Shaking table test and numerical simulation of an isolated cylindrical latticed shell under multiple-support excitations显示文摘In order to study the infl uence of the ground motion spatial eff ect on the seismic response of large span spatial structures with isolation bearings, a single-layer cylindrical latticed shell scale model with a similarity ratio of 1/10 was constructed. An earthquake simulation shaking table test on the response under multiple-support excitations was performed with the high-position seismic isolation method using high damping rubber (HDR) bearings. Small-amplitude sinusoidal waves and seismic wave records with various spectral characteristics were applied to the model. The dynamic characteristics of the model and the seismic isolation eff ect on it were analyzed at varying apparent wave velocities, namely infi nitely great, 1000 m/s, 500 m/s and 250 m/s. Besides, numerical simulations were carried out by Matlab software. According to the comparison results, the numerical results agreed well with the experimental data. Moreover, the results showed that the latticed shell roof exhibited a translational motion as a rigid body after the installation of the HDR bearings with a much lower natural frequency, higher damping ratio and only 1/2~1/8 of the acceleration response peak values. Meanwhile, the structural responses and the bearing deformations at the output end of the seismic waves were greatly increased under multiple-support excitations. | Xue Suduo Shan Mingyue Li Xiongyan Liang Shuanzhu Huang Fuyun Liu Yi | 2019 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2019,18,3: | 5
Effect of Initial Oxide Film on the Formation and Performance of Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation Coating on 7075 Aluminum Alloy显示文摘In the early stage of plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO),the quick formation of the initial oxide film on the surface of the aluminum substrate is necessary for the subsequent discharge spark process.Furthermore, the compactness of the initial oxide film greatly affects the quality of the PEO coating, but the related mechanisms are not investigated in detail. In this paper, the status of the initial oxide film was adjusted by adding the(NaPO)into the based electrolyte, and then the effect of initial oxide film on the formation of the PEO coating was compared.Microstructure and chemical composition were analyzed by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. The compactness of the initial oxide film was characterized by Mott-Schottky plots. The corrosion resistance was measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the addition of(NaPO)can promote the co-deposition of phosphide compound into the initial oxide film and improve the film compactness, which is beneficial for the more uniform spark discharge in the later stage. As a result, the addition of(NaPO)is helpful to obtain PEO coating with better performance. | Mingyu Zhu Yingwei Song Kaihui Dong Dayong Shan En-Hou Han | 2022 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,9: | 1
Targeting UHRF1-SAP30-MXD4 axis for leukemia initiating cell eradication in myeloid leukemia显示文摘Aberrant self-renewal of leukemia initiation cells(LICs)drives aggressive acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Here,we report that UHRF1,an epigenetic regulator that recruits DNMT1 to methylate DNA,is highly expressed in AML and predicts poor prognosis.UHRF1 is required for myeloid leukemogenesis by maintaining self-renewal of LICs.Mechanistically,UHRF1 directly interacts with Sin3A-associated protein 30(SAP30)through two critical amino acids,G572 and F573 in its SRA domain,to repress gene expression.Depletion of UHRF1 or SAP30 derepresses an important target gene,MXD4,which encodes a MYC antagonist, and leads to suppression of leukemogenesis.Further knockdown of MXD4 can rescue the leukemogenesis by activating the MYC pathway.Lastly,we identified a UHRF1 inhibitor,UF146,and demonstrated its significant therapeutic efficacy in the myeloid leukemia PDX model.Taken together, our study reveals the mechanisms for altered epigenetic programs in AML and provides a promising targeted therapeutic strategy against AML. | Cheng-Long Hu Bing-Yi Chen Zijuan Li Tianbiao Yang Chun-Hui Xu Ruirui Yang Peng-Cheng Yu Jingyao Zhao Ting Liu Na Liu Bin Shan Qunling Zhang Junhong Song Ming-Yue Fei Li-Juan Zong Jia-Ying Zhang Ji-Chuan Wu Shu-Bei Chen Yong Wang Binhe Chang Dan Hou Ping Liu Yilun Jiang Xiya Li Xinchi Chen Chu-Han Deng Yi-Yi Ren Roujia Wang Jiacheng Jin Kai Xue Ying Zhang Meirong Du Jun Shi Ling-Yun Wu Chun-Kang Chang Shuhong Shen Zhu Chen Sai-Juan Chen Xiaolong Liu Xiao-Jian Sun Mingyue Zheng Lan Wang | 2022 | Cell Research2022,32,12: | 1
A study of emissions and marker gases from smouldering combustion in Larix gmelinii plantations of the Daxing'an Mountains显示文摘Underground fires are characterized by smouldering combustion with a slow rate of spread rate and without flames.Although smouldering combustion releases large amounts of gaseous pollutants,it is difficult to discover by today's forest fire monitoring technologies.Carbon monoxide(CO),nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))and sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))were identified as high concentration marker gases of smouldering combustion-easily-be monitored.According to a two-way ANOVA,combustion time had a significant impact on CO and NO_(x) emissions;smoldering-depth also had a significant impact on NO_(x) emissions but not on CO emissions.Gas emission equations were established by multiple linear regression,C_(co)=156.989-16.626 t and C_(NOx)=3.637-0.252 t-0.039 h. | Shuyuan Tang Sainan Yin Yanlong Shan Bo Gao Long Sun Xiyue Han Mingxia Wang Mingyu Wang Zongshi Chen | 2022 | Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,1: | 1
High-rate CH_(4)-to-C_(2)H_(6) photoconversion enabled by Au/ZnO porous nanosheets under oxygen-free system显示文摘Photocatalytic CH_(4) coupling into high-valued C_(2)H_(6) is highly attractive, whereas the photosynthetic rate, especially under oxygen-free system,is still unsatisfying. Here,we designed the negatively charged metal supported on metal oxide nanosheets to activate the inert C-H bond in CH_(4)and hence accelerate CH_(4) coupling performance. As an example, the synthetic Au/ZnO porous nanosheets exhibit the C_(2)H_(6) photosynthetic rate of 1,121.6μmol g^(-1)_(cat)h^(-1)and the CH_(4) conversion rate of 2,374.6μmol g^(-1)_(cat)h^(-1) under oxygen-free system,2 orders of magnitude higher than those of previously reported photocatalysts.By virtue of several in situ spectroscopic techniques,it is established that the generated Au^(δ-)and O^-species together polarized the C-H bond, while the Au^(δ-)and O^-species jointly stabilized the CH_(3) intermediates, which favored the coupling of CH_(3) intermediate to photosynthesize C_(2)H_(6) instead of overoxidation into CO_(x).Thus,the design of dual active species is beneficial for achieving high-efficient CH_(4)-to-C_(2)H_(6) photoconversion. | Kai Zheng Xiaojing Zhang Jun Hu Chengbin Xu Juncheng Zhu Jing Li Mingyu Wu Shan Zhu Li Li Shumin Wang Yumei Lv Xin He Ming Zuo Chengyuan Liu Yang Pan Junfa Zhu Yongfu Sun Yi Xie | 2024 | Science China Chemistry2024,67,3: | 0
STING agonist-boosted mRNA immunization via intelligent design of nanovaccines for enhancing cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Messenger RNA(mRNA)vaccine is revolutionizing the methodology of immunization in cancer. However,mRNA immunization is drastically limited by multistage biological barriers including poor lymphatic transport, rapid clearance, catalytic hydrolysis, insufficient cellular entry and endosome entrapment.Herein,we design a mRNA nanovaccine based on intelligent design to overcome these obstacles.Highly efficient nanovaccines are carried out with machine learning techniques from datasets of various nanocarriers, ensuring successful delivery of mRNA antigen and cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate(cGAMP)to targets. It activates stimulator of interferon genes(STING),promotes mRNA-encoded antigen presentation and boosts antitumour immunity in vivo, thus inhibiting tumour growth and ensuring long-term survival of tumour-bearing mice. This work provides a feasible and safe strategy to facilitate STING agonist-synergized mRNA immunization, with great translational potential for enhancing cancer immunotherapy. | Lei Zhou Wenzhe Yi Zehong Zhang Xiaoting Shan Zitong Zhao Xiangshi Sun Jue Wang Hao Wang Hualiang Jiang Mingyue Zheng Dangge Wang Yaping Li | 2023 | National Science Review2023,10,10: | 0

Atomically Precise Pd Species Accelerating CO_(2) Hydrodeoxygenation into CH_(4) with 100%Selectivity显示文摘High-rate CO_(2)-to-CH_(4)photoreduction with high selectivity is highly attractive, which is a win-win strategy for mitigating the greenhouse effect and the energy crisis. However, the poor photocatalytic activity and low product selectivity hinder the practical application. To precisely tailor the product selectivity and realize high-rate CO_(2)photoreduction,we design atomically precise Pd species supported on In_(2)O_(3)nanosheets.Taking the synthetic 1.30Pd/In_(2)O_(3)nanosheets as an example, the aberration-correction high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy image displayed the Pd species atomically dispersed on the In_(2)O_(3)nanosheets.Raman spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectra established that the strong interaction between the Pd species and the In_(2)O_(3)substrate drove electron transfer from In to Pd species, resulting in electron-enriched Pd sites for CO_(2)activation.Synchrotronradiation photoemission spectroscopy demonstrated that the Pd species can tailor the conduction band edge of In_(2)O_(3)nanosheets to match the CO_(2)-to-CH_(4)pathway,instead of the CO_(2)-to-CO pathway, which theoretically accounts for the high CH_(4)selectivity.Moreover,in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy unveiled that the catalytically active sites had a change from In species to Pd species over the 1.30Pd/In_(2)O_(3)nanosheets.In situ FTIR and EPR spectra reveal the atomically precise Pd species with rich electrons prefer to adsorb the electrophilic protons for accelerating the*COOH intermediates hydrogenation into CH_(4).Consequently,the 1.30Pd/In_(2)O_(3)nanosheets reached CO_(2)-to-CH_(4)photoconversion with 100%selectivity and 81.2μmol g^(−1)h^(−1)productivity. | Kai Zheng Siying Liu Bangwang Li Juncheng Zhu Xiaojing Zhang Mingyu Wu Li Li Shan Zhu Wenxiu Liu Jun Hu Chengyuan Liu Minghui Fan Ming Zuo Junfa Zhu Yang Pan Yongfu Sun Yi Xie | 2023 | Precision Chemistry2023,1,9: | 0
The optimal anticoagulation strategy for COVID-19,prophylactic or therapeutic?:a meta-analysis,trial sequential analysis, and meta-regression of more than 27,000 participants显示文摘Background:Anticoagulants are promising regimens for treating coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).However,whether prophylactic or intermediate-to-therapeutic dosage is optimal remains under active discussion. Methods:We comprehensively searched PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,ClinicalTrials, and MedRxiv databases on April 26,2022.Two independent researchers conducted literature selection and data extraction separately according to predetermined criteria.Notably, this is the first meta-analysis on COVID-19,taking serious consideration regarding the dosage overlap between the 2 comparison groups of prophylactic anticoagulation(PA)and intermediate-to-therapeutic anticoagulation(I-TA).Results:We included 11 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and 36 cohort studies with 27,051 COVID-19 patients.By analyzing all the RCTs,there was no significant difference in mortality between the PA and I-TA groups, which was further confirmed by trial sequential analysis(TSA)(odds ratio[OR]:0.93;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.71–1.22;P=0.61;TSA adjusted CI:0.71–1.26).The rate of major bleeding was remarkably higher in the I-TA group than in the PA group, despite adjusting for TSA(OR:1.73;95%CI:1.15–2.60;P=0.009;TSA adjusted CI:1.09–2.58).RCTs have supported the beneficial effect of I-TA in reducing thrombotic events. After including all studies, mortality in the I-TA group was significantly higher than in the PA group(OR:1.38;95%CI:1.15–1.66;P=0.0005).The rate of major bleeding was similar to the analysis from RCTs(OR:2.24;95%CI:1.86–2.69;P<0.00001).There was no distinct difference in the rate of thrombotic events between the 2 regimen groups. In addition,in both critical and noncritical subgroups,I-TA failed to reduce mortality but increased major bleeding rate compared with PA,as shown in meta-analysis of all studies,as well as RCTs only.Meta-regression of all studies suggested that there was no relationship between the treatment effect and the overall risk of mortality or major bleeding(P=0.14,P=0.09,respectively).Conclusion:I-TA is not superior to PA for treating COVID-19 because it fails to lower the mortality rate but increases the major bleeding rate in both critical and noncritical patients. | Mingyue Guo Qi Han Jiaxuan Xing Feng Xu Jiali Wang Chuanbao Li Zechen Shan Yuan Bian Hao Wang Li Xue Qiuhuan Yuan Chang Pan Yanshan De Xingfang Wang Panpan Hao Shengchuan Cao Jiaojiao Pang Yuguo Chen | 2022 | Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,3: | 0
