1STUDY ON TYPHOON DISASTER LOSS AND RISK PREDICTION AND BENEFIT ASSESSMENT OF DISASTER PREVENTION AND MITIGATION显示文摘Based on the meteorological monitoring data of Typhoon Nesat and Haitang in Fujian Province in 2017, the data of the typhoon disaster situation and third-party evaluation of typhoon disaster prevention and mitigation benefit were investigated. By using the mean value anomaly estimation method in the similarity analysis method, it is estimated that typhoon Nesat and Haitang will cause direct economic losses of 0.8 ~ 1.8 billion yuan, and the typhoon disaster risk index evaluation model is used. The disaster risk pre-assessment of Typhoon Nesat and Haitang is carried out. The results of the study and analysis show that the pre-assessment results of Typhoon Nesat and Haitang are basically consistent with the actual disaster situation. The disaster loss was reduced to the minimum. According to the third party evaluation and investigation, it was concluded that the contribution rate of reducing economic benefits was 75% in Fujian Province for preventing and landing double typhoons Nesat and Haitang. Mainly reflected in the ship return to the port to avoid the wind, geological hazards prone to the site construction and cage culture danger removal reinforcement and other links; The contribution rate of reducing casualties is 86, mainly reflected in fishermen disembarkation and personnel transfer to safety emergency shelter and other links. The benefit of this double typhoon disaster prevention and mitigation in Fujian Province is about 0.6 billion yuan to reduce the direct economic loss. According to the investigation, the overall satisfaction of the double typhoon meteorological service is 91.0 points. Typhoon early warning information service convenience satisfaction is 91.4 points, early warning information accuracy satisfaction is 87.2 points, government departments strong anti-Taiwan disaster reduction organization, linkage departments participate in disaster prevention and mitigation high. 6Fingerprinting Patterns of SSR Markers Constructed for 33 Loquat[Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb. ) Lindl. ]Germplasms显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to explore the ways of using SSR technology to construct the fingerprinting maps of the loquat. [Method] Fingerprinting patterns of the SSR markers for 33 loquat varieties in national loquat germplasm resource garden were constructed by specifically amplifying polymorphism from 7 pairs of primers screened from 51 pairs of primers of the relatives Malus and Pyrus. [Result] The results showed that the uses of 7 primers, namely, Hi01d05F, Hi12f04F, CH02B10F, Hi03a03, Hi03e04, Hi04a05 and Hi02c07 could distinguish 33 loquat germplasms from one another completely. 7Tracking and grasping of moving target based on accelerated geometric particle filter on colored image显示文摘Visual tracking and grasping of moving object is a challenging task in the field of robotic manipulation,which also has great potential in applications such as human-robot collaboration.Based on the particle filtering framework and position-based visual servoing,this paper proposes a new method for visual tracking and grasping of randomly moving objects.A geometric particle filter tracker is established for visual tracking.In order to deal with the tracking efficiency issue for particle filter,edge detection and morphological dilation are employed to reduce the computation burden of geometric particle filtering.Meanwhile,the HSV image feature is employed instead of the grayscale feature to improve the tracking algorithm’s robustness to illumination change.A grasping strategy combining tracking and interception is adopted along with the position-based visual servoing(PBVS)method to achieve stable grasp of the target.Comprehensive comparisons on open source dataset and a large number of experiments on real robot system are conducted,which demonstrate the proposed method has competitive performance in random moving object tracking and grasping.GONG ZeYu QIU ChunRong TAO Bo BAI HaiSheng YIN ZhouPing DING Han 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,4:0
8Antagonizing exosomal miR-18a-5p derived from prostate cancer cells ameliorates metastasis-induced osteoblastic lesions by targeting Hist1h2bc and activating Wnt/β-catenin pathway显示文摘More than 50%of prostate cancer(PCa)patients have bone metastasis with osteo-blastic lesions.MiR-18a-5p is associated with the development and metastasis of PCa,but it remains unclear whether it is involved in osteoblastic lesions.We first found that miR-18a-5p was highly expressed in the bone microenvironment of patients with PCa bone metastases.To address how miR-18a-5p affects PCa osteoblastic lesions,antagonizing miR-18a-5p in PCa cells or pre-osteoblasts inhibited osteoblast differentiation in vitro.Moreover,injection of PCa cells with miR-18a-5p inhibition improved bone biomechanical properties and bone mineral mass in vivo.Furthermore,miR-18a-5p was transferred to osteoblasts by exosomes derived from PCa cells and targeted the Hist1h2bc gene,resulting in Ctnnb1 up-regulation in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.Translationally,antagomir-18a-5p significantly improved bone biomechanical properties and alleviated sclerotic lesions from osteoblastic me-tastases in BALB/c nude mice.These data suggest that inhibition of exosome-delivered miR-18a-5p ameliorates PCa-induced osteoblastic lesions.Fanchun Zeng Chunrong Zhao Rujie Wang Lingyan Ren Hao Qiu Zhi Zou Haibin Ding Zhongyi Sun Jianmei Li Shiwu Dong 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,4:0
9Study on Design Rainstorm Profile in Liuzhou City:Chicago Method显示文摘The design rainstorm profile is the basis of scientifically and rationally planning and designing urban drainage system,which can provide scientific theoretical basis and accurate design parameters for municipal construction,water and planning departments. In this paper,the minute-minute rainfall process data at Liuzhou National Meteorological Observation Station from 1975 to 2014 were used. Chicago method was used to analyze and study design rainstorm profile in urban district of Liuzhou,and the profiles of the rainfalls lasting for 30,60,90,120,150,and 180 min were obtained. The results showed that the design rainstorm profile with the same duration in each reappearance period was consistent in Liuzhou,and short-time rainfall profile roughly showed single-peak shape. The peak of each short-time design rainstorm profile was almost in 1/3 part of the whole rainfall process,and the intensity of rainfall increased with the prolonging of the recurrence period.
