2Random Weighting Estimation Method for Dynamic Navigation Positioning显示文摘This paper presents a new random weighting estimation method for dynamic navigation positioning.This method adopts the concept of random weighting estimation to estimate the covariance matrices of system state noises and observation noises for controlling the disturbances of singular observations and the kinematic model errors.It satisfies the practical requirements of the residual vector and innovation vector to sufficiently utilize observation information,thus weakening the disturbing effect of the kinematic model error and observation model error on the state parameter estimation.Theories and algorithms of random weighting estimation are established for estimating the covariance matrices of observation residual vectors and innovation vectors.This random weighting estimation method provides an effective solution for improving the positioning accuracy in dynamic navigation.Experimental results show that compared with the Kalman filtering,the extended Kalman filtering and the adaptive windowing filtering,the proposed method can adaptively determine the covariance matrices of observation error and state error,effectively resist the disturbances caused by system error and observation error,and significantly improve the positioning accuracy for dynamic navigation.GAO Shesheng GAO Yi ZHONG Yongmin WEI Wenhui 2011Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,3:13
3Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 4Distributed continuation power flow method for integrated transmission and active distribution network显示文摘As the integration of distributed generations(DGs)transforms the traditional distribution network into the active distribution network,voltage stability assessments(VSA)of transmission grid and distribution grid are not suitable to be studied separately.This paper presents a distributed continuation power flow method for VSA of global transmission and distribution grid.Two different parameterization schemes are adopted to guarantee the coherence of load growth in transmission and distribution grids.In the correction step,the boundary bus voltage,load parameter and equivalent power are communicated between the transmission and distribution control centers to realize the distributed computation of load margin.The optimal multiplier technique is used to improve the convergence of the proposed method.The three-phase unbalanced characteristic of distribution networks and the reactive capability limits of DGs are considered.Simulation results on two integrated transmission and distribution test systems show that the proposed method is effective.Jinquan ZHAO Xiaolong FAN Changnian LIN Wenhui WEI 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,4:7
5Physical location of rice Gm-6,Pi-5(t) genes in O.officinalis with BAC-FISH显示文摘A fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) procedure was adopted to physically map two rice BAC clones 24E21 and 4F22 linked to Gm-6 and Pi-5(t) in O. offi-cinalis. FISH results showed that the two BAC clones were located at 4L. The percentage distance from the centromere to the hybridization sites was 72 ± 2.62 for 24E21 and 54± 5.43 for 4F22, the detection rates were 52.70% and 61.2%. The results obtained from the BAC and plasmid clones, RG214 and RZ565 of cultivated rice and O. officinalis were the same. This suggested that the markers, RG214 and RZ565 of cultivated rice and O. officinalis were in the same BAC clones. The homologous sequences of Gm-6 and Pi-5(t) in O. officinalis were positions that signals existed on the 4L. Many signals were observed when no Cot-1 DNA blocked. This also showed that repetitive sequences were some ho-molgous between cultivated rice and O. officinalis. The identification of chromosome 4 of O. officinalis is based on Jena et al. (1994). 6Robust Collaborative Optimization Method Based on Dual-response Surface显示文摘A novel method for robust collaborative design of complex products based on dual-response surface (DRS-RCO) is proposed to solve multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) problems under uncertainty. Collaborative optimization (CO) which decomposes the whole system into a double-level nonlinear optimization problem is widely accepted as an efficient method to solve MDO problems. In order to improve the quality of complex product in design process, robust collaborative optimization (RCO) is developed to solve those problems under uncertain conditions. RCO does optimization on the linear sum of mean and standard deviation of objective function and gets an optimal solution with high robustness. Response surfaces method is an important way to do approximation in robust design. DRS-RCO is an improved RCO method in which dual-response surface replaces system uncertainty analysis module of CO. The dual-response surface is the approximate model of mean and standard deviation of objective function respectively. In DRS-RCO, All the information of subsystems is included in dual-response surfaces. As an additional item, the standard deviation of objective function is added to the subsystem optimization. This item guarantee both the mean and standard deviation of this subsystem is reaching the minima at the same time. 9GREEDY NON-DOMINATED SORTING IN GENETIC ALGORITHM-ⅡFOR VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM IN DISTRIBUTION显示文摘Vehicle routing problem in distribution (VRPD) is a widely used type of vehicle routing problem (VRP),which has been proved as NP-Hard,and it is usually modeled as single objective optimization problem when modeling.For multi-objective optimization model,most researches consider two objectives.A multi-objective mathematical model for VRP is proposed,which considers the number of vehicles used,the length of route and the time arrived at each client.Genetic algorithm is one of the most widely used algorithms to solve VRP.As a type of genetic algorithm (GA), non-dominated sorting in genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) also suffers from premature convergence and enclosure competition.In order to avoid these kinds of shortage,a greedy NSGA-Ⅱ(GNSGA-Ⅱ) is proposed for VRP problem.Greedy algorithm is implemented in generating the initial population, cross-over and mutation.All these procedures ensure that NSGA-Ⅱis prevented from premature convergence and refine the performance of NSGA-Ⅱat each step.In the distribution problem of a distribution center in Michigan,US,the GNSGA-Ⅱis compared with NSGA-Ⅱ.As a result,the GNSGA-Ⅱis the most efficient one and can get the most optimized solution to VRP problem.Also,in GNSGA-Ⅱ,premature convergence is better avoided and search efficiency has been improved sharply.WEI Tian FAN Wenhui XU Huayu 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,6:4
10A recombinant receptor-binding domain in trimeric form generates protective immunity against SARSCoV-2 infection in nonhuman primates显示文摘A safe and effective vaccine is critical to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.Here,we developed a trimeric SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain(RBD)subunit vaccine candidate that simulates the natural structure of the spike(S)trimer glycoprotein.Immunization with the RBD trimer-induced robust humoral and cellular immune responses,and a high level of neutralizing antibodies was maintained for at least 4.5 months.Moreover,the antibodies that were produced in response to the vaccine effectively cross-neutralized the SARS-CoV-2501Y.V2 variant(B.1.351).Of note,when the vaccine-induced antibodies dropped to a sufficiently low level,only one boost quickly activated the anamnestic immune response,conferring full protection against a SARSCoV-2 challenge in rhesus macaques without typical histopathological changes in the lung tissues.These results demonstrated that the SARS-CoV-2 RBD trimer vaccine candidate is highly immunogenic and safe,providing long-lasting,broad,and significant immunity protection in nonhuman primates,thereby offering an optimal vaccination strategy against COVID-19.Limin Yang Deyu Tian Jian-bao Han Wenhui Fan Yuan Zhang Yunlong Li Wenqiang Sun Yanqiu Wei Xiaodong Tian Dan-dan Yu Xiao-li Feng Gong Cheng Yuhai Bi Yong-tang Zheng Wenjun Liu 2021The Innovation2021,2,3:3

12Analysis of F_1 hybrid and BC_1 monosomic alien addition line plants from Brassica oleracea × Sinapis alba by GISH显示文摘Sterile and semi-fertile F_1 plants were obtained by intergeneric sexual hybridization between paternal Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra (genome CC, 2n=18) and maternal Sinapis alba (genome SS, 2n=24), BC_1 plants were obtained by backcrossing between paternal B. oleracea and ma-ternal semi-fertile F_1 plants. Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) combined with dual-colour fluorescence in situ hybridization (dcFISH) showed that sterile F_1 plants contained 21 chromosomes consist-ing of one B. oleracea chromosome set and one S. alba chromosome set, belonging to expected hybrids, and semi-fertile F_1 plants contained 30 chromosomes consisting of two B. oleracea chromosome sets and one S. alba chromosome set. It is obvious that the semi-fertile F_1 plants belong to unexpected hybrids. 1―3 trivalents were detected at meiotic metaphase I of semi-fertile F_1 pollen mother cells (PMCs). Different separation ratios of S chromosomes were detected at anaphase I. A monosomic alien addition line (MAAL) was identified by GISH-dcFISH from BC_1 plants; it contained 19 chromosomes consisting of 18 C chromosomes and 1 S chromosome. At meiotic metaphase I, 9 divalents from B. oleracea and one univalent from S. alba could be detected. Sometimes, one putative C-S trivalent could also be detected. 13CypA Regulates AIP4-Mediated M1 Ubiquitination of Influenza A Virus显示文摘Cyclophilin A (CypA) is a peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase that interacts with the matrix protein (M1) of influenza A virus (IAV) and restricts virus replication by regulating the ubiquitin–proteasome-mediated degradation of M1. However,the mechanism by which CypA regulates M1 ubiquitination remains unknown. In this study, we reported that E3 ubiquitin ligase AIP4 promoted K48-linked ubiquitination of M1 at K102 and K104, and accelerated ubiquitin–proteasome-mediated degradation of M1. The recombinant IAV with mutant M1 (K102 R/K104 R) could not be rescued, suggesting that the ubiquitination of M1 at K102/K104 was essential for IAV replication. Furthermore, CypA inhibited AIP4-mediated M1 ubiquitination by impairing the interaction between AIP4 and M1. 14Ultrasensitive graphene-Si position-sensitive detector for motion tracking显示文摘Motion tracking has attracted great attention in the fields of real-time tracking,nanorobotics,and targeted therapy.For achieving more accurate motion tracking,the highly sensitive position-sensitive detector(PSD)is desirable.Here,we demonstrate a meliorated PSD based on graphene-Si heterojunction for motion tracking.The position sensitivity of PSD was improved by employing surface engineering of graphene.Through modulating the transport property of graphene,nearly 20-fold increase of sensitivity was achieved under weak light,and at the same time,the detection limit power was reduced to^2 nW.A motion tracking system was developed based on the improved PSD,and human arm swing was tracked,which demonstrated high sensitivity and real-time tracking capabilities of the PSD.In addition,the PSD can support up to^10 kHz high-frequency tracking.This work provides a new strategy for improving the performance of PSD,and promotes the development of two-dimensional materials in novel optoelectronic devices.Wenhui Wang Kaiyang Liu Jie Jiang Ruxia Du Litao Sun Wei Chen Junpeng Lu Zhenhua Ni 2020InfoMat2020,2,4:3

16Improving the mechanical property of dissimilar Al/Mg hybrid friction stir welding joint by PIO-ANN显示文摘Ultrasonic-stationary shoulder assisted friction stir welding(U-SSFSW)is a novel hybrid welding technique,which reveals promising prospect in joining Al/Mg dissimilar alloys.A thorough understanding of U-SSFSW process is imperative for the further application of this technique.Pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO)is a swarm intelligent optimization algorithm and is proposed in mathematical modeling and process optimization by artificial intelligence.In this study,PIO optimized artificial neural network(PIOANN)was firstly established to acquire the relationships between the inputs and output of the Al/Mg welding process by U-SSFSW technique.A reliable PIO-ANN was achieved and the joint with a tensile strength of 161 MPa was acquired under the PIO optimized parameters.This tensile strength is higher than any ever-reported results with the similar welding condition.The joint formation,microstructure,microhardness and fracture behaviors were systemically investigated based on the reported studies and the confirmation experiment of this study to explore the enhancing mechanism of U-SSFSW Al/Mg joint.Wei Hu Zhongwei Ma Shude Ji Qi Song Mingfei Chen Wenhui Jiang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,18:3
17Dipping Process Characteristics Based on Image Processing of Pictures Captured by High-speed Cameras显示文摘The dipping process was recorded firstly by high-speed camera system; acceleration time, speed, and dipping time were set by the control system of dipping bed, respectively. By image processing of dipping process based on Otsu's method, it was found that low-viscosity flux glue eliminates the micelle effectively, very low speed also leads to small micelle hidden between the bumps, and this small micelle and hidden phenomenon disappeared when the speed is ≥0.2 cm s-1. Dipping flux quantity of the bump decreases by about 100 square pixels when flux viscosity is reduced from4,500 to 3,500 mpa s. For the 3,500 mpa s viscosity glue, dipping flux quantity increases with the increase of the speed and decreases with the increase of the speed after the speed is up to 0.8 cm s-1. The stable time of dipping glue can be obtained by real-time curve of dipping flux quantity and is only 80–90 ms when dipping speed is from 1.6 to 4.0 cm s-1. Dipping flux quantity has an increasing trend for acceleration time and has a decreasing trend for acceleration. 18Flue Gas Water Recovery by Indirect Cooling Technology for Large-Scale Applications: A Review显示文摘With social development and economic enhancement,energy is facing significant worldwide demand,and fossil fuels are the prime energy sources for various energy systems over past decades.Furthermore,among fuel-consumed applications,power plants are the primary source of energy consumption.There is a lot of waste heat and steam accompanied by the latent heat produced in the exhaust flue gas.Therefore,the latent heat recovery from the flue gas plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of the system and saving water.To recover the heat and mass in power plants,three primary methods are proposed to condense the vapor based on previous studies:(1)flue gas condensation technology,(2)liquid desiccant-based dehydration(LDD)technology and(3)membrane technology.This paper mainly reviews and summaries the indirect cooling technology in flue gas condensation technology.The numerical simulation and theory of flue gas condensation are introduced.Different heat exchanger types and conducted experiments are also summarized.The performance of the indirect cooling technology is affected not only by its own configuration and design but also by the flue gas inlet temperature,velocity,water vapor mass fraction,etc.The major concerns and outlook of practical applications for further study are attributed to the heat exchanger size and cost,acid corrosion,ash accumulation in flue gas,etc.ZHONG Wei JI Wenhui CAO Xiaoling YUAN Yanping 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,5:3
19Ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablationfor small liver cancers adjacent to large vessels:long-term outcomes and strategies显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of percutaneous microwave ablation(MWA) for small hepatic cancers adjacent to large vessels and to investigate the treatment strategies.Methods From March 2009 to July 2015,a total of 86 patients with 94 tumors underwent ultrasound(US)-guided percutaneous MWA,with pathologically proven or clinically diagnosed liver cancers measuring ≤ 3 cm in diameter and located ≤ 10 mm from a major vessel(n = 94).Regular follow-up after MWA was performed to assess treatment efficacy and perioperative complications.Results The complete ablation rate at 1 month after MWA was 93.3%(84/90).The 6-,9-,12-,24-,36-,48-,60-,72-,and 84-month local recurrence rates were 2.4%,2.4%,3.7%,6.6%,8.4%,8.4%,8.4%,8.4%,and 8.4%,respectively.There were no major complications.The perioperative special complication rate was 5.32%(5/94),including 3 cases of moderate liver function damage and 2 cases of limited sub-capsular hematoma.Conclusion Percutaneous MWA for small hepatic cancers adjacent to large vessels is feasible,effective,and safe with an acceptable rate of complications.The key point is to strictly follow operative indications and adopt proper treatment strategies.Ruobing Liu Kaiyan Li Hongchang Luo Wei Zhang Tingting Zhang Meng Gao Wenhui Zha Xinwu Cui Youbin Deng 2017Oncology and Translational Medicine2017,3,2:3
