1A 5.7–6.4GHz GaAs HBT Power Amplifier with a Gain Enhanced Bias Circuit显示文摘This paper describes the design of a 5.7–6.4GHz Ga As Heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT)power amplifier for broadband wireless application such as wireless metropolitan area networks.A bias circuit is proposed which enhances the power gain and provides a good linearity.Using the wideband matching network techniques with trap circuits embedded to filter the harmonics and the diode-based linearizing techniques,a broadband power amplifier module was obtained which exhibited a gain above 28d B.This is about 1d B improvement compared with those normal bias circuits at a supply voltage of 5V in the frequency range of 5.7–6.4GHz,measured with Continuous wave(CW)signals.The saturated output power was greater than 33d Bm in 5.7–6.4GHz and the output 1d B compression point was greater than 31d Bm.The phase deviation was less than 5 degrees when the output power below 33d Bm.The second and third order harmonic components were also less than-45d Bc and-50d Bc.ZHENG Ruiqing ZHANG Guohao YU Kai LI Sizhen ZHENG Yaohua 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,3:7
2Analyses of factors forming offshore SST anomaly (O-SSTA) in China seas显示文摘Based on the observations, the location and the strength of warm(cold) anomaly of SST in surnmer are conrolled mainly by the subtropical highs of atmosphere (typhoon track) on the off shore of the China seas. It may be considered for the physical causes that the factors forming O-SSTA include the dynamic respome of upper layer ocean on tbe strong atmospheric forcing and the shallow sea effects. The former consists of the entrainment, the detrainment, the Ekman pumping and the convergence of surface warm watet; the later the tidal mixing and higher absorptivity. The parameterized expressions and the significance estimations of each factor are shown. 3Consideration of some key issues of carbon market development in China显示文摘The global carbon market has developed rapidly with two significant trends of globalization and financialization.Deriving economic interest is a nation driven-force behind the international climate negotiation and carbon market.According to deeply analyzed relationships between the carbon market and the key subjects of the climate negotiation,this article reveals that promoting the development of the global carbon market is one of the core interests of developed nations.Based on the background of international carbon market development and domestic carbon market pilots,four suggestions to the key issues of China's carbon market are provided.The first is that the goal of China's carbon market should be in line with and contribute to the national objectives and policies addressing climate change.The second is that the Chinese carbon market should mainly target the emission reduction of production-sectors,and contribute to their upgradation and transformation.The third is mat the development of the nation-wide carbon market in China should first take the principle of unbalanced regional development into consideration.The fourth is that linking China's carbon market to the international market should keep steps in line with international opening-up of China's financing system.Sizhen Peng Ying Chang Jiutian Zhang 2015Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2015,13,1:2

5Global sustainable development report:background,progress,and recommendations显示文摘Formulating the GSDR Formulating the GSDR(global sustainable development report) is one of the important achievements initiated by the 'Rio +20' summit,and it has received worldwide attention.Nowadays,the international community has made a preliminary consensus on the orientation,key focuses,frameworks,and time schedule of GSDR.But,there are still great divergences in the relationship between GSDR and SDGs/post-MDGs(sustainable development goals/post-2015 development agenda),the GSDR organizational model,and whether countries writing their own national sustainable development report or not.After reviewing the whole process of formulating GSDR,some recommendations for writing GSDR from the Chinese perspective are proposed.The GSDR report should be a science-based and policy-making-oriented assessment report.The GSDR should focus on the priority areas that SDGs/post-MDGs have already identified as core fields. 'Limited in number,easy to quantify,and universally applicable' comprehensive assessment indices of sustainable development should be proposed.A GSDR international working group of experts should be established.Countries should be encouraged to formulate the 'National Sustainable Development Report' according to their own domestic practices.GSDR should be integrated with the high-level political forum(HLPF).Meanwhile,some suggestions on China's participation in the GSDR process are also proposed.China's 2030 mid-term and long-term national sustainable development goals(CSDGs) based on both the SDGs/post-MDGs and domestic practice are proposed.According to the implementation of national sustainable development goals,China should start the appropriate assessment of the progress and regularly report on the national sustainable development.Chinese scientists should be encouraged to actively participate in the process of GSDR.Sizhen Peng Xinzhang Sun 2015Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2015,13,1:2
6The sea/land breeze in the northern coastal area of Shandong Peninsula显示文摘In this paper the seasonal variation and structural characteristics of the sea/ land breeze in the northern coastal area of' Shandong Peninsula are studied in two ways: one is the analysis of the observed wind data, and the other is numerical simulation and experiments. Firstly, the hour to hour wind data through the year 1984 at Longkou Meteorological Station and Yantai Oceanographic Station are analysed through energy spectra and hodograph. It is revealed from the analysed results that the effects of the sea/ land breeze in the area are notable in spring, summer and fall, especially in May. However, in winter the effects of sea / land breeze are not obvious. because the cold noitherly is prevailing. Secondly, a two-dimensional non- linear model of primitive equations is used to study the sea / land breeze circulation in May in the area. The results of numerical simulation consist basically with the analysed results of the observed sea / land breeze. 7Studies on Barriers for Promotion of Clean Technology in SMEs of China显示文摘After more than 10 years efforts on awareness raising and promotion, the concept of cleaner production (CP) has been adopting as a strategic approach to balance economic benefits and environmental protection for China’s industries. However, it is also found that clean technology is difficult to be adopted and implemented in Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) because of certain barriers. This paper investigates these barriers among three stakeholders--governments, enterprises and experts. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to prioritize the relative importance of the twenty fine-selected barriers, which were classified into four barrier categories. The findings reveal that the exterior barriers of policy and financial barriers should be stressed rather than the inner barriers of technical and managerial barriers, although they are also very important. 9A numerical forecasting model of offshore-SST anomaly显示文摘An SST model which is good at predicting offshore-SST anomaly (O-SSTA) has been developed. It is composed of three parts: equations of dynamics, equations of model’s physics and equations of affecting factors of O-SSTA. Initial field of SST is prepared for a case of O-SSTA on last decade of July 1994, in which there are a center of warm anomaly in the Huanghai Sea and a center of cold anomaly in the East China Sea to be developing simultaneously. Using the Observed atmospheric forcing, the (decade) experiment forecast is made. Forecasting accuracy of warm (cold) anomaly is 32/44 (29/33 )’ the ensemble accuracy reaches R = 91% and AMD = 0. 67 t. The chief affecting factors of O-SSTA for this case are shown, for warm anomaly: (1 ) afar radiation (weight is 64 % ), (2) the convergence of warm water (9% ), (3 ) shallow-water effects; and for cold anomaly: (l) pumping of typhoon (44 % ), (2) entrainment of storm (24 % ), (3) latent heat (19 % ), respectively. 13A model for predicting SST in limited region-I. The dynamical equations显示文摘-Starting from physical oceanology characteristics of the China seas and for the short-term operational prediction of SST in the region, a two-dimensional (vertically integrated) primitive equation model, physically reasonable and operationally feasible,on the upper mixed layer is constructed and given here, which consists of three parts, the nondivergent residual current (the monthly mean field of the Kuroshio and its branches) equations, the dynamic forecasting equations, and the equation of model’s physics consisting of surface heat flux, coolings of the upper mixed layer due to the Ekman pumping and the entrainment by gale. This model may be used primarily to forecast the sea surface temperature, and to give estimations of the mean wind-driven current and the sea level, for a period of 3-5 d. 15Learning dynamic dependency network structure with time lag显示文摘Characterizing and understanding the structure and the evolution of networks is an important problem for many different fields. While in the real-world networks, especially the spatial networks, the influence from one node to another tends to vary over both space and time due to the different space distances and propagation speeds between nodes. Thus the time lag plays an essential role in interpreting the temporal causal dependency among nodes and also brings a big challenge in network structure learning.However most of the previous researches aiming to learn the dynamic network structure only treat the time lag as a predefined constant, which may miss important information or include noisy information if the time lag is set too small or too large. In this paper, we propose a dynamic Bayesian model with adaptive lags(DBAL)which simultaneously integrates two usually separate tasks, i.e., learning the dynamic dependency network structure and estimating time lags, within one unified framework. Specifically, we propose a novel weight kernel approach for time series segmenting and sampling via leveraging samples from adjacent segments to avoid the sample scarcity. Besides, an effective Bayesian scheme cooperated with reversible jump Markov chain Monte Carlo(RJMCMC) and expectation propagation(EP) algorithm is proposed for parameter inference. 16Research on challenges and strategies for China's green economy development显示文摘The last 20 years have been the fastest economic developing period of China,and China has made great economic achievements through undertaking international industrial transfer.However,undertaking international industrial transfer has brought about severe environmental problems to China and the process of undertaking international industry transfer is also a process of undertaking international transfer of natural resource consumption and environmental pollution.Nowadays,China has the heaviest ecological burden and highest environmental risk in the world,and is gradually losing international competitive advantages among traditional industries.China is facing unprecedented pressure of economic transformation.Besides the advantages like huge domestic demands and abundant civil capital,China faces more challenges in its green economy development.First,China is still in the middle of industrialization and urbanization processes,hence the huge demands for traditional industries will only last 10-15 more years.Meanwhile,China lacks core technologies for transforming traditional industries,which means these industries will have high shut-down risks.Second,the domestic market share for new green industries is limited,since the market is dominated by traditional energy industries.Third,the value of land,water,mineral,and other natural resources is extremely underestimated because the environmental cost is excluded from the enterprises'cost-benefit calculation.China should foster and expand green industries based on domestic demands,and then strive for competitive advantages in the international market in the future.Therefore,China should focus on the following four points in order to promote green industry development:establishing a forced-upgrading-mechanism for traditional industries,an incentive-development-mechanism for new green industries and a TFP-based(total factor productivity based)economic development evaluation system;promoting the integration of new-type urbanization,new emerging industries,and new employments;taking the model of'technology innovating-patent formulating-standard establishing-market guiding'to enhance the global competitiveness of China's new emerging industries;and building green consumption patterns in the whole society.Sizhen Peng Xinzhang Sun 2015Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2015,13,2:0
17Characteristics of TP53 germline variants and their correlations with Li-Fraumeni syndrome or Li-Fraumeni-like syndrome in Chinese tumor patients显示文摘Li-Fraumeni syndrome(LFS),a rare autosomal-dominant inheritance condition,is associated with a family cancer history as well as pathogenic/likely-pathogenic TP53 germline variants(P/LP TP53 GV).The current clinical methods for detecting LFS are limited.Here,we retrospectively investigate P/LP TP53 GV among Chinese cancer patients by next-generation sequencing and evaluate its relationship with a family cancer history.A total of 270 out of 19,226 cancer patients have TP53 GV,including 53 patients with P/LP TP53 GV.Patients with P/LP TP53 GV are mainly found in male with glioma,lung cancer or sarcoma.The median age of diagnosis for P/LP TP53 GV patients is significantly lower than that of non-P/LP TP53 GV patients(31-years vs.53-years;P<0.01).One LFS patient and 3 Li-Fraumeni-like syndrome(LFL)patients are among the 26 followed-up P/LP TP53 GV patients.Among 25 types of P/LP TP53 GV,the highest variant frequencies occurred at codon 175 and 248.p.M237 I,p.R158 H,p.C238 Y and p.C275 R,are firstly identified among the Chinese LFS/LFL patients.This study reports the(P/LP)TP53 GV characteristics of Chinese pan-cancer patients.These findings suggest analyzing the P/LP TP53 GV in cancer patients is an effective strategy for identifying cancer predisposition syndrome.Panwen Tian Xiaoyan Zhang Sheng Yang Yu Fang Hongling Yuan Wei Li Honglin Zhu Fangping Zhao Jinlei Ding Yunshu Zhu Sizhen Wang Guochen Sun Hongbin Ni Tonghui Ma Ting Lei 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,7:0
18Spindle and Kinetochore-associated Family Genes are Prognostic and Predictive Biomarkers in Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘Background and Aims:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most frequent malignant tumors.Spindle and kinetochore-associated(SKA)family genes are essential for the maintenance of the metaphase plate and spindle checkpoint silencing during mitosis.Recent studies have indicated that dysregulation of SKA family genes induces tumorigenesis,tumor progression,and chemoresistance via modulation of cell cycle and DNA replication.However,the differential transcription of SKAs in the context of HCC and its prognostic significance has not been demonstrated.Methods:Bioinformatics analyses were performed using TCGA,ONCOMINE,HCCDB,Kaplan-Meier plotter,STRING,GEPIA databases.qRT-PCR,western blot,and functional as-says were utilized for in vitro experiments.Results:We found remarkable upregulation of transcripts of SKA family genes in HCC samples compared with normal liver samples on bioinformatics analyses and in vitro validation.Inter-action analysis and enrichment analysis showed that SKA family members were mainly related to microtubule motor activity,mitosis,and cell cycle.Immuno-infiltration analysis showed a correlation of all SKA family genes with various immune cell subsets,especially T helper 2(Th2)cells.Tran-scriptional levels of SKA family members were positively as-sociated with histologic grade,T stage,andα-fetoprotein in HCC patients.Receiver operating characteristic curve analy-sis demonstrated a strong predictive ability of SKA1/2/3 for HCC.Increased expression of these SKAs was associated with unfavorable overall survival,progression-free survival,and disease-specific survival.On Cox proportional hazards regression analyses,SKA1 upregulation and pathological staging were independent predictors of overall survival and disease-specific survival of HCC patients.Finally,clinical tissue microarray validation and in vitro functional assays revealed SKA1 acts an important regulatory role in tumor malignant behavior.Conclusions:SKA family members may potentially serve as diagnostic and prognostic markers in the context of HCC.The correlation between SKAs and immune cell infiltration provides a promising research direc-tion for SKA-targeted immunotherapeutics for HCC.Chenhui Cai Ying Zhang Xu Hu Sizhen Yang Jiawen Ye Zihan Wei Tongwei Chu 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,4:0
19The Relationship between Mental Disorders and Personality of Outpatients in a Psychiatric Clinic in Nanjing, China显示文摘Psychosis has increasingly become a social problem,emphasizing the need to understand the relationship between mental disorders and personality.This study aimed to investigate the relationship between mental disorders and personality among psychiatric outpatients based on real-world data.Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)were used to evaluate the personality and psychopathological symptoms of patients(n=8409)in the Psychiatric Outpatient Department at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital.t-test was used to compare scores between patients and national norms.Pearson’s correlation coefficient and path analysis were used to explore the relationship between mental health status and personality.The correlation coefficient between the neuroticism(N)score and each factor score of the SCL-90 test,as well as the correlation between psychoticism(P)and hostility and paranoia,exceeded 0.4.Path analysis revealed that the standardized path coefficients of N score and SCL-90 were all higher than 0.4.In addition,the standardized path coefficient of hostility and paranoia on P score were 0.313 and 0.280,respectively.Interpersonal sensitivity,depression and obsessive-compulsive symptoms were affected by extraversion(E)score,with standardized path coefficients of-0.149,-0.138,and-0.105,respectively.The path analysis also showed the direct and indirect effects of age,gender,education,and marital status on SCL-90.Patients characterized as melancholic had higher scores in all factors of SCL-90.In conclusion,mental health was related to personality traits of neuroticism,psychoticism and introversion.Yiteng Zang Biyun Xu Sizhen Chen Grace Mutale Qiuyun Cao Bingwei Chen 2023International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2023,25,12:0
20A model for prediction SST in limited region- Ⅱ . The model's physical equation显示文摘-The model’s physical equation is used to parameterize some subgrid-scale processes and physical processes in the present numerical model. The transmission and attenuation of the solar energy in the ocean are considered. A simple diagnostic equation for the cloud fractions k proposed on the basis of the humidities at the surface and the mid-troposphere. The parameterized formulae of both entrainment and Ekman pumping are improved.In the numerical integration, the treatment on damping the inertial oscillations is emphasized. The initialization and the objective analysis of the data which are necessary for the operational prediction will be presented in another paper.Results of SST prediction and some numerical experiments are given here.
