| 2 | Metasurface-based subtractive color filter fabricated on a 12-inch glass wafer using a CMOS platform显示文摘Optical color filters are widely applied in many areas including display,imaging,sensing,holography,energy harvest,and measurement.Traditional dye-based color filters have drawbacks such as environmental hazards and instability under high temperature and ultraviolet radiation.With advances in nanotechnology,structural color filters,which are based on the interaction of light with designed nanostructures,are able to overcome the drawbacks.Also,it is possible to fabricate structural color filters using standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)fabrication facilities with low cost and high volume.In this work,metasurface-based subtractive color filters(SCFs)are demonstrated on 12-inch(300-mm)glass wafers using a CMOS-compatible fabrication process.In order to make the transmissive-type SCF on a transparent glass wafer,an in-house developed layer transfer process is used to solve the glass wafer handling issue in fabrication tools.Three different heights of embedded silicon nanopillars(110,170,and 230 nm)are found to support magnetic dipole resonances.With pillar height and pitch variation,SCFs with different displayed colors are achieved.Based on the resonance wavelength,the displayed color of the metasurface is verified within the red-yellow-blue color wheel.The simulation and measurement results are compared and discussed.The work provides an alternative design for high efficiency color filters on a CMOS-compatible platform,and paves the way towards mass-producible large-area metasurfaces. | ZHENGJI XU NANXI LI YUAN DONG YUAN HSING FU TING HU QIZE ZHONG YANYAN ZHOU DONGDONG Li SHIYANG ZHU NAVAB SINGH | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,1: | 3 |
| 3 | CPTA treatment reveals potential transcription factors associated with carotenoid metabolism in flowers of Osmanthus fragrans显示文摘Osmanthus fragrans is one of the top ten traditional flowers in China.It is divided into three different groups according to its color.α-Carotene and β-carotene are the main determinants to distinguish the color differences between three groups.However,the dominant genes and transcription factors involved in carotenoid metabolism remain unclear.CPTA treatment(0.7mmol·L−1)remarkably promoted lycopene,α-carotene and β-carotene contents in flowers.Transcriptome sequencing analysis revealed that CPTA treatment could trigger chain reactions in carotenoid metabolism pathway genes.Four up-regulated and 10 down-regulated transcription factors which have close association with carotenoid variation were significantly induced by CPTA treatment.The up-regulated TFs such as MYB43,MYB123,HSF,were further subjected to transcript expression determination in different cultivars with drastic colors.Among them,transcript expression of four up-regulated TFs coincided with the carotenoid accumulation in different cultivars.We selected up-regulated OfMYB43 to verify its function,which is related to stress tolerance and transcriptional regulation.Transient overexpression of OfMYB43 in O.fragrans flowers showed that it could remarkably promote the expression of PDS,ZISO,LCYE and CCD4,leading to increased accumulation of β-branch carotenoids.OfMYB43 was a potential positive regulator of carotenoid biosynthesis in O.fragrans flowers.This study provides insight into the molecular mechanism of carotenoid metabolism in O.fragrans. | Wan Xi Yanhong He Linlin Zhu Shiyang Hu Shuyi Xiong Yi Zhang Jingjing Zou Hongguo Chen Caiyun Wang Riru Zheng | 2021 | Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,5: | 3 |
| 4 | Activation of calcium-sensing receptors is associated with apoptosis in a model of simulated cardiomyocytes ischemia/reperfusion显示文摘Objective:Calcium-sensing receptors(CaSRs)are G-protein coupled receptors which maintain systemic calcium homeostasis and participate in hormone secretion,activation of ion channels,cell apoptosis,proliferation,and differentiation.Previous studies have shown that CaSRs induce apoptosis in isolated adult rat heart and in normal neonatal rat cardiomyocytes by G-protein-PLC-IP 3 signaling transduction.However,little knowledge is presently available concerning the role of CaSRs in the apoptosis induced by ischemia and reperfusion in neonatal cardiomyocytes.Methods:Primary neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyocytes were incubated in ischemiamimetic solution for 2 h,and then re-incubated in normal culture medium for 24 h to establish a model of simu- lated ischemia/reperfusion(I/R).Cardiomyocyte apoptosis was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL).The expression of CaSRs mRNA was detected by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).In addition,the expressions of caspase-3 and Bcl-2 were analyzed by western blot.Results:The simulated I/R enhanced the expression of CaSRs and cardiomyocyte apopto- sis.GdCl 3 ,a specific activator of CaSRs,further increased the expression of CaSRs and cardiomyocyte apoptosis, along with up-regulation of caspase-3 and down-regulation of Bcl-2.Conclusion:CaSRs are associated with I/R injury and apoptosis in neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyocytes via suppressing Bcl-2 and promoting caspase-3 expression. | Ling Yan Tlebing Zhu Tingting Sun Liansheng Wang Shiyang Pan Zhengxlan Tao Zhijian Yang Kejiang Cao | 2010 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,4: | 2 |

| 17 | Discovery of novel exceptionally potent and orally active c-MET PROTACs for the treatment of tumors with MET alterations显示文摘Various c-mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition(c-MET) inhibitors are effective in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer;however, the inevitable drug resistance remains a challenge, limiting their clinical efficacy. Therefore, novel strategies targeting c-MET are urgently required. Herein, through rational structure optimization, we obtained novel exceptionally potent and orally active c-MET proteolysis targeting chimeras(PROTACs) namely D10 and D15 based on thalidomide and tepotinib. D10 and D15 inhibited cell growth with low nanomolar IC_(50) values and achieved picomolar DC_(50) values and>99% of maximum degradation(D_(max)) in EBC-1 and Hs746T cells. Mechanistically, D10 and D15dramatically induced cell apoptosis, G1 cell cycle arrest and inhibited cell migration and invasion.Notably, intraperitoneal administration of D10 and D15 significantly inhibited tumor growth in the EBC-1 xenograft model and oral administration of D15 induced approximately complete tumor suppression in the Hs746T xenograft model with well-tolerated dose-schedules. Furthermore, D10 and D15 exerted significant anti-tumor effect in cells with c-MET^(Y1230H) and c-MET^(D1228N) mutations, which are resistant to tepotinib in clinic. | 19 | Semi-hydro-equivalent design and performance extrapolation between 100 kJ-scale and NIF-scale indirect drive implosion显示文摘Extrapolation of implosion performance between different laser energy scales is investigated for indirect drive through a semi-hydroequivalent design.Since radiation transport is non-hydro-equivalent,the peak radiation temperature of the hohlraum and the ablation velocity of the capsule ablator are not scale-invariant when the sizes of the hohlraum and the capsule are scale-varied.A semi-hydro-equivalent design method that keeps the implosion velocity V_(i),adiabat α_(F),and P_(L)/R_(hc)^(2) (where P_(L) is the laser power and R_(hc) is the hohlraum and capsule scale length)scale-invariant,is proposed to create hydrodynamically similar implosions.The semi-hydro-equivalent design and the scaled implosion performance are investigated for the 100 kJ Laser Facility(100 kJ-scale)and the National Ignition Facility(NIF-scale)with about 2 MJ laser energy.It is found that the one-dimensional implosion performance is approximately hydro-equivalent when V_(i) and α_(F) are kept the same.Owing to the non-hydro-equivalent radiation transport,the yield-over-clean without α-particle heating(YOC_(noα))is slightly lower at 100 kJ-scale than at NIF-scale for the same scaled radiation asymmetry or the same initial perturbation of the hydrodynamic instability.The overall scaled two-dimensional implosion performance is slightly lower at 100 kJ-scale.The general Lawson criterion factor scales asχ_(noα) ^(2D)∼S^(1.06±0.04)(where S is the scale-variation factor)for the semi-hydro-equivalent implosion design with a moderate YOC_(noα).Our study indicates that χ_(noα)≈0.379 is the minimum requirement for the 100 kJ-scale implosion to demonstrate the ability to achieve marginal ignition at NIF-scale. | Huasen Zhang Dongguo Kang Changshu Wu Liang Hao Hao Shen Shiyang Zou Shaoping Zhu Yongkun Ding | 2024 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2024,9,1: | 0 |
