3Detection of Salmonella and several common Salmonella serotypes in food by loop-mediated isothermal amplification method显示文摘Salmonella Choleraesuis,S.Enteritidis and S.Typhimurium are the main pathogens that contaminate animal products and cause human Salmonella food poisoning.To establish the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)method for the rapid detection of Salmonella and 3 common Salmonella serotypes,inner and outer primer sets targeting Salmonella invE gene and 3 serotype-specific genes fliC,lygD and STM4495 were designed.The LAMP reaction conditions were optimized.The specificity of LAMP primers was identified by testing 10 different bacterial strains including S.Choleraesuis,S.Enteritidis and S.Typhimurium.Take S.Choleraesuis as example,the detection limit of LAMP assay was 1.33×10^1 CFU/mL for bacteria culture and 2.0×10^1 CFU/mL for simulated pork sample.The results show that LAMP is a rapid,sensitive and specific method for Salmonella detection and can be used for the rapid detection of Salmonella in food.Zhongqiang Chen Ke Zhang Huan Yin Qi Li Lan Wang Zhiguo Liu 2015Food Science and Human Wellness2015,4,2:8
4Applications of high-gravity technologies in gas purifications: A review显示文摘The traditional gas purification techniques such as wet gas desulfurization, with their advantages of large-scale implementation and maturity, have still been widely used. However, the main drawback of these techniques is the low transfer efficiency, which normally needs towers as tall as tens of meters to remove the pollutants. Therefore, new technologies which could enhance the mass transfer efficiency and are less energy-intensive are highly desirable. As a process intensification technology, high-gravity technology, which is carried out in a rotating packed bed(RPB), has recently demonstrated great potential for industrial applications due to its high mass transfer efficiency, energy-saving, and smaller volume. This consequently provides higher efficiency in toxic gas removal, and can significantly reduce the investment and operation costs. In this review, the mechanism,characteristics, recent developments, and the industry applications of high-gravity technologies in gas purifications, such as hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, volatile organic compounds and nanoparticle removal are discussed, most of the demonstration projects and practical application examples in gas purification come from China. 5Determination of thermal expansion coefficients for unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites显示文摘In the present work, the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTEs) of unidirectional(UD)fiber-reinforced composites are studied. First, an attempt is made to propose a model to predict both longitudinal and transverse CTEs of UD composites by means of thermo-elastic mechanics analysis. The proposed model is supposed to be a concentric cylinder with a transversely isotropic fiber embedded in an isotropic matrix, and it is subjected to a uniform temperature change. Then a concise and explicit formula is offered for each CTE. Finally, some finite element(FE) models are created by a finite element program MSC. Patran according to different material systems and fiber volume fractions. In addition, the available experimental data and results of other analytical solutions of CTEs are presented. Comparisons are made among the results of the cylinder model,the finite element method(FEM), experiments, and other solutions, which show that the predicted CTEs by the new model are in good agreement with the experimental data. 8Fast cooperative trajectory optimization and test verification for close-range satellite formation using Finite Fourier Series method显示文摘The process of formation reconfiguration for close-range satellite formation should take into account the risk of collisions between satellites.To this end,this paper presents a method to rapidly generate low-thrust collision-avoidance trajectories in the formation reconfiguration using Finite Fourier Series(FFS).The FFS method can rapidly generate the collision-avoidance threedimensional trajectory.The results obtained by the FFS method are used as an initial guess in the Gauss Pseudospectral Method(GPM)solver to verify the applicability of the results.Compared with the GPM method,the FFS method needs very little computing time to obtain the results with very little difference in performance index.To verify the effectiveness,the proposed method is tested and validated by a formation control testbed.Three satellite simulators in the testbed are used to simulate two-dimensional satellite formation reconfiguration.The simulation and experimental results show that the FFS method can rapidly generate trajectories and effectively reduce the risk of collision between satellites.This fast trajectory generation method has great significance for on-line,constantly satellite formation reconfiguration.Mingying HUO Zichen FAN Naiming QI Zhiguo SONG Xin SHI 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,8:3

10Intense single-band red upconversion emission in BiOCl:Er3+ layered semiconductor via co-doping Ho3+显示文摘Exploring a new tuning way to facilely realize single-band red emission in trivalent rare-earth ions(RE3+) doped upconversion(UC) materials is still desirable.In this work,the intense single-band red emission is achieved by co-doping only Ho3+in the BiOCl:Er3+ under 1550 nm excitation.In the BiOCl layered host,co-doping Ho3+can further enhance the red emission and simultaneously suppress the green emission of Er3+,and thus obviously improve the red-to-green(R/G) ratio.It is found that Ho3+does not se rve as ene rgy trapping through the 5 I6 state as in traditional UC materials but acts as ET bridge(4 S3/2,2 H11/2(Er3+)→5 F4,5 S2(Ho3+)→4 F9/2(Er3+)).The tuning mechanism of Ho3+is discussed in detail and further confirms through a comparative experiment.Our research gives an unusual perspective to tune the UC behavior of Er3+through co-doping Ho3+,which might be inspiring for achievement of single-band red UC emission.Yuehong Peng Jincai Peng Jiajun Han Tianhui Wang Zhaoyi Yin Jianbei Qiu Qi W ang Zhengwen Yang Zhiguo Song 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,6:2
11A strategy to achieve high loading and high energy density Li-S batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries are one of the most promising rechargeable storage devices due to the high theoretical energy density.However,the low areal sulfur loading impedes their commercial development.Herein,a 3 D free-standing sulfur cathode scaffold is rationally designed and fabricated by coaxially coating polar Ti_3 C_2 T_x flakes on sulfur-impregnated carbon cloth(Ti_3 C_2 T_x@S/CC) to achieve high loading and high energy density Li-S batteries,in which,the flexible CC substrate with highly porous structure can accommodate large amounts of sulfur and ensure fast electron transfer,while the outer-coated Ti_3 C_2 T_x can serve as a polar and conductive protective layer to further promote the conductivity of the whole electrode,achieve physical blocking and chemical anchoring of lithium-polysulfides as well as catalyze their conversion.Due to these advantages,at a sulfur loading of 4 mg cm^(-2),Li-S cells with Ti_3 C_2 T_x@S/CC cathodes can deliver outstanding cycling stability(746.1 mAh g^(-1) after 200 cycles at1 C),superb rate performance(866.8 mAh g^(-1) up to 2 C) and a high specific energy density(564.2 Wh kg^(-1) after 100 cycles at 0.5 C).More significantly,they also show the commercial potential that can compete with current lithium-ion batteries due to the high areal capacity of 6.7 mAh cm^(-2) at the increased loading of 8 mg cm^(-2).Fei Yin Qi Jin Hong Gao XiTian Zhang ZhiGuo Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,2:2

15Review of Research on Early Cambrian Phosphatized Quadrapyrgites显示文摘The metazoan Quadrapyrgites consists, from proximal to distal ends, of an oral area, a cone, a collar, and an apex from the Early Cambrian Fortunian Stage in Xixiang Zhangjiagou section, southern Shaanxi Province, South China. Three morphological types of the apex, the most characteristic feature of the taxon, are identified from hundreds of Quadrapyrgites specimens. The Quadrapyrgites growth zone is situated at the oral end, where 12 terminal lobes are generated, uplifted, enlarged, and evaginated to form a crest; A one-by-one of crest number from 2 to 13 has been recognized. The unique growth pattern and ontogenetic sequence refute a cubozoan or cycloneuralian affinity for Olivooides and Quadrapyrgites, and instead defend a coronate scyphozoan hypothesis. 16Opening of Band Gap of Graphene with High Electronic Mobility by Codoping BN Pairs显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)materials with a high density and low power consumption have become the most popular candidates for next-generation semiconductor electronic devices.As a prototype 2D material,graphene has attracted much attention owing to its stability and ultrahigh mobility.However,zero band gap of graphene leads to very low on-off ratios and thus limits its applications in electronic devices,such as transistors.Although some new 2D materials and doped graphene have nonzero band gaps,the electronic mobility is sacrificed.In this study,to open the band gap of graphene with high electronic mobility,the structure and property of BN-doped graphene were evaluated using first-principles calculations.The formation energies indicate that the six-membered BN rings doped graphene has the most favorable configuration.The band structures show that the band gaps can be opened by such type of doping.Also,the Dirac-cone-like band dispersion of graphene is mostly inhibited,ensuring high electronic mobility.Therefore,codoping BN into graphene might provide 2D materials with nonzero band gaps and high electronic mobility.REN Xiangyang XIA Sha ZHANG Zhiguo MENG Xing YU Hongmei WU Qi ZHANG Wenyi LI Aiwu YANG Han 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,6:1

18Diffusion Characteristics and Removal of Cyclohexane in Polyolefin Elastomer Melt显示文摘The diffusion coefficient of volatiles in polymer solutions is a crucial parameter to describe the mass transfer efficiency and ability of volatiles.In this research,polyolefin elastomer(POE)was used as a polymer,and cyclohexane was used as a volatile.A gravimetric analysis was applied to measure the diffusion coefficient of cyclohexane in POE.The devolatilization rate of the POE-cyclohexane system under different conditions was measured.The effects of temperature,film sample thickness,and initial concentration of volatiles on the devolatilization rate were discussed.Based on the devolatilization rate data,the average diffusion coefficient of cyclohexane in POE was obtained by fitting with a mathematical model.The experimental results indicate that the devolatilization rate increased with increasing temperature and initial concentration of volatiles,but it decreased with increasing sample thickness.As the thickness increased,the overall diffusion resistance increased.As the temperature increased,the molecular movement increased,resulting in the increase of average diffusion coefficient.The relationship between the diffusion coefficient of the POE-cyclohexane system and temperature follows the Arrhenius law.The diffusion activation energy E=6201.73 J/mol,and the pre-exponential factor of the diffusion coefficient D0=2.64×10^(-10) m^(2)/s.This work can provide basic data for exploring the devolatilization of POE polymers and serves as a useful reference for enhancing the effect of devolatilization.Qi Jibing Yang Tong Liu Yandong Yuan Zhiguo Zhang Qiaoling Liu Youzhi Yi Jianjun 2022China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,4:1
