1Hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution for global optimization and test scheduling for 3D stacked SoC显示文摘A new meta-heuristic method is proposed to enhance current meta-heuristic methods for global optimization and test scheduling for three-dimensional(3D) stacked system-on-chip(SoC) by hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution(HGWO). Because basic grey wolf optimization(GWO) is easy to fall into stagnation when it carries out the operation of attacking prey, and differential evolution(DE) is integrated into GWO to update the previous best position of grey wolf Alpha, Beta and Delta, in order to force GWO to jump out of the stagnation with DE's strong searching ability. The proposed algorithm can accelerate the convergence speed of GWO and improve its performance.Twenty-three well-known benchmark functions and an NP hard problem of test scheduling for 3D SoC are employed to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm. 2Roles of Chemokine Receptor 4 (CXCR4) and Chemokine Ligand 12 (CXCL12) in Metastasis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells显示文摘Chemokines are involved in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) carcinogenesis. However, the exact mechanism of chemokines in HCC carcinogenesis remains unknown. Here we investigated the roles of chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) and chemokine ligand 12 (CXCL12) in the metastasis of HCC. We found that the expression levels of CXCR4 mRNA in HCC tissues, MHCC97 cells, and HUVEC cells were 2.52 ± 1.13, 2.34 ± 1.16 and 1.63 ± 1.26, respectively and that the CXCR4 protein levels were 1.38 ± 0.13, 1.96 ± 0.32 and 1.86 ± 0.21, respectively. In contrast, CXCR4 was not detected in normal hepatic tissues. In 78 HCC patients, we also found that the concentration of CXCL12 in cancerous ascitic fluid was 783-8,364 pg/ml and that CXCL12 mRNA level in HCC metastasis portal lymph nodes was 1.21 ± 0.87 but undetectable in normal hepatic tissues. Finally we discovered that recombinant human CXCL12 could induce MHCC97 cells and HUVEC cells to migrate with chemotactic indexes (CI) of 3.9 ± 1.1 and 4.1 ± 1.6, respectively. Cancerous ascitic fluid could also induce the migration of MHCC97 cells with a CI of 1.9 ± 0.8. 42-Gy whole-body irradiation significantly alters the balance of CD4^(+)CD25^(-) T effector cells and CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+) T regulatory cells in mice显示文摘CD4^(+)CD25^(+) T regulatory(Treg)cells are critical in inducing and maintaining immunological self-tolerance as well as transplant tolerance.The effect of low doses of whole-body irradiation(WBI)on CD41CD251Foxp31 Treg cells has not been determined.The proportion,phenotypes and function of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg cells were investigated 0.5,5 and 15 days after euthymic,thymectomized or allogeneic bone marrow transplanted C57BL/6 mice received 2-Gy c-rays of WBI.The 2-Gy WBI significantly enhanced the ratios of CD41CD251 Treg cells and CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+) Treg cells to CD41 T cells in peripheral blood,lymph nodes,spleens and thymi of mice.The CD41CD251 Treg cells of the WBI-treated mice showed immunosuppressive activities on the immune response of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) T effector cells to alloantigens or mitogens as efficiently as the control mice.Furthermore,2-Gy c-ray WBI significantly increased the percentage of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+) Treg cells in the periphery of either thymectomized mice or allogeneic bone marrow transplanted mice.The in vitro assay showed that ionizing irradiation induced less cell death in CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+) Treg cells than in CD4^(+)CD25^(+) T cells.Thus,a low dose of WBI could significantly enhance the level of functional CD41CD251Foxp31 Treg cells in the periphery of naive or immunized mice.The enhanced proportion of CD41CD251Foxp31 Treg cells in the periphery by a low dose of WBI may make hosts more susceptible to immune tolerance induction.Yanyan Qu Baojun Zhang Shuchun Liu Aijun Zhang Tingting Wu Yong Zhao 2010Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,6:7

6Fine equiaxed β grains and superior tensile property in Ti-6Al-4V alloy deposited by coaxial electron beam wire feeding additive manufacturing显示文摘Coarse columnar β grains result in anisotropic mechanical properties in Ti alloys deposited by additive manufacturing. This study reports that Ti-6Al-4V alloy fabricated by coaxial electron beam wire feeding additive manufacturing presents a weak anisotropy, high strength and ductility. The superior tensile property arises from a microstructure with fine equiaxed β grains(EGβ), discontinuous grain boundary α phase and short intragranular α lamellae. 7Leaf-inspired design of mesoporous Sb_(2)S_(3)/N-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite towards fast sodium storage显示文摘Owing to excellent conductivity and abundant surface terminals,MXene-based heterostructures have been intensively investigated as energy storage materials.However,elaborate design of the structure and composition of MXene-based hybrids towards superior electrochemical performance is still challenging.Herein,we present an ingenious leaf-inspired design for preparing a unique Sb_(2)S_(3)/nitrogen-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene(L-Sb_(2)S_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2))hybrid.In-situ TEM observations reveal that the leaflike Sb_(2)S_(3)nanoparticles with numerous mesopores can well relieve the large volume changes via an inward pore filling mechanism with only 20%outward expansion,whereas highly conductive N-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanosheets can serve as the robust mechanical support to reinforce the structural integrity of the hybrid.Benefiting from the structural and constituent merits,the L-Sb_(2)S_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2)anode fabricated exhibits a fast sodium storage behavior in terms of outstanding rate capability(339.5 mA h g^(-1)at 2,000 mA g^(-1))and high reversible capacity at high current density(358.2 mA h g^(-1)at 1,000 mA g^(-1)after 100 cycles).Electrochemical kinetic tests and theoretical simulation further manifest that the boosted electrochemical performance mainly arises from such a unique leaf-like Sb_(2)S_(3)mesoporous nanostructure with abundant active sites,and enhanced Na^(+)adsorption energy on the heterojunction formed between Sb_(2)S_(3)nanoparticles and Ti_(3)C_2)matrix.Fengyi He Cheng Tang Guanjia Zhu Yadong Liu Aijun Du Qiaobao Zhang Minghong Wu Haijiao Zhang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,6:3
8Static coarsening behaviour of lamellar microstructure in selective laser melted Ti–6Al–4V显示文摘Static coarsening mechanism of selective laser melted(SLMed) Ti–6Al–4V with a lamellar microstructure was established at temperatures from 700℃ to 950℃. Microstructure evolution revealed that high heat treatment temperature facilitated martensite decomposition and promoted lamellae growth. At each temperature, the growth rate decreased with increasing holding time. The static coarsening behaviour of SLMed Ti–6Al–4V can be interpreted by Lifshitz, Slyozov, and Wagner(LSW) theory. The coarsening coefficient were 0.33, 0.33–0.4, 0.4–0.5 for 700–800℃, 900℃ and 950℃, respectively. 9Selective hydrocracking of light cycle oil into high-octane gasoline over bi-functional catalysts显示文摘Light cycle oil(LCO) with high content of poly-aromatics was difficult to upgrade and convert,which had hindered upgrading fuel quality to meet with the standard of automotive diesel for the purpose of sustainable development.The hydrocracking behaviors of typical aromatics in LCO of naphthalene and tetralin were investigated over NiMo and CoMo catalysts.Several characterization methods including N2-adsoprtion and desorption,ammonia temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),Pyridine infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR),CO infrared spectroscopy(CO-IR),Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were applied to determine the properties of different catalysts.The results showed that CoMo catalyst with high concentration of S-edges could hydrosaturate more naphthalene to tetralin but exhibit lower yield of high-value light aromatics(carbon numbers less than 10) than NiMo catalyst.NiMo catalyst with high concentration of Mo-edges also presented a higher selectivity of converting naphthalene into cyclanes than CoMo catalyst.Subsequently,the naphthalene and LCO hydrocracking performances were also investigated over different catalysts systems.The activity evaluation and kinetic analysis results showed that the naphthalene hydrocracking conversion and the yield of light aromatics for CoMo-AY/NiMo-AY grading catalysts were higher than NiMo-AY/CoMo-AY grading catalysts at same condition.A stepwise reaction principle was proposed to explain the high efficiency of CoMo-AY/NiMoAY grading catalysts.Finally,the LCO hydrocracking evaluation results confirmed that CoMo-AY/NiMoAY catalysts grading system with low carbon deposition and high stability could remain high percentage of active phases,which was more efficient to convert LCO to high-octane gasoline.Zhengkai Cao Xia Zhang Chunming Xu Xinlu Huang Ziming Wu Chong Peng Aijun Duan 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3

11Wenyang Huazhuo Fang exerts transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member-dependent nephroprotection in a rat model of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To determine the effect of Wenyang Huazhuo Fang(WHF),a Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction,on renal function in a rat model of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy,and to elucidate the underlying mechanism.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups:control,doxorubicin-nephropathy,and prednisone-treated(6.45 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)doxorubicin nephropathy groups,as well as high-(7.26 g·kg^-1·d^-1),medium-(2.42 g·kg-1·d-),and low-dose(0.81 g·kg^-1·d^-1)WHF-treated doxorubicin-nephropathy groups.The nephropathy rat model was established by two tail vein injections of doxorubicin,followed by prednisone or WHF treatment for 8 weeks.Body weights were monitored and urinary protein was measured every 2 weeks.After the end of the treatment period,the rats were euthanized.Serum biochemical indicators were determined and renal morphological alterations were assessed using histological staining.The expression of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 6(TRPC6),stromal interaction molecule 1(STIM1),and calcium release-activated calcium channel protein 1(Orai1)was detected using western blotting,and their mRNA levels were examined using quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:WHF treatment was found to significantly ameliorate weight loss,proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,and dyslipidemia in doxorubicin-nephropathy rats.The protein and mRNA levels of TRPC6,STIM1,and Orai1 were partially,but significantly suppressed by prednisone or WHF treatment.CONCLUSION:Treatment with WHF significantly ameliorates renal injury in a rat model of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy,which could be at least partially related to repression of the TRPC6 pathway.An Peng Dong Sheng Li Xingyao Cai Zimo Ye Bingyu Zhang Aijun Shi Xingmin Wu Xili 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:3
12Influence of processing temperature on interfacial behavior of HKT800 carbon fiber with BMI and epoxy matrices显示文摘This paper aims to study the effect of processing temperature on interfacial behavior of HKT800 carbon fiber composites with epoxy and Bismaleimide(BMI) matrix.Referring to the processing conditions of the composite, various processing-heat treatments were conducted on HKT800 and the extracted sizing content declines with increasing temperature.Chemical analysis shows that the HKT800 sizing is epoxy-type and reactive at 200 C.The interfacial shear strength(IFSS) of HKT800/epoxy and HKT800/BMI was investigated by micro-droplet method, for which the composites were fabricated with modeling temperature schemes referring to different diffusion, cure and post-cure stages.It shows that diffusion temperature and conversion degree of the resin both enhance the interfacial adhesion of HKT800/epoxy composite.For the HKT800/BMI composite,the diffusion temperature shows a insignificant effect on the IFSS.FTIR analysis indicates that sufficient reactions are achieved between HKT800-sizing and epoxy resin, however only partial reactions are observed between the sizing and BMI.Moreover, the presence of the sizing can evidently improve the wettability of HKT800 with epoxy resin but is unfavorable for HKT800 with BMI.Gao Aijun Gu Yizhuo Wu Qing Yuan Chao Li Min Zhang Zuoguang 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4:2

16Inhibitory effect of a new gossypol derivative apogossypolone (ApoG2) on xenograft of human prostate cancer cell line PC-3显示文摘Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of apogossypolone (ApoG2) on prostate cancer cell line PC-3 in vivo, and explore its mechanism. Methods: The models of transplantation tumors in Balb/c nu/nu mice were established via subcutaneous injection of PC-3 cells and the tumor-transplanted mice were divided into 4 groups: control group and three ApoG2 treatment groups, with 10 mice in each group. Volumes of the tumor were estimated every 2 d and the morphology of tumor tissues was observed. Immunohistochemistry was employed to observe the expression of Bcl-2, PCNA, CD31, caspase-3 and caspase-8 in tumor tissues. Results: ApoG2 (2.5 mg/kg-10 mg/kg) given intraperitoneally once a day can obviously inhibit the growth of subcutaneous prostatic carcinoma implant. The tumor volume decreased obviously when the treatment dosage was bigger than 5.0 mg/kg (P<0.01). Meanwhile, ApoG2 decreased the expression of PCNA and CD31, and enhanced the expression of caspases-3, caspase-8 in tumor tissues.
