Terrestrial carbon sinks in China and around the world and their contribution to carbon neutrality显示文摘Enhancing the terrestrial ecosystem carbon sink(referred to as terrestrial C sink) is an important way to slow down the continuous increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) concentration and to achieve carbon neutrality target. To better understand the characteristics of terrestrial C sinks and their contribution to carbon neutrality, this review summarizes major progress in terrestrial C budget researches during the past decades, clarifies spatial patterns and drivers of terrestrial C sources and sinks in China and around the world, and examines the role of terrestrial C sinks in achieving carbon neutrality target.According to recent studies, the global terrestrial C sink has been increasing from a source of (-0.2±0.9) Pg C yr^(-1)(1 Pg=1015g)in the 1960s to a sink of (1.9±1.1) Pg C yr^(-1) in the 2010s.By synthesizing the published data,we estimate terrestrial C sink of 0.20–0.25 Pg C yr^(-1) in China during the past decades, and predict it to be 0.15–0.52 Pg C yr^(-1) by 2060.The terrestrial C sinks are mainly located in the mid-and high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere, while tropical regions act as a weak C sink or source. The C balance differs much among ecosystem types:forest is the major C sink;shrubland, wetland and farmland soil act as C sinks;and whether the grassland functions as C sink or source remains unclear.Desert might be a C sink, but the magnitude and the associated mechanisms are still controversial.Elevated atmospheric CO_(2) concentration, nitrogen deposition, climate change, and land cover change are the main drivers of terrestrial C sinks, while other factors such as fires and aerosols would also affect ecosystem C balance. The driving factors of terrestrial C sink differ among regions.Elevated CO_(2) concentration and climate change are major drivers of the C sinks in North America and Europe, while afforestation and ecological restoration are additionally important forcing factors of terrestrial C sinks in China. For future studies,we recommend the necessity for intensive and long-term ecosystem C monitoring over broad geographic scale to improve terrestrial biosphere models for accurately evaluating terrestrial C budget and its dynamics under various climate change and policy scenarios. | Yuanhe Yang Yue Shi Wenjuan Sun Jinfeng Chang Jianxiao Zhu Leiyi Chen Xin Wang Yanpei Guo Hongtu Zhang Lingfei Yu Shuqing Zhao Kang Xu Jiangling Zhu Haihua Shen Yuanyuan Wang Yunfeng Peng Xia Zhao Xiangping Wang Huifeng Hu Shiping Chen Mei Huang Xuefa Wen Shaopeng Wang Biao Zhu Shuli Niu Zhiyao Tang Lingli Liu Jingyun Fang | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,5: | 32

Expressions of chromogranin A and cathepsin D in human primary hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM To determine the expression and clinicalsignificance of chromogranin A and cathepsin Din hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS Double immunofluorescence stain-ing techniques combined with laser confocalscanning microscopy(LSCM)was used toinvestigate chromogranin A and cathepsin Dexpressions in 85 HCC patients.RESULTS Cathepsin D was expressed in :3normal liver tissues, while in HCC the stainingshowed regional variation and the fraction ofstrongly stained cells increased as the tumorsbecame less differentiated and usually clinicallymore malignant.Cells which showed strongpositivity for cathepsin D were present in 71/85(83.5%)cases.Strong expression of cathepsinD in cancer cells was related tohistopathological features. They were morecommon in grade 3-4(26/28,92.9%)and grade2(46/53,86.8%)tumors than in grade 1 tumors(1/4,25.0%)(P<0.01).No significantcorrelation was found between age andcathepsin D expression. In patients with positivecathepsin D reaction, the mean age was 52.1±2.8 years(range 32-68 years)and in the groupwith negative reaction, the mean age was 51.3±4.5 years(range 28-71 years). No obvious relationship was observed between CgAexpression in cancer cells and thehistopathological features. The CgA positiverate was 75.0%(3/4)in grade 1,71.7%(38/53)in grade 2,and 71.4%(20/28)in grade 3-4(P>0.05)tumors.The coexpression of CgA andcathepsin D was found by double labeledimmunofluorescence staining techniques.Theprocessing of cathepsin D was disturbed in HCCcells and accumulated in the cells.Cathepsin Dhad proteolytic activity and autocrine mitogeniceffect, suggesting their functions in invasion. These findings demonstrated that the expressionof cathepsin D in HCC had prognostic value.CONCLUSION Chromogranin A and cathepsin Dare expressed in a high proportion of HCC andthe existence of cathepsin D in HCC might berelated to processing of CgA.This is clearly asubject for further studies because of itspotential clinical applications. | Xiao Feng Huang Chun Mei Wang Xiao Wen Dai Zhen Jiang Li Bo Rong Pan Li Bin Yu Bin Qian Li Fang | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000,6,5: | 12
Human pharmacokinetics of ginkgo terpene lactones and impact of carboxylation in blood on their platelet-activating factor antagonistic activity显示文摘Terpene lactones are a class of bioactive constituents of standardized preparations of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract, extensively used as add-on therapies in patients with ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This investigation evaluated human pharmacokinetics of ginkgo terpene lactones and impact of their carboxylation in blood. Human subjects received oral YinXing- TongZhi tablet or intravenous ShuXueNing, two standardized ginkgo preparations. Their plasma protein-binding and plateletactivating factor antagonistic activity were assessed in vitro. Their carboxylation was assessed in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) and in human plasma. After dosing YinXing-TongZhi tablet, ginkgolides A and B and bilobalide exhibited significantly higher systemic exposure levels than ginkgolides C and J; after dosing ShuXueNing, ginkgolides A, B, C, and J exhibited high exposure levels. The compounds’ unbound fractions in plasma were 45–92%. Apparent oral bioavailability of ginkgolides A and B was mostly >100%, while that of ginkgolides C and J was 6–15%. Bilobalide’s bioavailability was probably high but lower than that of ginkgolides A/B. Terminal half-lives of ginkgolides A, B, and C (4–7 h) after dosing ShuXueNing were shorter than their respective values (6–13 h) after dosing YinXing-TongZhi tablet. Half-life of bilobalide after dosing the tablet was around 5 h. Terpene lactones were roughly evenly distributed in various body fluids and tissues; glomerular-filtration-based renal excretion was the predominant elimination route for the ginkgolides and a major route for bilobalide. Terpene lactones circulated as trilactones and monocarboxylates. Carboxylation reduced platelet-activating factor antagonistic activity of ginkgolides A, B, and C. Ginkgolide J, bilobalide, and ginkgo flavonoids exhibited no such bioactivity. Collectively, differences in terpene lactones’ exposure between the two preparations and influence of their carboxylation in blood should be considered in investigating the relative contributions of terpene lactones to ginkgo preparations’ therapeutic effects. The results here will inform rational clinical use of ginkgo preparations. | Xin-wei Liu Jun-ling Yang Wei Niu Wei-wei Jia Olajide E.Olaleye Qi Wen Xiao-na Duan Yu-hong Huang Feng-qing Wang Fei-fei Du Chen-chun Zhong Yan-fen Li Fang Xu Qi Gao Li Li Chuan Li | 2018 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2018,39,12: | 8
Active Fault Exploration and Seismic Hazard Assessment in Fuzhou City显示文摘It has been proven by a number of earthquake case studies that an active fault-induced earthquake beneath a city can be devastating. It is an urgent issue for seismic hazard reduction to explore the distribution of active faults beneath the urban area and identify the seismic source and the risks underneath. As a pilot project of active fault exploration in China, the project, entitled “Active fault exploration and seismic hazard assessment in Fuzhou City', started in early 2001 and passed the check before acceptance of China Earthquake Administration in August 2004. The project was aimed to solve a series of scientific issues such as fault location, dating, movement nature, deep settings, seismic risk and hazard, preparedness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and etc. by means of exploration and assessment of active faults by stages, i.e., the preliminary survey and identification of active faults in target area, the exploration of deep seismotectonic settings, the risk evaluation of active seismogenic faults, the construction of geographic information system of active faults, and so on. A lot of exploration methods were employed in the project such as the detection of absorbed mercury, free mercury and radon in soil, the geological radar, multi-channel DC electrical method, tsansient electromagnetic method, shallow seismic refraction and reflection, effect contrast of explored sources, and various sounding experiments, to establish the buried Quaternary standard section of the Fuzhou basin. By summing up, the above explorations and experiments have achieved the following results and conclusions: (1)The results of the synthetic pilot project of active fault exploration in Fuzhou City demonstrate that, on the basis of sufficient collection, sorting out and analysis of geological, geophysical and borehole data, the best method for active fault exploration (location) and seismic risk assessment (dating and characterizing) in urban area is the combination of various approaches, that is, the possible location of active fault determined by using geochemical exploration as a guide “scout', the shallow seismic sounding as the main tool, the electromagnetic method as a supplement, establishing the standard Quaternary profile or stratigraphic sequence from drilling and various geophysical parameters from borehole logs as methods to correct and verify the data above. And in addition, the method also includes the field surveys on fault exposures, trenching, paleoearthquake investigation, dating and comparison of lithology, strata sequence, absolute or relative ages of the cores on the two sides of buried faults. (2)The Fuzhou basin locates under the regional seismotectonic settings which have the potential of moderate earthquake. Comparatively, the region is less affected by the “Taiwan dynamic Antenna'; (3)The activity of the major faults in Fuzhou basin is weak in general. All the six identified target faults are not Holocene faults, among which the Bayi Reservoir-Shanggan fault and the Minhou-Nanyu fault are dormant at least since the mid Epipleistocene time, and the rest are dormant since the Epipleistocene time; (4)In terms of deep-seated structures beneath the basin, there is no evidence indicating the possible occurrence of the underneath strong destructive earthquakes. The adjacent Changle-Zhao’an fault zone is the potential seismic source which may possibly affect Fuzhou City; (5)There exists potential of moderate-strong earthquake on the major faults of the region, but the probability is low; (6)The seismic hazards are weak in the region and the surface earthquake fractures are not likely to occur; (7)The first geographic information system of active faults is developed with functions of information query and display, data management, analysis and processing, etc. | Zhu Jinfang Huang Zonglin Xu Xiwei Zheng Rongzhang Fang Shengmin Bai Denghai Wang Guangcai Min Wei Wen Xueze Han Zhujun | 2005 | Earthquake Research in China2005,19,3: | 7
Whole-genome sequencing provides insights into the genetic diversity and domestication of bitter gourd(Momordica spp.)显示文摘Bitter gourd(Momordica charantia)is a popular cultivated vegetable in Asian and African countries. To reveal the characteristics of the genomic structure, evolutionary trajectory, and genetic basis underlying the domestication of bitter gourd,we performed whole-genome sequencing of the cultivar Dali-11 and the wild small-fruited line TR and resequencing of 187 bitter gourd germplasms from 16 countries. The major gene clusters(Bi clusters)for the biosynthesis of cucurbitane triterpenoids, which confer a bitter taste, are highly conserved in cucumber, melon, and watermelon.Comparative analysis among cucurbit genomes revealed that the Bi cluster involved in cucurbitane triterpenoid biosynthesis is absent in bitter gourd.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the TR group, including 21 bitter gourd germplasms, may belong to a new species or subspecies independent from M.charantia.Furthermore,we found that the remaining 166 M.charantia germplasms are geographically differentiated, and we identified 710,412,and 290 candidate domestication genes in the South Asia,Southeast Asia, and China populations, respectively. This study provides new insights into bitter gourd genetic diversity and domestication and will facilitate the future genomics-enabled improvement of bitter gourd. | Junjie Cui Yan Yang Shaobo Luo Le Wang Rukui Huang Qingfang Wen Xiaoxia Han Nansheng Miao Jiaowen Cheng Ziji Liu Changyuan Zhang Chengcheng Feng Haisheng Zhu Jianwen Su Xinjian Wan Fang Hu Yu Niu Xiaoming Zheng Yulan Yang Dai Shan Zhensheng Dong Weiming He Narinder P.S.Dhillon Kailin Hu | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 7
Transarterial chemoembolization with PD-(L)1 inhibitors plus molecular targeted therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma(CHANCE001)显示文摘There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world situations. In this nationwide, retrospective, cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May 2021.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified RECIST.The secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and safety. We performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two groups. After matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease population.Median PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups, respectively. Our results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice, with an acceptable safety profile. | Hai-Dong Zhu Hai-Liang Li Ming-Sheng Huang Wei-Zhu Yang Guo-Wen Yin Bin-Yan Zhong Jun-Hui Sun Zhi-Cheng Jin Jian-Jian Chen Nai-Jian Ge Wen-Bin Ding Wen-Hui Li Jin-Hua Huang Wei Mu Shan-Zhi Gu Jia-Ping Li Hui Zhao Shu-Wei Wen Yan-Ming Lei Yu-Sheng Song Chun-Wang Yuan Wei-Dong Wang Ming Huang Wei Zhao Jian-Bing Wu Song Wang Xu Zhu Jian-Jun Han Wei-Xin Ren Zai-Ming Lu Wen-Ge Xing Yong Fan Hai-Lan Lin Zi-Shu Zhang Guo-Hui Xu Wen-Hao Hu Qiang Tu Hong-Ying Su Chuan-Sheng Zheng Yong Chen Xu-Ya Zhao Zhu-Ting Fang Qi Wang Jin-Wei Zhao Ai-Bing Xu Jian Xu Qing-Hua Wu Huan-Zhang Niu Jian Wang Feng Dai Dui-Ping Feng Qing-Dong Li Rong-Shu Shi Jia-Rui Li Guang Yang Hai-Bin Shi Jian-Song Ji Yu-E Liu Zheng Cai Po Yang Yang Zhao Xiao-Li Zhu Li-Gong Lu Gao-Jun Teng | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3: | 7
Abrupt Climate Changes of Holocene显示文摘This paper is a review of studies of abrupt climate changes(ACCs) during the Holocene published during the past ten years.North Atlantic cold events are indicators of ACCs.As indicated by North Atlantic ice-rafted debris(IRD),there were nine confirmed cold events during the Holocene, occurring at 11.1 kyr,10.3 kyr,9.4 kyr,8.1 kyr,5.9 kyr,4.2 kyr,2.8 kyr,1.4 kyr,and 0.4 kyr respectively according to most representative results from Bond et al.(1997).However,the identification of chronology has been made with some uncertainties.Considerable climatic proxy data have shown that, during the cold events, substantial climate abnormalities have occurred widely across the globe, particularly in the areas surrounding the North Atlantic. These abnormalities were in the form of high-latitude cold in the both hemispheres, expansion of the Westerlies to low latitudes, drought in the monsoon regions, recession of summer monsoons, and intensification of the winter monsoons.Studies have indicated that the four ACCs occurring in the early Holocene may be related to freshwater pulses from ice melting in the northern part of the North Atlantic, and the other five ACCs that occurred during the middle and late Holocene may be related to the decreased solar activity. | WANG Shaowu GE Quansheng WANG Fang WEN Xinyu HUANG Jianbin | 2013 | Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,1: | 6

Consensus on the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique显示文摘With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) tract. At present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2) treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative treatment. The International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism, and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations). | Ning-Li Chai Hui-Kai Li En-Qiang Linghu Zhao-Shen Li Shu-Tian Zhang Yu Bao Wei-Gang Chen Philip WY Chiu Tong Dang Wei Gong Shu-Tang Han Jian-Yu Hao Shui-Xiang He Bing Hu1 Bing Hu2 Xiao-Jun Huang Yong-Hui Huang Zhen-Dong Jin Mouen A Khashab James Lau Peng Li Rui Li De-Liang Liu Hai-Feng Liu Jun Liu Xiao-Gang Liu Zhi-Guo Liu Ying-Cai Ma Gui-Yong Peng Long Rong Wei-Hong Sha Pateek Sharma Jian-Qiu Sheng Shui-Sheng Shi Dong Wan Seo Si-Yu Sun Gui-Qi Wang Wen Wang Qi Wu Hong Xu Mei-Dong Xu Ai-Ming Yang Fang Yao Hong-Gang Yu Ping-Hong Zhou Bin Zhang Xiao-Feng Zhang Ya-Qi Zhai | 2019 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,7: | 5

Global climate damage in 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios based on BCC_SESM model in IAM framework显示文摘The quantitative functions for climate damages provide theoretical ground for the cost-benefit analysis in climate change economics, and they are also critical for linking climate module with economic module in the Integrated Assessment Models(IAMs).Nevertheless,it is necessary for IAMs to update sectoral climate impacts in order to catch up the advance in climate change studies. This study updates the sectoral climate damage function at global scale from climate Framework for Uncertainty,Negotiation and Distribution(FUND)model and develops the aggregate climate damage function in a bottom-up fashion.Besides conventional sectors such as agriculture, forestry, water resources, energy consumption and ecosystems, this study expands climate disaster types, assesses human health impacts caused by various air pollutants, and updates coastal damage by sea level rise. The Beijing Climate Center Simple Earth System Model(BCC_SESM)is used to project climate system based on Business-as-Usual(BAU)scenario,and the 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios based on RCPs and SSP2 databases.Sectoral results show that the agricultural sector is projected to suffer 63% of the total damage, followed by water resources(16%)and human health(12%)sectors in 2100.The regression results indicate that the aggregate climate damage function is in positive quadratic form for zero discounting.Under BAU scenario, the aggregate climate damage is projected to be 517.7 trillion USD during 2011-2100.Compared to that, the 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios are projected to respectively reduce climate damages by 215.6 trillion USD(approximately 41.6%)and 263.5 trillion USD(50.9%)in 2011-2100. | ZHAO Zi-Jian CHEN Xiao-Tong LIU Chang-Yi YANG Fang TAN Xin ZHAO Yang HUANG Han WEI Chao SHI Xue-Li ZHAI Wen GUO Fei Bas J.VAN RUIJVEN | 2020 | Advances in Climate Change Research2020,11,3: | 4
Provenance Study of Fe–Ti Oxide Minerals in the Quaternary Sediments in Yichang Area and Its Implication of Formation Time of the Yangtze Three Gorges, China显示文摘The Three Gorges are considered to be critical to understand the formation of Yangtze River. Recent research results suggest that the Yangtze Three Gorges was created during the Quaternary but the exact time is debatable. Fe–Ti oxide minerals are seldom used to study sediment provenance, expecially using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). In this study, the provenance of Quaternary sediments in Yichang area, which is located to the east of the Yangtze Three Gorges, was investigated by using SEM and EDS to research Fe–Ti oxides. The Panzhihua vanadium titanomagnetite and Emeishan basalt outcrop are located to the west of the Three Gorges. Further, the materials from them are observed in the Quaternary sediments of Yichang area. Fe–Ti oxide minerals from the Huangling granite are observed in the Yunchi and Shanxiyao Formations, which were formed before 0.75 Ma B.P., whereas Fe–Ti oxide minerals from the Huangling granite, Panzhihua vanadium titanomagnetite, and Emeishan basalt are observed in the riverbed and fifth-terrace sediments of the Yangtze River, which were formed after 0.73 Ma B.P.. Thus, we can infer that the Three Gorges formed after the deposition of the Shanxi Formation and before the fifth-terrace; i.e., 0.75–0.73 Ma B.P.. | XIANG Fang DU Wen HUANG Henxu KANG Dongya ZHU Hongbo FENG Qin | 2018 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2018,92,4: | 4
Machine Learning-Based Multi-Modal Information Perception for Soft Robotic Hands显示文摘This paper focuses on multi-modal Information Perception(IP)for Soft Robotic Hands(SRHs)using Machine Learning(ML)algorithms.A flexible Optical Fiber-based Curvature Sensor(OFCS)is fabricated, consisting of a Light-Emitting Diode(LED),photosensitive detector, and optical fiber.Bending the roughened optical fiber generates lower light intensity, which reflecting the curvature of the soft finger.Together with the curvature and pressure information,multi-modal IP is performed to improve the recognition accuracy.Recognitions of gesture, object shape, size, and weight are implemented with multiple ML approaches, including the Supervised Learning Algorithms(SLAs)of K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN),Support Vector Machine(SVM),Logistic Regression(LR),and the unSupervised Learning Algorithm(un-SLA)of K-Means Clustering(KMC).Moreover,Optical Sensor Information(OSI),Pressure Sensor Information(PSI),and Double-Sensor Information(DSI)are adopted to compare the recognition accuracies. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed sensors and recognition approaches are feasible and effective. The recognition accuracies obtained using the above ML algorithms and three modes of sensor information are higer than 85 percent for almost all combinations. Moreover,DSI is more accurate when compared to single modal sensor information and the KNN algorithm with a DSI outperforms the other combinations in recognition accuracy. | Haiming Huang Junhao Lin Linyuan Wu Bin Fang Zhenkun Wen Fuchun Sun | 2020 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,2: | 4
Status, challenges, and future prospects of stem cell therapy in pelvic floor disorders显示文摘Pelvic floor disorders(PFDs)represent a group of common and frequentlyoccurring diseases that seriously affect the life quality of women, generally including stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.Surgery has been used as a treatment for PFD,but almost 30%of patients require subsequent surgery due to a high incidence of postoperative complications and high recurrence rates. Therefore, investigations of new therapeutic strategies are urgently needed.Stem cells possess strong multi-differentiation,self-renewal,immunomodulation,and angiogenesis abilities and they are able to differentiate into various cell types of pelvic floor tissues and thus provide a potential therapeutic approach for PFD.Recently, various studies using different autologous stem cells have achieved promising results by improving the pelvic ligament and muscle regeneration and conferring the tissue elasticity and strength to the damaged tissue in PFD,as well as reduced inflammatory reactions, collagen deposition, and foreign body reaction. However, with relatively high rates of complications such as bladder stone formation and wound infections, further studies are necessary to investigate the role of stem cells as maintainers of tissue homeostasis and modulators in early interventions including therapies using new stem cell sources, exosomes, and tissueengineering combined with stem cell-based implants, among others. This review describes the types of stem cells and the possible interaction mechanisms in PFD treatment, with the hope of providing more promising stem cell treatment strategies for PFD in the future. | Juan Cheng Zhi-Wei Zhao Ji-Rui Wen Ling Wang Li-Wei Huang Yan-Lin Yang Feng-Nian Zhao Jing-Yue Xiao Fei Fang Jiang Wu Ya-Li Miao | 2020 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2020,8,8: | 3
Laser test of the prototype of CEE time projection chamber显示文摘A prototype thick-GEM-based cooling storage ring external-target experiment(CEE) time projection chamber(TPC) is constructed and tested with the pulsed ultraviolet laser beams. The results indicate that the prototype TPC has a good performance in three-dimensional track resolution. In X direction the position resolution is about 0.2 mm, and in Y direction the position resolution is about 0.5 mm. The results also determine that the energy resolution is about 5.4%, which achieve the requirements of the CEE experiment and can be used to study the nuclear state equation and the quantum chromo dynamics. | Wen Huang Fei Lu He Li He Dong Yong-jin Ye Chen-Sheng Zhou Long-Xiang Liu Long Du Xiao-Hai Jin Peng-Liu Jin-Hui Chen Song Zhang Chen Zhong Chen Wu Qi-Te Li Hong-Liang Zang Yu-Cheng Ge Cheng-Jian Lin Hui-Ming Jia Nan-Ru Ma Dong-Xi Wang Peng Ma Jun Xu De-Qing Fang Yu-Gang Ma | 2018 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2018,29,3: | 3
