2Composition and structure design of three-layered composite phosphors for high color rendering chip-on-board light-emitting diode devices显示文摘A three-layered phosphor structure was designed and prepared by the spin coating of BaSi_(2)N_(2)O_(2):Eu(cyan-emitting)and(Sr,Ca)AlSiN_(3):Eu(red-emitting)phosphor films on the yellowemitting Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce(YAG:Ce)phosphor ceramic synthesized by the solid-state reaction under vacuum sintering.In order to achieve high color rendering lighting,the influence of the composition and structure of the three-layered phosphors on the optical,thermal,and electrical properties of the chip-on-board(COB)packaged white-light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)was studied systematically.The WLED with the structure of“red+cyan+yellow”(R+C+Y)three-layered phosphor generated neutral white light and had a luminous efficacy of 75 lm/W,the fidelity index(R_(f))of 93,the gamut index(R_(g))of 97,and the correlated color temperature(CCT)of 3852 K.Under the excitation of laser diode(LD),the layer-structured phosphor yielded the white light with a luminous efficacy of 120 lm/W,color rendering index(CRI)of 90,and CCT of 5988 K.The result indicates that the three-layered phosphor structure is a promising candidate to achieve high color rendering and high luminous efficacy lighting.Xin LIU Xinglu QIAN Peng ZHENG Xiaopu CHEN Yagang FENG Yun SHI Jun ZOU Rongjun XIE Jiang LI 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4:5

10Increasing detail of 3D models through combined photogrammetric and procedural modelling显示文摘This study addresses the need of making reality-based 3D urban models more detailed.Our method combines the established workflows from photogrammetry and procedural modelling in order to exploit distinct advantages of both approaches.Our overall workflow uses photogrammetry for measuring geo-referenced satellite imagery to create 3D building models and textured roof geometry.The results are then used to create attributed building footprints,which can be applied in the procedural modelling part of the workflow.Thereby procedural building models and detailed façade structures,based on street-level photos,are created.The final step merges the textured roof geometry with the procedural façade geometry,resulting in an improved model compared with using each technique alone.The article details the individual workflow steps and exemplifies the approach by means of a concrete case study carried out in Singapore's Punggol area,where we modelled a newly developed part of Singapore,consisting mainly of 3D high-rise towers.Stefan MÜLLER ARISONA Chen ZHONG Xianfeng HUANG Rongjun QIN 2013Geo-Spatial Information Science2013,16,1:1

18A New Nodosaurid Ankylosaur from the Chaochuan Formation of Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, China显示文摘Dongyangopelta yangyanensis gen. et sp. nov. from the Chaochuan Formation (Albian-Cenomanian) of Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, China is characterized: the convex anterior surface of the first presacral rod centrum strongly inflates laterally and slightly curves posteriorly; the fused pelvic shield composes of larger pebble-shaped bosses, defined by smaller tubercles or flat stretches of bone; most osteoderms are heavily roughened with notches and grooves for dermal attachment along the edge; domed triradiate osteoderm is present; sigmoid curvature of the dorsal surface of the ilium is present; the preacetabular process curves lateroventrally at the anterior end and has a shallow groove in the edge of the lateral and anterior ends and strong lateromedial expansion of the distal femur. The femoral head is well separated from the greater trochanter, indicating that Dongyangopelta is a nodosaurid ankylosaur, the second from southeast China. Phylogenetic analysis also positions this taxon in the Nodosauridae clade. Dongyangopelta differs from Zhejiangosaurus in the characters of presacral rod, ilium, and femur. 20Effects of interlayer coupling on the excitons and electronic structures of WS_(2)/hBN/MoS_(2) van der Waals heterostructures显示文摘Inserting hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)as barrier layers into bilayer transition metal dichalcogenides heterointerface has been proved an efficient method to improve two dimensional tunneling optoelectronic device performance.Nevertheless,the physical picture of interlayer coupling effect during incorporation of monolayer(1L-)hBN is not explicit yet.In this article,spectroscopic ellipsometry was used to experimentally obtain the broadband excitonic and critical point properties of WS_(2)/MoS_(2)and WS_(2)/hBN/MoS_(2)van der Waals heterostructures.We find that 1L-hBN can only slightly block the interlayer electron transfer from WS_(2)layer to MoS_(2)layer.Moreover,insertion of 1L-hBN weakens the interlayer coupling effect by releasing quantum confinement and reducing efficient dielectric screening.Consequently,the exciton binding energies in WS_(2)/hBN/MoS_(2)heterostructures blueshift comparing to those in WS_(2)/MoS_(2)heterostructures.In this exciton binding energies tuning process,the reducing dielectric screening effect plays a leading role.In the meantime,the quasi-particle(QP)bandgap remains unchanged before and after 1L-hBN insertion,which is attributed to released quantum confinement and decreased dielectric screening effects canceling each other.Unchanged QP bandgap as along with blueshift exciton binding energies lead to the redshift exciton transition energies in WS_(2)/hBN/MoS_(2)heterostructures.Xudan Zhu Junbo He Rongjun Zhang Chunxiao Cong Yuxiang Zheng Hao Zhang Songyou Wang Haibin Zhao Meiping Zhu Shanwen Zhang Shaojuan Li Liangyao Chen 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:1
