2Gaussian pigeon-inspired optimization approach to orbital spacecraft formation reconfiguration显示文摘With the rapid development of space technology, orbital spacecraft formation has received great attention from international and domestic academics and industry. Compared with a single monolithic, the orbital spacecraft formation system has many advantages. This paper presents an improved pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) algorithm for solving the optimal formation reconfiguration problems of multiple orbital spacecraft. Considering that the uniform distribution random searching system in PIO has its own weakness, a modified PIO model adopting Gaussian strategy is presented and the detailed process is also given. 3Riboflavin-induced Priming for Pathogen Defense in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘Riboflavin (vitamin B2) participates in a variety of redox processes that affect plant defense responses. Previously we have shown that riboflavin induces pathogen resistance in the absence of hypersensitive cell death (HCD) in plants. Herein, we report that ribo-avin induces priming of defense responses in Arabidopsis thaliana toward infection by virulent Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 (Pst). Induced resistance was mechanistically connected with the expression of defense response genes and cellular defense events, including H2O2 burst, HCD, and callose deposition in the plant. Riboflavin treatment and inoculation of plants with Pst were neither active but both synergized to induce defense responses. The priming process needed NPR1 (essential regulator of systemic acquired resistance) and maintenance of H2O2 burst but was independent of salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene, and abscisic acid. 5Screening of amino acids in dried blood spots by stable isotope derivatization-liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry显示文摘Direct infusion mass spectrometry(DIMS) is a powerful technique in clinical diagnosis for screening neonatal amino acid metabolic disorders from dried blood spots(DBS).However,DIMS sometimes generated false-positive results for analysis of amino acids.In this work,we utilized a stable isotope derivatization method,combining with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(SID-LC-MS),to improve the specificity for screening amino acids in DBS specimens.A pair of isotope reagents,p-(dimethylamino)phenyl isothiocyanate(DMAP-NCS) and 4-isothiocyanato-N,N-bis(methyl-[2H2])aniline([2H4]DMAP-NCS),was synthesized and used to label amino acids in DBS specimens.The [2H4]DMAP-NCS labelled amino acid standards were used as internal standards to compensate the matrix effect.This method was validated by measuring linearity,recovery and accuracy.The results showed that the developed SID-LC-MS method can be used for sensitive and selective determination of 12 diagnostically important amino acids in DBS specimens.Huaming Xiao Ping Liu Shujian Zheng Xian Wang Jun Ding Yuqi Feng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:3
6Quantifying the carbon source of pedogenic calcite veins in weathered limestone: implications for the terrestrial carbon cycle显示文摘The continent is the second largest carbon sink on Earth’s surface.With the diversification of vascular land plants in the late Paleozoic,terrestrial organic carbon burial is represented by massive coal formation,while the development of soil profiles would account for both organic and inorganic carbon burial.As compared with soil organic carbon,inorganic carbon burial,collectively known as the soil carbonate,would have a greater impact on the long-term carbon cycle.Soil carbonate would have multiple carbon sources,including dissolution of host calcareous rocks,dissolved inorganic carbon from freshwater,and oxidation of organic matter,but the host calcareous rock dissolution would not cause atmospheric CO2drawdown.Thus,to evaluate the potential effect of soil carbonate formation on the atmospheric p CO2level,different carbon sources of soil carbonate should be quantitatively differentiated.In this study,we analyzed the carbon and magnesium isotopes of pedogenic calcite veins developed in a heavily weathered outcrop,consisting of limestone of the early Paleogene Guanzhuang Group in North China.Based on the C and Mg isotope data,we developed a numerical model to quantify the carbon source of calcite veins.The modeling results indicate that4–37 wt%of carbon in these calcite veins was derived from atmospheric CO2.The low contribution from atmospheric CO2might be attributed to the host limestone that might have diluted the atmospheric CO2sink.Nevertheless,taking this value into consideration,it is estimated that soil carbonate formation would lower 1 ppm atmospheric CO2within 2000 years,i.e.,soil carbonate alone would sequester all atmospheric CO2within 1 million years.Finally,our study suggests the C–Mg isotope system might be a better tool in quantifying the carbon source of soil carbonate.Lin Zou Lin Dong Meng Ning Kangjun Huang Yongbo Peng Shujian Qin Honglin Yuan Bing Shen 2019Acta Geochimica2019,38,4:2

8Reactivities of d^0 transition metal complexes toward oxygen:Synthetic and mechanistic studies显示文摘Transition metals such as Fe in porphyrin complexes are known to bind or react with O2,and such reactions are critical to many biological functions and catalytic oxidation using O2.The transition metals in these reactions often contain valence d electrons,and oxidation of metals is an important step.In recent years,reactions of O2 with d0 transition metal complexes such as Hf(NR2)4(R=alkyl) have been used to make metal oxide thin films as insulating gate materials in new microelectronic devices.This feature article discusses our recent studies of such reactions and the formation of TiO2 thin films.In contrast to the reactions of many dn complexes where metals are often oxidized,reactions of d0 complexes such as Hf(NMe2)4 and Ta(NMe2)4(SiR3) with O2 usually lead to the oxidation of ligands,forming,e.g.,-ONMe2 and -OSiR3 from-NMe2 and-SiR3 ligands,respectively.Mechanistic and theoretical studies of these reactions have revealed pathways in the formation of the metal oxide thin films as microelectronic materials.CHEN ShuJian ZHANG XinHao LIN ZhenYang WU YunDong XUE ZiLing 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:2

11Synthesis and characterization of poly(pyrazolyl)borate tantalum amide complexes and their reactivities toward oxygen显示文摘Reaction of TaCl(NMe2)4 (1) with KTp* [Tp* = tris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borohydride] yields two products: Tp*Ta(NMe2)4 (2), in which one N atom of the Tp* ligand binds to Ta, and [Tp*Ta(NMe2)4]· 2KTp* (3) where three N atoms of the Tp* ligand in [Tp*Ta(NMe2)4] (2a) bind to Ta. Addition of excess 1 to 3 did not exclude KTp*. Further reaction of 2 with oxygen affords Tp*BH(NMe2) (4). TpTa(NMe2)4 (5) has been synthesized by a similar procedure through the reaction of 1 with TpK [Tp=tris(pyrazolyl)borohydride]. 12Comparative transcriptome analysis during early fruit development between three seedy citrus genotypes and their seedless mutants显示文摘Identification of genes with differential transcript abundance(GDTA)in seedless mutants may enhance understanding of seedless citrus development.Transcriptome analysis was conducted at three time points during early fruit development(Phase 1)of three seedy citrus genotypes:Fallglo(Bower citrus hybrid(Citrus reticulata×C.reticulata×C.paradisi)×Temple(C.reticulata×C.sinensis)),grapefruit(C.paradisi),Pineapple sweet orange(C.sinensis),and their seedless mutants.Seed abortion in seedless mutants was observed at 26 days post anthesis(Time point 2).Affymetrix transcriptomic analysis revealed 359 to 1077 probe sets with differential transcript abundance in the comparison of seedless versus seedy fruits for each citrus genotypes and time points.The GDTA identified by 18 microarray probe sets were validated by qPCR.Hierarchical clustering analysis revealed a range of GDTA associated with development,hormone and protein metabolism,all of which may reflect genes associated with seedless fruit development.There were 14,9 and 12 genes found exhibiting similar abundance ratios in all three seedless versus seedy genotype comparisons at time point 1,2 and 3,respectively.Among those genes were genes coding for an aspartic protease and a cysteine protease,which may play important roles in seedless fruit development.New insights into seedless citrus fruit development may contribute to biotech approaches to create seedless cultivars.Shujian Zhang Qingchun Shi Ute Albrecht Robert G Shatters Jr Ric Stange Greg McCollum Shuo Zhang Chengming Fan Ed Stover 2017Horticulture Research2017,4,1:2
13Discriminative Word Alignment over Multiple Word Segmentations显示文摘Conventional bilingual word alignment is conducted on sentence pairs with single word segmentation for languages such as Chinese, viz. Single-segmentationbased word alignment(SSWA). However, SSWA may run the risk of losing optimal word segmentation granularities or causing data sparseness in word alignment. This paper proposes Multiple-segmentation-based word alignment(MSWA). In MSWA, diverse and complementary knowledge in multiple word segmentations can be employed to lower the above risks in word alignment. Given k word segmentations of a Chinese sentence, a skeleton segmentation is firstly constructed. The alignment between the skeleton segmentation and the parallel English sentence is loglinearly modeled, where various features defined over multiple word segmentations are incorporated. The Viterbi alignment, the alignment with the highest score, is mapped back to k word alignments based on k segmentations respectively. 14Risk factors of recurrent acute pancreatitis after conservative treatment in pediatric population: a single-center study显示文摘Background Although complete resolution and recovery occurs in most children with an initial attack of acute pancreatitis(AP),a subset of children may progress to recurrent AP(RAP).RAP has serious effects to the individual and the socioeconomic burden.The aim of this project was to identify the independent risk factors for pediatric RAP so as to provide evidence for its prevention,early diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective cohort study of children discharged from Tianjin Children’s Hospital from June 2017 to January 2020 was performed.Demographic and clinical variables,treatment strategies,clinical course and outcomes were collected.Independent risk factors of RAP were identified using the logistic regression model.Results Of the total 96 enrolled children,30(31.3%)developed RAP during the follow-up period.The majority(27/30,90%)of the children with AP developed RAP within 6 months of their first AP attack.The presence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)[odds ratio(OR)=6.652,95%confidence interval(CI)1.989 to 22.247],fasting time(OR=1.267,95%CI 1.104 to 1.583),whether meet all three AP diagnostic criteria(OR=7.438,95%CI 1.346 to 41.103)and abnormal amylase/lipase value on the seventh day of hospitalization(OR=3.601,95%CI 0.972 to 13.342)were independent risk factors of RAP in children.Conclusions Most children who developed RAP had progressed within 6 months after their first episode of AP.RAP was more common in children who met all three AP diagnostic criteria at initial attack and in children with SIRS,long fasting time and abnormal amylase/lipase value on the seventh day of hospitalization.Qipeng Zheng Xueqiang Yan Liang Ge Shujian Zhang Yan Sun Jinfu Jia Shengqiao Zhao Xiaodan Xu Ran Dou Qingyun Gou Jinfeng Zhao Jianghua Zhan 2021World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2021,4,1:1
15Fast algorithm for simulation of normal and oblique penetration into limestone targets显示文摘A fast algorithm is proposed to predict penetration trajectory in simulation of normal and oblique penetration of a rigid steel projectile into a limestone target.The algorithm is designed based on the idea of isolation between the projectile and the target. Corresponding factors of influence are considered, including analytical load model,cratering effect, free surface effect, and separation-reattachment phenomenon. Besides, a method of cavity ring is used to study the process of cavity expansion. Further, description of the projectile's three-dimensional gesture is presented. As a result, the algorithm is coded for fast calculation, named PENE3D. A series of cases with selected normal and oblique penetrations are simulated by the algorithm.
