1Dynamic tensile behaviour and crack propagation of coal under coupled static-dynamic loading显示文摘The fracture behaviour and crack propagation features of coal under coupled static-dynamic loading conditions are important when evaluating the dynamic failure of coal.In this study,coupled static-dynamic loading tests are conducted on Brazilian disc(BD)coal specimens using a modified split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).The effects of the static axial pre-stress and loading rate on the dynamic tensile strength and crack propagation characteristics of BD coal specimens are studied.The average dynamic indirect tensile strength of coal specimens increases first and then decreases with the static axial pre-stress increasing.When no static axial pre-stress is applied,or the static axial pre-stress is 30%of the static tensile strength,the dynamic indirect tensile strength of coal specimens shows an increase trend as the loading rate increases.When the static axial pre-stress is 60%of the static tensile strength,the dynamic indirect tensile strength shows a fluctuant trend as the loading rate increases.According to the crack propagation process of coal specimens recorded by high-speed camera,the impact velocity influences the mode of crack propagation,while the static axial pre-stress influences the direction of crack propagation.The failure of coal specimens is a coupled tensile-shear failure under high impact velocity.When there is no static axial pre-stress,tensile cracks occur in the vertical loading direction.When the static axial pre-stress is applied,the number of cracks perpendicular to the loading direction decreases,and more cracks occur in the parallel loading direction.Xianjie Hao Weisheng Du Yixin Zhao Zhuowen Sun Qian Zhang Shaohua Wang Haiqing Qiao 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,5:8
2Synthesis of pennogenin utilizing the intact skeleton of diosgenin显示文摘The first synthesis of pennogenin, an aglycone of bioactive components of Chinese traditional medicine named Chonglou(Paris), starting from diosgenin, has been reported, which displays a new strategy of utilizing the resource compounds. According to this new strategy, the full and rational utilization of the intact skeleton and functional groups of starting material has been realized in the conversion of diosgenin to pennogenin. 5Regional wind power forecasting model with NWP grid dataoptimized显示文摘Unlike the traditional fossil energy, wind, asthe clean renewable energy, can reduce the emission of thegreenhouse gas. To take full advantage of the environ-mental benefits of wind energy, wind power forecastinghas to be studied to overcome the troubles brought by thevariable nature of wind. Power forecasting for regionalwind farm groups is the problem that many power systemoperators care about. The high-dimensional feature setswith redundant information are frequently encounteredwhen dealing with this problem. In this paper, two kinds offeature set construction methods are proposed which canachieve the proper feature set either by selecting thesubsets or by transforming the original variables withspecific combinations. The former method selects thesubset according to the criterion of minimal-redundancy-maximal-relevance (mRMR), while the latter does sobased on the method of principal component analysis(PCA). A locally weighted learning method is alsoproposed to utilize the processed feature set to producethe power forecast results. 6Generation and manipulation of chiral terahertz waves in the three-dimensional topological insulator Bi2Te3显示文摘Arbitrary manipulation of broadband terahertz waves with flexible polarization shaping at the source has great potential in expanding numerous applications,such as imaging,information encryption,and all-optical coherent control of terahertz nonlinear phenomena.Topological insulators featuring unique spinmomentum-locked surface state have already exhibited very promising prospects in terahertz emission,detection,and modulation,which may lay a foundation for future on-chip topological insulator-based terahertz systems.However,polarization-shaped terahertz emitters based on topological insulators with an arbitrarily manipulated temporal evolution of the amplitude and the electric-field vector direction have not yet been explored.We systematically investigated the terahertz radiation from topological insulator Bi2Te3 nanofilms driven by femtosecond laser pulses and successfully realized the generation of efficient chiral terahertz waves with controllable chirality,ellipticity,and principal axis.The convenient engineering of the chiral terahertz waves was interpreted by a photogalvanic effect(PGE)-induced photocurrent,while the linearly polarized terahertz waves originated from linear PGE-induced shift currents.Our work not only provides further understanding of femtosecond coherent control of ultrafast spin currents but also describes an effective way to generate spin-polarized terahertz waves at the source.Haihui Zhao Xinhou Chen Chen Ouyang Hangtian Wang Deyin Kong Peidi Yang Baolong Zhang Chun Wang Gaoshuai Wei Tianxiao Nie Weisheng Zhao Jungang Miao Yutong Li Li Wang Xiaojun Wu 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,6:6
7Intelligent identification of two-dimensional nanostructures by machine-learning optical microscopy显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D)materials and their heterostructures,with wafer-scale synthesis methods and fascinating properties,have attracted significant interest and triggered revolutions in corresponding device applications.However,facile methods to realize accurate,intelligent,and large-area characterizations of these 2D nanostructures are still highly desired.Herein,we report the successful application of machine-learning strategy in the optical identification of 2D nanostructures.The machine-leaming optical identification (MOI)method endows optical microscopy with intelligent insight into the characteristic color information of 2D nanostructures in the optical photograph.The experimental results indicate that the MOI method enables accurate,intelligent,and large-area characterizations of graphene,molybdenum disulfide,and their heterostructures, including identifications of the thickness,existence of impurities,and even stacking order.With the convergence of artificial intelligence and nanoscience,this intelligent identification method can certainly promote fundamental research and wafer-scale device applications of 2D nanostructures.Xiaoyang Lin Zhizhong Si Wenzhi Fu Jianlei Yang Side Guo Yuan Cao Jin Zhang Xinhe Wang Peng Liu Kaili Jiang Weisheng Zhao 2018Nano Research2018,11,12:5

16Wind and Photovoltaic Power Time Series Data Aggregation Method Based on an Ensemble Clustering and Markov Chain显示文摘Reducing the input wind and photovoltaic power time series data can improve the efficiency of time sequential simulations.In this paper,a wind and photovoltaic power time series data aggregation method based on an ensemble clustering and Markov chain(ECMC)is proposed.The ECMC method can effectively reduce redundant information in the data.First,the wind and photovoltaic power time series data were divided into scenarios,and ensemble clustering was used to cluster the divided scenarios.At the same time,the Davies-Bouldin Index(DBI)is adopted to select the optimal number of clusters.Then,according to the temporal correlation between wind and photovoltaic scenarios,the wind and photovoltaic clustering results are merged and reduced to form a set of combined typical day scenarios that can reflect the characteristics of historical data within the calculation period.Finally,based on the Markov Chain,the state transition probability matrix of various combined typical day scenarios is constructed,and the aggregation state sequence of random length is generated,and then,the combined typical day scenarios of wind and photovoltaic were sampled in a sequential one-way sequence according to the state sequence and then are built into a representative wind and photovoltaic power time series aggregation sequence.A provincial power grid was chosen as an example to compare the multiple evaluation indexes of different aggregation methods.The results show that the ECMC aggregation method improves the accuracy and efficiency of time sequential simulations.Jingxin Jin Lin Ye Jiachen Li Yongning Zhao Peng Lu Weisheng Wang Xuebin Wang 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,3:1
17High voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy and interface magnetoelectric effect in sputtered multilayers annealed at high temperatures显示文摘Voltage control of magnetism promises great energy efficiency in writing magnetic memory. Here, using Cr/Mo/CoFeB/MgO multilayers stable under high annealing temperatures up to 590°C, we significantly enhance the interfacial crystallinity, thereby the interface-originated perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA), voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy(VCMA), and interface magnetoelectric(ME) effect. High interfacial PMA of 1.35 mJ/m^2, VCMA coefficient of-138 fJ/(V m), and interface ME coefficient, which is 2-3 orders of magnitude larger than ab initio calculation results are simultaneously achieved after annealing at 500°C. 19Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy based spintronics devices in Pt/Co stacks under different hard and flexible substrates显示文摘The magnetic properties in substrate/Pt/Co multilayers, such as perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA), are of particular interest for spintronic devices. In particular, it is important to obtain a strong PMA on the flexible substrate in the field of wearable devices and structural health monitoring.However, the different stacks deposition and regulation conditions on the magnetic properties of the films lack systematic research. Here, we investigate the magnetic properties in Pt/Co structures with different hard and flexible substrates, layer thicknesses, and the different deposition temperatures of the buffer layer.We found that the coercive field and magnetodynamic behavior of the films change with these factors. Moreover, depositing the buffer layer under high temperature can effectively adjust the crystalline state of the films, thus affecting the performance of the films. After depositing the buffer layer at 800℃, our films can obtain a better crystalline state and PMA. The measurement results of the magneto-optical Kerr microscope show that the magnetic domain wall motion of the films can be controlled by different substrate and buffer layer conditions. It was expected that ultra-fast magnetic moment switching can be achieved by optimizing the conditions to reduce the power consumption of the device. The experimental results also show that the optimized film conditions can also obtain strong PMA on the flexible substrate. 20Antiferromagnetic spintronics: An overview and outlook显示文摘Over the pas few decades,the diversified development of antiferomagnetic spintronics has made antiferomagnets(AFMs)interesting and very useful.After tough challenges,the applications of AFMs in electronic devices have transitioned from focusing on the interface coupling features to achieving the manipulation and detection of AFMs.As AFMs are internally magnetic,taking full use of AFMs for information storage has been the main target of research.In this paper,we provide a comprehensive description of AFM spintronics applications from the interface coupling,read-out operations,and writing manipulations perspective.We examine the early use of AFMs in magnetic recordings and conventional magnetoresistive random-access memory(MRAM),and review the latest mechanisms of the manipulation and detection of AFMs.Finally,based on exchange bias(EB)manipulation,a high-performance EB-MRAM is introduced as the next generation of AFM-based memories,which provides an effective method for read-out and writing of AFMs and opens a new era for AFM spintronics.Danrong Xionga Yuhao Jiang Kewen Shi Ao Du Yuxuan Yao Zongxia Guo Daoqian Zhu Kaihua Cao Shouzhong Peng Wenlong Cai Dapeng Zhu Weisheng Zhao 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,4:1
