1Recent advances in multifunctional electrochromic energy storage devices and photoelectrochromic devices显示文摘Multifunctional devices integrated with electrochromism and energy storage or energy production functions are attractive because these devices can be used as an effective approach to address the energy crisis and environmental pollution in society today. In this review, we explain the operation principles of electrochromic energy storage devices including electrochromic supercapacitors,electrochromic batteries, and the photoelectrochromic devices. Furthermore, the material candidates and structure types of these multifunctional devices are discussed in detail. 3Microsurgical treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar aneurysms based on angioarchitecture supplemented by high-resolution vessel wall MRI:a case series report显示文摘Background Surgical treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar artery(PICA)aneurysms is challenging because many are nonsaccular and atherosclerotic.We report our tailored approach to PICA aneurysms,which is based on angioarchitecture supplemented by high-resolution vessel wall MRI(HR-VW MRI)findings.Methods From March 2010 to September 2020,27 patients with 29 PICA aneurysms underwent surgical treatment in our institution.Since October 2016,HR-VW MRI has been used for aneurysmal wall assessment.Clinical characteristics,radiological data and surgical outcomes were analysed.Results Nineteen proximal PICA aneurysms(vertebral artery(VA),P1,P2 and P3)were treated using the far-lateral approach.Ten distal PICA aneurysms(P4,P5)were treated using the suboccipital midline approach.Direct clipping or clip reconstruction was achieved in 19 aneurysms.Ten were trapped in conjunction with extracranial-intracranial or intracranial-intracranial bypass,including three occipital artery-PICA reimplantations,three PICA-VA reimplantations,two PICA-PICA side-to side anastomoses,one PICA-PICA reimplantation and one PICA-PICA reanastomosis.All aneurysms were eventually completely obliterated and all bypasses remained patent.At the last follow-up,26 patients(96.2%)achieved a good outcome(modified Rankin Scale score<3).Eight patients underwent HR-VW MRI.Among these,the six aneurysms with focal wall enhancement required bypass and the two with negative enhancement were successfully clipped.Conclusion PICA aneurysms have a higher frequency of complex features such as large or giant size and fusiform or dissecting morphology.Favourable outcomes were achieved with individualised microsurgical strategies based on angioarchitecture.HR-VW MRI may be used as a promising technique to predict aneurysmal atherosclerosis.Zixiao Yang Jianping Song Kai Quan Peiliang Li Qingzhu An Yuan Shi Peixi Liu Guo Yu Yanlong Tian Liangfu Zhou Wei Zhu 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:1

6Preparation of Functionalized Fe304@SiO2 MagneticNanoparticles for Monoclonal Antibody Purification显示文摘Magnetic Fe304@SiO2 nanoparticles with superparamagnetic properties were prepared via a reverse mi-croemulsion method at room temperature. The as-prepared samples were characterized by transmission electron mi-croscopy(TEM), X-ray diffractometry(XRD), and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM). The Fe304@SiO2 nanopar-ticles were modified by (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES) and subsequently activated by glutaraldehyde(Glu).Protein A was successfully immobilized covalently onto the Glu activated Fe304@SiO2 nanoparticles. The adsorptioncapacity of the nanoparticles was determined on an ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV) and approximately up to 203mg/g of protein A could be uniformly immobilized onto the modified Fe304@SiO2 magnetic beads. The core-shell ofthe Fe304@SiO2 magnetic beads decorated with protein A showed a good binding capacity for the chime-ric anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody(anti-EGFR mAb). The purity of the anti-EGFR mAb was analyzed by virtue ofHPLC. 7Chronological and Geochemical Characterisitics of Volcanic Rocks of the Yingcheng Formation in the Southern Songliao Basin: Constraints on the Early Cretaceous Evolution of the Songliao Basin显示文摘The discoveries of oil and gas reservoirs in the volcanic rocks of the Songliao Basin(SB) have attracted the attention of many researchers. However, the lack of studies on the genesis of the volcanic rocks has led to different opinions being presented for the genesis of the SB. In order to solve this problem, this study selected the volcanic rocks of the Yingcheng Formation in the Southern Songliao Basin(SSB) as the research object, and determined the genesis and tectonic setting of the volcanic rocks by using LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating and a geochemical analysis method(major elements, trace elements, and Hf isotopes). The volcanic rocks of the Yingcheng Formation are mainly composed of rhyolites with minor dacites and pyroclastic rocks. Our new zircon U-Pb dating results show that these volcanic rocks were erupted in the Early Cretaceous(113–118 Ma). The primary zircons from the rhyolites have εHf(t) values of +4.70 to +12.46 and twostage model age(TDM2) of 876–374 Ma. The geochemical data presented in this study allow these rhyolites to be divided into I-type rhyolites and A-type rhyolites, both of which were formed by the partial melting of the crust. They have SiO2 contents of 71.62 wt.%–75.76 wt.% and Al2 O3 contentsof 10.88 wt.% to 12.92 wt.%. The rhyolites have distinctively higher REE contents than those of ordinary granites, with obvious negative Eu anomalies. The light to heavy REE fractionation is not obvious, and the LaN/YbN(average value = 9.78) is less than 10. The A-type rhyolites depleted in Ba, Sr, P, and Ti, with relatively low Nb/Ta, indicating that the rocks belong A2 subtype granites formed in an extensional environment. The adakitic dacites are characterized by high Sr contents(624 to 1,082 ppm), low Y contents(10.6 to 12.6 ppm), high Sr/Y and Sr/Yb ratios, and low Mg# values(14.77 to 36.46), indicating that they belong to 'C' type adakites. The adakitic dacite with high Sr and low Yb were likely generated by partial melting of the lower crust under high pressure conditions at least 40 km depth. The I-type rhyolites with low Sr and high Yb, and the A-type rhyolites with very low Sr and high Yb, were formed in the middle and upper crust under low pressure conditions, respectively. In addition, the formation depths of the former were approximately 30 km, whereas those of the latter were less than 30 km. The geochemical characteristics reveal that the volcanic rocks of Yingcheng Formation were formed in an extensional environment which was related to the retreat of subducted Paleo-Pacific Plate. At the late Early Cretaceous Period, the upwelling of the asthenosphere mantle and the lithosphere delamination caused by the retreat of the subducted Paleo-Pacific Plate, had resulted in lithosheric extension in the eastern part of China. Subsequently, a large area of volcanic rocks had formed. 8Porous bio-high entropy alloy scaffolds fabricated by direct ink writing显示文摘Porous tantalum-titanium-niobium-zirconium(Ta-Ti-Nb-Zr)bio-high entropy alloy(bioHEA)scaffolds are fabricated using direct ink writing 3D printing technology in this study.A composite ink is prepared using four metal powders as raw materials:Ta,Ti,Nb and Zr.Ink extrusion is used to build 3D scaf-folds with interconnected porous structures at room temperature,which are then sintered in a vacuum environment.The interdiffusion of metal elements yields porous bioHEA scaffolds with a body-centered cubic(BCC)structure.The fabricated scaffolds have uniform compositions with a significant alloying ef-fect and good biocompatibility.The scaffolds have a compressive strength of 70.08-149.95 MPa and an elastic modulus of 0.18-0.64 GPa,indicating that the mechanical properties can be controlled over a wide range.The scaffolds have a compressive strength close to that of human cortical bone and thus meet the requirements for porous structure characteristics and biological and mechanical properties of orthopedic implants.Guangbin Zhao Xiaoxi Shao Qingxian Zhang Yanlong Wu Yaning Wang Xu Chen Hang Tian Yaxiong Liu Yanpu Liu Bingheng Lu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,26:0
9Mapping QTL affecting the vertical distribution and seed set of soybean [Glycine max(L.) Merr.] pods显示文摘Number of pods per plant and number of seeds per pod are quantitative,multigenic traits and important components of yield in soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.].Pods are distributed unevenly in the upper,middle,and lower segments of the plant and this distribution is affected by sowing date(SD).A population of four-way recombinant inbred lines(FW-RIL),containing 160 F2:8 individuals,was generated from the cross(Kenfeng 14×Kenfeng 15)×(Heinong 48×Kenfeng 19).A linkage map consisting of 275 simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with the production of one,two,three,and four seeds per pod in the upper,middle,and lower segments of plants at two SDs,totaling 12 measurements per SD.A wide range of variation in the twelve characteristics was observed among the four parental lines and the FW-RIL population at the two SDs.The effect of SD2(May 17,2016)on pod number was stronger than that of SD1(May 7,2016)because the heritability of each trait in the SD1 experiment was generally greater than that of SD2.The study identified 76 QTL controlling pod number,with the phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranging from 1.86%to 13.71%.The numbers of QTL controlling one,two,three,and four seeds per pod were 28,23,23,and 23,respectively.There were 30,28,and 28 QTL controlling the pod number in the upper,middle,and lower segments of the plant,respectively.Forty-five QTL were identified at SD1 and 38 QTL were identified at SD2.Seventeen QTL were associated with pod-number traits.The QTL qPNA1–3 was associated with the number of pods containing one seed in the middle segment of the plant at both SDs.Sixty-three QTL were published QTL(common areas existed when integrating on a map GmComposite2003 of Wm82 based on left and right markers).and 13 QTL related to pod number were newly discovered.These results provide a reference for breeders to improve soybean yield by combining advantageous alleles for these QTL.Future studies may reveal candidate genes for these QTL and identify causal alleles for markerassisted selection.Shiping Liu Hong Xue Kaixin Zhang Ping Wang Daiqun Su Wenbin Li Shichao Xu Jianan Zhang Zhongying Qi Yanlong Fang Xiyu Li Yue Wang Xiaocui Tian Jie Song Jiajing Wang Chang Yang Sitong Jiang Wen-Xia Li Hailong Ning 2019The Crop Journal2019,7,5:0
10Bandgap formation and low-frequency structural vibration suppression for stiffened plate-type metastructure with general boundary conditions显示文摘Metastructures with unique mechanical properties have shown attractive potential application in vibration and noise reduction.Typically,most of the metastructures deal with the vibration bandgap properties of infinite structures without considering specific boundary condition and dynamic behaviors,which cannot be directly applied to the engineering structures.In this research,we design a Stiffened Plate-type Metastructure(SPM)composed of a plate with periodic stiffeners and cantilever beam-type resonators subjected to general boundary conditions for low-frequency vibration suppression.The effects of boundary conditions and the number and orientation of the stiffeners on Locally Resonant(LR)type bandgap properties in SPM are further investigated.An analytical modeling framework is developed to predict the bandgap formations and vibration behaviors of SPMs in finite-size configuration.The governing equations of the SPM reinforced by various arrangements of stiffeners are derived based on the first-order shear deformation theory and Hamilton’s principle,and a Fourier series combined with auxiliary functions is employed to satisfy the arbitrary boundary conditions.Finite element analysis and experimental investigations of vibration behaviors for the SPM are carried out to validate the accuracy and reliability of the present analytical model.For practical designs of the SPMs with specific boundary conditions,it is found that there exist optimal numbers of stiffeners and resonators which can produce the significant LR-type bandgap behaviors.Furthermore,various arrangements of stiffeners and resonators are explored for different boundary conditions by breaking the requirement of spatially periodicity.It is shown that for the designed SPM,the vibration modes of its host structure should be considered to widen the frequency range in which the resonators transfer and store energy,and hence improve the performance of low-frequency vibration suppression.The present work can provide a significant theoretical guidance for the engineering application of metamaterial stiffened structures。Tian ZHAO Zhichun YANG Yanlong XU Wei TIAN 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,10:0
