| 2 | Analysis of ionospheric anomalies before the 2011 M_w 9.0 Japan earthquake显示文摘On March 11, 2011, a large earthquake of Mw=9.0 occurred near the east coast of Honshu, Japan. This paper investigates preearthquake ionospheric anomalies during the earthquake period, using data from global navigation satellite systems and ionosonde stations near the epicenter. A clear anomaly that occurred on March 8 lasted 6 hours. Eliminating ionospheric anomalies that may have been caused by solar activities and magnetic storms, we believe that a positive anomaly on March 8 was very possibly an ionospheric precursor. The affected ionospheric area on March 8, which is evident on a vertical total electron content distribution map, extended to 50° in longitude and 20° in latitude, with length ratio approximately 3:1. The anomaly peak arose from 15:00-19:00 LT, and its location did not coincide with the vertical projection of the epicenter, but was instead to its south. Corresponding ionospheric anomalies are also observed in the magnetically conjugated region. There were no obvious ionospheric anomalies in other parts of the world. To analyze changes in the ionospheric anomaly, computerized ionospheric tomography technology was used to invert the spatial and temporal distribution of electron density in the ionosphere. | 3 | Data processing and initial results of Chang'e-3 lunar penetrating radar显示文摘To improve our understanding of the formation and evolution of the Moon,one of the payloads onboard the Chang'e-3(CE-3) rover is Lunar Penetrating Radar(LPR). This investigation is the first attempt to explore the lunar subsurface structure by using ground penetrating radar with high resolution. We have probed the subsurface to a depth of several hundred meters using LPR. In-orbit testing, data processing and the preliminary results are presented. | 4 | LES method of the tip clearance vortex cavitation in a propelling pump with special emphasis on the cavitation-vortex interaction显示文摘The turbulent cavitating flow around the propelling pump tip clearance is numerically simulated using the large eddy simulation(LES)method coupled with the Zwart-Gerber-Belamri(ZGB)cavitation model to investigate the cavitation-vortex interaction mechanism.The calculated cavitation structures around the blades are in a remarkable agreement with the experimental results.The distributions of the tip clearance vortex under two cavitation conditions are obtained and compared.The results show that the cavitation development enhances the vorticity generation and the flow unsteadiness around the tip clearance of a propelling pump.Vortices are basically located around the cavitation areas,particularly in the tip clearance region,during the cavitation.The relative vorticity transport equation is applied for the cavitating turbulent flows and it is further indicated that the vortex stretching term makes the main contribution in the vortex production,and the baroclinic torque and dilation terms are important source terms for the vorticity generation in the cavitating flow.In addition,the viscous diffusion term and the Coriolis force term are significant in modifying the vorticity field inside the blade tip clearance. | Cheng-zao Han Shun Xu Huai-yu Cheng Bin Ji Zhi-yuan Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Hydrodynamics2020,32,6: | 9 |

| 7 | Effects of solid-solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of a novel 2000MPa grade ultra-high-strength steel显示文摘A novel 2000 MPa grade ultra-high-strength steel AIR0509 with high fracture toughness and low cost has recently been developed. The effects of solid-solution temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of this steel were inves-tigated. The increase in solid-solution temperature first increased and then decreased the values of ultimate strength (UTS) and Charpy U-notch (CUN) energy. The increase in the UTS and CUN values was caused by the dissolution of the primary carbides M6C and MC, while the decrease in both strength and toughness was due to the increase in the prior austenite grain size. | 9 | Preclinical evaluation and pilot clinical study of [^(18)F]AlF-labeled FAPI-tracer for PET imaging of cancer associated fibroblasts显示文摘In recent years,fibroblast activation protein(FAP)has emerged as an attractive target for the diagnosis and radiotherapy of cancers using FAP-specific radioligands.Herein,we aimed to design a novel^(18)Flabeled FAP tracer([^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI)for FAP imaging and evaluated its potential for clinical application.The[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI novel tracer was prepared in an automated manner within 42 min with a non-decay corrected radiochemical yield of 32±6%(n=8).Among A549-FAP cells,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI demonstrated specific uptake,rapid internalization,and low cellular efflux.Compared to the patent tracer[^(18)F]FAPI-42,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI exhibited lower levels of cellular efflux in the A549-FAP cells and higher stability in vivo.Micro-PET imaging in the A549-FAP tumor model indicated higher specific tumor uptake of[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI(7.0±1.0%ID/g)compared to patent tracers[^(18)F]FAPI-42(3.2±0.6%ID/g)and[68 Ga]Ga-FAPI-04(2.7±0.5%ID/g).Furthermore,in an initial diagnostic application in a patient with nasopharyngeal cancer,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI and[^(18)F]FDG PET/CT showed comparable results for both primary tumors and lymph node metastases.These results suggest that[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI can be conveniently prepared,with promising characteristics in the preclinical evaluation.The feasibility of FAP imaging was demonstrated using PET studies. | Kongzhen Hu Junqi Li Lijuan Wang Yong Huang Li Li Shimin Ye Yanjiang Han Shun Huang Hubing Wu Jin Su Ganghua Tang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 4 |
| 10 | Influence of annealing temperatures on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties in a low-carbon steel显示文摘Quenching and partitioning (Q&P) heat treatments with different annealing temperatures and fixed initial quenching tem-peratures were applied to cold-rolled low-carbon steel with the initial microstructure of ferrite and pearlite, aiming to gain the same amount of austenite (preset value) before the partitioning stage. The chemical compositions of the material have been specially designed, containing 1.6 wt.% silicon and 0.8 wt.% aluminum to avoid the precipitation of carbides. The micro-structure evolution of the investigated steel was characterized using a dilatometer, an optical microscope, a scanning electron microscope (SEM), an X-ray diffractometer, an electron backscattered diffraction and transmission electron microscope. Consequently, the microstructure of all samples looks quite similar. At the same time, according to SEM micrographs and dilatometer data, there are competitive reactions in Q&P process, such as the precipitation of carbides, the transformation of bainite and the formation of secondary martensite. Thus, the measured austenite is less than the preset values. Mechanical properties of the material were detected by uniaxial tensile tests. The results indicate that the ultimate tensile strength of the four groups of samples is similar, but the total elongation has a significant downward tendency with the increase in annealing temperatures. | 15 | MTERF3 contributes to MPP+-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in SH-SY5Y cells显示文摘Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disorder causing severe social and economic burdens.The origin of PD has been usually attributed to mitochondrial dysfunction.To this end,mitochondrial transcription regulators become attractive subjects for understanding PD pathogenesis.Previously,we found that the expression of mitochondrial transcription termination factor 3(MTERF3)was reduced in MPP+-induced mice model of PD.In the present study,we probe the function of MTERF3 and its role in MPP+-induced cellular model of PD.Initially,we observe that MTERF3 expression is also reduced in MPP+-induced cellular model of PD,which can be mainly attributed to the increase of MTERF3 degradation.Next,we examine the effect of MTERF3 knockdown and overexpression on the replication,transcription,and translation of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA).We show that knockdown and overexpression of MTERF3 have opposite effects on mtDNA transcript level but similar effects on mtDNA expression level,in line with MTERF3’s dual roles in mtDNA transcription and translation.In addition,we examine the effect of MTERF3 knockdown and overexpression on mitochondrial function with and without MPP+treatment,and find that MTERF3 seems to play a generally protective role in MPP+-induced mitochondrial dysfunction.Together,this work suggests a regulatory role of MTERF3 in MPP+-induced cellular model of PD and may provide clues in designing novel therapeutics against PD. | Shun Zhu Nan Xu Yanyan Han Xiaofei Ye Ling Yang Ji Zuo Wen Liu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,8: | 2 |
