1In-situ incorporation of Copper (Ⅱ) porphyrin functionalized zirconium MOF and TiO2 for efficient photocatalytic CO2 reduction显示文摘As one of the highly effective methods to prepare catalysts for photocatalytic reduction of CO2 into valueadded chemicals,using metalloporphyrin as light-harvesting mixed ligand to modify metal-organic framework(MOF)is very valuable since it can greatly improve the prophyrin dispersibility and consequently inhibit its potential agglomeration.Herein,we employed a one-pot synthetic strategy to chemically immobilize Cu(II)tetra(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin(CuTCPP)into UiO-66 MOF structure through coordination mode.Meanwhile,in-situ growth of TiO2 nanoparticles onto the MOF is actualized with the generation of CuTCPP c UiO-66/TiO2(CTU/TiO2)composites.Under Xe lamp irradiation(λ>300 nm),the catalytic result presents that an optimal value of 31.32 μmol g^-1 h^-1 CO evolution amount,about 7 times higher than that of pure TiO2 was obtained through the photocatalysis.It is supposed owning to a consistent augment of light absorption derived from chemically implanted porphyrin derivative,which is simultaneously functioning with an efficacious separation of photo-induced carries given by the newly engendered composites between MOF and TiO2,an effective catalytic activity and approving recyclability of CTU/TiO2 can be achieved in the photocatalytic reduction of CO2 into CO.Lei Wang Pengxia Jin Shuhua Duan Houde She Jingwei Huang Qizhao Wang 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,13:16
2Biocompatibility and Immunotoxicology of the Preclinical Implantation of a Collagen-based Artificial Dermal Regeneration Matrix显示文摘Objective Graft rejection, with the possibility of a violent immune response, may be severe and life threatening. Our aim was to thoroughly investigate the biocompatibility and immunotoxicology of collagen-based dermal matrix(DM) before assessment in clinical trials. Methods DM was subcutaneously implanted in BALB/c mice in two doses to induce a potential immune response. The spleen and lymph nodes were assessed for shape, cell number, cell phenotype via flow cytometry, cell activation via CCK8 kit, Annexin V kit, and Ki67 immunostaining. Serum samples were used to measure antibody concentration by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Local inflammation was analyzed by histology and immunohistochemistry staining. Data analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA and non-parametric tests. Results Our data illustrate that the spleen and lymph node sizes were similar between the negative control mice and mice implanted with DM. However, in the high-dose DM(DM-H) group, the total cell populations in the spleen and lymph nodes, T cells and B cells in the spleen had slight increases in prophase, and the low-dose DM(DM-L) group did not display gross abnormities. Moreover, DM-H initiated moderate cell activation and proliferation in the early phase post-immunization, whereas DM-L did not. Neither DM-H nor DM-L implantation noticeably increased IgM and IgG serum concentrations. Examination of the local cellular response revealed only benign cell infiltration and TNF-α expression in slides of DM in the early phase. Conclusion Overall, DM-H may have induced a benign temporary acute immune response post-implantation, whereas DM-L had quite low immunogenicity. 3Effects of soilless substrates on seedling quality and the growth of transplanted super japonica rice显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the effects of soilless substrates of hydroponically grown long-mat seedlings(HLMS) on seedling quality and field growth characteristics of transplanted super japonica rice. A widely grown conventional super japonica rice cultivar(Wuyunjing 23) was selected as the test material. The effect of HLMS on seedling quality, mechanical transplantation quality, field growth characteristics, yield, and benefit-cost ratio were compared with seedlings grown in organic substrates and traditional nutritive soil, which was selected as the control. Root number, root twisting power and root activity of seedlings cultivated by HLMS were decreased compared to that of the organic substrates and control. However, seedling root length as well as aboveground growth were increased compared to the organic substrates and control seedlings. In the HLMS, the content of gibberellin acid(GA_3) decreased while abscisic acid(ABA) content increased compared to that of the organic substrates and control seedlings. During the early stages after transplanting, the re-greening of HLMS was delayed compared to that of the organic substrates and control seedlings. Nevertheless, there were no significant differences in tiller dynamics and crop yield among the HLMS, organic substrates and control treatments. The effects of HLMS on seedling production were similar to those of the organic substrates and traditional nutritive soil in the present study, suggesting that HLMS have the potential to replace traditional nutritive soil in seedling production without decreasing crop yield. 6Construction of ternary CuO/CuFe_(2)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)composite and its enhanced photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride with persulfate under simulated sunlight显示文摘In this study,a graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))based ternary catalyst Cu O/Cu Fe_(2)O_(4)/gC_(3)N_(4)(CCCN)is successfully prepared thorough calcination method.After confirming the structure and composition of CCCN,the as-synthesized composites are utilized to activate persulfate(PS)for the degradation of organic contaminant.While using tetracycline hydrochloride(TC)as pollutant surrogate,the effects of initial p H,PS and catalyst concentration on the degradation rate are systematically studied.Under the optimized reaction condition,CCCN/PS is able to give 99%degradation extent and 74%chemical oxygen demand removal in assistance of simulated solar light,both of which are apparently greater than that of either Cu O/Cu Fe_(2)O_(4)and pristine g-C_(3)N_(4).The great improvement in degradation can be assignable to the effective separation of photoinduced carriers thanks to the integration between Cu O/Cu Fe_(2)O_(4)and g-C_(3)N_(4),as well as the increased reaction sites given by the g-C_(3)N_(4)substrate.Moreover,the scavenging trials imply that the major oxidative matters involved in the decomposition are hydroxyl radicals(·OH),superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-))and photo-induced holes(h^(+)).Lei Wang Xiaolei Ma Guofang Huang Rui Lian Jingwei Huang Houde She Qizhao Wang 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,2:5
7First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 8Identifying the Risk of SARS-CoV-2 Infection and Environmental Monitoring in Airborne Infectious Isolation Rooms(AIIRs)显示文摘Healthcare workers(HCWs)are at high risk of occupational exposure to the new pandemic human coronavirus,SARSCoV-2,and are a source of nosocomial transmission in airborne infectious isolation rooms(AIIRs).Here,we performed comprehensive environmental contamination surveillance to evaluate the risk of viral transmission in AIIRs with 115 rooms in three buildings at the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center,Shanghai,during the treatment of 334 patients infected with SARS-CoV-2.The results showed that the risk of airborne transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in AIIRs was low(1.62%,25/1544)due to the directional airflow and strong environmental hygiene procedures.However,we detected viral RNA on the surface of foot-operated openers and bathroom sinks in AIIRs(viral load:55.00–3154.50 copies/mL).This might be a source of contamination to connecting corridors and object surfaces through the footwear and gloves used by HCWs.The risk of infection was eliminated by the use of disposable footwear covers and the application of more effective environmental and personal hygiene measures.With the help of effective infection control procedures,none of 290 HCWs was infected when working in the AIIRs at this hospital.This study has provided information pertinent for infection control in AIIRs during the treatment of COVID-19 patients.Zhi-Gang Song Yan-Mei Chen Fan Wu Lin Xu Bang-Fang Wang Lei Shi Xiao Chen Fa-Hui Dai Jia-Lei She Jian-Min Chen Edward CHolmes Tong-Yu Zhu Yong-Zhen Zhang 2020Virologica Sinica2020,35,6:3
9Construction of TiO_(2)-covalent organic framework Z-Scheme hybrid through coordination bond for photocatalytic CO_(2) conversion显示文摘In this work,a covalent organic framework(COF),which is constructed by the building blocks of[5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)porphinato]copper(Ⅱ)(CuTAPP)and p-benzaldehyde,is employed to integrate with TiO_(2) for the purpose of establishing a Z-scheme hybrid.Within the system,isonicotinic acid performs the role of a bridge that connects the two components through a coordination bond.Further photocatalytic application reveals the hybrid framework is able to catalyze CO_(2) conversion under simulated solar light,resulting in CO production rate of 50.5 μmol g^(-1)·h^(-1),about 9.9 and 24.5 times that of COF and pristine TiO_(2),respectively.The ameliorated catalytic performance owes much to the por-phyrin block acting as photosensitizer that augments the light absorbance,and the establishment of Z-scheme system between the inorganic and orga nic comp on ents that enhances the separati on of the carriers.In addition,the chemical bridge also ensures a steady usage and stable charge delivery in the catalysis.Our study sheds light on the development of versatile approaches to covalently in corporate COFs with inorga nic semic on ductors.Lei Wang Guofang Huang Liang Zhang Rui Lian Jingwei Huang Houde She Chunli Liu Qizhao Wang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:3

11Solvothermal-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation of large size and high quality black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP),especially for BP nanosheets,with unique layered structure among two dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention due to its outstanding physical properties,such as ultra-high mobility,in-plane anisotropic properties.However,the small horizontal-size of reported BP limits its applications in the integrated circuit or some functional devices.In this work,a solvothermalassisted liquid-phase exfoliation technique is firstly employed for preparing large size and high-quality BP nanosheets.In the high-polar acetonitrile solvent,solvothermal treatment weakens the Van der Waals forces of block BP.Together with the subsequently ultrasonic processing,effective exfoliation of large size and high-quality BP nanosheets are realized.The TEM,AFM and Raman results indicate that the prepared BP nanosheets are high quality with an average thickness of about 2 nm,and the horizontalsize is up to 10μm.This facile and effective method for exfoliated BP nanosheets provides a promising strategy for the exfoliation of other 2D materials.Zhe Yan Xuexia He Liaona She Jie Sun Ruibing Jiang Hua Xu Feng Shi Zhibin Lei Zong-Huai Liu 2018Journal of Materiomics2018,4,2:2
12Research Progress of Ferrite Materials for Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting显示文摘Photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting is an effective strategy to convert solar energy into clean and renewable hydrogen energy.In order to carry out effective PEC conversion,researchers have conducted a lot of exploration and developed a variety of semiconductors suitable for PEC water splitting.Among them,metal oxides stand out due to their higher stability.Compared with traditional oxide semiconductors,ferrite-based photoelectrodes have the advantages of low cost,small band gap,and good stability.Interestingly,due to the unique characteristics of ferrite,most of them have various tunable features,which will be more conducive to the development of efficient PEC electrode.However,this complex metal oxide is also troubled by severe charge recombination and low carrier transport efficiency,resulting in lower conversion efficiency compared to theoretical value.Based on this,this article reviews the structure,preparation methods,characteristics and modification strategies of various common ferrites.In addition,we analyzed the future research direction of ferrite for PEC water splitting,and looked forward to the development of more efficient catalysts.Yani Wang Jingwei Huang Lei Wang Houde She Qizhao Wang 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,1:2

18Association Between Lipid Profiles and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy:New Evidence from a Retrospective Study显示文摘Objective To explore the association between lipid profiles and left ventricular hypertrophy in a Chinese general population.Methods We conducted a retrospective observational study to investigate the relationship between lipid markers[including triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein(HDL)cholesterol,non-HDL-cholesterol,apolipoprotein A-I,apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein[a],and composite lipid profiles]and left ventricular hypertrophy.A total of 309,400 participants of two populations(one from Beijing and another from nationwide)who underwent physical examinations at different health management centers between 2009 and 2018 in China were included in the cross-sectional study.7,475 participants who had multiple physical examinations and initially did not have left ventricular hypertrophy constituted a longitudinal cohort to analyze the association between lipid markers and the new-onset of left ventricular hypertrophy.Left ventricular hypertrophy was measured by echocardiography and defined as an end-diastolic thickness of the mterventricular septum or left ventricle posterior wall>11 mm.The Logistic regression model was used in the cross-sectional study.Cox model and Cox model with restricted cubic splines were used in the longitudinal cohort.Results In the cross-sectional study for participants in the highest tertile of each lipid marker compared to the respective lowest,triglycerides[odds ratio(OR):1.2S0,95%CI:1.060 to 1.474],HDL-cholesterol(OR:0.780,95%CI:0.662 to 0.918),and lipoprotein(a)(OR:1.311,95%C7:1.115 to 1.541)had an association with left ventricular hypertrophy.In the longitudinal cohort,for participants in the highest tertile of each lipid marker at the baseline compared to the respective lowest,triglycerides[hazard ratio(HR):3.277,95%C/:1.720 to 6.244],HDL-cholesterol(HR:0.516,95%C7:0.283 to 0.940),non-HDL-cholesterol(HR:2.309,95%C/:1.296 to 4.112),apolipoprotein B(HR:2.244,95%CI:1.251 to 4.032)showed an association with new-onset left ventricular hypertrophy.In the Cox model with forward stepwise selection,triglycerides were the only lipid markers entered into the final model.Conclusion Lipids levels,especially triglycerides,are associated with left ventricular hypertrophy.Controlling triglycerides level potentiate to be a strategy in harnessing cardiac remodeling but deserve to be furdier investigated.Xuewei Huang Keqiong Deng Juanjuan Qin Fang Lei Xingyuan Zhang Wenxin Wang Lijin Lin Yuming Zheng Dongai Yao Huiming Lu Feng Liu Lidong Chen Guilan Zhang Yueping Liu Qiongyu Yang Jingjing Cai Zhigang She Hongliang Li 2022Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2022,37,2:1

20Rapid response of brain metastasis to crizotinib in a patient with KLC1-ALK fusion and MET gene amplification positive non-small cell lung cancer:a case report显示文摘Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) ranks as the leading cause of cancer-related death in the world. Brain metastasis(BM) is a common complication of NSCLC, with 25%–40% of patients developing BM during the course of the disease. A significant strategy of local disease control in the central nervous system is radiation therapy. With the development of precision medicine,the concept of treating lung cancer BM has gradually changed. In this case, we performed a surgical procedure to obtain enough tumor tissue for the detection of the target gene and other related experiments after the patient was informed. Finally, we found that the patient had both hepatocyte growth factor receptor(MET) gene amplification and kinesin light chain 1-anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion(KLC1-ALK) through next-generation sequencing and showed sensitivity to the targeted therapy of crizotinib. The patient exhibited good response.
