Economic Optimization Dispatching Strategy of Microgrid for Promoting Photoelectric Consumption Considering Cogeneration and Demand Response显示文摘A system combining photovoltaic power generation and cogeneration is proposed to improve the photoelectric absorption capacity. First, a time-of-use price strategy is adopted to guide users to change their electricity consumption habits for participation in the demand response, and a demand response model is established. Then, particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used with the aim of minimizing the operation cost of the microgrid to achieve economic dispatching of the microgrid. This considers power balance equation constraints, unit operation constraints, energy storage constraints, and heat storage constraints. Finally, the simulation results show the improved level of photoelectric consumption using the proposed scheme and the economic benefits of the microgrid.Chunxia Dou Xiaohan Zhou Tengfei Zhang Shiyun Xu 2020Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2020,8,3:10
Abnormality monitoring model of cracks in concrete dams显示文摘The abnormality monitoring model (AMM) of cracks in concrete dams is established through integrating safety monitoring theories with abnormality diagnosis methods of cracks. In addition, emphasis is placed on the influence of crack depth on crack mouth opening displacement (CMOD). A linear hypothesis is proposed for the propagation process of cracks in concrete based on the fictitious crack model (FCM). Abnormality points are detected through testing methods of dynamical structure mutation and statistical model mutation. The solution of AMM is transformed into a global optimization problem, which is solved by the particle swarm optimization (PSO) method. Therefore, the AMM of cracks in concrete dams is established and solved completely. In the end of the paper, the proposed model is validated by a typical crack at the 105 m elevation of a concrete gravity arch dam.BAO TengFei QIN Dong ZHOU XiWu WU GuiFen 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,7:9
Metal chalcogenides for potassium storage显示文摘Potassium-based energy storage technologies, especially potassium ion batteries(PIBs),have received great interest over the past decade.A pivotal challenge facing high-performance PIBs is to identify advanced electrode materials that can store the large-radius K+ions,as well as to tailor the various thermodynamic parameters.Metal chalcogenides are one of the most promising anode materials, having a high theoretical specific capacity, high in-plane electrical conductivity, and relatively small volume change on charge/discharge.However,the development of metal chalcogenides for PIBs is still in its infancy because of the limited choice of high-performance electrode materials. However, numerous efforts have been made to conquer this challenge. In this article,we overview potassium storage mechanisms, the technical hurdles, and the optimization strategies for metal chalcogenides and highlight how the adjustment of the crystalline structure and choice of the electrolyte affect the electrochemical performance of metal-chalcogenide-based electrode materials.Other potential potassium-based energy storage systems to which metal chalcogenides can be applied are also discussed. Finally, future research directions focusing on metal chalcogenides for potassium storage are proposed.Jingwen Zhou Ye Liu Shilin Zhang Tengfei Zhou Zaiping Guo 2020InfoMat2020,2,3:6
Development and validation of an analytical method for detecting chlorantraniliprole residues in fresh tea leaves显示文摘An efficient method using multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)as dispersive solid-phase extraction sorbent was established for determining chlorantraniliprole residues in fresh tea leaves, which are known to be a troublesome matrix containing abundant pigments, via gas chromatography with an electron capture detector.Acetonitrile was used as the extraction solvent, with sodium chloride enhancing the analyte partition in the organic phase. The optimal mixture of MWCNTs and primary secondary amine(PSA)was based on the distribution of the target analyte recovery and on the clean-up efficiency;while matrix-matched calibration was recommended to combat the matrix effect.Mean recoveries of 95.2%–108.8%were obtained with intraday and interday precisions of less than 7.9%and 10.3%,respectively.Good linearity was observed for concentrations of 0.02–1.0 mg/kg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9984.The limits of detection and quantification were 0.005 mg/kg and 0.02 mg/kg,respectively.The method was employed to investigate the dissipation dynamics of chlorantraniliprole in fresh tea leaves with real field samples.Consequently, the dissipation rates of chlorantraniliprole in fresh tea leaves followed pseudo-first-order kinetics with a half-life of 1.9 d,and the average chlorantraniliprole residue content was below 0.02 mg/kg with a harvest withholding period of 14 d.Tengfei Liu Minghui Dong Fengjie Zhou Daifeng Yang Xueming Zhang 2019Food Science and Human Wellness2019,8,4:5
Discrimination of False Negative Results in RT-PCR Detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNAs in Clinical Specimens by Using an Internal Reference显示文摘Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)is an essential method for specific diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection.Unfortunately, false negative test results are often reported. In this study,we attempted to determine the principal causes leading to false negative results of RT-PCR detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNAs in respiratory tract specimens.Multiple sputum and throat swab specimens from 161 confirmed COVID-19 patients were tested with a commercialfluorescent RT-PCR kit targeting the ORF1 ab and N regions of SARS-CoV-2 genome. The RNA level of a cellular housekeeping gene ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p30(RPP30)in these specimens was also assessed by RT-PCR.Data for a total of 1052 samples were retrospectively re-analyzed and a strong association between positive results in SARS-CoV-2 RNA tests and high level of RPP30 RNA in respiratory tract specimens was revealed.By using the ROC-AUC analysis,we identified Ct cutoff values for RPP30 RT-PCR which predicted false negative results for SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR with high sensitivity(95.03%–95.26%)and specificity(83.72%–98.55%)for respective combination of specimen type and ampli-fication reaction.Using these Ct cutoff values, false negative results could be reliably identified. Therefore, the presence of cellular materials, likely infected host cells, are essential for correct SARS-CoV-2 RNA detection by RT-PCR in patient specimens.RPP30 could serve as an indicator for cellular content,or a surrogate indicator for specimen quality. In addition, our results demonstrated that false negativity accounted for a vast majority of contradicting results in SARS-CoV-2 RNA test by RT-PCR.Yafei Zhang Changtai Wang Mingfeng Han Jun Ye Yong Gao Zhongping Liu Tengfei He Tuantuan Li Mengyuan Xu Luping Zhou Guizhou Zou Mengji Lu Zhenhua Zhang 2020Virologica Sinica2020,35,6:5

m6A RNA methylation-mediated HNF3γreduction renders hepatocellular carcinoma dedifferentiation and sorafenib resistance显示文摘Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3γ(HNF3γ)is a hepatocyte nuclear factor, but its role and clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remain unclear.Herein,we report that HNF3γexpression is downregulated in patient HCC and inversely correlated with HCC malignancy and patient survival. Moreover, our data suggested that the HNF3γreduction in HCC could be mediated by METTL14-dependent m6A methylation of HNF3γmRNA.HNF3γexpression was increased during hepatic differentiation and decreased in dedifferentiated HCC cells.Interestingly,HNF3γdelivery promoted differentiation of not only HCC cells but also liver CSCs,which led to suppression of HCC growth.Mechanistic analysis suggested an HNF3γ-centered regulatory network that includes essential liver differentiation-associated transcription factors and functional molecules, which could synergistically facilitate HCC cell differentiation.More importantly, enforced HNF3γexpression sensitized HCC cells to sorafenib-induced growth inhibition and cell apoptosis through transactivation of OATP1B1 and OATP1B3 expression, which are major membrane transporters for sorafenib uptake.Clinical investigation showed that patient-derived HCC xenografts with high HNF3γexpression exhibited a sorafenib response and patients with high HCC HNF3γlevels benefited from sorafenib therapy.Together, these results suggest that HNF3γplays an essential role in HCC differentiation and may serve as a therapeutic target and predictor of sorafenib benefit in patients.Tengfei Zhou Shichao Li Daimin Xiang Junyu Liu Wen Sun Xiuliang Cui Beifang Ning Xiao Li Zhuo Cheng Weiqi Jiang Cheng Zhang Xijun Liang Liang Li Xin Cheng Liu Hui Hongyang Wang Jin Ding 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:4
Conversion of hepatoma cells to hepatocyte-like cells by defined hepatocyte nuclear factors显示文摘Normal cells become cancer cells after a malignant transformation, but whether cancer cells can be reversed to normal status remains elusive. Here,we report that the combination of hepatocyte nuclear factor IA (HNFIA),HNF4A and forkhead box protein A3 (FOXA3)synergistically reprograms hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)cells to hepatocyte-like cells (reprogrammed hepatocytes, rHeps). Our results show that rHeps lose the malignant phenotypes of cancer cells and retrieve hepatocyte-specific characteristics including hepatocyte-like morphology;global expression pattern of genes and specific biomarkers of hepatocytes;and the unique hepatic functions of albumin (ALB)secretion, glycogen synthesis,low-density lipoprotein (LDL)uptake, urea production, cytochrome P450 enzymes induction and drug metabolism.Intratumoral injection of these three factors efficiently shrank patientderived tumor xenografts and reprogrammed HCC cells in vivo. Most importantly, transplantation of rHeps in the liver of fumarylacetoacetate hydrolase-deficient (Fah^-/-)mice led to the reconstruction of hepatic lobules and the restoration of hepatic function.Mechanistically, exogenous expression of HNF1A,HNF4A and FOXA3 in HCC cells initiated the endogenous expression of numerous hepatocyte nuclear factors, which promoted the conversion of HCC cells to hepatocyte-like cells.Collectively, our results indicate the successful conversion of hepatoma cells to hepatocyte-like cells, not only extending our current knowledge of cell reprogramming but also providing a route towards a novel therapeutic strategy for cancer.Zhuo Cheng Zhiying He Yongchao Cai Cheng Zhang Gongbo Fu Hengyu Li Wen Sun Changcheng Liu Xiuliang Cui Beifang Ning Daimin Xiang Tengfei Zhou Xiaofeng Li Weifen Xie Hongyang Wang Jin Ding 2019Cell Research2019,29,2:3
Comparison of adaptive structural damage identification techniques in nonlinear hysteretic vibration isolation systems显示文摘Early structural damage identification to obtain an accurate condition assessment can assist in the reprioritization of structural retrofitting schedules in order to guarantee structural safety.Nowadays, seismic isolation technology has been applied in a wide variety of infrastructure, such as buildings, bridges, etc.,and the health conditions of these nonlinear hysteretic vibration isolation systems have received considerable attention. To effectively detect structural damage in vibration isolation systems based on vibration data, three time-domain analysis techniques, referred to as the adaptive extended Kalman filter(AEKF),adaptive sequential nonlinear least-square estimation(ASNLSE)and adaptive quadratic sum-squares error(AQSSE),have been investigated. In this research, these analysis techniques are compared in terms of accuracy, convergence and efficiency, for structural damage detection using experimental data obtained through a series of laboratory tests based on a base-isolated structural model subjected to El Centro and Kobe earthquake excitations. The capability of the AEKF,ASNLSE and AQSSE approaches in tracking structural damage is demonstrated and compared.Mu Tengfei Zhou Li Jann N.Yang 2013Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2013,12,4:3
Late Mesozoic rifting and its deep dynamic mechanisms in the central Sulu orogenic belt: Records from Lingshan Island显示文摘The Lingshan Island scientific drill confirms that two episodes(Laiyang period and Qingshan period) of rifting developed in the central Sulu orogenic belt(SOB) in Late Mesozoic. With a set of methods including fieldwork, drilling, core logging, zircon U-Pb dating and whole rock geochemistry applied, the age, the depositional sequence and the deep dynamic mechanisms of rift evolution were unraveled. The stratigraphic sequence of the Laiyang-Qingshan Groups on Lingshan Island was composed of two different rifting sequences:(1) Laiyang Group(147–125 Ma), which consists of deep-water gravity flow deposits with interlayers of intermediate volcanic rocks;and(2) Lower Qingshan Group(125–119 Ma), which unconformably overlies the former sequence and contains subaerial volcanic deposits and terrestrial deposits. The tectonic environment changed during the evolution of these two episodes of rifting: the rift was in a NNW-SSE extensional environment in the Laiyang period and showed the typical passive rifting character that “lithospheric extension and rifting preceded volcanism”. The passive rifting period was ended by a short WNW-ESE compression at about 125 Ma. After that, the tectonic environment transferred to a strong NW-SE extensional environment and the rifting evolved into a volcanic arc basin in the Qingshan period. The igneous rocks are shoshonitic to high-K calc-alkaline trachyandesites to trachytes with a few intercalated lamprophyres and a rhyolite. The geochemical characteristics of the igneous rocks indicate that they are mantle-derived melts with a metasomatized mantle source and/or crustal contamination. In addition, an increased thinning of the lithosphere happened during the rifting episodes. The low-angle subduction of the Paleo-Pacific plate in the Jurassic weakened the thickened SOB lithospheric mantle. The rollback of the subducting plate started in late Jurassic to early Cretaceous, and the SOB lithospheric mantle was delaminated synchronously because of the gravity collapse. Thus, this caused passive rifting in the Laiyang period. Thereafter, the rollback and trench retreat of the high-angle subducting Paleo-Pacific plate would have achieved its climax, resulting in the strong regional extension. Passive rifting was ended by the crustal uplift caused by asthenospheric upwelling beneath the rift. The lower crust was heated by the upwelling asthenosphere and partially melted to form felsic melts, which were emplaced upwards and erupted explosively. The rift evolved into a volcanic arc basin in the Qingshan period and showed some characteristics of active rifting. Above all, a passive rifting in the Laiyang period and a volcanic arc basin in the Qingshan period developed successively in the Lingshan Island area(the central SOB). This records the transfer of the study area from the Paleo-Tethys tectonic domain to the circum-Pacific tectonic domain. The delamination of SOB lithospheric mantle and the upwelling of asthenospheric material were the deep dynamic mechanisms driving the development and evolution of two rift episodes. Additionally, the rift development was controlled remotely by the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific plate.Tengfei ZHOU Yaoqi ZHOU Nina SФAGER Paul Martin HOLM Zhenkai ZHANG Jun WANG Zhao LIANG Hongyu MU Yanjun CHENG Feifei LIU Miao WANG Yue ZHANG Hui ZHANG Yangjian GU Shihui DONG Hanjie ZHAO Manjie LI Yang CHEN Yanzi LIU 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,9:3
Enhancing oxygen evolution reaction by cationic surfactants显示文摘Oxygen evolution reaction is critical for water splitting or metal-air batteries, but previous research mainly focuses on electrode material or structure optimization.Herein,we demonstrate that surfactant modification of a NiFe layered double hydroxide (LDH) array electrode, one of the best catalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER),could achieve superaerophobic surface with balanced surface charges, affording fast mass transfer, quick gas release, and boosted OER performance. The assembled surfactants on the electrode surface are responsible for lowering the bubble adhesive force (~ 1.03 μN) and corresponding fast release of small bubbles generated during OER.In addition, the bipolar nature of the hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) molecule lead to bilayer assembly of the surfactants with the polar ends facing the electrode surface and the electrolyte, resulting in neutralized charges on the electrode surface. As a result,OH-transfer was facilitated and OER performance was enhanced. With the modified superaerophobic surface and balanced surface charge,NiFe LDHs-CTAB nanostructured electrode showed ultrahigh current density increase (9.39 mA(mV·cm^2)),2.3 times higher than that for conventional NiFe LDH nanoarray electrode),dramatically fast gas release, and excellent durability. The introduction of surfactants to construct under-water superaerophobic electrode with in-time repelling ability to the as-formed gas bubbles may open up a new pathway for designing efficient electrodes for gas evolution systems with potentially practical application in the near future.Qixian Xie Daojin Zhou Pengsong Li Zhao Cai Tianhui Xie Tengfei Gao Ruida Chen Yun Kuang Xiaoming Sun 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:3
Ultra-light and flexible pencil-trace anode for high performance potassium-ion and lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Engineering design of battery configurations and new battery system development are alternative approaches to achieve high performance batteries. A novel flexible and ultra-light graphite anode is fabricated by simple friction drawing on filter paper with a commercial 8 B pencil.Compared with the traditional anode using copper foil as current collector, this innovative current-collector-free design presents capacity improvement of over 200% by reducing the inert weight of the electrode. The as-prepared pencil-trace electrode exhibits excellent rate performance in potassium-ion batteries(KIBs), significantly better than in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs), with capacity retention of 66% for the KIB vs. 28% for the LIB from 0.1 to 0.5 A g^(-1). It also shows a high reversible capacity of ~230 mAh g^(-1) at 0.2 A g^(-1), 75% capacity retention over350 cycles at 0.4 A g^(-1)and the highest rate performance(based on the total electrode weight) among graphite electrodes for K+ storage reported so far.Zhixin Tai Yajie Liu Qing Zhang Tengfei Zhou Zaiping Guo Hua Kun Liu Shi Xue Dou 2017Green Energy & Environment2017,2,3:2
Highly efficient and stable solar-powered desalination by tungsten carbide nanoarray film with sandwich wettability显示文摘Solar-powered desalination is a promising way to resolve the worldwide water crisis for its low con- sumption and simple facility. Considering the fragility and aggregations of traditional materials, which may decrease efficiency, we herein introduce a robust tungsten carbide (WC) nanoarray film as a stable and efficient photothermal material, whose absorption is over 97.5% throughout almost the whole solar spectrum range (220–2200 nm) due to nanoarray structure and thus enhanced localized surface plasmon resonance. Besides, for the first time, we modified the film with sandwich wettability. It accelerates evap- oration by reducing water’s reflection of light, enlarging hydrophobic-hydrophilic boundaries, and depressing heat dissipation. Combining high absorption with unique wettability, the WC nanoarray film offers high solar-to-vapor efficiency of 90.8% and produces drinking water at the rate of (1.06 ± 0.10) kg m^(-2)h^(-1)from man-made seawater and (0.98 ± 0.18) kg m^(-2)h^(-1)from heavy metal sewage under one sun (AM 1.5) while 98% performance remains after 1 h×100 times’ reutilization.Nana Han Kai Liu Xinping Zhang Meng Wang Pan Du Zhaohui Huang Daojin Zhou Qian Zhang Tengfei Gao Yin Jia Liang Luo Jianjun Wang Xiaoming Sun 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,6:2
NUPR1 promotes the proliferation and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma cells by activating TFE3-dependent autophagy显示文摘Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common type of oral malignancy, and metastasis accounts for the poor prognosis of OSCC.Autophagy is considered to facilitate OSCC development by mitigating various cellular stresses;nevertheless, the mechanisms of autophagy in OSCC cell proliferation and metastasis remain unknown. In our study,high-sensitivity label-free quantitative proteomics analysis revealed nuclear protein 1(NUPR1)as the most significantly upregulated protein in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumour samples derived from OSCC patients with or without lymphatic metastasis.Tengfei Fan Xiaoning Wang Sheng Zhang Ping Deng Yi Jiang Yidan Liang Sheng Jie Qing Wang Chuwen Li Guocai Tian Zhen Zhang Zhenhu Ren Bo Li Yanrong Chen Zhijing He Yan Luo Mingliang Chen Hanjiang Wu Zhengping Yu Huifeng Pi Zhou Zhou Zhiyuan Zhang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,5:2

Ribonuclease H-like gene SMALL GRAIN2 regulates grain size in rice through brassinosteroid signaling pathway显示文摘Grain size is a key agronomic trait that determines the yield in plants.Regulation of grain size by brassinosteroids(BRs)in rice has been widely reported. However, the relationship between the BR signaling pathway and grain size still requires further study. Here,we isolated a rice mutant, named small grain2(sg2),which displayed smaller grain and a semi-dwarf phenotype. The decreased grain size was caused by repressed cell expansion in spikelet hulls of the sg2 mutant.Using map-based cloning combined with a Mut Map approach,we cloned SG2,which encodes a plant-specific protein with a ribonuclease H-like domain.SG2 is a positive regulator downstream of GLYCOGEN SYNTHASE KINASE2(GSK2)in response to BR signaling, and its mutation causes insensitivity to exogenous BR treatment.Genetical and biochemical analysis showed that GSK2 interacts with and phosphorylates SG2.We further found that BRs enhance the accumulation of SG2 in the nucleus, and subcellular distribution of SG2 is regulated by GSK2 kinase activity. In addition,Oryza sativa OVATE family protein 19(OsOFP19),a negative regulator of grain shape, interacts with SG2 and plays an antagonistic role with SG2 in controlling gene expression and grain size. Our results indicated that SG2 is a new component of GSK2-related BR signaling response and regulates grain size by interacting with Os OFP19.Yunshuai Huang Hui Dong Changling Mou Ping Wang Qixian Hao Min Zhang Hongmin Wu Fulin Zhang Tengfei Ma Rong Miao Kai Fu Yaping Chen Ziyan Zhu Cheng Chen Qikai Tong Zhuoran Wang Shirong Zhou Xi Liu Shijia Liu Yunlu Tian Ling Jiang Jianmin Wan 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,10:1
Urban Geospatial Information Acquisition Mobile Mapping System based on close-range photogrammetry and IGS site calibration显示文摘The measurement accuracy of the Mobile Mapping System (MMS) is the main problem, which restricts its development and application, so how to calibrate the MMS to improve its measure-ment accuracy has always been a research hotspot in the industry. This paper proposes a position and attitude calibration method with error correction based on the combination of the feature point and feature surface. First, the initial value of the spatial position relation-ship between each sensor of MMS is obtained by close-range photogrammetry. Second, the optimal solution for error correction is calculated by feature points in global coordinates jointly measured with International GNSS Service (IGS) stations. Then, the final transformation para-meters are solved by combining the initial values obtained originally, thereby realizing the rapid calibration of the MMS. Finally, it analyzed the RMSE of MMS point cloud after calibration, and the results demonstrate the feasibility of the calibration approach proposed by this method. Under the condition of a single measurement sensor accuracy is low, the plane and elevation absolute accuracy of the point cloud after calibration can reach 0.043 m and 0.072 m, respectively, and the relative accuracy is smaller than 0.02 m. It meets the precision require-ments of data acquisition for MMS. It is of great significance for promoting the development of MMS technology and the application of some novel techniques in the future, such as auton-omous driving, digital twin city, urban brain et al.Ming Guo Yuquan Zhou Jianghong Zhao Tengfei Zhou Bingnan Yan Xianfeng Huang 2021Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,4:1
Hierarchical and lamellar porous carbon as interconnected sulfur host and polysulfide-proof interlayer for Li–S batteries显示文摘A robust three-dimensional(3D)interconnected sulfur host and a polysulfide-proof interlayer are key components in high-performance Li–S batteries.Herein,cellulose-based 3D hierarchical porous carbon(HPC)and two-dimensional(2D)lamellar porous carbon(LPC)are employed as the sulfur host and polysulfide-proof inter-layer,respectively,for a Li–S battery. The 3D HPC displays a cross-linked macroporous structure, which allows high sulfur loading and restriction capability and provides unobstructed electrolyte diffusion channels. With a stackable carbon sheet of 2D LPC that has a large plane view size and is ultrathin and porous, the LPC-coated separator effectively inhibits polysulfides. An optimized combination of the HPC and LPC yields an electrode structure that effectively protects the lithium anode against corrosion by polysulfides, giving the cell a high ca-pacity of 1339.4 mAh g^(-1) and high stability, with a capacity decay rate of 0.021% per cycle at 0.2C.This work provides a new understanding of biomaterials and offers a novel strategy to improve the performance of Li–S batteries for practical applications.Peifan Wang Xin Dai Peng Xu Sijiang Hu Xuyang Xiong Kunyang Zou Shengwu Guo Junjie Sun Chaofeng Zhang Yongning Liu Tengfei Zhou Yuanzhen Chen 2023eScience2023,3,1:1
Late Jurassic to early Cretaceous magnetostratigraphy of scientific drilling core LK-1 in the Lingshan Island of Riqingwei Basin, eastern China显示文摘The Sulu orogenic belt is an uplift zone that was formed in the Late Triassic.Several Jurassic to Cretaceous sedimentary successions have been recognized within the Sulu orogenic belt in recent studies, including outcrops that are considered to be related to the newly discovered Riqingwei Basin. This basin has been the focus of extensive study due to its continuous Cretaceous rock sequence, geological location and petroleum resource potential. However, the lack of a consolidated chronology for the strata has precluded a better understanding of stratigraphy, tectonic evolution and resource potential of the Riqingwei Basin. Here,we present the results of a new magnetostratigraphic study of the continental scientific drilling borehole LK-1,which is located on Lingshan Island, offshore Shandong province, eastern China. The goals of this study are to(1)refine the Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous chronostratigraphic framework of the Riqingwei Basin,and(2)investigate the location of the J/K boundary in the Borehole Core LK-1.The observed patterns of the paleomagnetic polarity zone in the LK-1 borehole correlate well with the geomagnetic polarity time scale(GPTS),and the continuous magnetostratigraphy profile defined in this core indicates an age ranging from 146.5 to 125.8 Ma for the samples interval. The sediment accumulation rates(SAR)of LK-1 show one period of high SAR(~10.5 cm kyr^(-1))at 135.3–130.6 Ma and two periods of low SAR(~4.8 and~2.2 cm kyr^(-1))at145.7–135.3 and 130.6–125.8 Ma,respectively. In addition, the magnetostratigraphic results suggest that the Jurassic-Cretaceous(J/K)boundary of the LK-1 is located within the magnetozone N21.2 n(~1254 m).This comprehensive geochronologic framework provides a good correlation of the marine Upper Jurassic to Lower Cretaceous strata in the Riqingwei Basin to other marine strata and continental sequences,in addition to providing a foundation for the study of the structural evolution of eastern China.Yanjun CHENG Zhiping WU Xiaoyu LIU Yaoqi ZHOU Yining DAI Tongjie ZHANG Tengfei ZHOU 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,4:1
Fault prediction of combine harvesters based on stacked denoising autoencoders显示文摘Accurate fault prediction is essential to ensure the safety and reliability of combine harvester operation. In this study,a combine harvester fault prediction method based on a combination of stacked denoising autoencoders(SDAE)and multi-classification support vector machines(SVM)is proposed to predict combine harvester faults by extracting operational features of key combine components. In general,SDAE contains autoencoders and uses a deep network architecture to learn complex non-linear input-output relationships in a hierarchical manner.Selected features are fed into the SDAE network,deep-level features of the input parameters are extracted by SDAE,and an SVM classifier is then added to its top layer to achieve combine harvester fault prediction. The experimental results show that the method can achieve accurate and efficient combine harvester fault prediction. In particular, the experiments used Gaussian noise with a distribution center of 0.05 to corrupt the test data samples obtained by random sampling of the whole population, and the results showed that the prediction accuracy of the method was 95.31%,which has better robustness and generalization ability compared to SVM(77.03%),BP(74.61%),and SAE(90.86%).Zhaomei Qiu Gaoxiang Shi Bo Zhao Xin Jin Liming Zhou Tengfei Ma 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,2:0
