1An novel identification method of the environmental risk sources for surfacewater pollution accidents in chemical industrial parks显示文摘The chemical industry is a major source of various pollution accidents. Improving the management level of risk sources for pollution accidents has become an urgentdemand for most industrialized countries. In pollution accidents, the released chemicals harm the receptors to some extentdepending on their sensitivity or susceptibility. Therefore, identifying the potential risk sources from such a large number of chemical enterprises has become pressingly urgent. Based on the simulation of thewhole accident process, a novel and expandable identification method for risk sources causingwater pollution accidents is presented. The newlydeveloped approach, by analyzing and stimulating thewhole process of a pollution accident between sources and receptors, can be applied to identify risk sources, especially on the nationwide scale. Three major types of losses, such as social, economic and ecological losses,were normalized, analyzed and used for overall consequence modeling. A specific case study area, located in a chemical industry park (CIP) along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, China,was selected to test the potential of the identification method. The results showed that therewere four risk sources for pollution accidents in this CIP. Aniline leakage in the HS Chemical Plantwould lead to the most serious impact on the surroundingwater environment. This potential accidentwould severelydamage the ecosystem up to3.8 kmdownstream of Yangtze River, and lead to pollution over adistance stretching to 73.7 kmdownstream. 2Enhanced photoelectrocatalytic degradation of ammonia by in situ photoelectrogenerated active chlorine on TiO_2 nanotube electrodes显示文摘TiO_2 nanotube(Ti NT) electrodes anodized in fluorinated organic solutions were successfully prepared on Ti sheets. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were performed to characterize the TiNT electrodes. The linear voltammetry results under irradiation showed that the TiNT electrode annealed at 450°C presented the highest photoelectrochemical activity. By combining photocatalytic with electrochemical process, a significantly synergetic effect on ammonia degradation was observed with Na_2SO_4 as supporting electrolyte at pH 10.7. Furthermore, the photoelectrocatalytic efficiency on the ammonia degradation was greatly enhanced in presence of chloride ions without the limitation of pH. The degradation rate was improved by 14.8 times reaching 4.98 × 10^(-2) min^(-1) at pH 10.7 and a faster degradation rate of 6.34 × 10^(-2) min^(-1)was obtained at pH 3.01. The in situ photoelectrocatalytic generated active chlorine was proposed to be responsible for the improved efficiency. On the other hand, an enhanced degradation of ammonia using TiNT electrode fabricated in fluorinated organic solution was also confirmed compared to TiNT electrode anodized in fluorinated water solution and TiO_2 film electrode fabricated by sol–gel method. 7Integrated UV-based photo microreactor-distillation technology toward process intensification of continuous ultra-high-purity electronic-grade silicon tetrachloride manufacture显示文摘Ultra-high-purity silicon tetrachloride(SiCl4)is demanded as an electronic-grade chemical to meet the stringent requirements of the rapidly developing semiconductor industry.The high requirement for ultra-high-purity SiCl4 has created the need for a high-efficient process for reducing energy consumption as well as satisfying product quality.In this paper,a mass of production technology of ultra-high-purity SiCl4 was successfully developed through chlorination reaction in the ultraviolet(UV)-based photo microreactor coupled with the distillation process.The influences of key operational parameters,including temperature,pressure,UV wavelength and light intensity on the product quality,especially for hydrogen-containing impurities,were quantified by the infrared transmittance of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)at 2185 cm^-1and 2160 cm^-1indicating that chara cteristic vib rational modes of Si-H bonds,as well as the operating conditions of distillation were also investigated as key factors for metal impurities removing.The advanced intensification of SiCl4 manufactured by the integration of photo microreactor and distillation achieves the products with superior specifications higher than the standard commercial products.Ye Wan Wenhui Guo Jin Xiao Dazhou Yan Xiong Zhao Shuhu Guo Jianhua Liu Qifan Zhong Tao Yang Yu Zhao Xin Chang Xin Gao 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,9:1

18Optical design and optimization study of metrology sector at high energy photon source显示文摘Introduction X-ray metrology,including the metrological calibration of X-ray detectors,optical elements and sources,is important for many frontier science,such as X-ray astronomy,EUV-lithography,plasma physics.Among many types of X-ray sources,synchrotron-radiation is considered perfect for X-ray metrology,mainly due to that arbitrarily X-rays specifications can be tailored to meet the demands of metrological calibration of X-ray detectors and optical elements.As a consequence,many metrology beamlines around the world are built,upgrading or to be constructed,including the metrology sector to be constructed at High Energy Photon Source(HEPS).Method One reasonable way to access good metrological data is using a stable X-ray beam,which means that beam position as well as flux should be as constant as possible and the beamline configuration should be simple and robust to reduce the uncertainty from beamline itself.In addition,the spectral purity of monochromatic X-rays is another crucial factor for X-ray metrology,which means stray X-rays and harmonic X-rays must be as low as possible.Many measures are taken to satisfy these requirements.Conclusion An optical design of the metrology sector optimized for synchrotron-radiation-based-metrology is described here.The metrology sector,ranging from 50 eV to 20 keV,will be set up to meet the growing needs of X-ray metrology in China.All beamlines’configurations are simple and easy to use,with an acceptable ratio of high-order harmonics and stray X-rays,which can be under 1%in the entire energy range.Xiaojuan Zhao Yidong Zhao Lei Zheng Kun Tang Shuhu Liu Fan Li Jianmin Li 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,2:0
19A soft X-ray cryogenic radiometer built on BSRF显示文摘Introduction In the field of the high injection rate X-ray meterage,currently there are no national standards in China,which are urgently needed in areas such as inertial confinement fusion diagnosis and aerospace observation.Globally,many metrology laboratories have developed their own meterage standards based on Cryogenic radiometers.And one soft X-ray cryogenic radiometer has been installed at 4B7B experiment station on Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility to measure the X-ray power from 50 nW to 1μW.Purpose The purpose is to verify the accuracy of the X-ray power measurement and the performance of the cryogenic radiometer.Experimental The spectral responsivity of a Si photodiode detector calibrated in the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt of Germany is calibrated at 750eV again with the cryogenic radiometer based on synchrotron light source.Results Some important performance parameters(e.g.,time constant,responsivity,and nonequivalence error)of the cryogenic radiometer were measured and were in agreement with the design indexes.Calibration results show that total relative uncertainties of X-ray power measurement were below 1%(k=1),and that good consistency was received compared with the calibrations done by the PTB.Conclusion The cryogenic radiometer built at 4B7B is reliable and accurate for soft X-ray power measurement.And the performance of the cryogenic radiometer is also very good.Xiaoliang Zhao Yidong Zhao Kun Tang Yashuai Zhao Fan Li Lei Zheng Shuhu Liu 2018Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2018,2,2:0
