| 1 | 糖尿病视网膜病变患病率的流行病学调查:在中国6省13473名糖尿病患者中的横断面研究显示文摘目的本研究旨在探究中国糖尿病患者中糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)和视力威胁性糖尿病视网膜病变(STDR)的患病率和严重程度。研究设计、设置与参与者本研究为横断面流行病学调查,研究对象为中国内地地区的糖尿病患者(N=13473)。研究对象为被内科医师诊断为糖尿病,并转诊到筛查门诊的糖尿病患者(其中住院患者占1/3,城市居民占1/3,农村居民占1/3)。研究对象的每只眼睛应用彩色、免散瞳和非立体眼底照相机拍摄2张眼底照片,并根据英国DR分级指南进行分级。主要结果和测量指标DR与STDR的患病率和严重程度。结果在参与本研究的13473例糖尿病患者中,共发现4591例DR和1769例STDR患者,DR的总体患病率为34.08%[95%可信区间(凹)33.28%~34.88%],其中STDR的总体患病率为13.13%(95%C112.56%~13.70%)。在所有研究对象中,12780例参与了眼底照片分级(94.86%)。年龄大于65岁的研究对象患DR或STDR的可能性较低(P〈0.001)。性别对是否患病没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。STDR患者与非STDR患者相比,视力损伤更为严重(P〈0.001)。中国北方DR和STDR的患病率高于南方(P〈0.001)。DR的患病率与糖尿病患病时间f比值比(鲫)2.63;95%C12.42~2.86;P〈0.001]以及糖尿病发病年龄(OR 0.38;95%CI为0.35~0.41;P〈0.001)密切相关。结论DR和STDR在中国内地地区的患病率偏高,并且不同地区患病率存在差异。在DR中,非增殖性DR更常见,但STDR更需要及时的诊断和治疗,特别是在经济欠发达地区。本研究强调了中国内地地区DR筛查和治疗的重要性。 | Liu, Yan Song, Yifan Tao, Liyuan Qiu, Weiqiang Lv, Huibin Jiang, Xiaodan Zhang, Mingzhou Li, Xuemin | 2017 | 英国医学杂志中文版2017,20,11: | 23 |

| 3 | Could CMIP6 climate models reproduce the early-2000s global warming slowdown?显示文摘The unexpected global warming slowdown during 1998–2013 challenges the existing scientific understanding of global temperature change mechanisms,and thus the simulation and prediction ability of state-of-the-art climate models since most models participating in phase 5 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP5)cannot simulate it.Here,we examine whether the new-generation climate models in CMIP6 can reproduce the recent global warming slowdown,and further evaluate their capacities for simulating key-scale natural variabilities which are the most likely causes of the slowdown.The results show that although the CMIP6 models present some encouraging improvements when compared with CMIP5,most of them still fail to reproduce the warming slowdown.They considerably overestimate the warming rate observed in 1998–2013,exhibiting an obvious warming acceleration rather than the observed deceleration.This is probably associated with their deficiencies in simulating the distinct temperature change signals from the human-induced long-term warming trend and/or the three crucial natural variabilities at interannual,interdecadal,and multidecadal scales.In contrast,the 4 models that can successfully reproduce the slowdown show relatively high skills in simulating the long-term warming trend and the three keyscale natural variabilities.Our work may provide important insight for the simulation and prediction of near-term climate changes. | Meng WEI Qi SHU Zhenya SONG Yajuan SONG Xiaodan YANG Yongqing GUO Xinfang LI Fangli QIAO | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,6: | 5 |
| 4 | Active loading liposomal irinotecan hydrochloride:Preparation,in vitro and in vivo evaluation显示文摘The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of various transmembrane ammonium salt gradients and different lipid composition on the loading efficiency of liposomal formulations of irinotecan hydrochloride(CPT-11),their behavior in vivo and cytotoxicity.Among ammonium salts studied,ammonium sulfate was successfully used to load CPT-11 into liposomes with the highest encapsulation efficiency.Subsequently,liposomal CPT-11 with different lipid composition was prepared by ammonium sulfate gradient method.CPT-11 can be loaded to a level over 90%into liposomes composed of soybean phospholipids/cholesterol(SPC-L)or hydrogenated natural soybean phospholipids/cholesterol(HSPC-L).In vitro release profiles were also investigated,indicating that HSPC-L had a lower release than that in SPC-L.In vivo,encapsulation of CPT-11 in both liposomal formulations showed higher area under the curve(AUC),a lower rate of clearance(CL)and smaller volume of distribution for CPT-11 than those of irinotecan hydrochloride solution(CPT-11-S).However,CL and AUC of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin(SN-38)were moderately improved in HSPC-L group.Based on the results of comparative pharmacokinetics of liposomal CPT-11 with different lipid composition,the in vitro cytotoxicity of HSPC-L was evaluated with human tumor cell.The result indicated that liposomal CPT-11 showed a great enhancement in vitro cytotoxicity.The results suggested that entrapment of CPT-11 in liposomes especially in those with high phase-transition temperature lipid by ammonium sulfate gradient would be a promising formulation with a better in vivo behavior. | Hongyan Wei Juan Song Hao Li Yang Li Shanshan Zhu Xiaodan Zhou Xiwen Zhang Li Yang | 2013 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2013,8,5: | 3 |

| 17 | Impact of Atmospheric and Oceanic Conditions on the Frequency and Genesis Location of Tropical Cyclones over the Western North Pacific in 2004 and 2010显示文摘This study examines the impact of atmospheric and oceanic conditions during May–August of 2004 and 2010 on the frequency and genesis location of tropical cyclones over the western North Pacific. Using the WRF model, four numerical experiments were carried out based on different atmospheric conditions and SST forcing. The numerical experiments indicated that changes in atmospheric and oceanic conditions greatly affect tropical cyclone activity, and the roles of atmospheric conditions are slightly greater than oceanic conditions. Specifically, the total number of tropical cyclones was found to be mostly affected by atmospheric conditions, while the distribution of tropical cyclone genesis locations was mainly related to oceanic conditions, especially the distribution of SST. In 2010, a warmer SST occurred west of 140°E, with a colder SST east of 140°E. On the one hand, the easterly flow was enhanced through the effect of the increase in the zonal SST gradient.The strengthened easterly flow led to an anomalous boundary layer divergence over the region to the east of 140°E, which suppressed the formation of tropical cyclones over this region. On the other hand, the colder SST over the region to the east of 140°E led to a colder low-level air temperature, which resulted in decreased CAPE and static instability energy. | 20 | Geochemical processes controlling dissolved selenium in the Changjiang(Yangtze) Estuary and its adjacent waters显示文摘Dissolved selenium in the Changjiang(Yangtze) Estuary and its adjacent waters was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry to elucidate the source, behavior in estuary, adsorption-desorption process and biological role. In surface water, Se(IV) concentration ranged 0.05–1.14 nmol/L and Se(VI) concentration varied 0.01–1.20 nmol/L, with the means of 0.76 and 0.49 nmol/L, respectively. In bottom water, Se(IV) content varied 0.03–0.27 nmol/L and Se(VI) content ranged 0.04–0.85 nmol/L, with the averages of 0.10 and 0.40 nmol/L, respectively. High level of Se(IV) was observed near the shore with a significant decrease towards the open sea, suggesting the continental input from the adjacent rivers. Large value of Se(VI) was found in bottom water, reflecting the release from suspended sediment. Besides, high value appeared in the same latitude of the Changjiang Estuary and Hangzhou Bay illustrated the effect of lateral mixing and the long-distance transport of selenium. Se(VI), more soluble, occupied higher percentage in aqueous environment. The presence of Se(IV) resulted from the degradation of residue and the reduction of Se(VI) under anaerobic condition. The positive relationship to suspended particulate material(SPM) and negative correlation to depth indicated that Se(IV) tended to be released from the high density particulate matter. Instead, Se(VI) content did not significantly relate to SPM since it generally formed inner-sphere complex to iron hydroxide. Se(IV) content negatively varied to salinity and largely depended on the freshwater dilution and physical mixing. While, Se(VI) level deviated from the dilution line due to the in situ biogeochemical process such as removal via phytoplankton uptake and inputs via organic matter regeneration.
