| 1 | Distinct immune signatures discriminate between asymptomatic and presymptomatic SARS-CoV-2^(pos)subjects显示文摘Increasing numbers of SARS-CoV-2-positive(SARS-CoV-2^(pos))subjects are detected at silent SARS-CoV-2 infection stage(SSIS).Yet,SSIS represents a poorly examined time-window wherein unknown immunity patterns may contribute to the fate determination towards persistently asymptomatic or overt disease.Here,we retrieved blood samples from 19 asymptomatic and 12 presymptomatic SARS-COV-2^(pos)subjects,47 age/gender-matched patients with mild or moderate COVID-19 and 27 normal subjects,and interrogated them with combined assays of 44-plex CyTOF,RNA-seq and Olink.Notably,both asymptomatic and presymptomatic subjects exhibited numerous readily detectable immunological alterations,while certain parameters including more severely decreased frequencies of CD107a^(low)classical monocytes,intermediate monocytes,non-classical monocytes and CD62L^(hi)CD8^(+)Tnaive cells,reduced plasma STC1 level but an increased frequency of CD4^(+)NKT cells combined to distinguish the latter.Intercorrelation analyses revealed a particular presymptomatic immunotype mainly manifesting as monocytic overactivation and differentiation blockage,a likely lymphocyte exhaustion and immunosuppression,yielding mechanistic insights into SSIS fate determination,which could potentially improve 5ARS-CoV-2 management. | Shanhe Yu Caixia Di Shijun Chen Mingquan Guo Jiayang Yan Zhaoqin Zhu Li Liu Ruixue Feng Yinyin Xie Ruihong Zhang Juan Chen Mengxi Wang Dong Wei Hai Fang Tong Yin Jinyan Huang Saijuan Chen Hongzhou Lu Jiang Zhu Jieming Qu | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,11: | 4 |

| 5 | Low-loading gold in situ doped with sulfur by biomolecule-assisted approach for promoted electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction显示文摘For electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction(CO_(2)RR),CO_(2)-to-CO conversion is considered an ideal route towards carbon neutrality for practical applications.Gold(Au)is known as a promising catalyst with high selectivity for CO;however,it suffers from high cost and low mass-specific activity.In this study,we design and prepare a catalyst featuring uniform S-doped Au nanoparticles on N-doped carbon support(denoted as S-Au/NC)by an in situ synthesis strategy using biomolecules.The S-Au/NC displays high activity and selectivity for CO in CO_(2)RR with a Au loading as low as 0.4 wt.%.The Faradaic efficiency of CO(FECO)for S-Au/NC is above 95%at−0.75 V(vs.RHE);by contrast,the FECO of Au/NC(without S)is only 58%.The Tafel slope is 77.4 mV·dec−1,revealing a favorable kinetics process.Furthermore,S-Au/NC exhibits an excellent long-term stability for CO_(2)RR.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the S dopant can boost the activity by reducing the free energy change of the potential-limiting step(formation of the*COOH intermediate).This work not only demonstrates a model catalyst featuring significantly reduced use of noble metals,but also establishes an in situ synthesis strategy for preparing high-performance catalysts. | Meijie Tan Xiaoqian Han Sen Ru Chao Zhang Zhouru Ji Zhaolin Shi Guomeng Qiao Yunying Wang Ruixue Cui Qiquan Luo Jiqing Jiao Yaguang Li Tongbu Lu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 1 |

| 7 | Effect of orthokeratology on precision and agreement assessment of a new sweptsource optical coherence tomography biometer显示文摘Background:To evaluate the effect of orthokeratology on precision of measurements in children using a new swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)optical biometer(OA-2000),and agreement between its measurements and those provided by the commonly used IOLMaster based on partial coherence interferometry(PCI).Methods:This study recruited fifty-one eyes of 51 normal children(8–16 years).An operator took measurements with the two biometers.Then,a second operator took measurements with the SS-OCT biometer.After orthokeratology was performed for one month,the same operators repeated the same procedures.Axial length(AL),mean keratometry(Km)at 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm diameters(Km2.5 and Km3.0),central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT)and corneal diameter(CD)were analyzed.Results:With the SS-OCT optical biometer,the test-retest repeatability of AL measurements was<0.06 mm.For all parameters,the coefficients of variation were<1.23%and the intraclass correlation coefficients were>0.95.The 95%limits of agreement of difference between the two devices for CD parameter were up to 1.53 mm.After orthokeratology,the fluctuation ranges of difference for Km3.0 measurement was 1.11 times higher than before orthokeratology,while the absolute values of difference for AL,Km2.5,ACD and CD measurements were comparable.Conclusions:Before and after orthokeratology,the SS-OCT biometer showed high repeatability and reproducibility for all measurements.Wearing orthokeratology contact lenses affected the agreement between SS-OCT and PCI biometers for Km3.0 measurements.The CD measurement showed poor agreement between the two devices. | Bao Shu Fangjun Bao Giacomo Savini Weicong Lu Ruixue Tu Haisi Chen Benhao Song Qinmei Wang Jinhai Huang | 2020 | Eye and Vision2020,7,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Formamidinium-incorporated Dion-Jacobson phase 2D perovskites for highly efficient and stable photovoltaics显示文摘Dion-Jacobson phase two-dimensional(DJ 2D)perovskites,recently attracting considerable interests,exhibit excellent environmental stability and structural tunability,but their solar cells still offer unsatisfactory power conversion efficiencies(PCEs).Herein,we develop DJ 2D perovskites employing formamidinium(FA+)as a ternary cation in the perovskite cages((PDA)(FA)x(MA)3-xPb4 I13,χ=0,0.15,0.3 and 0.6,PDA=1,3-propanediammonium)for highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs).We found that the DJ 2D perovskite with a 10%FA+fraction presents improved crystallinity,preferred vertical orientation,and longer charge carrier lifetime compared to that without FA+doping.As a result,the FAdoped DJ 2D PSCs exhibit a champion PCE of 14.74%with superior device stability.The unencapsulated devices sustain over 92%of its initial PCE after storage at a constant relative humidity(RH)of 65%for 6000 h,90%by heat at 85℃in air for 800 h,and 94%under 1-sun illumination for 5000 h.These findings demonstrate that the incorporation of FA cation into the DJ 2D perovskite is a promising strategy to develop highly efficient and stable DJ 2D PSCs. | Sajjad Ahmad Wei Yu Ruixue Lu Yang Liu Tonggang Jiu Shuping Pang Xin Guo Can Li | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6: | 1 |
| 10 | UiO-66 type metal-organic framework as a multifunctional additive to enhance the interfacial stability of Ni-rich layered cathode material显示文摘To effectively alleviate the surface structure degradation caused by electrolyte corrosion and transition metal(TM) dissolution for Ni-rich(Ni content > 0.6) cathode materials, porous Zirconium based metalorganic frameworks(Zr-MOFs, UiO-66) material is utilized herein as a positive electrode additive. UiO-66 owns tunable attachment sites and strong binding affinity, making itself an efficient defluorination agent to suppress the undesirable reactions caused by fluorine species. Besides, it can also relieve TMs dissolution and block the migration of TMs toward anode side since it’s a multifarious metal ions adsorbent,realizing both cathode and anode interface protection. Benefiting from these advantages, the UiO-66 assistant Ni-rich cathode achieves superior cycling stability. Particularly in full cell, the positive effects of this multifunctional additive are more pronounced than in the half-cell, that is after 400 cycles at 2 C,the capacity retention has doubled with the addition of UiO-66. | 11 | Effect of Tongxinluo on basic fibroblast growth factor mRNA after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘BACKGROUND: Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) can cause proliferation and differentiation of plentiful cells which are derived from mesoblast and neural ectoblast. Previous researches suggested that Tongxinluo could promote differentiation from neural stem cells (NSCs) to neurons and astrocytes after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Tongxinluo on bFGF mRNA of rats after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and analyze its dosage-dependence. DESIGN: Randomized controlled study. SETTING: Department of Neurology, Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University. MATERIALS: The experiment was carried out in Neurological Department of Nanfang Hospital affiliated to Southern Medical University from May 2005 to March 2006. A total of 192 healthy Wistar rats, weighing (200±20) g, of SPF grade, of both gender by half, were provided by Experimental Animal Center of Nanfang Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University. Tongxinluo was consisted of renshen, wugong, quanxie, shuizhi, chishao, bingpian, etc. and was provided by Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (batch number: 9906115). Main reagents: Agarose, DEPC-treated water, total RNA purification kit and one-step reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) kit were provided by Beijing Saibaisheng Gene Technique Co., Ltd. METHODS: All rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including high-dosage Tongxinluo group, low-dosage Tongxinluo group, model group and sham operation group with 48 in each group. Rats in the former three groups were observed at 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days after ischemia/reperfusion. In addition, rats in sham operation group were selected at the relevant time points. Every 8 rats were selected from each group for once. ① Right middle cerebral artery occlusion-reperfusion models were induced by Koizumi method and modified; moreover, neurological impairment was evaluated with Zealonga method. Except rats in sham operation group, rats in other three groups were involved in the final analysis, if scores of neurological impairment were higher than 2 at 6 hours after modeling. ② Administration: Rats in high-dosage Tongxinluo group were perfused with 150 g/L 1 g/(kg·d) Tongxinluo suspension; rats in low-dosage Tongxinluo group were perfused with 75 g/L 0.5 g/(kg·d) Tongxinluo suspension; rats in sham operation group and control group were perfused with the same volume of distilled water. Rats in each group were administrated at the wakeful time after reperfusion immediately. ③ Preparation of brain tissue: Rats were anesthetized at 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days after perfusion to obtain their brains, separate brain tissue on ischemic site, extract total RNA, perform RT-PCR and semi-quantitative analysis and detect expression of bFGF mRNA at ischemic brain tissue. ④ Statistical analysis: Intensity at each time point was measured with analysis of variance and F test. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes of bFGF mRNA during proliferation and differentiation of NSCs in ischemic brain tissue at each time point after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. RESULTS: All 192 rats were involved in the final analysis. Expression of bFGF mRNA was hardly measured at focal side of rats in sham operation group. Otherwise, expression of bFGF mRNA was measured at various time points at ischemic side of rats in model group; moreover, the expression was the strongest on the 7th day, decreased on the 14th day and fallen down to the basic value on the 30th day. At 5, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days after modeling, expressions of bFGF mRNA at focal side were 0.86±0.04, 0.87±0.04; 0.88±0.02, 0.87±0.02; 0.79±0.02, 0.81±0.03; 0.52±0.04, 0.54±0.04; 0.46±0.03, 0.45±0.03 in high-dosage Tongxinluo group and low-dosage Tongxinluo group, respectively, which were stronger than those in model group (0.62±0.06, 0.63±0.05, 0.52±0.06, 0.43±0.06, 0.19±0.04, P < 0.05). Expression of bFGF mRNA at each time point was similar in high-dosage Tongxinluo group to that in low-dosage Tongxinluo group. In addition, expression of bFGF mRNA was the strongest at focal side in high-dosage Tongxinluo group and low-dosage Tongxinluo group on the 7th day after modeling; meanwhile, the expression was still stronger within 30 days after ischemia.
