1Chinese consensus guidelines for diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal stromal tumor显示文摘In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. 3Sulfolobus tokodaii RadA paralog,stRadC2,is involved in DNA recombination via interaction with RadA and Hjc显示文摘Rad51/RadA paralogs found in eukaryotes and euryarchaea play important roles during recombination and repair,and mutations in one of the human Rad51 paralogs,Rad51C,are associated with breast and ovarian cancers.The hyperthermophilic crenarchaeon Sulfolobus tokodaii encodes four putative RadA paralogs and studies on these proteins may assist in understanding the functions of human Rad51 paralogs.Here,we report the biochemical characterization of stRadC2,a S.tokodaii RadA paralog.Pull-down assays revealed that the protein was able to interact with the recombinase,RadA,and the Holliday junction endonuclease,Hjc.stRadC2 inhibited the strand exchange activity of RadA and facilitated Hjc-mediated Holliday junction DNA cleavage in vitro.RT-PCR analysis revealed that stRadC2 transcription was immediately reduced after UV irradiation,but was restored to normal levels at the late stages of DNA repair.Our results suggest that stRadC2 may act as an anti-recombination factor in DNA recombinational repair in S.tokodaii.WANG Lei SHENG DuoHong HAN WenYuan HUANG Bin ZHU ShanShan NI JinFeng LI Jia SHEN YuLong 2012Science China(Life Sciences)2012,55,3:3
4Distributed Information Flow Verification for Secure Service Composition in Smart Sensor Network显示文摘Accelerate processor, efficient software and pervasive connections provide sensor nodes with more powerful computation and storage ability, which can offer various services to user. Based on these atomic services, different sensor nodes can cooperate and compose with each other to complete more complicated tasks for user. However, because of the regional characteristic of sensor nodes, merging data with different sensitivities become a primary requirement to the composite services, and information flow security should be intensively considered during service composition. In order to mitigate the great cost caused by the complexity of modeling and the heavy load of single-node verification to the energy-limited sensor node, in this paper, we propose a new distributed verification framework to enforce information flow security on composite services of smart sensor network. We analyze the information flows in composite services and specify security constraints for each service participant. Then we propose an algorithm over the distributed verification framework involving each sensor node to participate in the composite service verification based on the security constraints. 6Isolation and Identification of a Nitrite-oxidizing Bacterium from Hepu County显示文摘In order to select the strain that can degrade nitrite,the screening plate with nitrite was used as the sole nitrogen source to screen the strain with ability to degrade nitrite. A strain with nitrite degrading capacity was isolated from the sludge of a shrimp-farming pond in Hepu City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The isolated strain was identified based on colonial morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and 16 S rRNA sequence. Results showed that the strain could grow well on the culture medium containing 2. 3 g / L nitrite. According to the morphological characteristics,nitrogen source requirements and evolutionary tree of the 16 S rRNA sequence,the isolated strain was identified as Acinetobacter radioresistens,which was named HPAR132 strain. 7Analysis of SVEIR worm attack model with saturated incidence and partial immunization显示文摘Internet worms can propagate across networks at terrifying speeds,reduce network security to a remarkable extent,and cause heavy economic losses.Thus,the rapid elimination of Internet worms using partial immunization becomes a significant matter for sustaining Internet infrastructure.This paper addresses this issue by presenting a novel worm susceptible-vaccinated-exposed-infectious-recovered model,named the SVEIR model.The SVEIR model extends the classical susceptible-exposed-infectious-recovered model(refer to SEIR model)through incorporating a saturated incidence rate and a partial immunization rate.The basic reproduction number in the SVEIR model is obtained.By virtue of the basic reproduction number,we prove the global stabilities of an infection-free equilibrium point and a unique endemic equilibrium point.Numerical methods are used to verify the proposed SVEIR model.Simulation results show that partial immunization is highly effective for eliminating worms,and the SVEIR model is viable for controlling and forecasting Internet worms.WANG Fangwei HUANG Wenyan SHEN Yulong WANG Changguang 2016Journal of Communications and Information Networks2016,1,4:2

14Structure-Based Genetic Analysis of Hel308a in the Hyperthermophilic Archaeon Sulfolobus islandicus显示文摘In archaea, the HEL308 homolog Hel308a(or Hjm) is implicated in stalled replication fork repair. The biochemical properties and structures of Hjm homologs are well documented, but in vivo mechanistic information is limited. Herein, a structure-based functional analysis of Hjm was performed in the genetically tractable hyperthermophilic archaeon, Sulfolobus islandicus. Results showed that domain V and residues within it, which affect Hjm activity and regulation, are essential and that the domain V-truncated mutants and sitedirected mutants within domain V cannot complement hjm chromosomal deletion. Chromosomal hjm deletion can be complemented by ectopic expression of hjm under the control of its native promoter but not an artificial arabinose promoter. Cellular Hjm levels are kept constant under ultraviolet(UV) and methyl methanesulfonate(MMS) treatment conditions in a strain carrying a plasmid to induce Hjm overexpression. 18A new receiver clock model to enhance BDS-3 real-time PPP time transfer with the PPP-B2b service显示文摘A new Precise Point Positioning(PPP)service,called the PPP-B2b service,has been implemented in the BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3),which brings new opportunities for time transfer.However,the solution using the traditional PPP method with the PPP-B2b correction still absorbs some unknown errors and needs reconverging when there exist abnormal data.We developed a new receiver clock model to improve PPP time transfer using the PPP-B2b correction.The traditional PPP time transfers using PPP-B2b with BDS-3,Global Positioning System(GPS),and BDS-3/GPS(Scheme1)are compared with the corresponding time transfer with the proposed clock model(Scheme2).The results show that GPS-only PPP is not recommended because of low accuracy of 2 ns.BDS-3 or BDS-3/GPS PPP time transfers in Scheme1 can realize about 0.2 ns accuracy.When the new clock model is applied,the accuracy can be improved by up to 45%and 39.8%for BDS-3 and BDS-3/GPS PPP,respectively.The proposed clock model can signifcantly improve the short-term frequency stability by 57.4%,but less for the long-term stability.Yulong Ge Qing Wang Yong Wang Daqian Lyu Xinyun Cao Fei Shen Xiaolin Meng 2023Satellite Navigation2023,4,1:1
