| 2 | Correlation and analysis of well-log sequence with Milankovitch cycles as rulers: A case study of coal-bearing strata of late Permian in western Guizhou显示文摘Based on the well-logging data of typical wells of Zhijin,Panxian and Weining areas in western Guizhou,the well-logging data GR of late Permian coal-bearing strata were processed and wavelet transform technique was used to carry out the sequence stratigraphy division and correlation.The study mainly focuses on the controlling effects which Milankovitch had on high frequency sequence,Milankovitch cycle can be used as a ruler of sequence stratigraphy division and correlation to ensure the scientifcity and the unity of sequence stratigraphy division.According to well-logging signal of the ideal Milankovitch cycle,the corresponding relation between the wavelet scales and the cycles is determined by wavelet analysis.Through analyzing analog signals of subsequence sets to search the corresponding relation between various system tracts and the features of time-frequency,the internal features of wavelet transform scalogram could be made clearly.According to ideal model research,features of Milankovitch curves and wavelet spectrum can be seen clearly and each well can be classifed into four third-order sequences and two system tracts.At the same time Milankovitch cycle can realize the division and correlation of stratigraphic sequence in a quick and convenient way. | Yuan Xuexu Guo Yinghai Yu Jifeng Shen Yulin Shao Yubao | 2013 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,4: | 6 |
| 3 | mRNA expression of Rho GTPase-related signaling molecules during rat hippocampal development显示文摘BACKGROUND:Rho GTPase family members have been shown to participate in neurite growth by regulating the neuronal cytoskeleton.However,there are very few reports of developmental roles of signaling molecules related to Rho GTPases. OBJECTIVE:To investigate messenger ribonucleic acid mRNA expression of signaling molecules associated with Rho GTPases,including Rho-A,Rac-1,collapsin response mediator protein 1(CRMP-1),and tubulin(53(Tubβ3) during rat hippocampus development. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A non-randomized,controlled,animal experiment,based on different developmental stages of the rat hippocampus,was performed at the Guangdong Key Laboratory of Tissue Construction and Detection,Institute of Clinical Anatomy,Southern Medical University between December 2005 and July 2007. MATERIALS:Trizol reagent was purchased from Invitrogen,USA.RNA PCR kit(AMV) Ver 3.0 and 150 bp DNA Ladder Marker were purchased from TaKaRa,Japan.Unless otherwise specified,all other reagents were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich,USA. METHODS:Twenty-five Sprague Dawley rats were assigned to five groups(n = 5) according to developmental stages:embryonic(embryonic 15 days),neonatal(postnatal 5 days),juvenile (postnatal 1 month),adult(postnatal 3 months),and senile(postnatal 18 months). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Detection of mRNA expression of Rho-A,Rac-1,CRMP-1,and Tubβ3 during various hippocampal developmental stages by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS:Hippocampal mRNA expression of Rho-A,as well as Rac-1,reached peak levels at embryonic,juvenile,and senile stages,and was relatively less during neonatal and adult stages. mRNA expression of Rac-1 was greater than Rho-A during each hippocampal developmental stage. CRMP-1 mRNA expression levels were as follows:embryonic>neonatal>juvenile>adultneonatal>juvenile>adult = senile. | 7 | 吉西他滨联合顺铂或卡铂方案一线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒性比较(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and toxicity between gemcitabine plus cisplatin and plus carboplatin in first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 iv, d1, 8; cisplatin 75 mg/m2 iv, d1, or 25 mg/m2 iv, d1-3; carboplatin AUC = 5 iv, d1; repeated every 21 days. Results: All 76 cases were available for objective response. Gemcitabine + cisplatin (GCis) group: among 33 cases, CR 1 case, PR 13 cases, MR 3 cases, SD 7 cases, PD 9 cases, response rate, disease control rate, time to progress (TTP), median survival time (MST) and 1-, 2-year survival rates were 42.42% (14/33), 72.73% (24/33), 5 months, 14 months and 66.67% (22/33), 12.12% (4/33), respectively; Gemcitabine + carboplatin (GCarb) group: among 43 cases, PR 13 cases, MR 11 cases, SD 7 cases, PD 12 cases, the results while comparing with those of GCis group were 30.23% (13/43), 72.09% (31/43), 4 months, 11 months and 48.84% (21/43), 2.33% (1/43), respectively. Among them, only MST between the two groups had significant statistic difference (χ2 = 2.45, P = 0.017). Mild to modest myelo-suppression as well as nausea and vomiting were observed. Conclusion: Both GCis and GCarb regimens had active and well-tolerated toxicity for advanced NSCLC. Cisplatin-based chemotherapy yields a substantial effective advantage over carboplatin-based regimens. | 11 | The Tianlin Mission:A 6m UV/Opt/IR Space Telescope to Explore Habitable Worlds and the Universe显示文摘It is expected that ongoing and future space-borne planet survey missions including Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite(TESS),PLATO and Earth 2.0 will detect thousands of small to medium-sized planets via the transit technique,including over a hundred habitable terrestrial rocky planets.To conduct a detailed study of these terrestrial planets,particularly the cool ones with wide orbits,the exoplanet community has proposed various follow-up missions.The currently proposed European Space Agency mission Ariel is the first step for this purpose,and it is capable of characterization of planets down to warm super-Earths mainly using transmission spectroscopy.The NASA Large Ultraviolet/Optical/Infrared Surveyor mission proposed in the Astro2020 Decadal Survey white paper will endeavor to further identify habitable rocky planets,and is expected to launch around 2045.In the meanwhile,China is funding a concept study of a 6 m class space telescope named Tianlin(a UV/Opt/NIR large aperture space telescope)that aims to start its operation within the next 10–15 yr and last for 5+yr.Tianlin will be primarily aimed at the discovery and characterization of rocky planets in the habitable zones around nearby stars and to search for potential biosignatures mainly using the direct imaging method.Transmission and emission spectroscopy at moderate to high resolution will be carried out as well on a population of exoplanets to strengthen the understanding of the formation and evolution of exoplanets.It will also be utilized to perform in-depth studies of the cosmic web and early galaxies,and constrain the nature of dark matter and dark energy.We describe briefly the primary scientific motivations and main technical considerations based on our preliminary simulation results.We find that a monolithic off-axis space telescope with primary mirror diameter larger than 6 m equipped with a high contrast coronagraph can identify water in the atmosphere of a habitable-zone Earth-like planet around a Sunlike star.More simulations for the detectability of other key biosignatures including O_(3),O_(2),CH_(4)and chlorophyll are coming. | Wei Wang Meng Zhai Gang Zhao Shen Wang Jifeng Liu Jin Chang Xuejun Zhang Jihong Dong Boqian Xu Frank Grupp | 2023 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2023,23,9: | 0 |

| 16 | Association of variants in the KIF1A gene with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis显示文摘Background:Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a devastating progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects neurons in the central nervous system and the spinal cord.As in many other neurodegenerative disorders,the genetic risk factors and pathogenesis of ALS involve dysregulation of cytoskeleton and neuronal transport.Notably,sen-sory and motor neuron diseases such as hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy type 2(HSAN2)and spastic paraplegia 30(SPG30)share several causative genes with ALS,as well as having common clinical phenotypes.KIF1A encodes a kinesin 3 motor that transports presynaptic vesicle precursors(SVPs)and dense core vesicles and has been reported as a causative gene for HSAN2 and SPG30.Methods:Here,we analyzed whole-exome sequencing data from 941 patients with ALS to investigate the genetic association of KIF1A with ALS.Results:We identified rare damage variants(RDVs)in the KIF1A gene associated with ALS and delineated the clini-cal characteristics of ALS patients with KIF1A RDVs.Clinically,these patients tended to exhibit sensory disturbance.Interestingly,the majority of these variants are located at the C-terminal cargo-binding region of the KIF1A protein.Functional examination revealed that the ALS-associated KIF1A variants located in the C-terminal region preferentially enhanced the binding of SVPs containing RAB3A,VAMP2,and synaptophysin.Expression of several disease-related KIF1A mutants in cultured mouse cortical neurons led to enhanced colocalization of RAB3A or VAMP2 with the KIF1A motor.Conclusions:Our study highlighted the importance of KIF1A motor-mediated transport in the pathogenesis of ALS,indicating KIF1A as an important player in the oligogenic scenario of ALS. | Panlin Liao Yanchun Yuan Zhen Liu Xiaorong Hou Wanzhen Li Jin Wen Kexuan Zhang Bin Jiao Lu Shen Hong Jiang Jifeng Guo Beisha Tang Zhuohua Zhang Zhonghua Hu Junling Wang | 2022 | Translational Neurodegeneration2022,11,1: | 0 |
