1Study on the antiulcer effects of Veronicastrum axillare on gastric ulcer in rats induced by ethanol based on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and endothelin-1(ET-1)显示文摘Objective:To assess whether Veronicastrum axillare(V.axillare)can ameliorate ethanol-induced gastric mucosal lesions in rats,reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines,suppress apoptosis and improve local microcirculation disturbances.Methods:Totally 48 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups,eight rats in each group.Rats in the normal group and the model group were administered with 0.9%normal saline respectively.Rats in the positive group and ranitidine group were administered with 0.18%ranitidine suspension by intragastric administration respectively.Those in the high dose V.axillare group,the medium dose V.axillare group and the low dose V.axillare group were administrated with V.axillare at the daily dose of 2.8 g/kg,1.4 g/kg and 0.7 g/kg by intragastric administration.Gastric mucosal lesions were produced by intragastric administration of absolute ethanol.Water extract of V.axillare was successively injected for 14 d and last day was injected 1 h before ethanol administration.Gastric mucosal ulcer index and ulcer inhibitory rate were counted by improved Guth methods.The tissue sections were made for pathological histology analysis.Also,we measured the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in gastric mucosal,as an index of the pro-inflammatory cytokines,apoptosis and local microcirculation.Besides,the mRNA contents of TNF-αand ET-1 were measured to verify effects on gene expression by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results:Water extract of V.axillare significantly ameliorated the gastric mucosal lesions induced by ethanol administration(P<0.01).Pro-inflammatory cytokines,TNF-a and ET-1 were increased after ethanol administration and significantly reduced by water extract of V.axillare.The expressions of TNF-αand ET-1 mRNA were also be inhibited by water extract of V.axillare.Conclusion:Current evidences show water extract of V.axillare is effective for defending against ethanol-induced gastric mucosal lesions,significantly inhibiting the production of proinflammatory cytokines and the expressions of TNF-αand ET-1 mRNA,which may be useful for inhibiting apoptosis and improving local microcirculation.Yong Du Weichun Zhao Leilei Lu Jiayan Zheng Xishi Hu Zhehan Yu Lixin Zhu 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,12:13
2Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 3The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 4The Medium Energy X-ray telescope (ME) onboard the Insight-HXMT astronomy satellite显示文摘The Medium Energy X-ray telescope(ME) is one of the three main telescopes on board the Insight hard X-ray modulation telescope(Insight-HXMT) astronomy satellite. ME contains 1728 pixels of Si-PIN detectors sensitive in 5-30 ke V with a total geometrical area of 952 cm^2. The application specific integrated circuit(ASIC) chip, VA32TA6, is used to achieve low power consumption and low readout noise. The collimators define three kinds of field of views(FOVs) for the telescope, 1°×4°, 4°×4°,and blocked ones. Combination of such FOVs can be used to estimate the in-orbit X-ray and particle background components.The energy resolution of ME is ~3 ke V at 17.8 ke V(FWHM) and the time resolution is 255 μs. 5Adsorption of Acetanilide Herbicides on Soil and Its Components: Ⅳ. Sorption of Acetanilide Herbicides on Soils and its Correlation with Soil Properties显示文摘Sorption of acetanilide herbicides, metolachlor, acetochlor, pretilachlor and butachlor on eight soils with various physical and chemical properties was studied. The adsorption isotherms could fit Freundich equation well (r 2 ≥0.91) and the adsorption extents increased in the order: metolachlor < acetochlor < pratilachlor < butachlor. The product of Freundlich adsorption constants, Kf (1/n), showed to have a good correlation with organic matter content (OM) of soils for each of these herbicides, suggesting that OM is the primary factor dominating in the adsorption process of these asetanilide herbicides. Multivariant correlation regression between Kf (1/n) and two factors, water solubility (S.) of herbicides and OM, was also performed. Kf(1/n) correlated with 1/S. and OM/S. well, showing that high S. corresponds to a weak tendency to adsorb on soils. Infrared (IR) spectra and electron spin resonance (ESR) parameters confirmed that multifunctional H-bonds and charge-transfer bonds were the main adsorption mechanisms of these acetanilide herbicides. 6Flow Boiling of Ammonia in a Diamond-Made MicroChannel Heat Sink for High Heat Flux Hotspots显示文摘To solve the heat dissipation problem of electronic devices with high heat flux hotspots,a diamond microchannel heat sink consisting of 37 parallel triangular microchannels with channel lengths of 45 mm and hydraulic diameters of 280|im was designed.The flow boiling heat transfer characteristics of ammonia in the microchannels were investigated under high heat fluxes of 473.9-1000.4 W/cm^2.Saturated flow boiling experiments with saturation temperatures of 25℃,30℃,and 35℃ and mass fluxes of 98-1200 kg/m^2s were conducted,as well as subcooled flow boiling with inlet subcooling of 5℃ as a comparison.The temperature and pressure drop measurements were analyzed.The main conclusions below can be drawn.(1)At a given heat flux,the heat source temperature first decreased and then increased with the mass flux,and there existed an optimum mass flux to optimize the cooling performance of the heat sink.(2)The heat transfer performance under the saturated inlet condition was obviously better than that under the subcooled inlet condition.(3)A larger saturation temperature leaded to weakening of both the heat transfer capacity and the stability of the microchannel heat sink.Notably,with the high heat diffusion ability of the diamond substrate and the great heat transfer capacity of ammonia flow boiling in microchannels,the heat sink can achieve a heat removal capacity of up to 1000.4 W/cm^2.YANG Qi MIAO Jianyin ZHAO Jingquan HUANG Yanpei FU Weichun SHEN Xiaobin 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,5:4
7A Novel Strategy to Fabricate Core-Sheath Structure Piezoelectric Yarns for Wearable Energy Harvesters显示文摘Wearable and portable electronic devices based on textile structure have been widely used owing to their wearability and comfortableness.However,yarn fineness and the comfort of the fabric cannot satisfy the requirements of smart wearable devices.This work presents a novel strategy to prepare highly integrated PVDF/conductive nylon core-sheath structure piezoelectric yarns for wearable which is fabricated by combining electrospinning strategy with 2D braiding technology.The fineness of single yarns as well as strength are both improved significantly compared to previous works.The piezoelectric outputs of the yarn are still stable after 800 s fatigue test at a frequency of 4 Hz,and the cycle stability can maintain more than 3200 cycles.Furthermore,the piezoelectric yarns are further woven into piezoelectric plain fabric.According to the electrical performance,the length of the piezoelectric yarn and the thickness of the piezoelectric layer would both affect the output electrical performance.The yarn of the 10 cm in length and 600μm in fineness can produce an output voltage of 120 mV.Meanwhile,Both the piezoelectric yarn and the fabric could generate piezoelectric output signals through human movement,such as bending,walking.Therefore,the electrical and mechanical performance of the piezoelectric yarns prepared in our work could be improved significantly,and the comfortableness and durability performance of the piezoelectric fabric can satisfy most wearing requirements,which would provide some help in the field of piezoelectric wearable devices based on yarns and fabrics.Lili Xue Wei Fan Yang Yu Kai Dong Chengkun Liu Yanli Sun Cong Zhang Weichun Chen Ruixin Lei Kai Rong Qi Wang 2021Advanced Fiber Materials2021,3,4:3
8Laser-induced Janus graphene/poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole)fabrics with intrinsic flame retardancy as flexible sensors and breathable electrodes for fire-fighting field显示文摘Conventional firefighting clothing and fire masks can protect firemen’s safety to a certain extent,whereas cannot perceive environmental hazards and monitor their physical status in real time.Herein,we fabricated two kinds of Janus graphene/poly(pphenylene benzobisoxazole)(PBO)fabrics by laser direct writing approach and evaluated their performance as intelligent firefighting clothes and fire masks.The results showed that the Janus graphene/PBO fabrics were virtually non-combustible and achieved the highest thermal protection time of 18.91 s ever reported in flame,which is due to the intrinsic flame-retardant nature of PBO fibers.The graphene/PBO woven fabrics-based sensor showed good repeatability and stability in human motion monitoring and NO_(2)gas detection.Furthermore,the piezoelectric fire mask was assembled with graphene/PBO nonwoven fabric as electrode layer and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)electrostatic direct writing film as piezoelectric layer.The filtration efficiency of the fire mask reaches 95%for PM_(2.5)and 100%for PM_(3.0),indicating its effective filtration capability for smoke particles in fires.The respiratory resistance of the piezoelectric fire mask(46.8 Pa)was lower than that of commercial masks(49 Pa),showing that it has good wearing comfort.Besides,the piezoelectric fire mask can be sensitive to the speed and intensity of human breathing,which is essential for indirectly reflecting the health of the human body.Consequently,this work provides a facile approach to fabricate next-generation intrinsic flame-retardant smart textiles for smart firefighting.Yu Luo Yaping Miao Huimin Wang Kai Dong Lin Hou Yanyan Xu Weichun Chen Yao Zhang Yingying Zhang Wei Fan 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:2

10Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 11Recent Progress,Challenges,and Prospects in Two‑Dimensional Photo‑Catalyst Materials and Environmental Remediation显示文摘The successful photo-catalyst library gives significant information on feature that affects photo-catalytic performance and proposes new materials.Competency is considerably significant to form multi-functional photo-catalysts with flexible characteristics.Since recently,two-dimensional materials(2DMs)gained much attention from researchers,due to their unique thickness-dependent uses,mainly for photo-catalytic,outstanding chemical and physical properties.Photo-catalytic water splitting and hydrogen(H2)evolution by plentiful compounds as electron(e−)donors is estimated to participate in constructing clean method for solar H2-formation.Heterogeneous photocatalysis received much research attention caused by their applications to tackle numerous energy and environmental issues.This broad review explains progress regarding 2DMs,significance in structure,and catalytic results.We will discuss in detail current progresses of approaches for adjusting 2DMs-based photo-catalysts to assess their photo-activity including doping,hetero-structure scheme,and functional formation assembly.Suggested plans,e.g.,doping and sensitization of semiconducting 2DMs,increasing electrical conductance,improving catalytic active sites,strengthening interface coupling in semiconductors(SCs)2DMs,forming nano-structures,building multi-junction nano-composites,increasing photo-stability of SCs,and using combined results of adapted approaches,are summed up.Hence,to further improve 2DMs photo-catalyst properties,hetero-structure design-based 2DMs’photo-catalyst basic mechanism is also reviewed.Karim Khan Ayesha Khan Tareen Muhammad Aslam Rizwan Ur Rehman Sagar Bin Zhang Weichun Huang Asif Mahmood Nasir Mahmood Kishwar Khan Han Zhang Zhongyi Guo 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,12:2
12Evaluation and Influence Factor of Green Efficiency of China’s Agricultural Innovation from the Perspective of Technical Transformation显示文摘Agricultural innovation is important for the green transformation of agriculture.Based on the perspective of technology transformation,this paper builds a theoretical analysis framework and evaluation index system for green efficiency of agricultural innovation,and discusses the evolution laws and influencing factors of the green efficiency of China’s agricultural innovation from 2005 to 2017 utilizing the DEA model,Malmquist index,and Tobit regression analysis.The results show that:1)The overall green efficiency of China’s agricultural innovation is not high,the green efficiency of agricultural innovation in eastern China is mainly driven by pure technical efficiency,while that in central and western China is mainly driven by the scale efficiency.The green efficiency of agricultural innovation shows significant spatial differences,and the low efficiency and relatively low-efficiency regions moved to central and southeastern China.2)Technical progress is the main force affecting the change of green total factor productivity of China’s agricultural innovation,seeing a trend of decrease followed by an increase.Pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency exhibit an increasing-decreasing trend,and gradually transform into key factors that restrict the improvement of the green total factor productivity of agricultural innovation.3)Agricultural technologies’diffusion,absorption,and implementation are three influencing factors of the green efficiency of agricultural innovation.The local level of informatization,the number of agricultural technicians in enterprises and institutions,average education level of residents,and the level of agricultural mechanization have positive impacts on the promotion of the green efficiency of agricultural innovation,promoting the diffusion,absorption and implementation of agricultural innovation technology can significantly improve the green efficiency of agricultural innovation.HE Weichun LI Erling CUI Zhizhen 2021Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,2:2
13Enhancing the mechanical properties and cytocompatibility of magnesium potassium phosphate cement by incorporating oxygen-carboxymethyl chitosan显示文摘Incorporating bioactive substances into synthetic bioceramic scaffolds is challenging.In this work,oxygen-carboxymethyl chitosan(0-CMC),a natural biopolymer that is nontoxic,biodegradable and biocompatible,was introduced into magnesium potassium phosphate cement(K-struvite)to enhance its mechanical properties and cytocompatibility.This study aimed to develop 0-CMC/magnesium potassium phosphate composite bone cement(OMPC),thereby combining the opti-mum bioactivity of O-CMC with the extraordinary self setting properties and mechanical intensity of the K-struvite.Our results indicated that O-CMC incorporation increased the compressive strength and setting time of K-struvite and decreased its porosity and pH value.Furthermore,OMPC scaffolds remarkably improved the proliferation,adhesion and osteogenesis related differ-entiation of MC3T3-E1 cells.Therefore,O-CMC introduced suitable physicochemical properties to K-struvite and enhanced its cytocompatibility for use in bone regeneration.Changtian Gong Shuo Fang Kezhou Xia Jingteng Chen Liangyu Guo Weichun Guo 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,1:2
