Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced, based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second. Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet, occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map. This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands, which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however, the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years. From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes, which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase, because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces, and artificial wetlands increased. | NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22: | 51

Lipid-conjugated siRNA hitchhikes endogenous albumin for tumor immunotherapy显示文摘With the development of a small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery strategy, increasing siRNA therapeutics for tumor treatment appeared in clinical trials and pre-clinical development. However, the test results of such therapeutics unveiled that efficient siRNA delivery to tumor tissues is still challenging.Albumin is considered an ideal carrier for delivering hydrophobic agents into tumor tissue because it is highly concentrated and long-circulating in blood and has propensity of tumor enrichment.Herein,we synthesized lipid conjugated siRNAs(LsiRNAs),which showed high affinity to albumin.Mechanistically,LsiRNAs non-covalently bind to the hydrophobic core of albumin through its octadecyl tails. The small size of albumin/LsiRNAs allows the complex to penetrate tumor tissue efficiently.Biodistribution test proved that albumin extremely prolonged circulation time and increased tumor retention of associated LsiRNAs.Notably,LsiRNA against programmed death ligand-1(Pdl1)efficiently suppressed tumor growth as well as prolonged survival time of tumor bearing mice by increasing infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells as well as promoted the maturation of dendritic cells both in tumor and lymph.Together,LsiRNAs provide a simple but effective way for siRNA tumor delivery that“hitchhikes”on albumin. | Bo Hu Sudong Kong Yuhua Weng Deyao Zhao Abid Hussain Qingze Jiao Shijing Zhan Ling Qiu Jianguo Lin Minhao Xie Bo Li Yuanyu Huang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11: | 0
Chiral Lewis Acid-Catalyzed Norrish Type II Cyclization to Synthesizeα-Oxazolidinones via Enantioselective Protonation显示文摘The Norrish type II reaction is an interesting photochemical process through Csp3-H functionalization of N,N-disubstituted oxo-amine or oxo-amide provides access to diverse synthetic building blocks by different pathways.Due to the finite lifetime of the excited state and rapid changes in the intermediates, there are significant challenges in controlling the stereochemical outcomes of this reaction over the strong racemic background reaction. The oxazolidin-4-one skeleton is a useful structural motif found in bioactive molecules, and it is the one that is produced by a not well-studied route among the three routes in Norrish type II cyclization.Herein we report the asymmetric version of this process, and a variety of oxazolidin-4-ones is achieved from arylα-oxoamides via triplet excimers with three H-transfer steps interspersed by a cyclization step under mild, visible light. In the presence of chiral N,N-dioxide/metal complex catalysts,diastereo-and enantiocontrol in this photochemical reaction happens with enantioselective protonation of enol intermediates as the crucial stereo-determining step, getting the better of the thermodynamical control pathway.Trans-oxazolidine-4-ones can be obtained in high enantioselectivity, which can be transferred into optically active cis-oxazolidine-4-ones after the treatment with a base. | Tangyu Zhan Liangkun Yang Qiyou Chen Rui Weng Xiaohua Liu Xiaoming Feng | 2023 | CCS Chemistry2023,5,9: | 0
Synthesis of Petroleum Sulfonate Surfactant with Ultra-Low Interfacial Tension in Rotating Packed Bed Reactor显示文摘Petroleum sulfonate is one of the most important surfactants used in surfactant flooding for enhanced oil recovery, which is mainly obtained by treating high-boiling petroleum fractions in a stirred tank reactor(STR) or in a fallingfilm reactor(FFR). The synthesis of petroleum sulfonate with ultra-low interfacial tension from viscous petroleum fractions was carried out in a rotating packed bed(RPB) reactor using dilute liquid sulfur trioxide as the sulfonating agent in this study. The effects of various experimental conditions on components content and oil-water interfacial tension(IFT) were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the active matter content could reach up to 50.3% and the IFT could be equal to 4.7×10-3 m N/m. Compared with the traditional reactor, the active matter content is by 14.12% higher in the RPB as compared to that obtained in the STR. The uneven change of the test oil droplets during the IFT measurement was also discussed. The increase of heavy components content not only can eliminate the contraction phenomenon, but also can reduce the IFT to a minimum. This can be conducive to explaining the reason for producing IFT and the preparation of proper formulations for practical application. | Weng Zhan Zhang Pengyuan Chu Guangwen Zou Haikui Jimmy Yun Chen Jianfeng | 2015 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2015,17,1: | 0
Computed Tomography Imaging of Intracerebral Hematoma Anatomy in Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage显示文摘Objective:The image data of intracerebral hematoma in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)patients were obtained by three-dimensional(3D)spiral computed tomography(CT)scan in this study to provide a basis for clinical minimally invasive surgery and the development and research of related surgical instruments. Methods:From June 2020 to March 2022,33 patients with supratentorial HICH admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University,School of Medicine were selected. All patients underwent 3D spiral CT scanning.Multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)was used to reconstruct along any plane to obtain coronal,sagittal,cross-sectional,or arbitrary angle reconstructed images. Then,we observed and measured relevant data indicators on these three planes by measuring tools. Results:All hemorrhage sites of these 33 HICH patients were basal ganglia hemorrhage, including left basal ganglia hemorrhage in 13 cases and right basal ganglia hemorrhage in 20 cases. It was also found that basal ganglia hematomas were usually elliptical, and the anteroposterior diameter was significantly larger than the transverse diameter, almost twice the size of the transverse diameter[(62±10)mm vs.(35±9)mm,P<0.05].Although the depth of the hematoma on the transfrontal(sagittal)approach was significantly greater than that on the transtemporal(transverse)approach[(100±15)mm vs.(59±14)mm,P<0.05],the angle of the hematoma on the transfrontal approach was significantly smaller than that on the transtemporal approach[(37±11)°vs.(70±17)°,P<0.05],which was conducive to improving the clearance rate of the hematoma. Conclusion:During neuroendoscopic surgery for HICH patients, different lengths of the tubular port should be selected according to the transfrontal or transtemporal surgical approach to meet the needs of hematoma removal. | Tian-Xiang Zhan Yu-Xiang Weng Yue-Hui Ma | 2022 | Journal of Cerebrovascular Disease2022,5,4: | 0
