| 1 | DYNAMIC VARIATIONS OF WATER QUALITY IN TAIHU LAKE AND MULTIVARIATE ANALYSIS OF ITS INFLUENTIAL FACTORS显示文摘Dynamic variation of water quality in Meiliang Bay and part of West Taihu Lake has been analysed based on data from 1991 to 1992. Principal Component Analysis is used to reveal the mutual relationships of various factors. It is shown that there existis an obvious spatial and temporal variation in the main factors of water quality. Annual values of TP, CON, TN, Chl-a and conductivity decrease evidently from inner Meiliang Bay to the outer from north to south. TP and TN fluctuate seasonally with much higher value in winter. This is particularly true for the mouth of Liangxi River. In addition, the Chl-1 has a synchronous variation with water temperature, although being lagged a little, and closely relates to TP and TN. | 2 | A new type of ERGIC–ERES membrane contact mediated by TMED9 and SEC12 is required for autophagosome biogenesis显示文摘Under stress,the endomembrane system undergoes reorganization to support autophagosome biogenesis,which is a central step in autophagy.How the endomembrane system remodels has been poorly understood.Here we identify a new type of membrane contact formed between the ER-Golgi intermediate compartment(ERGIC)and the ER-exit site(ERES)in the ER-Golgi system,which is essential for promoting autophagosome biogenesis induced by different stress stimuli.The ERGIC-ERES contact is established by the interaction between TMED9 and SEC12 which generates a short distance opposition(as close as 2-5 nm)between the two compartments.The tight membrane contact allows the ERES-located SEC12 to transactivate COPII assembly on the ERGIC.In addition,a portion of SEC12 also relocates to the ERGIC.Through both mechanisms,the ERGIC-ERES contact promotes formation of the ERGIC-derived COPII vesicle,a membrane precursor of the autophagosome.The ERGIC-ERES contact is physically and functionally different from the TFG-mediated ERGIC-ERES adjunction involved in secretory protein transport,and therefore defines a unique endomembrane structure generated upon stress conditions for autophagic membrane formation. | Shulin Li Rui Yan Jialu Xu Shiqun Zhao Xinyu Ma Qiming Sun Min Zhang Ying Li Jun-Jie Gogo Liu Liangyi Chen Sai Li Ke Xu Liang Ge | 2022 | Cell Research2022,32,2: | 3 |
| 3 | High performance liquid chromatographic separation of eight drugs collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 on amylose ramification chiral stationary phase显示文摘The enantiomers separation of ei ght pharmaceutical racemates collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010(Ch.P2010),including nitrendipine,felodipine,omeprazole,praziquantel,sulpiride,clenbuterol hydrochloride,verapamil hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate,was performed on chiral stationary phase of amylose ramification by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)on Chiralpak AD-H column and Chiralpak AS-H column with the mobile phase consisted of isopropanol and n-hexane.The detection wavelength and the flow rate were set at 254 nm and 0.7 mL/min,respectively.The effects of proportion of organic additives,alcohol displacer and temperature on the separation were investigated.The results indicated that eight chiral drugs were separated on chiral stationary phase of amylase ramification in normal phase chroma tographic system.The chromatographic retention and resolution of enantiomers were adjusted by factors,including the changes of the concentration of alcohol displacer in mobile phase,organic alkaline modifier and column temperature.It was shown that the resolution was improved with reducing concentration of alcohol displacer.When the concentration of organic alkaline modifier was 0.2%,the resolution and the peak shape were fairly good.Most racemates mentioned above had the best resolution at column temperature of 25℃.The best temperature should be kept unchanged in the process of separation so as to obtain stable separation results. | Yan Wang Ying Zhou Chao Ma Beibei Yang Ru Feng Yiying Zhang Jie Fu Wenjing Chen Yupeng Sun Jingyi Ma Qiming Zhang Yulin Deng Yukui Zhang Wenyi He | 2012 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,5: | 3 |

| 5 | Revealing the critical effect of solid electrolyte interphase on the deposition and detriment of Co(Ⅱ) ions to graphite anode显示文摘'Dissolution,migration,and deposition'of transition metal ions (TMIs) result in capacity degradation of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs).Understanding such detrimental mechanism of TMIs is critical to the development of LIBs with long cycle life.In most previous works,TMIs were directly introduced into the electrolyte to investigate such a detrimental mechanism.In these cases,the TMIs are deposited directly on the fresh anode surface.However,in the practical battery system,the TMIs are deposited on the anode covered with solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) film.Whether the pre-presence of SEI film on anode surface influences the deposition and detriment of TMIs is unclear.In this work,the deposition of Co element on graphite anode with and without SEI film were systematically studied.The results clearly show that,in comparison with that of fresh graphite (SEI-free),the presence of SEI film aggravates the deposition of Co ions due to the Li^(+)–Co^(2+) ion exchange between the SEI and Co^(2+)-containing electrolyte without the driving of the electric field,leading to faster capacity fading of graphite anode.Therefore,how to regulate electrolytes and film-forming additives to design the components of SEI and prevent its exchange with TMIs,is a crucial way to inhibit the deposition and detriment of TMIs on graphite anode. | Qiming Xie Jiawei Chen Lidan Xing Xianggui Zhou Zekai Ma Binhong Wu Yilong Lin Hebing Zhou Weishan Li | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6: | 2 |

| 7 | Estimation of chlorophyll content in Brassica napus based on unmanned aerial vehicle images显示文摘The chlorophyll content has a direct effect on photosynthesis of crops.In order to explore a quick and convenient method for estimating the chlorophyll content of Brassica napus and facilitate efficient crop monitoring,we measured the actual value of chlorophyll with a SPAD-502 chlorophyll detector,and collected aerial images of B.napus with an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)carrying a RGB camera in this study.The total number of 270samples collected images were divided into regions according to the planting conditions of different B.napus varieties in the field.Then,according to the empirical formula,there were 36 colors’characteristic parameters calculated and combined.To estimate the chlorophyll content of rape,189 samples were included in the modeling set,while the other 81 samples were enrolled in the validation set for testing the accuracy of this model.After the combination of R(red),G(green)and B(blue)color channels,the results showed that the color characteristics B/(R+G),b,B/G,(G-B)/(G+B),g-b were highly connected with the measured value of chlorophyll SPAD,and the correlation coefficient between the combination based on B/(R+G)and SPAD value was 0.747.With R2=0.805,RMSE=3.343,and RE=6.84%,the regression model created using random forest had superior outcomes,according to the model comparison.This study offers a new method for quickly estimating the amount of chlorophyll in rapeseed and a workable reference for crop monitoring using the UAV platform. | Yayi Huang Qiming Ma Xiaoming Wu Hao Li Kun Xu Gaoxiang Ji Fang Qian Lixia Li Qian Huang Ying Long Xiaojun Zhang Biyun Chen Changhua Liu | 2022 | Oil Crop Science2022,7,3: | 1 |
| 8 | Occurrence, partition behavior, source and ecological risk assessment of nitro-PAHs in the sediment and water of Taige Canal, China显示文摘Nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(NPAHs)are widespread organic pollutants that possess carcinogenic and mutagenic properties,so they may pose a risk to the environment and human health.In this study,the concentrations of 15 NPAHs and 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in 30 surface water samples and 26 sediment samples were measured in 2018 from the Taige Canal,one of the main rivers flowing into Taihu Lake,China.The total NPAH concentrations in water and sediment ranged from 14.7 to 235 ng/L and 22.9 to 96.5 ng/g dw,respectively.9-nitrophenanthrene(nd–76.3 ng/L)was the dominant compound in surface water,while 2+3-nitrofluoranthene(1.73–18.1 ng/g dw)dominated in sediment.Among PAHs,concentration ranging from 1,097 to 2,981 ng/L and 1,089 to 4,489 ng/g dw in surface water and sediment,respectively.There was a strong positive correlation between the log octanol-water partition coefficient(Kow)and log sediment-water partition coefficient due to hydrophobic interaction.The fugacity fraction value increased with the decrease of log Kow,and chrysene was transferred from water into sediment.The residual NPAHs in surface water and sediment of the Taige Canal have partial correlation.Diesel engine and coal combustion emissions were probably the principal sources of NPAHs in surface water and sediment.The results of ecological risk assessment showed that some NPAHs inwater(e.g,1-nitropyrene and 6-nitrochrysene)and sediment(e.g.,2-nitrobiphenyl,5-nitroacenaphthene,9-nitrophenanthrene and 2+3-nitrofluoranthene)had moderate ecological risks,which should be of concern. | Jijie Kong Tao Ma Xiaoyu Cao Weidi Li Fengxiao Zhu Huan He Cheng Sun Shaogui Yang Shiyin Li Qiming Xian | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2: | 1 |

| 19 | PAPS: Progressive Attention-Based Pan-sharpening显示文摘Pan-sharpening aims to seek high-resolution multispectral(HRMS) images from paired multispectral images of low resolution(LRMS) and panchromatic(PAN) images, the key to which is how to maximally integrate spatial and spectral information from PAN and LRMS images. Following the principle of gradual advance, this paper designs a novel network that contains two main logical functions, i.e., detail enhancement and progressive fusion, to solve the problem. More specifically, the detail enhancement module attempts to produce enhanced MS results with the same spatial sizes as corresponding PAN images, which are of higher quality than directly up-sampling LRMS images.Having a better MS base(enhanced MS) and its PAN, we progressively extract information from the PAN and enhanced MS images, expecting to capture pivotal and complementary information of the two modalities for the purpose of constructing the desired HRMS. Extensive experiments together with ablation studies on widely-used datasets are provided to verify the efficacy of our design, and demonstrate its superiority over other state-of-the-art methods both quantitatively and qualitatively.
