1Collagen type Ⅱ suppresses articular chondrocyte hypertrophy and osteoarthritis progression by promoting integrin β1-SMAD1 interaction显示文摘Hypertrophic differentiation is not only the terminal process of endochondral ossification in the growth plate but is also an important pathological change in osteoarthritic cartilage.Collagen type II(COL2A1)was previously considered to be only a structural component of the cartilage matrix,but recently,it has been revealed to be an extracellular signaling molecule that can significantly suppress chondrocyte hypertrophy.However,the mechanisms by which COL2A1 regulates hypertrophic differentiation remain unclear.In our study,a Col2a1 p.Gly1170Ser mutant mouse model was constructed,and Col2a1 loss was demonstrated in homozygotes.Loss of Col2a1 was found to accelerate chondrocyte hypertrophy through the bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)-SMAD1 pathway.Upon interacting with COL2A1,integrinβ1(ITGB1),the major receptor for COL2A1,competed with BMP receptors for binding to SMAD1 and then inhibited SMAD1 activation and nuclear import.COL2A1 could also activate ITGB1-induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation and,through ERK1/2-SMAD1 interaction,it further repressed SMAD1 activation,thus inhibiting BMP-SMAD1-mediated chondrocyte hypertrophy.Moreover,COL2A1 expression was downregulated,while chondrocyte hypertrophic markers and BMP-SMAD1 signaling activity were upregulated in degenerative human articular cartilage.Our study reveals novel mechanisms for the inhibition of chondrocyte hypertrophy by COL2A1 and suggests that the degradation and decrease in COL2A1 might initiate and promote osteoarthritis progression.Chengjie Lian Xudong Wang Xianjian Qiu Zizhao Wu Bo Gao Lei Liu Guoyan Liang Hang Zhou Xiaoming Yang Yan Peng Anjing Liang Caixia Xu Dongsheng Huang Peiqiang Su 2019Bone Research2019,7,1:17
2Benefit allocation model of distributed photovoltaic power generation vehicle shed and energy storage charging pile based on integrated weighting-Shapley method显示文摘In this study,to develop a benefit-allocation model,in-depth analysis of a distributed photovoltaic-powergeneration carport and energy-storage charging-pile project was performed;the model was developed using Shapley integrated-empowerment benefit-distribution method.First,through literature survey and expert interview to identify the risk factors at various stages of the project,a dynamic risk-factor indicator system is developed.Second,to obtain a more meaningful risk-calculation result,the subjective and objective weights are combined,the weights of the risk factors at each stage are determined by the expert scoring method and entropy weight method,and the interest distribution model based on multi-dimensional risk factors is established.Finally,an example is used to verify the rationality of the method for the benefit distribution of the charging-pile project.The results of the example indicate that the limitations of the Shapley method can be reasonably avoided,and the applicability of the model for the benefit distribution of the charging-pile project is verified.Qingkun Tan Peng Wu Wei Tang Chang Cao Chengjie Wang Yu Zhang 2020Global Energy Interconnection2020,3,4:8

5ADSORPTION DYNAMICS OF MACROPOROUS POLYMERIC ADSORBENT I.The Studies on the Particle Diffusion Mass-Transfer Process显示文摘The adsorption dynamics for phenol in aqueous solution of the adsorbent based on polystyrene was studied. In order to distinguish with the Boyd quasi-homogeneous model of the inner structure of ion-exchanger, the particle diffusion model including surface diffusion model and pore diffusion model was suggested which is suitable to the macroporous adsorbent. The diffusiondetermination step of the adsorption process was established and the effective diffusion coefficient was also determined. The influence of surface diffusion and pore diffusion on the particle diffusion rate was investigated qualitatively. 8Vertical crosslinking MoS_2/three-dimensional graphene composite towards high performance supercapacitor显示文摘Molybdenum disulfide(MoS_2) has been stimulated in extensive researches due to its layered structure and the potential as an electrochemical energy material. However, the effects on electrochemical performance of concentration of MoS_2 are rarely mentioned. In this paper, the effects of different concentrated layered MoS_2 on the morphology and electrochemical properties of the composite of MoS_2 and three-dimensional graphene(MoS_2/3DG) were discussed. The results show that layered MoS_2 was successfully compounded to 3DG and formed a vertical crosslinking structure. It can be observed that MoS_2 nanosheets are vertically loaded on the inner and outer surface of graphee when the concentration of MoS_2 is 0.20 mg/L. The specific capacitance of composite(MoS_2(0.20 mg/L)/3 DG)reaches 2182.33 mF/cm^2 at the current density of 1 mA/cm^2, and the specific capacitance remains 116.83% after 5000 cycles. When the current density increased 100 times(from 1 mA/cm^2 to 100 mA/cm^2), the specific capacitance retains 78.9%. Meanwhile, the hybrid energy storage devises can deliver an energy density of 130.34 Wh/m^2. The superior electrochemical properties are attributed to the synergistic effect of MoS_2 and 3DG. 9Effect of Soil C,N and P Stoichiometry on Soil Organic C Fractions After Afforestation显示文摘Afforestation is recognized as an important driving force for soil organic C(SOC) dynamics and soil element cycling.To evaluate the relationships between soil C:N:P stoichiometry and SOC fractions,soil C:N:P stoichiometry distributions at 0–200 cm soil depths were analyzed and the contents of SOC fractions were evaluated in 9 typical land-use systems on the Loess Plateau of China.The contents of light fraction organic C,particulate organic C(>53,53–2 000,and>2 000 μm),labile organic C,microbial biomass C,and dissolved organic C decreased with increasing soil depth and were higher in afforested soil than in slope cropland soil.Compared with the slope cropland,different vegetation types influenced soil C:N,C:P,and N:P ratios,especially when C:P and N:P ratios were significantly higher(P<0.05).Moreover,SOC fractions at the 0–10 and 10–40 cm depths were particularly affected by soil C:P ratio,whereas those at the 40–100 and 100–200 cm soil depths were significantly affected(P<0.05) by soil N:P ratio.These results indicate that changes in SOC fractions are largely driven by soil C:P and N:P ratios at different soil depths after afforestation.ZHAO Fazhu ZHANG Lu SUN Jiao REN Chengjie HAN Xinhui YANG Gaihe PANG Guowei BAI Hongying WANG Jun 2017Pedosphere2017,27,4:1

13High-entropy alloy nanoparticles as a promising electrocatalyst to enhance activity and durability for oxygen reduction显示文摘Developing efficient platinum-based electrocatalysts with super durability for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is highly desirable to promote the large-scale commercialization of fuel cells.Although progress has been made in this aspect,the electrochemical kinetics and stability of platinum-based catalysts are still far from the requirements of the practical applications.Herein,PtPdFeCoNi high-entropy alloy(HEA)nanoparticles were demonstrated via a high-temperature injection method.PtPdFeCoNi HEA nanocatalyst exhibits outstanding catalytic activity and stability towards ORR due to the high entropy,lattice distortion,and sluggish diffusion effects of HEA,and the HEA nanoparticles delivered a mass activity of 1.23 A/mgPt and a specific activity of 1.80 mA/cmPt 2,which enhanced by 6.2 and 4.9 times,respectively,compared with the values of the commercial Pt/C catalyst.More importantly,the high durability of PtPdFeCoNi HEA/C was evidenced by only 6 mV negativeshifted half-wave potential after 50,000 cycles of accelerated durability test(ADT).Yanan Yu Fanjie Xia Chengjie Wang Jinsong Wu Xianbiao Fu Dongsheng Ma Bencai Lin Jiaao Wang Qin Yue Yijin Kang 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:1

16Blast responses of shallow-buried prefabricated modular concrete tunnels reinforced by BFRP-steel bars显示文摘This paper reports the anti-blast performance of shallow-buried prefabricated modular tunnel reinforced by basalt fiber-reinforced polymer(BFRP)-steel bars.Three concrete arch members with steel bars and three concrete arch members with BFRP-steel bars were fabricated,with the other arch parameters kept constant.The three identical arches were assembled into an integral structure and then buried in soil for field anti-blast experiments.Through the experiment,the pressure on the vault,the displacement and acceleration of the vault,the strain in the reinforcement bars and the macroscopic damage of the arches under the blast load were determined.To evaluate the damage of the arch tunnel,a residual load-bearing capacity test was conducted on the arch members after the explosion experiment.The experimental results showed that the BFRP-steel bars reinforced concrete arch exhibited a higher load-bearing capacity and more safety redundancy than the steel bars reinforced concrete arch,and that the BFRP-steel bars could inhibit the occurrence of concrete cracks to a certain extent.A comparison between the arches assembled at different positions showed that the prefabricated modular tun-nel can be simplified directly as a two-dimensional arch structure under the blast load for analysis and calculation.Chengjie Zhao Zexun Tang Peng Wang Jiang Feng Jiannan Zhou Xinli Kong Hansheng Geng Fengnian Jin Hualin Fan 2022Underground Space2022,7,2:1

18Solar cells sensitized by porphyrin dyes containing a substituted carbazole donor with synergistically extended absorption and suppressed the dye aggregation显示文摘To achieve high power conversion efficiency(PCE),three porphyrin sensitizers have been synthesized and explored to simultaneously enhance the photocurrent(JSC)and photovoltage(VOC).On basis of the XW4,a benzothiadiazole(BTD)unit has been introduced to afford XW57 with the aim to extend the absorption wavelength and enhance the light harvesting ability.As a result,a JSC of 13.72 mA/cm^2 has been obtained for XW57,higher than that of XW4.On this basis,XW58 has been prepared by modifying the carbazole-based donor with two bulky dihexyloxyphenyl groups,and the superior anti-aggregation character raises the VOC from 781 mV(XW4)to 844 mV.When both the BTD unit and the bulky groups are introduced to the acceptor and donor units,respectively,the resulting sensitizer XW59 exhibits a highest PCE value of 7.34%with synergistically enhanced JSC of 13.19 mA/cm^2 and VOC of 793 mV.These results provide further insight into developing high performance dye-sensitized solar cells.Yunyu Tang Xiujun Liu Yueqiang Wang Qingyun Liu Xin Li Chengjie Li Xiaosheng Shen Yongshu Xie 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7:1
19Microstructural regulation and properties enhancement of MgO-CaO ceramics by doping Y_(2)O_(3)显示文摘MgO-CaO ceramics with enhanced microhardness and hydration resistance were successfully prepared by doping Y_(2)O_(3) in this work.The effects of introducing Y_(2)O_(3) on the microstructure and properties of MgO-CaO ceramics were investigated.The microstructural regulation effects of Y_(2)O_(3) additive on MgO,CaO,and MgO-CaO ceramics were analyzed comparatively.The results show that Y_(2)O_(3) dissolves into the CaO lattice to form solid solution in CaO ceramics,and no obvious intergranular phase forms.While the Y_(2)O_(3) additive leads to the micro structural reconstruction in MgO and MgO-CaO ceramics.By adding Y_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2) impurity from magnesium source reacts with CaO to form the silicate phases containing Y^(3+)ions in MgO-CaO ceramics.The increase in the MgO/CaO interface and the microstructural reconstruction synergistically improves the microhardness and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO ceramics markedly.Nian Yi Yan Ma Zhoufu Wang Hao Liu Xitang Wang Yunjie Dong Zhongfeng Xia Yuxuan Zhu Chengji Deng 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,11:1
