2Mapping epistasis and environment × QTX interaction based on four-omics genotypes for the detected QTX loci controlling complex traits in tobacco显示文摘Using newly developed methods and software, association mapping was conducted for chromium content and total sugar in tobacco leaf, based on four-omics datasets. Our objective was to collect data on genotype and phenotype for 60 leaf samples at four developmental stages, from three plant architectural positions and for three cultivars that were grown in two locations. Association mapping was conducted to detect genetic variants at quantitative trait SNP(QTS) loci, quantitative trait transcript(QTT) differences,quantitative trait protein(QTP) variability, and quantitative trait metabolite(QTM) changes,which can be summarized as QTX locus variation. The total heritabilities of the four-omics loci for both traits tested were 23.60% for epistasis and 15.26% for treatment interaction.Epistasis and environment × treatment interaction had important impacts on complex traits at all-omics levels. 3Perfection of Perovskite Grain Boundary Passivation by Rhodium Incorporation for Efficient and Stable Solar Cells显示文摘Organic cation and halide anion defects are omnipresent in the perovskite films,which will destroy perovskite electronic structure and downgrade the properties of devices.Defect passivation in halide perovskites is crucial to the application of solar cells.Herein,tiny amounts of trivalent rhodium ion incorporation can help the nucleation of perovskite grain and passivate the defects in the grain boundaries,which can improve efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells.Through first-principle calculations,rhodium ion incorporation into the perovskite structure can induce ordered arrangement and tune bandgap.In experiment,rhodium ion incorporation with perovskite can contribute to preparing larger crystalline and uniform film,reducing trap-state density and enlarging charge carrier lifetime.After optimizing the content of 1% rhodium,the devices achieved an efficiency up to 20.71% without obvious hysteresis,from 19.09% of that pristine perovskite.In addition,the unencapsulated solar cells maintain 92% of its initial efficiency after 500 h in dry air.This work highlights the advantages of trivalent rhodium ion incorporation in the characteristics of perovskite solar cells,which will promote the future industrial application.Wei Liu Nanjing Liu Shilei Ji Hongfeng Hua Yuhui Ma Ruiyuan Hu Jian Zhang Liang Chu Xing’ao Li Wei Huang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,9:4
4Astrocytes in depression and Alzheimer’s disease显示文摘Astrocytes are an abundant subgroup of cells in the central nervous system(CNS)that play a critical role in controlling neuronal circuits involved in emotion,learning,and memory.In clinical cases,multiple chronic brain diseases may cause psychosocial and cognitive impairment,such as depression and Alzheimer’s disease(AD).For years,complex pathological conditions driven by depression and AD have been widely perceived to contribute to a high risk of disability,resulting in gradual loss of self-care ability,lower life qualities,and vast burden on human society.Interestingly,correlational research on depression and AD has shown that depression might be a prodrome of progressive degenerative neurological disease.As a kind of multifunctional glial cell in the CNS,astrocytes maintain physiological function via supporting neuronal cells,modulating pathologic niche,and regulating energy metabolism.Mounting evidence has shown that astrocytic dysfunction is involved in the progression of depression and AD.We herein review the current findings on the roles and mechanisms of astrocytes in the development of depression and AD,with an implication of potential therapeutic avenue for these diseases by targeting astrocytes.Yang Liao Qu Xing Qianqian Li Jing Zhang Ruiyuan Pan Zengqiang Yuan 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,6:4
5Pathological features of COVID-19-associated lung injury:a preliminary proteomics report based on clinical samples显示文摘The COVID-19 pandemic has emerged as a global health emergency due to its association with severe pneumonia and relative high mortality.However,the molecular characteristics and pathological features underlying COVID-19 pneumonia remain largely unknown.To characterize molecular mechanisms underlying COVID-19 pathogenesis in the lung tissue using a proteomic approach,fresh lung tissues were obtained from newly deceased patients with COVID-19 pneumonia.After virus inactivation,a quantitative proteomic approach combined with bioinformatics analysis was used to detect proteomic changes in the SARS-CoV-2-infected lung tissues.We identified significant differentially expressed proteins involved in a variety of fundamental biological processes including cellular metabolism,blood coagulation,immune response,angiogenesis,and cell microenvironment regulation.Several inflammatory factors were upregulated,which was possibly caused by the activation of NF-κB signaling.Extensive dysregulation of the lung proteome in response to SARS-CoV-2 infection was discovered.Our results systematically outlined the molecular pathological features in terms of the lung response to SARS-CoV-2 infection,and provided the scientific basis for the therapeutic target that is urgently needed to control the COVID-19 pandemic.Ling Leng Ruiyuan Cao Jie Ma Danlei Mou Yunping Zhu Wei Li Luye Lv Dunqin Gao Shikun Zhang Feng Gong Lei Zhao Bintao Qiu Haiping Xiang Zhongjie Hu Yingmei Feng Yan Dai Jiang Zhao Zhihong Wu Hongjun Li Wu Zhong 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:4
6Multi-channel 28-GHz millimeter-wave signal generation on a silicon photonic chip with automated polarization control显示文摘We propose and experimentally demonstrate an integrated silicon photonic scheme to generate multi-channel millimeter-wave(MMW) signals for 5 G multi-user applications. The fabricated silicon photonic chip has a footprint of 1.1 × 2.1 mm^2 and integrates 7 independent channels each having on-chip polarization control and heterodyne mixing functions. 7 channels of4-Gb/s QPSK baseband signals are delivered via a 2-km multi-core fiber(MCF) and coupled into the chip with a local oscillator(LO) light. The polarization state of each signal light is automatically adjusted and aligned with that of the LO light, and then 7 channels of 28-GHz MMW carrying 4-Gb/s QPSK signals are generated by optical heterodyne beating. 8Evaluation of the Occurrence Possibility of SNP in Brassica napus with Sliding Window Features by Using RBF Networks显示文摘We extract some physical and chemical features re-lated to the occurrence of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) from three groups of sliding windows around SNP site,and then make the predictions about accuracy by using radial basis function (RBF) networks. The result of the forward sliding windows sug-gests that the accuracies and Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC values) ascend with the increasing of length of sliding windows. The accuracies range from 73.27 % to 80.69 %,and MCC values range from 0.465 to 0.614. The backward sliding windows and the sliding windows with fixed length three are de-signed to find the crucial sites related to SNP. The results imply that the occurrence possibility of SNP relies heavily on the above physical and chemical features of sites which are at a distance around 20 bases from the SNP site. 9Viscoplastic Damage-Softening Constitutive Model for Concrete Subjected to Uniaxial Dynamic Compression显示文摘A new viscoplastic damage-softening constitutive model is presented. It is developed by integrating a Bodner-Partom viscoplastic model with a newdamage evolution equation. A set of ordinary differential equations( ODEs) is formulated,and a Runge-Kutta integral method is used to get stress-strain curves given by the model. Also,stress-strain curves of a wide range of strain-rates for concrete were obtained by split Hopkinson pressure bar( SHPB) tests. By fitting the integral stressstrain curves to the experimental ones with the least square optimization method,we determined the material parameters in our model. 11Work function engineering to enhance open-circuit voltage in planar perovskite solar cells by g-C_(3)N_(4) nanosheets显示文摘Enhancement of open-circuit voltage(Voc)is an effective way to improve power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Theoretically,work function engineering of TiO2 electron transport layer can reduce both the loss of Voc and current hysteresis in PSCs.In this work,two-dimensional g-C_(3)N_(4) nanosheets were adopted to modify the compact TiO2 layers in planar PSCs,which can finely tune the work function(WF)and further improve the energy level alignment at the interface to enhance the Voc and diminish the hysteresis.Meanwhile,the quality of perovskite films and charge transfer of the devices were improved by g-C_(3)N_(4) nanosheets.Therefore,the PCE of the planar PSCs was champed to 19.55%without obvious hysteresis compared with the initial 15.81%,mainly owing to the remarkable improvement of VOC from 1.01 to 1.11 V.In addition,the stability of the devices was obviously improved.The results demonstrate an effective strategy of W_(F) engineering to enhance Voc and diminish hysteresis phenomenon for improving the performance of PSCs.Jian Yang Liang Chu Ruiyuan Hu Wei Liu Nanjing Liu Yuhui Ma Waqar Ahmad Xing’ao Li 2021Nano Research2021,14,7:1
12Frequency-domain terahertz transmission spectra of Mn_3 and Mn_(12) single-molecule magnets显示文摘Frequency-domain terahertz transmission spectra of Mn3 and Mn12 single molecule magnets (SMMs) have been measured at different temperatures, and hence the anisotropic parameters D2 and D4 of the spin Hamiltonian H D2 S z2 D4 S z4have been calculated. For Mn12 SMM, D2= 10.9 GHz and D4= 2.59×10 2 GHz, while for Mn3 SMM, D2= 22.0 GHz and D4 can be considered negligible. 13Pressure-induced changes in the magnetic properties of the single crystal of Mn_3 single-molecule magnet显示文摘The magnetic measurements of the single crystal of Mn3 single-molecule magnet under high pressure at T=2 K have been performed.We find both the antiferromagnetic intermolecular coupling parameter J and the effective energy barrier to vary compared with the measurements at low pressure.The increase of|J|is estimated to be 12%at 0.7 GPa when compared with that of0 GPa,whereas the effective energy barrier becomes smaller with increasing pressure.Our results demonstrate that the intermolecular interaction of single-molecule magnet can be changed by pressure.Compared with the normal magnetic alloy,the effect of pressure on the magnetic properties of Mn3 is much more prominent,which implies that Mn3 may have great potential in magnetic multifunctional material.CUI Yan WU Yue LI YanRong LIU RuiYuan DONG XiaoLi WANG YunPing 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,7:1

18Physical mechanism of field modulation effects in ion implanted edge termination of vertical GaN Schottky barrier diodes显示文摘In this study,the physical properties of F ion-implanted GaN were thoroughly studied,and the related electric-field modulation mechanisms in ion-implanted edge termination were revealed.Transmission electron microscopy re.sults indicate that the ion-implanted region maintains a single-crystal structure even with the implantation of high-energy F ions,indicating that the high resistivity of the edge termination region is not induced by amorphization.Alternately,ion implantation-induced deep levels could compensate the electrons and lead to a highly resistive layer In addition to the bulk ffect,the direct bombardment of high-energy F ions resulted in a rough and nitrogen-deficient surface,which was confirmed via atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,The implanted surface with a large density of nitrogen vacancies can accommodate electrons,and it is more conductive than the bulk in the implanted region,which is validated via spreading resistance profiling and conductive AFM measurements.Under reverse bias,the implanted surface can spread the potential in the lateral direction,whereas the acceptor traps capture electrons acting as space charges,shifting the peak electric field into the bulk region in the vertical direction.As a result,the Schottky barrier diode terminated with high-energy F ion-implanted regions exhibits a breakdown voltage of over 1.2 kv.Ruiyuan Yin Chiachia Li Bin Zhang Jinyan Wang Yunyi Fu Cheng P.Wen Yilong Hao Bo Shen Maojun Wang 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,4:1
19Context-Aware Recommendation in Mobile Environments:An Approach Based on Interest Resonance显示文摘The recommendation system can efficiently solve the information overload in mobile Internet. Thus, how to effectively utilize context information to improve the accuracy of recommendation becomes the research focus in the field. This article puts forward a novel approach to realize the context-aware recommendation in mobile environments. It first gets users' interest resonance with a hash-based interest resonance mining algorithm. Then, it calculates the association degree between the user and the item and then predicts the user's rating on the item. Finally, it comprehensively figures out the recommending index. Moreover, this article also designs a personal recommendation model for the users and provides relevant decision-making coefficients. 20An Approach for User’s Trajectory Prediction Based on the Trajectory Cluster显示文摘The existing user's trajectory prediction methods considered little about the interrelation among users and would fail if the user historical trajectory data were lack. This paper presents a user's trajectory prediction model and corresponding algorithms by the historical trajectories of users based on the trajectory cluster.
