| 4 | Foundry technology and its applications of ductile iron castings produced by water-cooled copper alloy Mold显示文摘The high efficiency mechanized foundry technology of castings produced by using water-cooled copper alloy permanent mold has been systematically studied. Through the researching a Cu-Cr-Mg alloy with high conductivity and good combined mechanical properties used for making permanent mold was developed, and the basic design principles of the water-cooled permanent mold along with the control-range of relevant foundry processing parameters were also established. A cast production line equipped with water-cooled copper alloy mold was designed and fabricated for production of ductile iron automobile gear castings, This production line can consistently make automobile gear castJngs Jn QT500-15 and QT600-5 (Chinese Standard) grades of ductile iron with up to 95% casting success rate. | ~*X. | 12 | Unveiling the spatial distribution and molecular mechanisms of terpenoid biosynthesis in Salvia miltiorrhiza and S. grandifolia using multi-omicsand DESI-MSI显示文摘Salvia miltiorrhiza and S.grandifolia are rich in diterpenoids and have therapeutic effects on cardiovascular diseases.In this study,the spatial distribution of diterpenoids in both species was analyzed by a combination of metabolomics and mass spectrometry imaging techniques.The results indicated that diterpenoids in S.miltiorrhiza were mainly abietane-type norditerpenoid quinones with a furan or dihydrofuran D-ring and were mainly distributed in the periderm of the roots,e.g.cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA.The compounds in S.grandifolia were mainly phenolic abietane-type tricyclic diterpenoids with six-or seven-membered C-rings,and were widely distributed in the periderm,phloem,and xylem of the roots,e.g.11-hydroxy-sugiol,11,20-dihydroxy-sugiol,and 11,20-dihydroxy-ferruginol.In addition,the leaves of S.grandifolia were rich in tanshinone biosynthesis precursors,such as 11-hydroxy-sugiol,while those of S.miltiorrhiza were rich in phenolic acids.Genes in the upstream pathway of tanshinone biosynthesis were highly expressed in the root of S.grandifolia,and genes in the downstream pathway were highly expressed in the root of S.miltiorrhiza.Here,we describe the specific tissue distributions and mechanisms of diterpenoids in two Salvia species,which will facilitate further investigations of the biosynthesis of diterpenoids in plant synthetic biology. | Jie Xia Ganggui Lou Lan Zhang Yanbo Huang Jian Yang Juan Guo Zhechen Qi Zhenhao Li Guoliang Zhang Shengchun Xu Xijiao Song Xiaodan Zhang Yukun Wei Zongsuo Liang Dongfeng Yang | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,7: | 0 |
| 13 | Intrusion Simulation of a C60 Ball into Sliding Contact Space with Graphene Layered Surfaces显示文摘The intrusion process of a C60 molecular ball into a sliding contact space with garaphene layered surfaces was simulated using the Molecular Dynamic approach.The contact space was made up by two silicon substrates with graphene layered on the surface of the upper substrate forming an included angle which was defined as initial entry angle changing from 20°to 90°.Then a linear velocity of 30/ps was applied to the lower substrate along horizontal direction.The simulation was carried out using Tesoff potential of C and Si atoms at room temperature 300K.The simulation results showed that when the intrusion angle exceeded a critical angle of 80°,the C60 ball could not intrude the contact space,and the number of the sticking atoms sharply increased.Also,the dependence of maximum pull-off force acting on the upper substrate on the initial entry angle during the C60 intrusion process was calculated in which the critical force for C60 intrusion is found.All the results showed that the upper silicon substrate was well protected by the mono graphene layer. | Qi, Zhang Diao Dongfeng Pei, Li | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 0 |
| 14 | Bandgap tunable preparation of GaS nanosheets and their application in photoelectrochemical photodetectors显示文摘Bandgap engineering of two-dimensional(2D)materials is essential for the design of photoelectrochemical(PEC)devices.Gallium(II)sulfide(GaS),a layered semiconductor material with a direct bandgap of approximately 3.05 eV,has recently gained extensive attention owing to its unique photoresponse property.However,its bandgap tunability relative to the number of layers has not been experimentally confirmed;thus,the effect of bandgap on the photoresponse has not been explored yet.Herein,fewlayered GaS nanosheets(Ns)are prepared using a simple liquid-phase exfoliation(LPE)approach.After centrifuging at different speeds,GaS Ns with defined layers are obtained,which enable verification of the tunable bandgap from 2.02 to 3.15 eV.When applied as a PEC-type photodetector,the responsivity of the photodetector is 4.77 mA W^(−1)and 33.7μA W^(−1)under bias voltages of 0.6 and 0 V,respectively.Theoretical models of the electronic structure suggest that a reduction in the number of layers,leading to a decrease of the effective mass at the valence band maximum(VBM),can enhance the carrier mobility of GaS Ns.This results in high photocurrents and indicates that 2D GaS Ns are ideal materials for future high-performance optoelectronic systems. | YOU Qi ZHU JiaQi PENG Chao ZHANG YanHui RUAN BanXian DAI XiaoYu WANG Xin WONG Wai-Yeung XUE DongFeng XIANG YuanJiang | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,10: | 0 |
| 15 | Tip-induced directional charge separation on one-dimensional BiVO4 nanocones for asymmetric light absorption显示文摘One dimensional(1D)semiconductor is a class of extensively attractive materials for many emerging solar energy conversion technologies.However,it is still of shortage to assess the impact of 1D structural symmetry on spatial charge separation and understand its underlying mechanism.Here we take controllably-synthesized 1D BiVO_(4)nanocones and nanorods as prototypes to study the influence of 1D symmetry on charge separation.It is found that the asymmetric BiVO_(4)nanocones enable more effective charge separation compared with the symmetric nanorods.The unexpected spatial charge separation on the nanocones is mainly ascribed to uneven light absorption induced diffusion-controllable charge separation due to symmetry breaking of 1D nanostructure,as evidenced by spatial and temporal resolved spectroscopy.Moreover,the promotion effect of charge separation on the nanocones was quantitatively evaluated to be over 20 times higher than that in BiVO_(4)nanorods.This work gives the first demonstration of the influence of 1D structural symmetry on the charge separation behavior,providing new insights to design and fabricate semiconductor materials for efficient solar energy conversion. | Nengcong Yang Ruotian Chen Chenwei Ni Dongfeng Li Qi Sun Lifang Liu Yu Qi Shengye Jin Xiuli Wang Fengtao Fan Can Li Fuxiang Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9: | 0 |
