack”strategy for anti-H.pylori therapies including biofilms eradication tetralogy,immune activation and intracellular bacteria killing.Xiaonan Chen Yiqing Zou Shuqi Zhang Pengchao Fang Shuxuan Li Pengyu Li Yingying Sun Gang Yuan Haiyan Hu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:2

8A creatinine-based model for predicting recurrent bleeding after modified percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization in patients with cirrhosis显示文摘Background:Patients who survive initial esophagogastric variceal bleeding(EVB)are at an increased risk of recurrent bleeding and death;however,a reliable predictive model is lacking.We aimed to develop a model for rebleeding prediction in patients with EVB after modified percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization(PTVE)with cyanoacrylate.Methods:A total of 122 patients with EVB who underwent PTVE from January 2015 to November 2020 were enrolled.Multivariate logistic analyses were conducted to determine independent risk factors for nomogram construction.The discrimination,calibration,and clinical utility of the nomogram were compared with the Model for End-stage Liver Disease score(MELD)and the Child–Pugh model.Risk stratification was performed according to the nomogram.Results:Rebleeding within 3 months of PTVE occurred in 32 patients(26.2%).Independent rebleeding indicators included prior history of endoscopic therapy,Child–Pugh score,partial splenic embolization,and creatinine level.The nomogram incorporating these four predictors achieved excellent calibration and discriminatory abilities,with a concordance index of 0.85,which was confirmed to be 0.83 through bootstrapping validation.The nomogram demonstrated superior discrimination and clinical applicability than the MELD and Child–Pugh models.As shown in the Kaplan–Meier curves,high-risk patients had a high probability of rebleeding(P<0.001).Conclusions:The creatinine-based nomogram had a superior ability to predict rebleeding after PTVE in patients with EVB.Risk stratification may help identify high-risk patients and lead to the earlier implementation of aggressive treatments and formulation of intensive follow-up plans.Kun Ji Xin Li Hanlong Zhu Si Zhao Pengchao Zhan Yang Shi Shuwen Ye Bingcan Xie Yuyuan Zhang Peng Yu Zhigang Ren Juan Ding Xinwei Han Zhen Li 2022Journal of Interventional Medicine2022,5,2:1

10Centrifuge model test on performance of thermosyphon cooled sandbags stabilizing warm oil pipeline buried in permafrost显示文摘The thaw settlement of pipeline foundation soils in response to the operation of the first China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline along the eastern flank of the northern Da Xing'anling Mountains in Northeast China was simulated in a physical model test(with a similitude ratio of 1/73) in a geotechnical centrifuge. Two pipes of a supported and an unsupported section were evaluated over a testing period for simulating 20 years of actual pipeline operation with seasonal cyclically changing oil and ambient temperatures. The results show that pipe settlement of the supported pipe was 45% of settlement of the unsupported pipe. Settlement for the unsupported section was approximately 35% of the thaw bulb depth below the initial pipe elevation, only 30% of that for the supported pipe due to the influence of the supports. The final thaw bulbs extended approximately 3.6 and 1.6 times of the pipe diameter below the unsupported and supported pipe bottom elevations, respectively. The sandbag supports kept frozen during the test period because of cooling effect of the thermosyphons. The maximum bending stress induced over the 20 m span length from bearing of the full cover over the pipe would be equivalent to40% specified minimum yield strength(SMYS). 15Composite topological nodal lines penetrating the Brillouin zone in orthorhombic AgF_(2)显示文摘It has recently been found that nonsymmorphic symmetries can bring many exotic band crossings.Here,based on symmetry analysis,we predict that materials with time-reversal symmetry in the space group of Pbca(No.61)possess rich symmetry-enforced band crossings,including nodal surfaces,fourfold degenerate nodal lines and hourglass Dirac loops,which appear in triplets as ensured by the cyclic permutation symmetry.We take Pbca AgF_(2) as an example in real systems and studied its band structures with ab initio calculations.Specifically,in the absence of spin-orbit coupling(SOC),besides the above-mentioned band degeneracies,this system features a nodal chain and a nodal armillary sphere penetrating the Brillouin zone(BZ).While with SOC,we find a new configuration of the hourglass Dirac loop/chain with the feature traversing the BZ,which originates from the splitting of a Dirac loop confined in the BZ.Furthermore,guided by the bulk-surface correspondence,we calculated the surface states to explore these bulk nodal phenomena.The evolution of these interesting nodal phenomena traversing the BZ under two specific uniaxial strains is also discussed.Dexi Shao Huaiqiang Wang Tong Chen Pengchao Lu Qinyan Gu Li Sheng Dingyu Xing Jian Sun 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:0

18Influence of Strain Rate on Tensile Characteristics of SUS304 Metastable Austenitic Stainless Steel显示文摘The microstructure characteristics and plastic deformation behavior of SUS304 metastable austenitic stainless steel sheets have been investigated during tensile process at diferent strain rates at room temperature.The yield stress continuously increases with strain rates due to low fraction of martensite transformed from austenite at 0.2%plastic stain.While the ultimate tensile stress(UTS)and elongation gradually decreases and then slightly increases with increase in strain rate from 0.0005 s 1to 0.1 s 1,which is attributed to the variation of the martensite fraction that is afected seriously by adiabatic heating.A higher temperature increase in the tensile specimens restricts the martensitic transformation at high strain rate.The strain rate of 0.1 s 1is considered as a transition deformation rate from quasi-static state to plastic forming,where the transformed martensitic content is very small in a higher strain rate range.Anomalous stress peaks in the later half stage of deformation occur at a very low strain rate(i.e.,0.0005 s 1)result from X-shaped strain localization repeatedly sweeping over the specimen.With increasing strain rates,the variation of dimple number density follows similar trend as that of UTS and ductility because martensite fraction mostly influences void nucleation and growth.Xifeng LI Jun CHEN Liyan YE Wei DING Pengchao SONG 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6:0
19DGConv: A Novel Convolutional Neural Network Approach for Weld Seam Depth Image Detection显示文摘We propose a novel image segmentation algorithm to tackle the challenge of limited recognition and segmentation performance in identifying welding seam images during robotic intelligent operations.Initially,to enhance the capability of deep neural networks in extracting geometric attributes from depth images,we developed a novel deep geometric convolution operator(DGConv).DGConv is utilized to construct a deep local geometric feature extraction module,facilitating a more comprehensive exploration of the intrinsic geometric information within depth images.Secondly,we integrate the newly proposed deep geometric feature module with the Fully Convolutional Network(FCN8)to establish a high-performance deep neural network algorithm tailored for depth image segmentation.Concurrently,we enhance the FCN8 detection head by separating the segmentation and classification processes.This enhancement significantly boosts the network’s overall detection capability.Thirdly,for a comprehensive assessment of our proposed algorithm and its applicability in real-world industrial settings,we curated a line-scan image dataset featuring weld seams.This dataset,named the Standardized Linear Depth Profile(SLDP)dataset,was collected from actual industrial sites where autonomous robots are in operation.Ultimately,we conducted experiments utilizing the SLDP dataset,achieving an average accuracy of 92.7%.Our proposed approach exhibited a remarkable performance improvement over the prior method on the identical dataset.Moreover,we have successfully deployed the proposed algorithm in genuine industrial environments,fulfilling the prerequisites of unmanned robot operations.Pengchao Li Fang Xu Jintao Wang Haibing Guo Mingmin Liu Zhenjun Du 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,2:0
20Modification and sequential treatment of EU-1 zeolite in mild alkali and alkaline-acid conditions显示文摘EU-1 zeolites were sequentially treated with low-concentration sodium carbonate(Na_2CO_3) and hydrochloric acid(HCl) solutions.The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),N_2 adsorption/desorption,temperature programmed desorption of NH_3(NH_3-TPD),solid state^(27)A1 nuclear magnetic resonance(^(27)A1 NMR),and the catalytic performances of the treated samples were tested in the xylene isomerization reaction.The results showed that the external surface area and mesoporous volume of the sample sequentially treated with 0.05 mol·L^(-1) Na_2CO_3 and 0.1 mol·L^(-1) HCl solutions reached73.9 m^2·g^(-1) and 0.162 cm^3·g^(-1),respectively.The catalytic performances of EU-1 zeolites were significantly improved,that the activity of the probe reaction increased from 23.03%to 23.61%and the selectivity increased from85.09%to 87.14%compared with those of parent sample.Furthermore,it was found that only amorphous silica and alumina species was dissolved during the post-treatment process,but the framework structure and the acidic properties of EU-1 zeolite remained intact.Xiaofeng Li Xiaotao Sun Yanting Zhang Junliang Zhang Pengchao Ren Xiaozhen Liu Tao Dou 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,12:0
