1Improved dissolution and oral absorption by co-grinding active drug probucol and ternary stabilizers mixtures with planetary beads-milling method显示文摘The objective of this work is to construct a nanosuspension drug delivery system of probucol,a BCS II drug,in order to improve its dissolution and oral bioavailability.The wet milling procedure using planetary beads-milling equipment was utilized to grind the raw probucol to ultrafine nanoparticle/nanocrystal aqueous suspension that was further solidified by freeze-drying process.Cellulose derivatives of different substitution groups and molecular weights,including HPMC,HPC,and MC,were evaluated as the primary stabilizer of probucol nanosuspension.Ternary stabilizers system composed of a primary stabilizer(cellulose derivative,i.e.HPC),a nonionic surfactant(Pluronic R F68),and an anionic surfactant(SDS)was employed to obtain probucol nanosuspension of finer particle size and enhanced dissolution in aqueous media.The probucol nanosuspension with good physical stability showed no obvious change of particle size even after storing over 7 d at 4°C or 25°C.The solidified probucol nanosuspension with trehalose as the cryoprotectant showed the highest dissolution rate(>60%at 2 h)compared to other cryoprotectant.The in vivo pharmacokinetic evaluation indicated about 15-folds higher AUC value of the probucol nanosuspension compared to that of coarse probucol suspension after oral administration to rats.The probucol nanosuspension prepared by wet-milling and ternary stabilizers system may find wide applications for improving the dissolution and oral absorption of water-insoluble drugs.Fang Li Linsen Li Shaoning Wang Yan Yang Jia Li Dongchun Liu Sijie Zhang Siling Wang Hui Xu 2019Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2019,14,6:5

6Development of phosphonate-terminated magnetic mesoporous silica nanoparticles for pH-controlled release of doxorubicin and improved tumor accumulation显示文摘In this study,phosphonate-terminated magnetic mesoporous nanoparticles(pMMSNs)was designed by incorporation of MNPs in the center of mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)and followed by grafting phosphonate group on to the surface of MMSNs.The carrier exhibited a typical superparamagnetic feature and the saturation magnetization was 4.89 emu/g measured by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).pMMSNs had a spherical morphology and a pore size of 2.2 nm.FromN2 adsorption-desorption analysis,pMMSNs had a surface area of 613.4 m^(2)/g and a pore volume of 0.78 cm^(3)/g.Phosphonate modification improved the colloidal stability of MMSNs,and the hydrodynamic diameter of pMMSNs was around 175 nm.The hydrophilic phosphonate group significantly enhanced the negative surface charge of MMSNs from -19.3 mV to -28.8 mV pMMSNs with more negative surface charge had a 2.3-fold higher drug loading capacity than that of MMSNs.In addition,the rate and amount of release of doxorubicin(DOX)from DOX/pMMSNs was pH-dependent and increased with the decrease of pH.At pH 7.4,the release amount was quite low and only approximately 17wt%ofDOXwasreleasedin48h.AtpH5.0and3.0,the release rate increased significantly and the release amount achieved 31 wt%and 60 wt%in 48 h,respectively.To evaluate the magnetic targeting performance ofpMMSNs,FITC labeledpMMSNswas injected into mice bearing S180 solid tumor.FITC labeledpMMSNscontrolled by an external magnetic field showed higher tumor accumulation and lower normal tissue distribution.Erxi Che Long Wan Ying Zhang Qinfu Zhao Xiling Han Jia Li Jia Liu Siling Wang 2014Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2014,9,6:0
7Down image recognition based on deep convolutional neural network显示文摘Since of the scale and the various shapes of down in the image,it is difficult for traditional image recognition method to correctly recognize the type of down image and get the required recognition accuracy,even for the Traditional Convolutional Neural Network(TCNN).To deal with the above problems,a Deep Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN)for down image classification is constructed,and a new weight initialization method is proposed.Firstly,the salient regions of a down image were cut from the image using the visual saliency model.Then,these salient regions of the image were used to train a sparse autoencoder and get a collection of convolutional filters,which accord with the statistical characteristics of dataset.At last,a DCNN with Inception module and its variants was constructed.To improve the recognition accuracy,the depth of the network is deepened.The experiment results indicate that the constructed DCNN increases the recognition accuracy by 2.7% compared to TCNN,when recognizing the down in the images.The convergence rate of the proposed DCNN with the new weight initialization method is improved by 25.5% compared to TCNN.Wenzhu Yang Qing Liu Sile Wang Zhenchao Cui Xiangyang Chen Liping Chen Ningyu Zhang 2018Information Processing in Agriculture2018,5,2:0

9Self-Assembled VS4 Hierarchitectures with Enhanced Capacity and Stability for Sodium Storage显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have become an auspicious candidate for largescale energy storage by cause of low cost,natural abundance,and similar working principle with lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).At present,there is an urgent need to explore superior anode materials with rapid and stable sodiation/desodiation.Herein,3D self-assembled VS4 curly nanosheets hierarchitectures(VS4-CN-Hs)are developed for SIB anodes,where VS4 possesses a large theoretical sodium storage capacity,and the building block of nanosheets has large exposed surface area to the electrolyte as well as the constructed hierarchitectures can provide abundant buffer space to alleviate the volume expansion.As a result,VS4-CN-Hs anode possesses excellent electrochemical performance under a wide voltage window of 0.01–3.0 V,such as high reversible capacity of 863 mA h g^(−1) at 0.1 A g^(−1),marvelous rate feature(444 mA h g^(−1) at 10 A g^(−1)),and extralong cycle stability(386 mA h g^(−1) after 1000 times at 5 A g^(−1)).Siling Cheng Kaitong Yao Kunxiong Zheng Qifei Li Dong Chen Yu Jiang Weiling Liu Yuezhan Feng Xianhong Rui Yan Yu 2022Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,2:0
10Estimation of inverse Compton peak frequency for 4FGL Blazars显示文摘This study uses a parabolic equation to fit the Inverse Compton (IC) spectral component of 3743 blazars (794 FSRQs,1432 BLLacs,and 1517 BCUs) from the 4FGL-DR3 catalog.Some mutual correlations are investigated,and a Bayesian classification is performed to the IC peak frequencies.Our analyses draw the following conclusions:(1) The Bayesian classification shows two components with a dividing boundary of log(v_(p)^(IC)/Hz)pIC=22.9.Therefore,the 3743 blazars are divided into low IC peak frequency(LCP) blazars and high IC peak frequency (HCP) blazars.(2) A strong linear correlation exists between IC peak frequency(logv_(p)^(IC)) and γ-ray photon spectral index (Γ).The IC peak frequency can be estimated by an empirical relation logv_(p)^(IC)=–4.5·Γ+32.8 for BL Lacs and logv_(p)^(IC)=4.0+31.4pICfor FSRQs,which is consistent with the result by Abdo et al.(3) The ICspectral curvature and IC peak frequency are not as closely related as the synchrotron curvature and the synchrotron peak frequency.(4) An anti-correlation exists between IC peak frequency and IC peak luminosity,implying that as the IC peak frequency in the γ-ray band decreases,the source becomes more luminous.The beaming effect is stronger for the source with a lower IC peak frequency.(5) Positive correlations exist between IC and synchrotron components for both peak frequencies and peak fluxes,but no clear correlation exists between IC curvature and synchrotron curvature.JiangHe Yang JunHui Fan Yi Liu ManXian Tuo ZhiYuan Pei WenXin Yang YuHai Yuan SiLe He ShengHui Wang XiaoHai Qu YueLian Zhang JianJun Nie XiuHui Chen 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,4:0
11Immune-awakening Saccharomyces-inspired nanocarrier for oral target delivery to lymph and tumors显示文摘Utilization of the intestinal lymphatic pathway will allow extraordinary gains in lymph and tumors cascade-targeted delivery of oral drugs and awakening the innate/adaptive immunity of the body and the lesion microenvironment,in addition to improving oral bioavailability relative to other means of delivery of oral drugs.Here,inspired by the specific invasion route of intestinal microorganisms,we pioneered an immune-awakening Saccharomyces-inspired mesoporous silicon nanoparticle(yMSN)for the ingenious cascade-targeted delivery of therapeutic cancer vaccines and antitumor drugs to lymph and tumors via the intestinal lymphatic pathway.Encouragingly,yMSN high-loaded tumor-specific antigens(OVA,11.9%)and anti-tumor drugs(Len,28.6%)with high stability,namely Len/OVA/yMSN,efficiently co-delivered OVA and Len to their desired target sites.Moreover,yMSN concomitantly awakened the innate antitumor immunity of dendritic cells and macrophages,strengthening vaccine-induced adaptive immune responses and reversing macrophage-associated immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment.Surprisingly,Len/OVA/yMSN treatment resulted in excellent synergistic antitumor efficacy and long-term antitumor memory in OVA-Hepa1-6-bearing mice.This high-performance nanocarrier provides a novel approach for lesion-targeting delivery of oral drugs accompanied with awakening of the innate/adaptive immunity of the lesion environment,and also represents a novel path for the oral delivery of diverse therapeutic agents targeting other lymph-mediated diseases.Yuling Mao Xiudan Wang Caishun Chen Qinfu Zhao Yanfeng Liu Jinghai Zhang Siling Wang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12:0

16A time-aware searchable encryption scheme for EHRs显示文摘Despite the benefits of EHRs (Electronic Health Records), there is a growing concern over the risks of privacy exposure associated with the technologies of EHR storing and transmission. To deal with this problem, a timeaware searchable encryption with designated server is proposed in this paper. It is based on Boneh's public key encryption with keyword search and Rivest's timed-release cryptology. Our construction has three features: the user cannot issue a keyword search query successfully unless the search falls into the specific time range;only the authorized user can generate a valid trapdoor;only the designated server can execute the search. Applying our scheme in a multi-user environment, the number of the keyword ciphertexts would not increase linearly with the number of the authorized users.
