2Social engineering in cybersecurity:a domain ontology and knowledge graph application examples显示文摘Social engineering has posed a serious threat to cyberspace security.To protect against social engineering attacks,a fundamental work is to know what constitutes social engineering.This paper first develops a domain ontology of social engineering in cybersecurity and conducts ontology evaluation by its knowledge graph application.The domain ontology defines 11 concepts of core entities that significantly constitute or affect social engineering domain,together with 22 kinds of relations describing how these entities related to each other.It provides a formal and explicit knowledge schema to understand,analyze,reuse and share domain knowledge of social engineering.Furthermore,this paper builds a knowledge graph based on 15 social engineering attack incidents and scenarios.7 knowledge graph application examples(in 6 analysis patterns)demonstrate that the ontology together with knowledge graph is useful to 1)understand and analyze social engineering attack scenario and incident,2)find the top ranked social engineering threat elements(e.g.the most exploited human vulnerabilities and most used attack mediums),3)find potential social engineering threats to victims,4)find potential targets for social engineering attackers,5)find potential attack paths from specific attacker to specific target,and 6)analyze the same origin attacks.Zuoguang Wang Hongsong Zhu Peipei Liu Limin Sun 2021Cybersecurity2021,4,1:4
3Thermophysical properties of Sm_2(Zr_(1-x)Ce_x)_2O_7 ceramics显示文摘Sm2(Zr1-xCex)2O7 (x=0.1, 0.2, and 0.3) ceramics were prepared by solid reaction method at 1600°C for 10 h using Sm2O3, ZrO2, and CeO2 as starting reactants. The phase compositions, microstructures, thermal expansion coefficients, and partial thermal conductivities of these materials were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results reveal that Sm2(Zr0.9Ce0.1)2O7 with pyrochlore structure and Sm2(Zr1-xCex)2O7 (x=0.2 and 0.3) with fluorite structure were synthesized, and scanning electrical microscopy (SEM) images show that the microstructures of these products are very dense. The linear thermal expansion coefficients increase with increasing temperature in the temperature range from ambient to 1200°C, and the thermal expansion coefficients increase with increasing content of doped CeO2. The thermal conductivities of Sm2(Zr0.8Ce0.2)2O7 and Sm2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7 decrease gradually with an increase in temperature. 4A Real-Time Photo-Realistic Rendering Algorithm of Ocean Color Based on Bio-Optical Model显示文摘A real-time photo-realistic rendering algorithm of ocean color is introduced in the paper, which considers the impact of ocean bio-optical model. The ocean bio-optical model mainly involves the phytoplankton, colored dissolved organic material(CDOM), inorganic suspended particle, etc., which have different contributions to absorption and scattering of light. We decompose the emergent light of the ocean surface into the reflected light from the sun and the sky, and the subsurface scattering light. We establish an ocean surface transmission model based on ocean bidirectional reflectance distribution function(BRDF) and the Fresnel law, and this model's outputs would be the incident light parameters of subsurface scattering. Using ocean subsurface scattering algorithm combined with bio-optical model, we compute the scattering light emergent radiation in different directions. Then, we blend the reflection of sunlight and sky light to implement the real-time ocean color rendering in graphics processing unit(GPU). 11Whole-genome sequencing reveals rare off-target mutations in CRISPR/Cas9-edited grapevine显示文摘The CRISPR(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)-associated protein 9(Cas9)system is a powerful tool for targeted genome editing,with applications that include plant biotechnology and functional genomics research.However,the specificity of Cas9 targeting is poorly investigated in many plant species,including fruit trees.To assess the off-target mutation rate in grapevine(Vitis vinifera),we performed whole-genome sequencing(WGS)of seven Cas9-edited grapevine plants in which one of two genes was targeted by CRISPR/Cas9 and three wild-type(WT)plants.In total,we identified between 202,008 and 272,397 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and between 26,391 and 55,414 insertions/deletions(indels)in the seven Cas9-edited grapevine plants compared with the three WT plants.Subsequently,3272 potential off-target sites were selected for further analysis.Only one off-target indel mutation was identified from the WGS data and validated by Sanger sequencing.In addition,we found 243 newly generated off-target sites caused by genetic variants between the Thompson Seedless cultivar and the grape reference genome(PN40024)but no true off-target mutations.In conclusion,we observed high specificity of CRISPR/Cas9 for genome editing of grapevine.Xianhang Wang Mingxing Tu Ya Wang Wuchen Yin Yu Zhang Hongsong Wu Yincong Gu Zhi Li Zhumei Xi Xiping Wang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1

15Black phosphorus quantum dots as multifunctional nanozymes for tumor photothermal/catalytic synergistic therapy显示文摘Nanozymes are nanomaterials with enzyme-like properties that have attracted significant interest owing to their high stability,easy preparation,and tunable catalytic properties,especially in the field of cancer therapy.However,the unfavorable catalytic effects of nanozymes in the acidic tumor microenvironment have limited their applications.Herein,we developed a biomimetic erythrocyte membrane-camouflaged ultrasmall black phosphorus quantum dots(BPQDs)nanozymes that simultaneously exhibited an exceptional near-infrared(NIR)photothermal property and dramatically photothermal-enhanced glucose oxidase(GOx)-like activity in the acidic tumor microenvironment.We demonstrated the engineered BPQDs gave a photothermal conversion efficiency of 28.9%that could rapidly heat the tumor up to 50℃ while effectively localized into tumors via homing peptide iRGD leading after intravenously injection.Meanwhile,the significantly enhanced GOx-like activity of BPQDs under NIR irradiation was capable of catalytical generating massive toxic reactive oxygen species via using cellular glucose.By combining the intrinsic photothermal property and the unique photothermal-enhanced GOx-like catalytic activity,the developed BPQDs were demonstrated to be an effective therapeutic strategy for inhibiting tumor growth in vivo.We believe that this work will provide a novel perspective for the development of nanozymes in tumor catalytic therapy.Hui Ding Daji Wang Haibing Huang Xiaozhu Chen Jie Wang Jinjie Sun Jianlin Zhang Lu Lu Beiping Miao Yanjuan Cai Kelong Fan Yongtian Lu Hongsong Dong Xiyun Yan Guohui Nie Minmin Liang 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:1

20Towards IP geolocation with intermediate routers based on topology discovery显示文摘IP geolocation determines geographical location by the IP address of Internet hosts.IP geolocation is widely used by target advertising,online fraud detection,cyber-attacks attribution and so on.It has gained much more attentions in these years since more and more physical devices are connected to cyberspace.Most geolocation methods cannot resolve the geolocation accuracy for those devices with few landmarks around.In this paper,we propose a novel geolocation approach that is based on common routers as secondary landmarks(Common Routers-based Geolocation,CRG).We search plenty of common routers by topology discovery among web server landmarks.We use statistical learning to study localized(delay,hop)-distance correlation and locate these common routers.We locate the accurate positions of common routers and convert them as secondary landmarks to help improve the feasibility of our geolocation system in areas that landmarks are sparsely distributed.We manage to improve the geolocation accuracy and decrease the maximum geolocation error compared to one of the state-of-the-art geolocation methods.At the end of this paper,we discuss the reason of the efficiency of our method and our future research.Zhihao Wang Hong Li Qiang Li Wei Li Hongsong Zhu Limin Sun 2019Cybersecurity2019,2,1:0
