1Cardiac fibroblast heat shock protein 47 aggravates cardiac fibrosis post myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by encouraging ubiquitin specific peptidase 10 dependent Smad4 deubiquitination显示文摘Despite complications were significantly reduced due to the popularity of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in clinical trials, reperfusion injury and chronic cardiac remodeling significantly contribute to poor prognosis and rehabilitation in AMI patients. We revealed the effects of HSP47 on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) and shed light on the underlying molecular mechanism.We generated adult mice with lentivirus-mediated or miRNA(mi1/133TS)-aided cardiac fibroblastselective HSP47 overexpression. Myocardial IRI was induced by 45-min occlusion of the left anterior descending(LAD) artery followed by 24 h reperfusion in mice, while ischemia-mediated cardiac remodeling was induced by four weeks of reperfusion. Also, the role of HSP47 in fibrogenesis was evaluated in cardiac fibroblasts following hypoxia-reoxygenation(HR). Extensive HSP47 was observed in murine infarcted hearts, human ischemic hearts, and cardiac fibroblasts and accelerated oxidative stress and apoptosis after myocardial IRI. Cardiac fibroblast-selective HSP47 overexpression exacerbated cardiac dysfunction caused by chronic myocardial IRI and presented deteriorative fibrosis and cell proliferation.HSP47 upregulation in cardiac fibroblasts promoted TGFβ1-Smad4 pathway activation and Smad4 deubiquitination by recruiting ubiquitin-specific peptidase 10(USP10) in fibroblasts. However, cardiac fibroblast specific USP10 deficiency abolished HSP47-mediated fibrogenesis in hearts. Moreover, blockage of HSP47 with Col003 disturbed fibrogenesis in fibroblasts following HR. 3Polymer passivation of defects in inorganic perovskite solar cells显示文摘Inorganic perovskite solar cells(IPSCs)have attained attention due to their excellent thermal and phase stability.In this work,we demonstrate a novel approach for fabricating IPSCs,using the strategies of interface passivation and anti-solvent before spin-coating perovskite.Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)and chlorobenzene(CB)are used as passivator and anti-solvent,respectively.The CB improves the perovskite crystal morphology.Meanwhile,PMMA passivates the defects between poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)and perovskite layer,thus increasing the short-circuit current.Excitingly,we find that PMMA benefits the grain boundaries(GBs)of perovskite,which makes it more humidity-resistant,increasing the stability of perovskite film.Especially,PMMA mitigates interfacial charge losses,and the devices based on CsPbI_(3-x)Br_(x)passivated by PMMA exhibit the power conversion efficiency(PCE)much higher than those based on pure CsPbI_(3-x)Br_(x).ZHANG Meng ZHANG Fanghui SHI Kewang ZHANG Wenxi HUANG Jin QIU Huimin 2022Optoelectronics Letters2022,18,6:1

5Effects of Fungi Fermentation Broth on Natamycin Production of Streptomyces显示文摘Natamycin is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent produced by fermentation of strains such as Streptomyces natalensis,Streptomyces gilvosporeus,Streptomyces chattanoogensis and other strains.Because of its low toxicity and minimal change in the taste of the food itself can be used as a biological preservative.In this study,the strain of natamycin was increased by adding fungal fermentation broth to Streptomyces nalus N5 strain.The results showed that the fermentation broth of Penicillium chrysogenum,Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae had a signifi cant eff ect on the production of natamycin in Streptomyces natalus N5 strain.The results showed that the fermentation broth Penicillium chrysogenum and Aspergillus niger had the best effect on the synthesis of N5 strain natamycin,while that of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was the best on day 3,and the yield of natamycin was about 1 times higher than fungi fermentation broth treated samples.Shengnan Shi Yazhou Tao Wenxi Liu 2018Progress in Applied Microbiology2018,1,1:0
6Reliability and consistency assessment of land cover products atmacro and local scales in typical cities显示文摘Urban areas have higher heterogeneity compared to natural areas,it is crucial to assessfine-resolution land cover products and discover how they differ in urban areas so that they can be efficiently used for various application scenarios.In this study,five typical cities in China were chosen as study areas to evaluate four commonly used 30 m land cover products:GLC_FCS30-2020,FROM-GLC30-2017,Globeland30-2020,and CLCD-2019.We analyzed the reliability of these four products using validation samples as well as by examining their area and spatial pattern consistency.Given the limitations of traditional accuracy assessments at the macro level,we added a local area evaluation to further examine the classification details in these products.The macro results indicated that four land cover products within urban areas have a similar overall accuracy,surpassing 76%,but there was a low consistency among them,ranging from 42.21%to 61.13%.The local accuracy assessment illustrated that GLC_FCS30-2020 and FROM-GLC30-2017 performed well in reflecting the intricate details of the city,however,the four products exhibited varying degrees of misclassifications and omissions.These phenomena suggest that more sophisticated algorithms are needed to consider urban particularities sincefine-resolution land cover products may fail to capture complex urban details.Wenxi Shi Xiang Zhao Jiacheng Zhao Siqing Zhao Yinkun Guo Naijing Liu Na Sun Xiaozheng Du Mengmeng Sun 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
7Video Stabilization via Prediction with Time-Series Network and Image Inpainting with Pyramid Fusion显示文摘Due to the poor filling effect of the video image defect commonly used in the video stabilization field, the video is seemed still unstable after the image stabilization process, which seriously affects the visual effect. To solve this problem, we improve a video stabilization method based on time-series network prediction and pyramid fusion restoration is proposed to optimize the visual effect after image stabilization.The flow of the proposed method is as follows: First,it is adaptive to determine whether the defect of the corresponding frame at the current time needs padding inpainting. Then, for the frame that needs to be inpainting,the frames generated before the current moment are sent to the model combining the convolutional neural networks and the gate recurrent unit to predict the part to be filled. Next the current defect image and the complete image to be filled are brought into the Laplacian pyramid reconstruction, and the improved weighted optimal suture is introduced for splicing during the fusion. Finally, the video frame is cut after reconstruction. The method is tested on a data set composed of videos commonly used in the field of video stabilization.
