1Early Paleozoic granitic magmatism related to the processes from subduction to collision in South Altyn, NW China显示文摘Four episodes of granitic rocks at 517, 501–496, 462–451, and 426–385 Ma occurred in the South Altyn subduction-collision complex. The first episode of granite emplacement predates the formation of the ophiolite type mafic rock(?500 Ma), and the three subsequent episodes can be temporally correlated to high-pressure(HP) to ultrahigh-pressure(UHP) metamorphism at ca. 500 Ma, retrograde granulite-facies metamorphism at ca. 450 Ma, and amphibolite-facies metamorphism at ca. 420 Ma, respectively. A comprehensive study of these granitic rocks, along with the regional geological background, mafic-ultramafic rocks, and HP-UHP metamorphism, indicates that the four episodes of granitic magmatism are sequentially derived from the partial melting of the earlier subducted oceanic crust at 517 Ma, the thickened continental crust due to continental subduction at ca. 500 Ma, the mid-upper crust in response to slab breakoff at ca. 450 Ma, and the tectonic transition from contraction to extension at ca. 420 Ma. The formation age of 517 Ma for oceanic adakite provides a direct constraint on the time of the oceanic subduction in South Altyn. In addition, there is a ca. 10 Myr interval between the oceanic subduction to the continental deep subduction, suggesting that the Early Paleozoic tectonic evolution might have been a successive process in South Altyn. 2Geochemistry and Zircon U-Pb Dating of Changshagou Adakite from the South Altyn UHPM Terrane: Evidence of the Partial Melting of the Lower Crust显示文摘Changshagou adakite, an outcrop in the middle segment of the South Altyn Tagh ultra-high pressure metamorphism(UHPM) terrane, contains medium-K cal-alkaline and weakly peraluminous compositions(Si O2 = 66.79% to 68.65%, Al2O3 = 17.48% to 18.31%, K2 O + Na2 O = 6.32% to 6.88%, K2O/Na2 O = 0.25 to 0.33, A/CNK = 1.01 to 1.06). This outcrop is also enriched with large ion lithophile elements but with depleted high-field strength elements(HFSE) showing clearly negative Nb, Ta, and Ti anomalies. REE distribution patterns show a positive anomaly of Eu(δEu = 1.15 to 1.31) and weakly enriched with LREE compared with HREE(LREE/HREE = 1.02 to 4.20). Experimental results and several characteristics, including relatively low Nb/Ta ratios(6.03 to 8.45) and high Sr, Sr/Y,(La/Yb)N and low Y and Yb, which indicate the presence of residual garnet and the absence of plagioclase in the source region, show that adakite may form at a pressure ranging from 1.2 GPa to 1.5 GPa and at a temperature of approximately 900°C. Low Cr, Ni, and Mg# values, trace element patterns, and Si O2–Mg# and Si O2–Mg O diagrams indicate that rocks are formed by the partial melting of a thickened lower continental crust. LA-ICP-MS in situ U-Pb dating yields two group ages: 503.1 ± 1.7 Ma(core) and 453.1 ± 3.0 Ma(rim). The Th/U ratios of the core and the rim are 0.11 to 0.40 and 0.03 to 0.07, respectively. 5Multi-Stage Metamorphism of the UHP Pelitic Gneiss from the Southern Altyn Tagh HP/UHP Belt,Western China:Petrological and Geochronological Evidence显示文摘The kyanite-bearing garnet pelitic gneiss from the Jianggalesavi area in southern Altyn Tagh high pressure/ultra-high pressure belt was proved to have been experienced UHP metamorphism (>12 GPa) by the discovery of kyanite and spinel exsolution microstructure in quartz (precursor stishovite). In this study, three stages of retrograded metamorphism (M2-M4) after the UHP metamorphism (Ml) were identified for the UHP pelitic gneiss. The HP granulite-facies stage (M2) was characterized by the mineral assemblage of garnet+kyanite+K?feldspar+nitile+qiiartz±ilinenite, recording the P-T condition of >1.12 GPa and ?850-930℃. The granulite-facies stage (M3) was represented by the mineral assemblage of garnet rim+K-feldspar+sillimanite (SillJ+biotite (Bti)+plagioclase (Pli)+ilmenite+quartz, and confined under P-T conditions of 0.5-0.8 GPa and^770-795℃. The late cooling stage M4 was accompanied by the appearance of fine-grained Pl2, Sill2 and Bt2 in the matrix, and the P-T conditions were 0.4-0.6 GPa and <675℃. A clockvvised P-T path was obtained for the pelitic gneiss in the P-T pseudosection, which showed a deep subduction/collision processes with subsequent exhumation and cooling. Com? bined with the corresponding multistage metamorphic assemblages, the age dating results implied that the zircons from the gneiss have integrated the recording peak metamorphic (Ml,484±3 Ma) and retrograded metamorphic ages (M2 to M3, 450±2 Ma). There was about 32 Ma interval during the first exhumation from the upper mantle depth (>350 km) to the lower crust depth (-40-20 km), resulting in an average exhumation rate of 9.11-9.70 mm/yr. In the southern Altyn Tagh region, the HP and UHP rocks from different areas had identical peak metamorphic ages. Therefore, contemporary UHP and HP rocks with different metamorphic evolutions were recognized coexisting in the same orogenic belt, which can be interpreted by the model of subduction channel. 6Reconstruction the Process of Partial Melting of the Retrograde Eclogite from the North Qaidam,Western China: Constraints from Titanite U-Pb Dating and Mineral Chemistry显示文摘Retrograde eclogite and garnet amphibolite of the Lüliangshan unit of the Shenglikou area,North Qaidam,were studied with emphasis on rutile and titanite.A special focus is on the formation of rutile and its corona of titanite(Ttn1)in retrograde eclogite and on coarse-grained titanite(Ttn2)from the garnet amphibolite.Using zirconium(Zr)-in-rutile and Zr-in-titanite thermometers,the temperatures estimated for the formation of an early generation of rutile are 823–884℃at 2.5–2.8 GPa,while 812–894℃at 1.3–1.5 GPa are derived for the formation of coronitic Ttn1 in the retrograde eclogite.Therefore,isothermal decompression must have occurred during exhumation,which also has triggered the partial melting of the retrograde eclogite.Ttn2 of the garnet amphibolite has high REE contents and high Th/U ratios,indicating that it is newly grown from a Ti,Ca,and LREE enriched anatectic melt derived from the partial melting of retrograde eclogite.LA-ICP MS U-Pb dating yields a lower intercept age of 423±4 Ma for Ttn2,which is consistent with the granulite-facies metamorphic age of the retrograde eclogite.Moreover,a temperature of 781–823℃at 1.0–1.2 GPa is obtained for Ttn2,which fits the P-T conditions of the HP granulite-facies metamorphic stage(P=1.07–1.24 GPa and T=774–814℃),and documents that the crystallization of the melt occurred at the granulite-facies stage at 423 Ma.The high amount of REE of the garnet amphibolite is a consequence of the formation of Ttn2 from the melt.The contents and ratios of Zr and Hf in rutile and Ttn2 differ from those in the garnet amphibolite,and the whole rock Zr/Hf ratios of retrograde eclogite and garnet amphibolite are both higher than the respective ratios in rutile and Ttn2,suggesting that rutile and titanite cannot be the major carriers of Zr and Hf accounting for the high whole rock Zr/Hf ratios.Yuting Cao Liang Liu Wenqiang Yang Yuan Gao Xiaohui Zhu 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,6:4
7Improved esophageal squamous cell carcinoma screening effectiveness by risk-stratified endoscopic screening:evidence from high-risk areas in China显示文摘Background:Risk-stratified endoscopic screening(RSES),which offers endoscopy to those with a high risk of esophageal cancer,has the potential to increase effectiveness and reduce endoscopic demands compared with the universal screening strategy(i.e.,endoscopic screening for all targets without risk prediction).Evidence of RSES in high-risk areas of China is limited.This study aimed to estimate whether RSES based on a 22-score esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)risk prediction model could optimize the universal endoscopic screening strategy for ESCC screening in high-risk areas of China.Methods:Eight epidemiological variables in the ESCC risk prediction model were collected retrospectively from 26,618 individuals aged 40-69 from three high-risk areas of China who underwent endoscopic screening betweenMay 2015 and July 2017.The model’s performance was estimated using the area under the curve(AUC).Participants were categorized into a high-risk group and a low-risk group with a cutoff score having sensitivities of both ESCC and severe dysplasia and above(SDA)at more than 90.0%.Results:The ESCC risk prediction model had an AUC of 0.80(95% confidence interval:0.75-0.84)in this external population.We found that a score of 8(ranging from 0 to 22)had a sensitivity of 94.2% for ESCC and 92.5% for SDA.The RSES strategy using this threshold score would allow 50.6% of endoscopies to be avoided and save approximately US$0.59 million compared to universal endoscopic screening among 26,618 participants.In addition,a higher prevalence of SDA(1.7%vs.0.9%),a lower number need to screen(60 vs.111),and a lower average cost per detected SDA(US$3.22 thousand vs.US$5.45 thousand)could have been obtained by the RSES strategy.Conclusions:The RSES strategy based on individual risk has the potential to optimize the universal endoscopic screening strategy in ESCC high-risk areas of China.He Li Chao Ding Hongmei Zeng Rongshou Zheng Maomao Cao Jiansong Ren Jufang Shi Dianqin Sun Siyi He Zhixun Yang Yiwen Yu Zhe Zhang Xibin Sun Guizhou Guo Guohui Song Wenqiang Wei Wanqing Chen Jie He 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,8:3
8Regulating bifunctional flower-like NiFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene for green EMI shielding and lithium ion storage显示文摘Environment and energy are the eternal hot topics in the world,multiloculated microscale materials have attracted great attention in the field of electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding and lithium ions storage.Herein,a novel flower-like NiFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene composite with adjustable structure was fabricated as EMI shielding material and anode material of lithium-ion batteries.NiFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene composite is a potential green EMI shielding material.The EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)increases with the increase of graphene content in NiFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene composite,and the total EMI SE of NiFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene with 73.6 wt.%graphene increases from 26.5 to 40.6 d B with the increase of frequency in 2–18 GHz.Furthermore,it exhibits long-life and large capacity lithium storage performance at high current density.The capacity reaches 732.79 m Ah g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 0.1 A g^(-1),recovering to more than 139%from the minimum capacity value.After 300 cycles at 0.5 A g^(-1),the capacity increases to 688.5 mAh g^(-1).The initial capacities at 2 and 5 A g^(-1)are 704.9 and 717.8 mAh g^(-1),and remain 297.9 and 203.2 m Ah g^(-1)after 1000 cycles.The distinguished EMI shielding performance and electrochemical performance are mainly ascribed to the structure regulation of NiFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene composite,as well as the synergistic effect of graphene and NiFe_(2)O_(4).This research opens up infinite opportunities for the application of multifunctional and interdisciplinary materials.Lihua Yao Wenqiang Cao Jianguo Zhao Qi Zheng Yuchang Wang Shang Jiang Qiliang Pan Jie Song Youqi Zhu Maosheng Cao 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,32:2
9Synthesis of micro/meso porous carbon for ultrahigh hydrogen adsorption using cross-linked polyaspartic acid显示文摘In addition to the specific surface area,surface topography and characteristics such as the pore size,pore size distribution,and micro/mesopores ratio are factors that determine the performance of porous carbons(PCs)in the fields of energy,catalysis,and adsorption.Based on the mechanism of weight loss of polyaspartic acid at high temperatures,this study provided a new method for adjusting the surface morphology of PCs by changing the cross-linking ratio of the precursor,where cross-linked polyaspartic acid was used as precursor without additional activating agents.N2 adsorption analysis indicated that the specific surface area of the obtained PCs was as high as 1458 m2·g-1,of which I 200 m2·g-1was the contribution of the microporous area and the highest pore volume was 1.13 cm3·g-1,of which the micropore volume was 0.636cm3·g-1.The thermogravimetric analysis results of the precursor,and also the scanning electron microscopy and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller analysis results of the carboniza-tion product confirmed that the prepared PCs presented multilevel pore structure,and the diameters of most pores were 0.78 and 3.97 nm;moreover,the pore size distribution was relatively uniform.This conferred the PCs the ultrahigh hydrogen adsorption capacity of up to 4.52 wt-%at 77 K and 1.13 bar,in addition to their great energy storage and catalytic potental.Jun Wei Jianbo Zhao Di Cai Wenqiang Ren Hui Cao Tianwei Tan 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5:2
10Communication-Aware Formation Control of AUVs With Model Uncertainty and Fading Channel via Integral Reinforcement Learning显示文摘Most formation approaches of autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs)focus on the control techniques,ignoring the influence of underwater channel.This paper is concerned with a communication-aware formation issue for AUVs,subject to model uncertainty and fading channel.An integral reinforcement learning(IRL)based estimator is designed to calculate the probabilistic channel parameters,wherein the multivariate probabilistic collocation method with orthogonal fractional factorial design(M-PCM-OFFD)is employed to evaluate the uncertain channel measurements.With the estimated signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),we employ the IRL and M-PCM-OFFD to develop a saturated formation controller for AUVs,dealing with uncertain dynamics and current parameters.For the proposed formation approach,an integrated optimization solution is presented to make a balance between formation stability and communication efficiency.Main innovations lie in three aspects:1)Construct an integrated communication and control optimization framework;2)Design an IRL-based channel prediction estimator;3)Develop an IRL-based formation controller with M-PCM-OFFD.Finally,simulation results show that the formation approach can avoid local optimum estimation,improve the channel efficiency,and relax the dependence of AUV model parameters.Wenqiang Cao Jing Yan Xian Yang Xiaoyuan Luo Xinping Guan 2023IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2023,10,1:1

15Tailoring mechanical properties of PμSL 3D-printed structures via size effect显示文摘Projection micro stereolithography(PμSL)has emerged as a powerful three-dimensional(3D)printing technique for manufacturing polymer structures with micron-scale high resolution at high printing speed,which enables the production of customized 3D microlattices with feature sizes down to several microns.However,the mechanical properties of as-printed polymers were not systemically studied at the relevant length scales,especially when the feature sizes step into micron/sub-micron level,limiting its reliable performance prediction in micro/nanolattice and other metamaterial applications.In this work,we demonstrate that PμSL-printed microfibers could become stronger and significantly more ductile with reduced size ranging from 20μm to 60μm,showing an obvious size-dependent mechanical behavior,in which the size decreases to 20μm with a fracture strain up to~100%and fracture strength up to~100 MPa.Such size effect enables the tailoring of the material strength and stiffness of PμSL-printed microlattices over a broad range,allowing to fabricate the microlattice metamaterials with desired/tunable mechanical properties for various structural and functional applications.Wenqiang Zhang Haitao Ye Xiaobin Feng Wenzhao Zhou Ke Cao Maoyuan Li Sufeng Fan Yang Lu 2022International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2022,4,4:1

17Stable cycling of practical high-voltage LiCoO_(2)pouch cell via electrolyte modification显示文摘Nitriles as efficient electrolyte additives are widely used in high-voltage lithium-ion batteries.However,their working mechanisms are still mysterious,especially in practical high-voltage LiCoO_(2)pouch lithium-ion batteries.Herein,we adopt a tridentate ligandcontaining 1,3,6-hexanetricarbonitrile(HTCN)as an effective electrolyte additive to shed light on the mechanism of stabilizing high-voltage LiCoO_(2)cathode(4.5 V)through nitriles.The LiCoO_(2)/graphite pouch cells with the HTCN additive electrolyte possess superior cycling performance,90%retention of the initial capacity after 800 cycles at 25℃,and 72%retention after 500 cycles at 45℃,which is feasible for practical application.Such an excellent cycling performance can be attributed to the stable interface:The HTCN molecules with strong electron-donating ability participate in the construction of cathode-electrolyte interphase(CEI)through coordinating with Co ions,which suppresses the decomposition of electrolyte and improves the structural stability of LiCoO_(2)during cycling.In summary,the work recognizes a coordinating-based interphase-forming mechanism as an effective strategy to optimize the performance of high voltage LiCoO_(2)cathode with appropriate electrolyte additives for practical pouch batteries.Chao Tang Yawei Chen Zhengfeng Zhang Wenqiang Li Junhua Jian Yulin Jie Fanyang Huang Yehu Han Wanxia Li Fuping Ai Ruiguo Cao Pengfei Yan Yuhao Lu Shuhong Jiao 2023Nano Research2023,16,3:0

19Quantum interference enhanced thermopower in single-molecule thiophene junctions显示文摘Quantum interference(QI)effects,which offer unique opportunities to widely manipulate the charge transport properties in the molecular junctions,will have the potential for achieving high thermopower.Here we developed a scanning tunneling microscope break junction technique to investigate the thermopower through single-molecule thiophene junctions.We observed that the thermopower of 2,4-TPSAc with destructive quantum interference(DQI)was nearly twice of 2,5-TP-SAc without DQI,while the conductance of the 2,4-TP-SAc was two orders of magnitude lower than that of 2,5-TP-SAc.Furthermore,we found the thermopower was almost the same by altering the anchoring group or thiophene core in the control experiments,suggesting that the QI effect is responsible for the increase of thermopower.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations are in quantitative agreement with the experimental data.Our results reveal that QI effects can provide a promising platform to enhance the thermopower of molecular junctions.Hang Chen Yaorong Chen Hewei Zhang Wenqiang Cao Chao Fang Yicheng Zhou Zongyuan Xiao Jia Shi Wenbo Chen Junyang Liu Wenjing Hong 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:0
