2Auxin response factor 6A regulates photosynthesis,sugar accumulation,and fruit development in tomato显示文摘Auxin response factors(ARFs)are involved in auxin-mediated transcriptional regulation in plants.In this study,we performed functional characterization of SlARF6A in tomato.SlARF6A is located in the nucleus and exhibits transcriptional activator activity.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased chlorophyll contents in the fruits and leaves of tomato plants,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A decreased chlorophyll contents compared with those of wild-type(WT)plants.Analysis of chloroplasts using transmission electron microscopy indicated increased sizes of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-overexpressing plants and decreased numbers of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-downregulated plants.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased the photosynthesis rate and accumulation of starch and soluble sugars,whereas knockdown of SlARF6A resulted in opposite phenotypes in tomato leaves and fruits.RNA-sequence analysis showed that regulation of SlARF6A expression altered the expression of genes involved in chlorophyll metabolism,photosynthesis and sugar metabolism.SlARF6A directly bound to the promoters of SlGLK1,CAB,and RbcS genes and positively regulated the expression of these genes.Overexpression of SlARF6A also inhibited fruit ripening and ethylene production,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A increased fruit ripening and ethylene production.SlARF6A directly bound to the SAMS1 promoter and negatively regulated SAMS1 expression.Taken together,these results expand our understanding of ARFs with regard to photosynthesis,sugar accumulation and fruit development and provide a potential target for genetic engineering to improve fruit nutrition in horticulture crops.Yujin Yuan Xin Xu Zehao Gong Yuwei Tang Mengbo Wu Fang Yan Xiaolan Zhang Qian Zhang Fengqing Yang Xiaowei Hu Qichen Yang Yingqing Luo Lihua Mei Wenfa Zhang Cai-Zhong Jiang Wangjin Lu Zhengguo Li Wei Deng 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3

44K-DMDNet:diffraction model-driven network for 4K computer-generated holography显示文摘Deep learning offers a novel opportunity to achieve both high-quality and high-speed computer-generated holography(CGH).Current data-driven deep learning algorithms face the challenge that the labeled training datasets limit the training performance and generalization.The model-driven deep learning introduces the diffraction model into the neural network.It eliminates the need for the labeled training dataset and has been extensively applied to hologram generation.However,the existing model-driven deep learning algorithms face the problem of insufficient constraints.In this study,we propose a model-driven neural network capable of high-fidelity 4K computer-generated hologram generation,called 4K Diffraction Model-driven Network(4K-DMDNet).The constraint of the reconstructed images in the frequency domain is strengthened.And a network structure that combines the residual method and sub-pixel convolution method is built,which effectively enhances the fitting ability of the network for inverse problems.The generalization of the 4K-DMDNet is demonstrated with binary,grayscale and 3D images.High-quality full-color optical reconstructions of the 4K holograms have been achieved at the wavelengths of 450 nm,520 nm,and 638 nm.Kexuan Liu Jiachen Wu Zehao He Liangcai Cao 2023Opto-Electronic Advances2023,6,5:1

8Accessory ligand strategies for hexacyanometallate networks deriving perovskite polycrystalline electromagnetic absorbents显示文摘The controllable adjustment of electromagnetic(EM)properties for high-efficiency EM absorbents are indispensable,nonetheless,rare in crystals engineering regulation.Herein,for the first time,regulated amount of sodium citrate was employed as accessory ligand of cobalt cation in aqueous solution to kinetically assist the controllable fabrication of Prussian blue analogs(PBAs)and corresponding lanthanide perovskite hybrid Co Fe alloy polycrystals.Especially,the multi-phase features were analyzed based on Rietveld refinement of XRD patterns,illustrating the existence of distortions,defects and heterogeneous interfaces in resultant polycrystals.Benefited to the dielectric and magnetic adjustment,polycrystalline absorbents achieved excellent impedance matching and EM attenuation,as the minimum reflection loss of Co Fe/La FeO_(3)and Co Fe/La FeO_(3)/La_(2)O_(3)reached-44.13 and-33.95 d B,ranking broadest effective bands up to 4.88 and 3.36 GHz.The validity of the strategy provided a novel sight into the controllable fabrication of high-performance magnetic semiconductor polycrystalline devices.Zhenguo Gao Zehao Zhao Di Lan Kaichang Kou Jiaoqiang Zhang Hongjing Wu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,23:1

10SlMYB72 affects pollen development by regulating autophagy in tomato显示文摘The formation and development of pollen are among the most critical processes for reproduction and genetic diversity in the life cycle of f lowering plants.The present study found that SlMYB72 was highly expressed in the pollen and tapetum of tomato f lowers.Downregulation of SlMYB72 led to a decrease in the amounts of seeds due to abnormal pollen development compared with wild-type plants.Downregulation of SlMYB72 delayed tapetum degradation and inhibited autophagy in tomato anther.Overexpression of SlMYB72 led to abnormal pollen development and delayed tapetum degradation.Expression levels of some autophagy-related genes(ATGs)were decreased in SlMYB72 downregulated plants and increased in overexpression plants.SlMYB72 was directly bound to ACCAAC/ACCAAA motif of the SlATG7 promoter and activated its expression.Downregulation of SlATG7 inhibited the autophagy process and tapetum degradation,resulting in abnormal pollen development in tomatoes.These results indicated SlMYB72 affects the tapetum degradation and pollen development by transcriptional activation of SlATG7 and autophagy in tomato anther.The study expands the understanding of the regulation of autophagy by SlMYB72,uncovers the critical role that autophagy plays in pollen development,and provides potential candidate genes for the production of male-sterility in plants.Mengbo Wu Qiongdan Zhang Guanle Wu Lu Zhang Xin Xu Xiaowei Hu Zehao Gong Yulin Chen Zhengguo Li Honghai Li Wei Deng 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,3:0

13Novel magnetic silicate composite for lightweight and efficient electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘A series of silicates with double shell hollow sphere morphology were prepared by hydrothermal method with ultra-high temperature calcined,and used in the field of electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption.By characterizing the chemical composition,crystal structure,micro morphology and EM parameters of the several materials,the evaluation results of EM wave absorption capacity of the materials were obtained.In the discussion section,we will discuss the reasons for the differences in EM wave absorption capabilities of the several silicates from multiple aspects such as EM wave absorption mechanism in detail.Especially for iron-based silicate(HGMs@Fe_(2)SiO_(4))materials,after reasonable composition and morphology design,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)reached up to-41.14 d B with a matching thickness(d)of 3.4 mm,and the corresponding effective absorption bandwidth(f_(E),RL<-10 d B)was 6.80 GHz.Because of the wide EM wave absorption bandwidth,light weight and low water absorption,this kind of double shell silicate material has gained huge application potential in the EM wave absorption field.Di Lan Zehao Zhao Zhenguo Gao Kaichang Kou Hongjing Wu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,33:0
