1Preliminary evaluation of the long-term GLASS albedo product显示文摘Land surface albedo is an important parameter to describe the radiant forcing in the climate system.A long-time series of global albedo products is needed to understand the mechanism of climate change.Aiming to support global change and Earth system studies,GLASS(Global LAnd Surface Satellites)provides long-term global land surface albedo product from 1981 to 2010,which are generated from multisource remote sensing data and newly developed algorithms.It is critical to assess the quality of the GLASS product when it is released to the public.This paper first introduced the algorithms and then analyzed the integrity,accuracy,and robustness of the GLASS albedo product.The results show that the GLASS albedo product is a gapless,long-term continuous,and self-consistent data-set with an accuracy similar to that of the widely acknowledged MODIS MCD43 product.The quality flag,which is provided along with the black-sky and white-sky albedo,gives a pertinent indication of the expected uncertainty in the product.Qiang Liua Lizhao Wang Ying Qu Nanfeng Liu Suhong Liu Hairong Tang Shunlin Liang 2013International Journal of Digital Earth2013,6,S01:7
2Multi-scale validation strategy for satellite albedo products and its uncertainty analysis显示文摘Coarse-resolution satellite albedo products are important for climate change and energy balance research because of their capability to characterize the spatiotemporal patterns of land surface parameters at both the regional and global scales. The accuracy of coarse-resolution products is usually assessed via comparison with in situ measurements. The key issue in the comparison of remote sensing observations with in situ measurements is scaling and uncertainty. This paper presents a strategy for validating 1-km-resolution remote sensing albedo products using field measurements and high-resolution remote sensing observations. Field measurements were collected to calibrate the high-resolution(30 m) albedo products derived from HJ-1a/b images. Then, the calibrated high-resolution albedo maps were resampled(i.e., upscaled) to assess the accuracy of the coarse-resolution albedo products. The samples of field measurements and high-resolution pixels are based on an uncertainty analysis. Two types of coarse-resolution albedo datasets, from global land surface satellite(GLASS) and moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS), are validated over the middle reaches of the Heihe River in China. The results indicate that the upscaled HJ(Huan Jing means environment in Chinese and this refers to a satellite constellation designed for environment and disaster monitoring by China) albedo, which was calibrated using field measurements, can provide accurate reference values for validating coarse-resolution satellite albedo products. 3Anisotropic NdFeB/SmCoCuFeZr composite bonded magnet prepared by warm compaction process显示文摘Anisotropic NdFeB/SmCoCuFeZr composite bonded magnets were prepared by warm compaction process. The effects of adding SmCoCuFeZr magnetic powder on the properties of anisotropic bonded NdFeB magnet were investigated in this work. The results show that, both magnetic properties and temperature stability of the bonded magnet can be improved by adding fine SmCoCuFeZr magnetic powder. 4SP1 governs primordial folliculogenesis by regulating pregranulosa cell development in mice显示文摘Establishment of the primordial follicle(PF)pool is pivotal for the female reproductive lifespan;however,the mechanism of primordial folliculogenesis is poorly understood.Here,the transcription factor SP1 was shown to be essential for PF formation in mice.Our results showed that SP1 is present in both oocytes and somatic cells during PF formation in the ovary.Knockdown of Sp1 expression,especially in pregranulosa cells,significantly suppressed nest breakdown,oocyte apoptosis,and PF formation,suggesting that SP1 expressed by somatic cells functions in the process of primordial folliculogenesis.We further demonstrated that SP1 governs the recruitment and maintenance of Forkhead box L2-positive(FOXL2^+)pregranulosa cells using an Lgr5-EGFP-IRES-CreER^T2(Lgr5-KI)reporter mouse model and a FOXL2^+ cell-specific knockdown model.At the molecular level,SP1 functioned mainly through manipulation of NOTCH2 expression by binding directly to the promoter of the Notch2 gene.Finally,consistent with the critical role of granulosa cells in follicle survival in vitro,massive loss of oocytes in SP1 knockdown ovaries was evidenced before puberty after the ovaries were tranSP1anted under the renal capsules.Conclusively,our results reveal that SP1 controls the establishment of the ovarian reserve by regulating pregranulosa cell development in the mammalian ovary.Han Cai Bingying Liu Huarong Wang Guanghong Sun Lizhao Feng Ziqi Chen Jiaqi Zhou Jiawei Zhang Tuo Zhang Meina He Tingting Yang Qirui Guo Zhen Teng Qiliang Xin Bo Zhou Hua Zhang Guoliang Xia Chao Wang 2020Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2020,12,3:3

8Functional identification of gene cluster for the aniline metabolic pathway mediated by transposable element显示文摘A convenient and widely applicable method has been developed to clone aniline metabolic gene cluster in this study. Three positive recombinant plasmids pDA1, pDB2 and pDB11 were cloned from genomic library of aniline degradation strain AD9. The result of aniline dioxygenase (AD) activity and catechol 2,3-oxygenase (C23O) activity assay showed that pDA1 and pDB11 contain aniline dioxy-genase genes and catechol 2,3-dioxygenase genes, respectively. The sequence analysis of the total 24.7-kb region revealed that this region contains 25 ORFs, of which 17 genes involve metabolism of aniline. In the gene cluster, the first five genes (tadQTA1A2B) and the subsequent gene (tadR1) were pre-dicted to encode a multi-component aniline dioxygenase and a LysR-type regulator, respectively, while the others (tadD1C1D2C2EFGIJKL) were expected to encode meta- cleavage pathway enzymes for catechol degradation. 11Alterations in gut microbiota and physiological factors associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm显示文摘Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)is a progressive focal dilatation and weakening of the abdominal aorta,causing 1.3%of all deaths among men aged 65–85 years worldwide.The formation of AAA is a complex process with multiple risk factors.Therefore,this study aimed to determine the relationship of disease severity and physiological factors,and gut microbiota structures in AAA patients.Physiological indicators and fecal 16S rRNA gene sequences from healthy controls and patients with AAA were collected.The correlations between the diameter of the AAA and clinical parameters,and gut microbiota composition were then analyzed separately using multivariable analysis.The diameter of AAA was extremely positively correlated with smoking index,alkaline phosphatase,blood glucose,and blood triglycerides and negatively correlated with prealbumin and Cystatin C.As the diameter of AAA increased,the α-diversity,including Chao 1,Shannon,and Simpson indices,of the gut microbiota decreased and presented a negative linear relationship.Patients with AAA with more severe disease had significantly increased relative abundance of Enterobacteriaceae and decreased relative abundance of Veillonellaceae.A strong correlation was observed between the diameter and physiological data,as well as between diameter and gut microbiota composition.This study could improve the understanding of AAA,and gut microbiota may be a potential target to prevent and treat this deadly disease.Kun Zhang Shiwei Yang Yingchun Huang Xian Qin Kai Qu Yidan Chen Lizhao Chen Juhui Qiu Yingxue Hao Guixue Wang 2022Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,2:0

13Secondary transfer length and residual prestress of fractured strand in post-tensioned concrete beams显示文摘An experimental study is performed on five post-tensioned concrete beams to explore the effects of different fracture positions on secondary transfer length and residual prestress of fractured strand.A numerical model is developed and used to predict the secondary transfer length and residual prestress of fractured strand in post-tensioned concrete beams.The model change interaction,which can deactivate and reactivate the elements for simulating the removal and reproduction of parts of the model,is used to reproduce the secondary anchorage of fractured strand.The numerical model is verified by experimental results.Results shows that the fractured strand can be reanchored in concrete through the secondary anchorage,and the secondary transfer length of fractured strand with the diameter of 15.2 mm is 1133 mm.The residual prestress of fractured strand increases gradually in the secondary transfer length,and tends to be a constant beyond it.When the fractured strand is fully anchored in concrete,a minor prestress loss will appear,and the average prestress loss is 2.28%in the present study.Lizhao DAI Wengang XU Lei WANG Shanchang YI Wen CHEN 2022Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2022,16,3:0
14Cellular gp96 upregulates AFP expression by blocking NR5A2 SUMOylation and ubiquitination in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is the most widely used biomarker for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, asubstantial proportion of HCC patients have either normal or marginally increased AFP levels in serum, and the underlyingmechanisms are not fully understood. In the present study, we provided in vitro and in vivo evidence that heat shock protein gp96promoted AFP expression at the transcriptional level in HCC. NR5A2 was identified as a key transcription factor for the AFP gene, andits stability was enhanced by gp96. A further mechanistic study by co-immunoprecipitation, GST pull-down, and molecular dockingshowed gp96 and the SUMO E3 ligase RanBP2 competitively binding to NR5A2 at the sites spanning from aa 507 to aa 539. Thebinding of gp96 inhibited SUMOylation, ubiquitination, and subsequent degradation of NR5A2. In addition, clinical analysis of HCCpatients indicated that gp96 expression in tumors was positively correlated with serum AFP levels. 16Clinical Observation of Non-Staining Circular Capsulorhexis for Hypermature Cataract显示文摘Objective:To explore the circular capsulorhexis method and its clinical effect in phacoemulsification of hypermature cataract without staining.Methods:In this prospective randomized case-control study,22 patients(22 eyes)with hypermature cataract were randomly divided into a staining agent group(10 cases,10 eyes)and a non-staining agent group(12 cases,12 eyes).Both groups underwent phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia.In the staining agent group,0.5%indocyanine green was used to stain the anterior lens capsule to assist in circular capsulorhexis;in the non-staining agent group,after puncturing the anterior lens capsule and aspirating the liquefied cortical material,the capsular bag was filled with viscoelastic agent to increase the contrast prior to circular capsulorhexis.The operability of the anterior capsule without staining in capsulorhexis was observed,and the effect of capsulorhexis,diameter of capsulorhexis opening,and operative time were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:Both groups successfully underwent circular capsulorhexis,with a success rate of 100%.The diameters of capsulorhexis opening in the staining agent group and non-staining agent group were 5.68±0.15 mm and 5.54±0.16 mm,respectively,without any statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05);the operative time of the staining agent group(40.40±5.42 s)was shorter than that of the non-staining agent group(50.92±3.97 s),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In both groups,phacoemulsification was successful,and intraocular lens were implanted into the capsular bags;their visual acuity showed significant improvement during the 1-month follow-up period after surgery,without any surgical complications.Conclusion:In hypermature cataract,injecting viscoelastic agent into the capsular bag for volume replacement,given a lack of capsule staining agent,can increase the contrast for capsulorhexis and reduce the risk of large capsular bag collapse on the zonular ligament.Thus,it is considered safe and effective.Circular capsulorhexis is conducive to a smooth phacoemulsification procedure.Lizhao Wang Rong Li 2023Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,3:0
