| 1 | Preparation of nanosized hollow silica spheres from Na_2SiO_3 using Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles as templates显示文摘Nanosized hollow silica spheres with average diameters from 43 to 70 nm were prepared by removal of Fe3O4 templates with hydrochloric acid from silica-coated Fe3O4 core-shell composites. The shells of the hollow silica spheres had nanopores with average diameters of 0.92-1.25 nm. When the silica-coated Fe3O4 core-shell composites were prepared at a high pH value or with a low mole ratio of Na2SiO3 to Fe3O4, the resulting hollow silica spheres consisted of highly porous shells. When the silica-coated Fe3O4 core-shell composites were prepared with a high mole ratio of Na2SiO3 to Fe3O4, the resulting hollow silica spheres had large diameters and thick shells. | 3 | Protective role of a novel human erythrocyte-derived depressing factor on blood vessels in rats显示文摘The protective role of a human erythro-cyte-derived depressing factor (EDDF) on blood vessels was evaluated. The experiments were carried out on 25 male Wistar rats aged 6-8 weeks, which were divided into control (n=8), calcium overload (n=8) and NG-L-nitro-arginine hypertensive model groups (L-NNA, n = 9), respectively. The isolated vascular ring perfusion assay, two-photon laser scanning fluorescence microscopy (TPM) and transmitted electron microscope were used to examine the effect of EDDF on vascular function and ultrastructure. Results showed that the contractile response of calcium overload rats and L-NNA rats to phenylephrine (PE) was significantly enhanced compared with that of the control (P < 0.05), and EDDF (10-3g·mL-1) remarkably decreased the vascular contractile response of control’s and calcium overload rats (P < 0.05), while EDDF had no effect on that of L-NNA rats. | 19 | 3D shape-stable temperature-regulated macro-encapsulated phase change material:KAl(SO_(4))_(2)·12H_(2)O-C_(2)H_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O-CO(NH_(2))_(2) eutectic/polyurethane foam as core and carbon modified silicone resin as shell显示文摘Micro-encapsulated phase change materials(PCMs)have been confirmed a high-efficiency way to store latent heat,but their poor mechanical properties,expensive and complicated synthesis block their industrial application.Herein,borrowing from this structure and magnifying it,we prepared a novel 3D shape-stable temperature-regulated macro-encapsulated PCMs.The KAl(SO_(4))_(2)·12H_(2)O-C_(2)H_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O-CO(NH_(2))_(2)(APSD-OAD-Urea)was configured as PCM to composite with light-weight porous polyurethane foam(PUF)framework,and the enthalpy reduction of PCM@PUF(core)was only 1.70%.Subsequent,carbon modified silicone resin(CMS,shell)was introduced to macro-encapsulate PCM@PUF.The results showed that with the optimized mass ratio of 75%APSD-25%OAD and extra addition of 10% Urea,the obtained PCM had a relatively high enthalpy(194.6 J/g),appropriate phase transition temperature(42.17℃)and suppressed supercooling(0.504℃).CMS thin-layer with 2.0 mm thickness increased resistance to deformation,impressions,scratches,and possessed a brilliant sealing effect on PCM@PUF to achieve leak-free and operation steady of PCM.PCM@PUF@CMS with low thermal conductivity from inside out displayed an outstanding thermal insulation performance.Moreover,the fluctuation of the thermodynamic property after 150 thermal cycles is relatively small.All these above enable the application of PCM@PUF@CMS in the thermal energy storage system and provide a novel strategy for the preparation of macro-encapsulated PCMs. | Weicheng Chen Xianghui Liang Wanhui Han Shuangfeng Wang Xuenong Gao Zhengguo Zhang Yutang Fang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5: | 1 |
