| 1 | 广泛耐药革兰阴性菌感染的实验诊断、抗菌治疗及医院感染控制:中国专家共识显示文摘广泛耐药革兰阴性杆菌(XDR-GNB),是指除1~2类抗菌药物(主要指多黏菌素和替加环素)外,几乎对所有类别抗菌药物均不敏感的革兰阴性杆菌。XDR-GNB常见于肠杆菌科细菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌等。近年来,中国XDR-GNB的发生率呈不断上升趋势,由于缺乏有效的治疗药物,XDR-GNB感染成为公共卫生安全的一大威胁。我国有关感染的临床、微生物学及临床药理学专家们就XDR-GNB感染的实验室诊断、临床诊疗和医院感染控制等问题深入讨论,形成此共识。其中细菌药敏试验的抗菌药物品种及结果判定标准遵循美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)、欧洲抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会(EUCAST)或美国食品与药物监督管理局(FDA)的指南。研究提示长疗程使用广谱抗菌药物是引发XDR-GNB感染最重要的危险因素。根据现有的临床研究和实验室数据,共识提供治疗各种XDRGNB感染的联合用药推荐方案,其中常用的抗菌药物有替加环素、多黏菌素、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类和磷霉素等。同时建议实行严格的感染控制措施,包括手卫生、接触隔离、主动筛查、环境消毒、去定植和抗菌药物应用管理等遏制XDRGNB感染的传播。 | 王明贵 X.Guan L.He B.Hu J.Hu X.Huang G.Lai Y.Li Y.Liu Y.Ni H.Qiu Z.Shao Y.Shi M.Wang R.Wang D.Wu C.Xie Y.Xu F.Yang K.Yu Y.Yu J.Zhang C.Zhuo | 2017 | 中国感染与化疗杂志2017,17,1: | 269 |

| 3 | Bulk and local textures of pure magnesium processed by rotary swaging显示文摘Rotary swaging processing on commercial as-cast pure Mg has been carried out. Bulk texture variation with the processing passes was investigated using large gauge volume by neutron diffraction, of which results showed a combination of different components such as {00.2} basal fibre and two weak {10.0} and {11.0} fibres. Asymmetric distribution of the basal fibre around swaging direction was observed and being related to the processing parameters. The viscosity of three different types of Al-Si alloy melts was measured. It was showed that the relationship between the viscosity and temperature of hypoeutectic Al-5%Si and eutectic Al- 12.5%Si alloy melts is approximately exponential except for some special zones, but that of the hypereutectic melt is different. | 12 | Progress and perspective of interface design in garnet electrolyte-based all-solid-state batteries显示文摘Inorganic solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)are nonflammable alternatives to the commercial liquid-phase electrolytes.This enables the use of lithium(Li)metal as an anode,providing high-energy density and improved stability by avoiding unwanted liquid-phase chemical reactions.Among the different types of SSEs,the garnet-type electrolytes witness a rapid development and are considered as one of the top candidates to pair with Li metal due to their high ionic conductivity,thermal,and electrochemical stability.However,the large resistances at the interface between garnet-type electrolytes and cathode/anode are the major bottlenecks for delivering desirable electrochemical performances of all-solid-state batteries(SSBs).The electrolyte/anode interface also suffers from metallic dendrite formation,leading to rapid performance degradation.This is a fundamental material challenge due to the poor contact and wettability between garnet-type electrolytes with electrode materials.Here,we summarize and analyze the recent contributions in mitigating such materials challenges at the interface.Strategies used to address these challenges are divided into different categories with regard to their working principles.On one hand,progress has been made in the anode/garnet interface,such as the successful application of Li-alloy anode and different artificial interlayers,significantly improving interfacial performance.On the other hand,the desired cathode/garnet interface is still hard to reach due to the complex chemical and physical structure at the cathode.The common methods used are nanostructured cathode host and sintering additives for increasing the contact area.On the basis of this information,we present our views on the remaining challenges and future research of electrode/garnet interface.This review not only motivates the need for further understanding of the fundamentals,stability,and modifications of the garnet/electrode interfaces but also provides guidelines for the future design of the interface for SSB. | Junrun Feng Zhonghui Gao Lin Sheng Zhangxiang Hao Feng R.Wang | 2021 | Carbon Energy2021,3,3: | 1 |
