2Generalized two-dimensional correlation near-infrared spectroscopy and principal component analysis of the structures of methanol and ethanol显示文摘Liquid state methanol and ethanol under different temperatures have been investigated by FT-NIR(Fourier transform nearinfrared) spectroscopy,generalized two-dimensional(2D) correlation spectroscopy,and PCA(principal component analysis) . First,the FT-NIR spectra were measured over a temperature range of 30-64(or 30-71) °C,and then the 2D correlation spectra were computed.Combining near-infrared spectroscopy,generalized 2D correlation spectroscopy,and references,we analyzed the molecular structures(especially the hydrogen bond) of methanol and ethanol,and performed the NIR band assignments. 3Study on the quantitative structureactivity relation-ship of C-10 substituted artemisinin(QHS)’s derivatives using rough set theory显示文摘The structure-activity relationship study of C-10 substituted artemisinin (QHS) derivatives that are used as antimalarial was performed with the RS (rough sets) method. An RS process is a concise nonlinear process, and it has broad application foreground in the data mining of nonlinear life courses. In this work, initially the parameters of C-10 substituted QHS’s derivatives were computed with the quantum chemistry method, and the information table was constructed from the parameters (condition attributes) and biological activity (decision attributes). Based on the analysis of rough set theory, the core and reduction of attributes sets were obtained. Then the decision rules were extracted and the struc-ture-activity relationship was analyzed. As a nonlinear system, RS theory can extract the special rela-tion in the database. 4Development of a rapid and sensitivity magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay for DNA methyltransferase 1 in human serum显示文摘DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1)is a useful biomarker for lung cancer in early clinical diagnosis.A rapid magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay(MCLIA)for DNMT1 in human serum has been developed.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-second-Ab was used to labeled polyclonal antibodies of anti-DNMT1.DNMT1 in sample integrates with specific immunomagnetic beads and can constitute a supersandwiched immunoreaction.In magnetic field,nonspecific materials can be separated.After luminescent substrate luminol-H2O2-BIP was added,the relative light unit(RLU)of HRP was detected and was discovered to be directly proportional to the content of DNMT1 in sample.The correlative variables involved in the MCLIA value were optimized and the methodological evaluation was carried out.After optimization,in the range of0.5–128 ng/mL,the linear regression equation was y=0.5014 x+1.769(x was logCDNMT1,y was relative luminescence units(RLU)/RLU0),and the limit of detection was 0.01 ng/mL.The RSD of intra-and interassays were 15.8%–16.9%and 14.3%–18.1%,respectively.The recovery was from 70.0%to 106.2%.Furthermore,paralleled with purchasable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits,MCLEIA had lower detection limit,wider linear range and shorter detection time.Therefore,the MCLEIA established in this study could be used for the sensitive detection of DNMT1 in serum sample.Sitian He Leiliang He Beibei Liu Songcheng Yu Li'e Liu Yongmei Tian Jia Wang Lihua Ding Yilin Wang Lingbo Qu Fei Yu Yongjun Wu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5:4
5SciFinder-guided rational design of fluorescent carbon dots for ratiometric monitoring intracellular pH fluctuations under heat shock显示文摘Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation,apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots(CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required p Kavalue of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDspH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDspH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. 11Enzymatic synthesis, antioxidant ability and oil-water distribution coefficient of troxerutin fatty acid esters显示文摘Troxerutin fatty acid esters were prepared using troxerutin and fatty acid vinyl esters as substrates in pyridine through enzymatic route. The structures of as-prepared compounds were identified by FT-TR, NMR, and ESI-HRMS. Using alkaline protease(≥30 mg/mL) as enzyme, maximum yields reached 58% at 3:1(vinyl hexanoate to troxerutin) in pyridine(water content ≤1%). The yields gradually declined as chain length of acyl donors rose. The antioxidation abilities of the as-obtained compounds were confirmed by both DPPH free radical scavenging and potassium ferricyanide reduction methods. The antioxidation ability of troxerutin fatty acid esters was found lower than that of troxerutin. However, the logP values of troxerutin fatty acid esters varied from 0.15 to 1.94, suggesting that troxerutin fatty acid esters had better lipophilicity than troxerutin(logP =-2.12) when compared to their oil-water distribution coefficients. 16Geometry, stability and aromaticity of β-diketiminate-coordinated alkaline-earth compounds显示文摘Alkaline-earth(Ae) metals have attracted a wealth of interdependent research from synthetic chemists.In Ae-catalyzed organometallic reactions,β-diketiminate is a typical ligand used to stabilize Ae catalysts by forming six-membered rings comprising Ae metals.Herein,studies focusing on the configuration of β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds observed that the C-C and C-N bonds are homogeneous and unchanged.Furthermore,energetic studies observed that the formation of the Ae-incorporated sixmembered rings results in enhanced stability of>20 kcal/mol.The nucleus-independent chemical shifts,anisotropy of the induced current density,and molecular orbital analyses demonstrated the nonaromaticity of the β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds.The improved stability of these compounds can be explained by the delocalization of the π electrons derived from the β-diketiminate moiety.Yuanyuan Li Haohua Chen Lingbo Qu Ruopeng Bai Yu Lan 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:0
17Synthesis of a novel magnetic biomass-MOF composite for the efficient removal of phosphates:Adsorption mechanism and characterization study显示文摘The adverse effects of eutrophication have prompted the use of various remediation techniques for phosphate(PO_(4)^(3-))removal owing to it being the major causative agent.Herein,the influence of different solvents and ratios of 2-aminoterepthalicacid on the efficiency of magnetic biomass metal-organic framework composites based on the in situ growth of NH_(2)-MIL-101(Fe)onto magnetized peanut husks towards PO_(4)^(3-)removal was assessed via the adsorption technique.The magnetic biocomposite labelled as MPN@NH2-MIL-101(Fe)exhibited the best efficiency owing to its mesoporous structures and presence of abundant oxygen and nitrogen possessing functional groups.Adsorption results confirmed MPN@NH2-MIL-101(Fe)to have a high adsorption capacity of(14.0±0.3)mg·L^(-1)at a PO43-concentration of 20 mg·L^(-1)with an associated high stability within pH 2-10.The adsorption kinetics for the process was well described by both Elovich and pseudo-second-order kinetic models and was mediated by both internal diffusion and liquid film diffusion.The Temkin and Freundlich models fitted the equilibrium data well signifying occurrence of both physical and chemical adsorption on a heterogeneous surface.It is concluded that MPN@NH2-MIL-101(Fe)is a promising adsorbent for the effective removal of phosphate from a water body.Aaron Albert Aryee Chenping Gao Runping Han Lingbo Qu 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,62,10:0
18Mechanisms and reusability potentials of zirconium-polyaziridine-engineered tiger nut residue towards anionic pollutants显示文摘Access to fresh water,its availability,and its quality are a global challenge to humanity,largely due to human activities in the environment.Thus,global water security has been jeopardized,requiring urgent remediation to safeguard our very existence.Hence,a novel and facilely engineered zirconium and polyethylenimine adsorbent based on tiger nut residue (TNR) was prepared,and its adsorptive capabilities towards a model dyestuff and nutrient were invested through a batch adsorption method.The developed adsorbent,zirconium-polyethylenimine-engineered tiger nut residue (TNR@PEI–Zr) was characterised by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to understand its morphology and surface chemistry and predict its adsorption mechanism.TNR@PEI–Zr had a p H point of zero charge (pH_(zpc)) of 6.7.The introduction of salts inhibited the removal efficiency of Alizarin red (AR) and phosphate (PO_(4)^(3–)) in the order of HCO_(3)^(-)>SO_(4)^(2–)>Cl^(-).Increasing temperatures (293–313 K) favoured the adsorption process at pH 3.The Langmuir model suited the adsorption processes of both AR and PO_(4)^(3–),implying homogenous and monolayer removal of pollutants with a maximal capacity of 537.8 mg·g^(-1)and 100.5 mg·g^(-1)at a dose of 0.01 g,respectively.The rate-determining steps of AR and PO_(4)^(3–)followed a pseudo-secondorder kinetic model and were thermodynamically spontaneous with an increase in randomness at the solid-solution interface.The adsorbent’s recyclability was notable and outperformed most adsorbents in terms of removal efficiency.TNR@PEI–Zr was found to be stable,and its use in practical wastewater decontamination was effective,ecologically acceptable and free of secondary pollution problems.Alexander Nti Kani Evans Dovi Aaron Albert Aryee Runping Han Zhaohui Li Lingbo Qu 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,60,8:0
19Mechanistic investigation of zwitterionic MOF-catalyzed enyne annulation using UNLPF-14-Mn^(Ⅲ) as catalyst显示文摘Hybrid quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics calculations were performed to elucidate how[Mn^(Ⅲ)porphyrin]^(+X−)-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)catalyze the[2+1]cycloisomerization of enynes and why zwitterionic MOFs exhibit strong activity in Lewis acid catalysis.The calculations showed that zwitterionic MOFs have a“pure cationic active center”leading to a concerted nucleophilic attack pathway with lower barriers.In contrast,metals with coordinating anions have reduced electrophilicity,resulting in a stepwise radical-type pathway with much higher barriers.Further calculations showed the nature of catalysis was strongly depended on the charge on the anion ligand.A good linear relationship between the NPA charge and barrier was found,and verified by 73 anions with small derivations,which presents a universal adaptive character for various coordinated anions.Taotao Liu Ruihong Duan Yanyan Wang Shijun Li Lingbo Qu Jinshuai Song Qiang Liu Yu Lan 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,9:0
20Dual microenvironmental parameter-responsive lysosome-targeting carbon dots for the high contrast discrimination of a broad spectrum of cancer cells显示文摘The development of new carbon dots(CDs)for fluorescence-based cancer diagnosis has recently attracted extensive attention.Diagnosis methods based on ligand-receptor fluorescence suffer from the heterogeneity of receptor expression.Changes in the microenvironments of cancer cells provide opportunities for accurate and broad-spectrum cancer diagnosis.The lysosomes in cancer cells have lower polarity and higher viscosity than normal cells.Based on these two key microenvironmental parameters,dual-responsive CDs with inherent lysosome-targeting ability were synthesized via one-step hydrothermal treatment.The CDs exhibit many advantageous properties including facile synthesis,good water solubility,pH-independent emission,excellent photostability,good biocompatibility,and wash-free imaging ability.The CDs were successfully employed in the fluorescence-based discrimination of a broad spectrum of cancer cells from normal cells with high contrast.The CDs are promising candidates for use in the field of cancer diagnosis.Yue Xiao Xiaohui Yin Pengjuan Sun Yuanqiang Sun Lingbo Qu Zhaohui Li 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,12:0
