2Factors Associated with Thrombolysis Outcome in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Atrial Fibrillation显示文摘The outcome of early intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is worse than that without thrombosis. How to increase the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for AF-related ischemic stroke remains largely unknown. In this study, we investigated factors that influence the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in these patients. Our results showed that thrombolysis was independently associated with a favorable outcome(P \ 0.001) and did not influence the mortality of AF-related ischemic stroke, although it increased the risk of hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. Risk factors for a poor outcome at admission were:heart failure(P = 0.045); high systolic pressure(P = 0.039); high blood glucose(P = 0.030); and a high National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score(P \ 0.001). Moreover, high systolic pressure at admission(P = 0.007), high blood glucose(P = 0.027), and a high NIHSS score(P \ 0.001) were independent risk factors for mortality at 3 months. Besides thrombolysis, a high NIHSS score(P = 0.006) and warfarin taken within 48 h before stroke onset(P = 0.032) were also independent risk factors for symptomatic hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. 4Interaction between retanning agents and wet white tanned by a novel bimetal complex tanning agent显示文摘A promising and practical chrome-free tanning system has been developed based on a novel Al–Zr bimetal complex tanning agent.However,to achieve satisfactory resultant leather,the retanning process that is compatible with this emerging tannage needs to be investigated systematically.This paper aims to explore the interaction between the bimetal complex tanned wet white and retanning agents.The isoelectric point(pI)of wet white was 7.2,which was nearly the same as wet blue.The electropositivity of wet white was even higher than that of wet blue during post-tanning processes,resulting in higher uptake rate of retanning agents.The distribution of various retanning agents in wet white was analyzed by pI measurement of layered leather and fluorescent tracing technique.The retanning agents were unevenly distributed throughout the cross-section,which might be an important restriction factor in obtaining satisfactory organoleptic properties of the crust leather.This fact is mainly due to the strong electrostatic interaction between anionic retanning agents and wet white.Applying a high dosage of multiple retanning agents in a proper sequence of addition benefited the full penetration of retanning agents in leather matrix and thus improved the organoleptic properties of crust leather.This work provides guidance for optimizing retanning process of the wet white leather.Wanli Huang Ying Song Yue Yu Ya-nan Wang Bi Shi 2020Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2020,2,1:7

6Fe_(2)P nanoparticles embedded on Ni_(2)P nanosheets as highly efficient and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts for water splitting显示文摘It is urgent to develop highly efficient,stable and low-cost bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting.Herein,an iron-nickel phosphide(Fe_(2)P/Ni_(2)P)heterostructure,constructed by Fe_(2)P nanoparticles embedded on Ni_(2)P nanosheets,is strategically fabricated on nickel foam via a facile process.As a bifunctional electrocatalyst,the Fe_(2)P/Ni_(2)P heterostructure delivers a very low overpotential of 64 m V(or 185m V)to reach current density of 10 m A cm^(-2)for hydrogen(or oxygen)evolution reaction.When simultaneously employed as both the anode and cathode electrodes,it demonstrates an ultralow cell voltage of1.49 V@10 m A cm^(-2)for full water splitting with nearly 100%Faradaic efficiency,and superior long-term stability even over 100 h.Density functional theory calculations manifest that a strong heterointerface interaction could cause electron redistribution near the Fe_(2)P/Ni_(2)P heterointerface and optimize theΔG_(H)*of P sites,thus enhancing catalytic activity.Additionally,the 3D porous heterostructure is beneft to expose rich active sites and facilitate ion diffusion and gas bubble release,thus promoting the catalytic performance.This work opens up a new strategical approach for rational design of metal phosphide-based heterostructures as highly efficient and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts for water splitting.Xinqiang Wang Bin Wang Yuanfu Chen Mengya Wang Qi Wu Katam Srinivas Bo Yu Xiaojuan Zhang Fei Ma Wanli Zhang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,10:1
7Unraveling Passivation Mechanism of Imidazolium-Based Ionic Liquids on Inorganic Perovskite to Achieve Near-Record-Efficiency CsPbI_(2)Br Solar Cells显示文摘The application of ionic liquids in perovskite has attracted wide-spread attention for its astounding performance improvement of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the detailed mechanisms behind the improvement remain mysterious.Herein,a series of imidazolium-based ionic liquids(IILs)with different cations and anions is systematically investigated to elucidate the passivation mechanism of IILs on inorganic perovskites.It is found that IILs display the following advantages:(1)They form ionic bonds with Cs^(+)and Pb^(2+)cations on the surface and at the grain boundaries of perovskite films,which could effectively heal/reduce the Cs^(+)/I−vacancies and Pb-related defects;(2)They serve as a bridge between the perovskite and the hole-transport-layer for effective charge extraction and transfer;and(3)They increase the hydrophobicity of the perovskite surface to further improve the stability of the CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs.The combination of the above effects results in suppressed non-radiative recombination loss in CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs and an impressive power conversion efficiency of 17.02%.Additionally,the CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs with IILs surface modification exhibited improved ambient and light illumination stability.Our results provide guidance for an indepth understanding of the passivation mechanism of IILs in inorganic perovskites.Jie Xu Jian Cui Shaomin Yang Yu Han Xi Guo Yuhang Che Dongfang Xu Chenyang Duan Wenjing Zhao Kunpeng Guo Wanli Ma Baomin Xu Jianxi Yao Zhike Liu Shengzhong Liu 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1:1

10Laboratory experiments of well testing for fracture-cave carbonate gas reservoirs显示文摘It is well known that the flowing of oil and gas in fracture and cave does not obey Darcy law,which makes it unable to interpret parameters correctly when doing well testing for those kinds of formation for having no flowing test used to correct corresponding flowing equations.Based on similarity criterion,a physical experimental method for gas flowing from cave to wellbore through fracture has been built up.The characteristics of fluid flowing in fracture and cave can be seen clearly according to logelog curves with the measured data,which was obtained from the experimental model test and dealt with Savitzky-Golay filtering method.In addition,a new mathematical model reflecting those transient-flow behaviors as well as its solution has been presented in this paper.Logelog curves obtained from our new model could reflect the characteristics of flowing in fracture and cave.The results showed that test experiments can reflect the influence of large-scaled cave and fracture on the flowing characteristics and the new model can be applied to explain parameters of fracture and cave for similar cases.Yu Xiong Wanli Xiong Mingjin Cai Chengxi Hou Chong Wang 2017Petroleum2017,3,3:1
11A co-coordination strategy to realize janus-type bimetallic phosphide as highly efficient and durable bifunctional catalyst for water splitting显示文摘In this work,a Janus-type dual-ligand metal-organic frameworks derived bimetallic(Fe,Co)P nanoparticles embedded carbon nanotube(CNT)skeleton(DLD-Fe Co P@CNT)is presented and synthesized via a facile'co-coordination synthesis'strategy.The DLD-Fe Co P@CNT hybrid shows much better performances for OER and HER with much lower Tafel slope of 39.6(57.1)m V dec-1,an overpotential of 286(166)m V@10 m A cm^(-2)and better stability for OER(HER)in 1 M KOH.Being both cathode and anode for water splitting,it requires only a low voltage of 1.67 V to obtain 10 mA cm^(-2)with nearly 100%faradaic efficiency,which is close to Pt/C//RuO_(2)cell.Density functional theory calculations based on the bimetallic phosphide(Fe_(0.3)Co_(0.7)P)model reveal that,compared with the monometallic Fe P or Co P,the enhanced catalytic activities of Fe_(0.3)Co_(0.7)P is mainly manifested in its free energy of H adsorption(GH*)closer to zero,larger binding strength for H2O and higher electrical conductivity.Bin Wang Yuanfu Chen Qi Wu Yingjiong Lu Xiaojuan Zhang Xinqiang Wang Bo Yu DongXu Yang Wanli Zhang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,15:1
12Engineering of hollow polymeric nanosphere-supported imidazolium-based ionic liquids with enhanced antimicrobial activities显示文摘The design of stable,efficient and processable bactericidal materials represents a significant challenge for combating multidrugresistant bacteria in a variety of engineering fields.Herein,we report a facile strategy for the preparation of hollow polymeric nanosphere(HPN)-supported imidazolium-based ionic liquids(denoted as HPN-ILs)with superior antimicrobial activities.HPNILs were tailored by moderate Friedel−Crafts polymerization followed by the sequential covalent bonding of imidazole and bromoalkene.The resultant HPN-ILs have uniform hollow spherical morphology,an adequate surface area,and excellent physicochemical stability.Furthermore,they are highly active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and exhibit typical time/dosage-dependent antibacterial activities.The rational combination of porous HPNs and antibacterial ILs to generate an all-in-one entity may open new avenues for the design and fabrication of efficient bacteriostatic agents.Moreover,HPN-ILs have good biocompatibility and can also be loaded onto diverse matrices,and thus could extend their practical bactericidal application in the potential biomedical-active field.Yu Zhang Shuwei Li Yixin Xu Xinyun Shi Mingxin Zhang Yingning Huang Ying Liang Yaqiong Chen Wanli Ji Jung Rae Kim Wenliang Song Deng-Guang Yu Il Kim 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1
13MoP QDs@graphene as highly efficient electrocatalyst for polysulfide conversion in Li-S batteries显示文摘The shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)and sluggish redox conversion significantly hinder practical implementation of lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).To overcome these issues,herein,we present MoP quantum dots anchored N,P-doped graphene(MPQ@G)as a multifunctional LSB cathode.The N,P-doped graphene layers serve as a conductive skeleton to support the MoP QDs which can accelerate the electron transfer,physically hinder the polysulfide migration and thus enhance the electrochemical performance.More importantly,as a polar and conductive catalyst,MoP QDs provide catalytically active sites for the conversion of LiPSs.As a result,the LSBs with MPQ@G/S cathodes deliver an elevated initial capacity of 1220.2 mAh g~(-1)at 0.2 C and remain 98.9%after rate cycles,signifying its exceptional cycling stability.Moreover,it displays a large capacity of 681.2 mAh g~(-1)even at a high rate of 1 C.The Li-S pouch cell also presents high specific capacities and preeminent cycling stabilities,confirming its great potential for high-rate applications.Density functional theory calculations demonstrate the improved absorptivity and redox conversion reversibility of LiPSs.This work provides an efficient strategy to improve composite with highly adsorptive and catalytic properties for high-performance Li-S batteries.Bo Yu Fei Ma Dongjiang Chen Katam Srinivas Xiaojuan Zhang Xinqiang Wang Bin Wang Wanli Zhang Zegao Wang Weidong He Yuanfu Chen 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,31:1

15Structural and immunogenomic insights into B-cell receptor activation显示文摘B cells express B-cell receptors(BCRs) which recognize antigen to trigger signaling cascades for B-cell activation and subsequent antibody production. BCR activation has a crucial influence on B-cell fate. How BCR is activated upon encountering antigen remains to be solved, although tremendous progresses have been achieved in the past few years. Here, we summarize the models that have been proposed to explain BCR activation, including the cross-linking model, the conformation-induced oligomerization model, the dissociation activation model, and the conformational change model. 16Thermal Biology of Cold-climate Distributed Heilongjiang Grass Lizard,Takydromus amurensis显示文摘Thermal biology traits reflect thermal adaptations to an environment and can be used to infer responses to climate warming in animal species.Within a widespread genus or species,assessing the latitudinal or altitudinal gradient of thermal physiological traits is essential to reveal thermal adaptations and determine future vulnerability to climate warming geographically.We determined the thermal biology traits of a cold-climate distributed lizard,Takydromus amurensis,and integrated published thermal biology traits within the genus Takydromus to reveal a preliminary geographical pattern in thermal adaptation.The mean selected body temperature(cloaca temperature;T_(sel)),critical thermal maximum(CT_(max)),critical thermal minimum(CT_(min)),and optimal temperature for locomotion(i.e.,sprint speed;T_(opt)) of T.amurensis were 32.6,45.1,3.1,and 33.4℃,respectively.The resting metabolic rates of T.amurensis were po sitively related to temperature from 18℃ to 38℃.We compared the traits of tropical T.sexlineatus,subtropical T.septentrionalis,and T.wolteri with T.amurensis and found that the CT_(max) and thermal tolerance range(the difference between CT_(max) and CT_(min);TTR) increased toward high latitudes,whereas CT_(min) increased toward low latitudes in these four Takydromus lizards.According to this preliminary pattern,we speculate the species at medium and low latitudes would be more vulnerable to extreme heat events caused by ongoing climate warming.We highlight the importance of integrating thermal biology traits along geographical clues,and its potential contribution to evaluate the vulnerabilities of species in the context of climate warming.Xin HAO Shiang TAO Yu MENG Jingyang LIU Luoxin CUI Wanli LIU Baojun SUN Peng LIU Wenge ZHAO 2020Asian Herpetological Research2020,11,4:0
17Formation of secondary inorganic aerosol in a frigid urban atmosphere显示文摘Formation of secondary inorganic aerosol(SIA)was investigated during a six-month long heating season in Harbin,China.Enhanced sulfate formation was observed at high relative humidity(RH),with the same threshold RH(80%)for both colder and warmer measurement periods.Compared to wintertime results from Beijing,the threshold RH was considerably higher in Harbin,whereas the RH-dependent enhancement of sulfur oxidation ratio(SOR)was less significant.In addition,the high RH events were rarely encountered,and for other periods,the SOR were typically as low as~0.1.Therefore,the sulfate formation was considered inefficient in this study.After excluding the several cases with high RH,both SOR and the nitrogen oxidation ratio(NOR)exhibited increasing trends as the temperature increased,with the increase of NOR being sharper.The nitrate to sulfate ratio tended to increase with increasing temperature as well.Based on a semi-quantitative approach,this trend was attributed primarily to the temperature-dependent variations of precursors including SO_(2) and NO_(2).The influence of biomass burning emissions on SIA formation was also evident.With stronger impact of biomass burning,an enhancement in NOR was observed whereas SOR was largely unchanged.The different patterns were identified as the dominant driver of the larger nitrate to sulfate ratios measured at higher concentrations of fine particulate matter.Yuan Cheng Qinqin Yu Jiumeng Liu Youwen Sun Linlin Liang Zhenyu Du Guannan Geng Wanli Ma Hong Qi Qiang Zhang Kebin He 2022Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,2:0
18A novel approach to identifying the ultrasonic echoes for inspecting well cementing quality显示文摘In this paper, it is presented that an approach based on Continuous Wavelet Thansform(CWT) and Fourier Transform(FT) for identifying ultrasonic echoes in inspecting oil well cementing quality. First, CWT is used to process echo signals. Then spectra of the processing results in some specilic scale-time segments are calculated as pattern features. The research results show that theoretical calculations basically agree with experimental results. Compared with the aPproach based on the spectra or Discrete Wavlet Transform, our approach has advantages of fine analyzing scales, stable features and high recognizing rate. 19Temperature and pressure characteristics of ultrasonic transducer and the amplitude spectra correction of echoes显示文摘In this paper,the transfer functions of ultrasonic transducers under different temperatures are imitated according to Mason equivalent circuit. The relevant experiments are carried out. The results show that the transfer characteristic of ultrasonic transducer varies with temperature and pressure. Therefore, we present an approach to correct the amplitude spectra of ultrasonic echoes got in different temperature and pressure environmeots. 20erbB4/HER4在非小细胞NSCLC中的表达研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To test the expression of HER4 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and elucidate the relationship between its over-expression and the clinical pathology of NSCLC. Methods: 70 cases of paraffin-embedded tissues from informative NSCLC were tested for the expression of HER4 by means of immunohistochemical assay. Results: HER4 were overexpressed in NSCLC in 91.4%. The overexpression of HER4 correlated only with the lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and survival after operation.
