| 2 | SnO2-based electron transporting layer materials for perovskite solar cells: A review of recent progress显示文摘In recent years, due to their high photo-to-electric power conversion efficiency(PCE)(up to 23%(certified)) and low cost, perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted a great deal of attention in photovoltaics field. The high PCE can be attributed to the excellent physical properties of organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite materials, such as a long charge diffusion length and a high absorption coefficient in the visible range. There are different diffusion lengths of holes in electrons in a PSC device, and thus the electron transporting layer(ETL) plays a critical role in the performance of PSCs. An alternative for TiO2, to the most common ETL material is SnO2, which has similar physical properties to TiO2 but with much higher electron mobility, which is beneficial for electron extraction. In addition, there are many facile methods to fabricate SnO2 nanomaterials with low cost and low energy consumption. In this review paper, we focus on recent developments in SnO2 as the ETL of PSCs. The fabrication methods of SnO2 materials are briefly introduced. The influence of multiple Sn O2 types in the ETL on the performance of PSCs is then reviewed. Different methods for improving the PCE and long-term stability of PSCs based on SnO2 ETL are also summarized. | 3 | A comparative investigation into floatability of bastnaesite with three di/trialkyl phosphate surfactants显示文摘Flotation separation and recovery of rare earth minerals(REM) have returned to an important position due to the growing strategy demand for rare earth elements(REE).In this paper,a comparative investigation into the floatability of bastnaesite((Ce,La)FCO3) was conducted by using three di/trialkyl phosphate collectors,di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate(DEHPA),dibutyl phosphate(DBP) and tributyl phosphate(TBP).The density functional theory(DFT) computation recommends that the chemical activity of the three phosphate collectors is in order of DEHPA≥ DBP >> TBP,and their hydrophobization assuggested by the IgP(oil-water partition coefficient) value is in the order of DEHPA> TBP> DBP.The micro-flotation indicates that the preferable pH values for flotation of bastnaesite with the three phosphate collectors are 7.0-8.0,and DEHPA achieves much higher flotation recovery of bastnaesite,followed by DBP,and then TBP,which coincides with their reactivity and hydrophobicity,the two prerequisites for froth flotation.The contact angle,zeta potential,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) deduce that DEHPA likely reacts with the Ce(Ⅲ)atoms of bastnaesite interface through its O atom(s) of the P(=O)-O-group to generate the Ce-O-P bonds,and its two 2-ethylhexyl groups orient outside for attaching bubbles,resulting in flotation enrichment of bastnaesite.Furthermore,this investigation offers a novel strategy for developing collectors in selective beneficiation of REM. | Hongli Fan Xianglin Yang Jing Qi Guangyi Liu Jingqin Qin | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11: | 3 |

| 13 | Indoor Propagation of Transgenic Glyphosate-tolerant Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) and Transfer Breeding for Herbicide Tolerance显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of screening for herbicide resistance in the early stage of rapes growth. [Methods] Eight treatments were set for a herbicide concentration experiment. [Results] Rape sprouts were highly sensitive to the herbicide glyphosate, and even a very low concentration of glyphosate solution(187 mg/L) was sufficient to kill most of the rape seedlings, while the genetically modified herbicide-tolerant rape could tolerate higher concentrations of the herbicide. Low concentrations of glyphosate could be used for screening at the sprout stage, and the results of herbicide-tolerance screening were consistent with PCR testing. Copy-move forgery technique is a very simple and common type of image forgery, where a part of the image is copied and then pasted in the same image to replicate or hide some parts from the image. In this paper, we proposed a copy-scale-move forgery detection method based on Scale Invariant Feature Operator (SFOP) detector. The keypoints are then described using MROGH descriptor. | 20 | Novel Similarity Measurements for Reassembling Fragmented Image Files显示文摘Reassembling fragmented image files is a useful technique to seize image evidence in digital forensics. A key problem of reassembly is how to measure the similarity between the fragments. Most of the measurements are based on the local similarity of the images. We analyze the impact of similarity patterns on the judgment of the adjacency of the fragments and conclude that the horizontal similarity has little help.According to this conclusion, we improve the median edge detector by replacing the horizontal similarity with the left and right diagonal similarity. Furthermore, we improve the sum of differences and Euclidean distance by replacing the mean/sum used in the two measurements with the median.
