| 1 | Situation Awareness of Active Distribution Network:Roadmap,Technologies,and Bottlenecks显示文摘With the rapid development of local generation and demand response,the active distribution network(ADN),which aggregates and manages miscellaneous distributed resources,has moved from theory to practice.Secure and optimal operations now require an advanced situation awareness(SA)system so that operators are aware of operation states and potential risks.Current solutions in distribution supervisory control and data acquisition(DSCADA)as well as the distribution automation system(DAS)generally are not able to meet the technology requirements of SA.In this paper,the authors’participation in the project of developing an SA system as the basic component of a practical active distribution management system(ADMS)deployed in Beijing,China,is presented.This paper reviews the ADN’s development roadmap by illustrating the changes that are made in elements,topology,structure,and control scheme.Taking into consideration these hardware changes,a systematic framework is proposed for the main components and the functional hierarchy of an SA system for the ADN.The SA system’s implementation bottlenecks are also presented,including,but not limited to issues in big data platform,distribution forecasting,and security evaluation.Potential technology solutions are also provided. | Jin Lin Can Wan Yonghua Song Renle Huang Xiaoshuang Chen Wanfang Guo Yi Zong You Shi | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,3: | 13 |
| 2 | Spatial-resolved metabolomics reveals tissue-specific metabolic reprogramming in diabetic nephropathy by using mass spectrometry imaging显示文摘Detailed knowledge on tissue-specific metabolic reprogramming in diabetic nephropathy(DN)is vital for more accurate understanding the molecular pathological signature and developing novel therapeutic strategies.In the present study,a spatial-resolved metabolomics approach based on air flowassisted desorption electrospray ionization(AFADESI)and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization(MALDI)integrated mass spectrometry imaging(MSI)was proposed to investigate tissue-specific metabolic alterations in the kidneys of high-fat diet-fed and streptozotocin(STZ)-treated DN rats and the therapeutic effect of astragalosideⅣ,a potential anti-diabetic drug,against DN.As a result,a wide range of functional metabolites including sugars,amino acids,nucleotides and their derivatives,fatty acids,phospholipids,sphingolipids,glycerides,carnitine and its derivatives,vitamins,peptides,and metal ions associated with DN were identified and their unique distribution patterns in the rat kidney were visualized with high chemical specificity and high spatial resolution.These region-specific metabolic disturbances were ameliorated by repeated oral administration of astragaloside Ⅳ(100 mg/kg)for 12 weeks.This study provided more comprehensive and detailed information about the tissue-specific metabolic reprogramming and molecular pathological signature in the kidney of diabetic rats.These findings highlighted the promising potential of AFADESI and MALDI integrated MSI based metabolomics approach for application in metabolic kidney diseases. | Zhonghua Wang Wenqing Fu Meiling Huo Bingshu He Yaqi Liu Lu Tian Wanfang Li Zhi Zhou Baili Wang Jianzhen Xia Yanhua Chen Jinfeng Wei Zeper Abliz | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11: | 7 |

| 6 | Study of the Toxicity of 1-Bromo-3-Chloro-5,5-Dimethylhydantoin to Zebrafish显示文摘Objective 1-Bromo-3-chloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin (BCDMH) is a solid oxidizing biocide for water disinfection.The objective of this study was to investigate the toxic effect of BCDMH on zebrafish.Methods The developmental toxicity of BCDMH on zebrafish embryos and the dose-effect relationship was determined.The effect of BCDMH exposure on histopathology and tissue antioxidant activity of adult zebrafish were observed over time.Results Exposure to 4 mg/L BCDMH post-fertilization was sufficient to induce a number of developmental malformations,such as edema,axial malformations,and reductions in heart rate and hatching rate.The no observable effects concentration of BCDMH on zebrafish embryo was 0.5 mg/L.After 96 h exposure,the 50% lethal concentration (95% confidence interval (CI)) of BCDMH on zebrafish embryo was 8.10 mg/L (6.15-11.16 mg/L).The 50% inhibitory concentration (95% CI) of BCDMH on hatching rate was 7.37 mg/L (6.33-8.35 mg/L).Histopathology showed two types of responses induced by BCDMH,defensive and compensatory.The extreme responses were marked hyperplasia of the gill epithelium with lamellar fusion and epidermal peeling.The histopathologic changes in the gills after 10 days exposure were accompanied by significantly higher catalase activity and lipid peroxidation.Conclusion These results have important implications for studies on the toxicity and use of BCDMH and its analogs. | LI WanFang WEI JinFeng JIN HongTao HUANG MingFang ZHANG JingXuan LI ChengHe CHEN ChaoJie LIU Chang WANG AiPing | 2011 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,4: | 2 |
| 7 | Daylight and thermal performance of a switchable ethylene tetra-fluoro-ethylene cushion with dynamic control in different climates显示文摘Switchable multi-layer ethylene tetra-fluoro-ethylene(ETFE)cushion controls the natural light and heat flux passing through the cushion with varying outdoor conditions by dynamically modifying its properties.In this paper,the switchable ETFE cushions with ink printing of different optical and thermal properties were adopted as the window in a typical office model,and the indoor daylight and energy consumption were simulated by using Grasshopper software.Experimental model was built to validate the numerical model.Five locations representing five climate zones in China were selected to analyze the feasibility of the switchable ETFE cushion in different climates.The hourly indoor daylight and heat gain in a single day revealed the effects of the dynamic mechanism of ETFE cushion in improving indoor natural light and thermal environment.In addition,the annual daylight performance at the working area(1.5 m from the window)was simulated.ETFE cushion with printing of the lowest transmittance(ETFE1)was the optimal option for most cities and window-to-wall ratios,with the percentage of annual useful daylight hours up to 78.6%,except for the cases where the window-to-wall ratio(WWR)was 0.35 in Harbin,Beijing,and Hefei.The distribution of useful daylight hours revealed that ETFE cushions with low,medium,and high printing transmittance were suitable for offices where people work in the front,medium,and back region of the room,respectively.Energy consumption calculation revealed that ETFE1 showed advantages over other windows in most cities except for cities highly dominated by heating.ETFE1 delivered up to 33%of energy saving over a year in Kunming compared with the conventional double glazing but was not superior in cities with high heating and low cooling demands,such as Harbin. | Wanfang Zhao Wei He Zhongting Hu Xiaoyu Zheng Sheng Zhang Gaofei Xu Hongbing Chen Yanping Yuan | 2022 | Building Simulation2022,15,1: | 2 |
