| 1 | Kiwifruit Genome Database(KGD):a comprehensive resource for kiwifruit genomics显示文摘Kiwifruit(Actinidia spp.)plants produce economically important fruits containing abundant,balanced phytonutrients with extraordinarily high vitamin C contents.Since the release of the first kiwifruit reference genome sequence in 2013,large volumes of genome and transcriptome data have been rapidly accumulated for a handful of kiwifruit species.To efficiently store,analyze,integrate,and disseminate these large-scale datasets to the research community,we constructed the Kiwifruit Genome Database(KGD;http://gffzz6fc08c45f9754a68hq6vf5xq09xbk660w.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/).The database currently contains all publicly available genome and gene sequences,gene annotations,biochemical pathways,transcriptome profiles derived from public RNA-Seq datasets,and comparative genomic analysis results such as syntenic blocks and homologous gene pairs between different kiwifruit genome assemblies.A set of user-friendly query interfaces,analysis tools and visualization modules have been implemented in KGD to facilitate translational and applied research in kiwifruit,which include JBrowse,a popular genome browser,and the NCBI BLAST sequence search tool.Other notable tools developed within KGD include a genome synteny viewer and tools for differential gene expression analysis as well as gene ontology(GO)term and pathway enrichment analysis. | Junyang Yue Jiacheng Liu Wei Tang Ya Qing Wu Xiaofeng Tang Wei Li Ying Yang Lihuan Wang Shengxiong Huang Congbing Fang Kun Zhao Zhangjun Fei Yongsheng Liu Yi Zheng | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 6 |

| 5 | Jiangtang Xiaoke granule attenuates glucose metabolism disorder via regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress in the liver of type 2 diabetes mellitus mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Jiangtang Xiaoke(JTXK) granule on endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress in high fat diet(HFD)-induced type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) KK-Ay mice.METHODS:KK-Ay mice were fed with HFD to induce the T2 DM model,while normal control C57 BL/6 J mice were given standard feed.Fasting blood glucose(FBG) in all mice was measured weekly and oral glucose tolerance tests(OGTTs) were performed at 4 and 10 weeks after start of treatment to determine glucose metabolism.Serum fasting insulin(FINS) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were measured to determine insulin sensitivity.m RNA expressions of eukaryotic initiation factor-2 alpha(e IF2α),glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78),activating transcription factor 4(ATF4),and C/EBP homology protein(CHOP) were assessed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and the protein expressions of p-e IF2α,GRP78,and CHOP were assessed by Western blotting.RESULTS:JTXK granule significantly reduced FBG and free fatty acid levels and improved OGTT at the120 min of the 10-week treatment in T2 DM KK-Ay mice.FINS and Hb Alc levels were reduced and insulin sensitivities were increased in KK-Ay diabetic mice,which were improved with the treatment of JTXK granule,especially at the 7 and 3.5 g/kg doses.JTXK granule at the 3.5 g/kg dose was most effective in reducing both gene and protein expressions of e IF2α,GRP78,and CHOP.CONCLUSION:ER stress response is increased in T2 DM KK-Ay mice.Treatment with JTXK granule attenuates glucose disorders,improves insulin sensitivity,and reduces serum FFA in T2 DM KK-Ay mice.The mechanisms may be attributed to regulation of the signaling ER stress pathway via decreasing e IF2α phosphorylation and suppressing e IF2α-ATF4-CHOP activation. | Zhang Yi Mo Fangfang Zhang Dongwei Gao Sihua Zhao Dandan Yu Na Mu Qianqian Zuo Jiacheng Ma Yue | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4: | 3 |
| 6 | Effect of an eco-friendly o/w emulsion stabilized with amphiphilic sodium alginate derivatives on lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption-desorption on natural soil minerals显示文摘The effects of amphiphilic O/W emulsions,stabilized by the alkyl polyglycoside(APG)or cholesterol-grafted sodium alginate(CSAD)/APG systems,on lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption/desorption mechanisms on natural soil minerals(i.e.,illite and kaolinite)were investigated.Sorption and desorption of lambda-cyhalothrin onto soil minerals was studied via batch equilibration to give insight into the adsorption equilibrium,kinetics,and thermodynamics of lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption onto minerals.The results indicate the following:(i)The adsorption processes for the APG system and CSAD/APG system include:rapid adsorption,slow adsorption,and adsorption equilibrium.The adsorption kinetics of pesticide on illite and kaolinite are in accordance with the Ho and McKay model,and the adsorption isotherm conforms to the Freundlich model.In addition,the adsorption processes of pesticide for the two systems on minerals were spontaneous and feasible(ΔG^0<0),endothermic(ΔH^0>0),and mainly involved chemical bonding(ΔH^0>60).(ii)The equilibrium adsorption percentages of the pesticide on illite for the APG system and CSAD/APG system were 42.4%and 64.8%,and the corresponding equilibrium adsorption percentages on kaolinite were 40.8%and 61.8%,respectively.Moreover,the pesticide adsorption rate K_(2-CSAD/APG)was faster than K_(2-APG),and its adsorption capacity K_(f-CSAD/APG )was greater than K_(f-APG).Meanwhile,the pesticide desorption K_(fd)in the CSAD/APG system was smaller than that in the APG system.As a result,this eco-friendly O/W emulsion based on amphiphilic sodium alginate derivatives might provide a green pesticide formulation,since it could reduce the amount of lambda-cyhalothrin entering aquatic systems to threaten non-target fish and invertebrate species. | Yang Peng Dunchao Xiao Gaobo Yu Yuhong Feng Jiacheng Li Xinyu Zhao Yiyuan Tang Longzheng Wang Quan Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,4: | 3 |
| 7 | Gamma-glutamyl Transpeptidase to Platelet Ratio Predicts Liver Injury in Hepatitis B e Antigen-negative Chronic Hepatitis B Patients With Normal Alanine Aminotransferase显示文摘Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a serious health problem worldwide.Evaluating liver injury in patients with hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-negative chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with detectable HBV DNA and normal alanine aminotransferase(ALT)is crucial to guide their clinical management.We aimed to investigate the stages of liver inflammation and fibrosis as well as the predictive accuracy of gamma-glutamyl transpepti-dase-to-platelet ratio(GPR)in these patients.Methods:A total of 184 treatment-naïve HBeAg-negative CHB pa-tients with detectable HBV DNA and normal ALT were enrolled.The Scheuer scoring system was used to classify liver inflammation and fibrosis.Results:The distribution of patients with different liver inflammation grades were as follows:G0,0(0%);G1,97(52.7%);G2,68(37.0%);G3,12(6.5%);and G4,7(3.8%).The distribution of patients with different liver fibrosis stages were as follows:S0,22(12.0%);S1,72(39.1%);S2,42(22.8%);S3,19(10.3%);and S4,29(15.8%).The areas under the re-ceiver operating characteristic(AUROC)curves of GPR in predicting significant inflammation,severe inflammation,and advanced inflammation were 0.723,0.895,and 0.952,respectively.The accuracy of GPR was significantly superior to that of ALT in predicting liver inflammation.The AUROCs of GPR in predicting significant fibrosis,severe fibrosis,and cirrhosis were 0.691,0.780,and 0.803,respectively.The predictive accuracy of GPR was significantly higher than that of aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index(APRI)and fibrosis index based on four factors(FIB-4)in identifying advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis,and it was superior to FIB-4 but comparable to APRI in identifying significant fibrosis.Conclusions:Nearly half of the HBeAg-negative CHB patients with detectable HBV DNA and normal ALT levels had significant liver inflammation or fibrosis.GPR can serve as an accurate predictor of liver inflammation and fibrosis in these patients. | Xiang-An Zhao Jian Wang Jie Wei Jiacheng Liu Guangmei Chen Li Wang Guiyang Wang Juan Xia Weihua Wu Shengxia Yin Xin Tong Xiaomin Yan Weimao Ding Xiaoxing Xiang Rui Huang Chao Wu | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,2: | 3 |
| 8 | An inferred functional impact map of genetic variants in rice显示文摘Interpreting the functional impacts of genetic variants(GVs)is an important challenge for functional genomic studies in crops and next-generation breeding.Previous studies in rice(Oryza sativa)have focused mainly on the identification of GVs,whereas systematic functional annotation of GVs has not yet been performed.Here,we present a functional impact map of GVs in rice.We curated haplotype information for 17397026 GVs from sequencing data of 4726 rice accessions.We quantitatively evaluated the effects of missense mutations in coding regions in each haplotype based on the conservation of amino acid residues and obtained the effects of 918848 non-redundant missense GVs.Furthermore,we generated high-quality chromatin accessibility(CA)data from six representative rice tissues and used these data to train deep convolutional neural network models to predict the impacts of 5067405 GVs for CA in regulatory regions.We characterized the functional properties and tissue specificity of the GV effects and found that large-effect GVs in coding and regulatory regions may be subject to selection in different directions.Finally,we demonstrated how the functional impact map could be used to prioritize causal variants in mapping populations.This impact map will be a useful resource for accelerating gene cloning and functional studies in rice,and can be freely queried in RiceVarMap V2.0(http://gffzz90f9113514c343b0hq6vf5xq09xbk660w.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn). | Hu Zhao Jiacheng Li Ling Yang Gang Qin Chunjiao Xia Xingbing Xu Yangmeng Su Yinmeng Liu Luchang Ming Ling-Ung Chen Lizhong Xiong Weibo Xie | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,9: | 3 |

During the preparation process, heating rate, sintering temperature, high-temperature holding time and cooling method were respectively regulated to prepare multilayer PTCR chip with good performance. After the process of organic casting, the casting PTCR green films were sintered at 1 260-1 280 ℃ for 0.5 h at reduction atmosphere, which was heated at the rate of 400 ℃/h. Then selecting 300 ℃/h as the cooling rate, the ceramics were oxidated at 850 ℃ for 1 h. This composite was used as catalyst support for loading Pt-SnOx in the propane dehydr genation(PDH) reaction. Catalysts were characterized by means ofN2 adsorption-desorption, XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, UV-Vis, and Raman spectroscopy. The effect of different contents of TS-1 on PDH was investigated, and the optimal amount of TS-1 was determined to be 10%. The catalyst with TS-1 content of 10% showed the highest PDH activity and the initial conversion of propane over it can achieve 54.5%, higher than those over TS-1 or SB A-16-supported ones. | 16 | Optimum Application Time and Application Rate of Nitrogen Fertilizer in Brassica napus L.显示文摘To find proper nitrogen fertilizer application mode of rapeseed( Brassica napus L.),promote the high and stable yield of rapeseed,field experiment was carried out to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application modes on the yield and economic traits of Fengyou 10 rapeseed planted in two different fertility soils,and characteristics and differences of responses of different fertility soils to nitrogen fertilizer application modes were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the yield and related economic traits of rapeseed treated by nitrogen fertilizer were higher than the control group; in the nitrogen fertilizer treatment group,when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied as the base fertilizer and wintering fertilizer at the ratio of 7∶ 3,the rapeseed yield was higher than the control group and reached the highest; when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied as the base fertilizer,wintering fertilizer,and bud fertilizer at the ratio of 5∶ 3∶ 2,the rapeseed yield was significantly higher than the control group but was the lowest. These indicate that sufficient nitrogen supply is the basis for normal growth and development of rape seedlings. | 18 | PosFuzz:augmenting greybox fuzzing with effective position distribution显示文摘Mutation-based greybox fuzzing has been one of the most prevalent techniques for security vulnerability discovery and a great deal of research work has been proposed to improve both its efficiency and effectiveness.Mutation-based greybox fuzzing generates input cases by mutating the input seed,i.e.,applying a sequence of mutation operators to randomly selected mutation positions of the seed.However,existing fruitful research work focuses on scheduling mutation operators,leaving the schedule of mutation positions as an overlooked aspect of fuzzing efficiency.This paper proposes a novel greybox fuzzing method,PosFuzz,that statistically schedules mutation positions based on their historical performance.PosFuzz makes use of a concept of effective position distribution to represent the semantics of the input and to guide the mutations.PosFuzz first utilizes Good-Turing frequency estimation to calculate an effective position distribution for each mutation operator.It then leverages two sampling methods in different mutating stages to select the positions from the distribution.We have implemented PosFuzz on top of AFL,AFLFast and MOPT,called Pos-AFL,-AFLFast and-MOPT respectively,and evaluated them on the UNIFUZZ benchmark(20 widely used open source programs)and LAVA-M dataset.The result shows that,under the same testing time budget,the Pos-AFL,-AFLFast and-MOPT outperform their counterparts in code coverage and vulnerability discovery ability.Compared with AFL,AFLFast,and MOPT,PosFuzz gets 21%more edge coverage and finds 133%more paths on average.It also triggers 275%more unique bugs on average. | Yanyan Zou Wei Zou JiaCheng Zhao Nanyu Zhong Yu Zhang Ji Shi Wei Huo | 2023 | Cybersecurity2023,6,4: | 0 |
| 19 | Integration of LNG Regasification Process in Natural Gas-Fired Power System with Oxy-Fuel Combustion显示文摘Oxy-fuel combustion power systems can utilize the cold energy released during the liquefied natural gas(LNG)regasification to reduce the power consumption of CO_(2) capture,but the specific LNG cold energy consumption of CO_(2) capture is still too large.To recover more CO_(2) with the limited LNG cold energy at a low energy cost,a novel natural gas-fired oxy-fuel power system with the cascade utilization of LNG cold energy is proposed in this work,where the LNG cold energy could be sequentially utilized in the air separation unit and the CO_(2) recovery process.The new system is evaluated with the Aspen Plus software.The results show that the net electrical efficiency and the specific primary energy consumption for CO_(2) avoided(SPECCA)of the new system are comparable to those of the chemical looping combustion cycle,and superior to those of the conventional O_(2)/CO_(2) cycles.Moreover,the specific LNG needed for CO_(2) avoided(SLNCC)of the new system is more than 67.2%lower than the existing oxy-fuel power systems utilizing the LNG cold energy.Furthermore,it is found that the O_(2) purity of 97.0 mol.%and the CO_(2) capture ratio of 97.0%are optimal conditions,because the SPECCA,the specific exergy consumption for CO_(2) avoided(SECCA)and the SLNCC are at the minimum of 1.87 GJLHV⋅t_(CO_(2))^(−1),2.60GJ⋅t_(CO_(2))^(−1) and 1.88tLNG⋅t_(CO_(2))^(−1),respectively.Meanwhile,the net electrical efficiency and the exergy efficiency of the new system reach 51.51%and 49.23%,respectively. | LIU Rong XIONG Yongqiang KE Liying LIANG Jiacheng CHEN Dengjie ZHAO Zhongxing LI Yajun | 2022 | Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,5: | 0 |
