1转录因子Sp1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌预后的关系显示文摘目的探讨转录因子Sp1在胃癌组织中的表达情况及与胃癌患者预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测Sp1在86例胃癌组织、53例淋巴结转移灶和57例正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况,利用凝胶电泳迁移率分析(EMSA)检测正常胃黏膜组织和胃癌组织中的Sp1活性。应用Cox比例风险回归模型进行多因素分析,确立影响预后的独立因素。结果Sp1蛋白主要在黏液颈细胞胞核内表达,在胃小凹和腺上皮细胞中未见表达。同时,SP1在胃癌组织中高表达,而在胃癌邻近组织、胃癌间质细胞和腺体细胞中呈弱表达或无表达。在胃癌组织中,Sp1阴性表达、弱表达和高表达患者的中位生存时间分别为43个月、47个月和8个月,生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素分析显示,Sp1表达、肿瘤分期是影响患者预后的独立因素。结论Sp1在胃癌组织中高表达,可作为预测胃癌患者预后的重要指标。王理伟 李琦 华召来 周翡 Keping Xie Daoyan Wei James Yao Jaffer Ajani 2007中华肿瘤杂志2007,29,2:10
2Pancreatic cancer stromal biology and therapy显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal malignancies.Significant progresses have been made in understanding of pancreatic cancer pathogenesis,including appreciation of precursor lesions or premalignant pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PanINs),description of sequential transformation from normal pancreatic tissue to invasive pancreatic cancer and identification of major genetic and epigenetic events and the biological impact of those events on malignant behavior.However,the currently used therapeutic strategies targeting tumor epithelial cells,which are potent in cell culture and animal models,have not been successful in the clinic.Presumably,therapeutic resistance of pancreatic cancer is at least in part due to its drastic desmoplasis,which is a defining hallmark for and circumstantially contributes to pancreatic cancer development and progression.Improved understanding of the dynamic interaction between cancer cells and the stroma is important to better understanding pancreatic cancer biology and to designing effective intervention strategies.This review focuses on the origination,evolution and disruption of stromal molecular and cellular components in pancreatic cancer,and their biological effects on pancreatic cancer pathogenesis.Dacheng Xie Keping Xie 2015Genes & Diseases2015,2,2:9
3肿瘤药物靶向治疗的最新进展显示文摘肿瘤药物的靶向治疗是以已知肿瘤发生中涉及的异常分子和基因为靶点而设计和研制的药物。实践证明,肿瘤靶向药物治疗为乳腺癌、肠癌、肺癌等多种恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了新的有效方法。肿瘤靶向药物分为肿瘤细胞单克隆抗体和抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的靶向药物,其中前者又包括抗肿瘤单抗药物和抗肿瘤单抗偶联物。本文对肿瘤抗体介导的靶向治疗药物的应用现状作一阐述。王理伟 周翡 李琦 Keping Xie 2006肿瘤2006,26,4:9
4散发性结直肠癌3号染色体等位基因杂合缺失显示文摘目的 了解散发性结直肠癌 (SCRC) 3号染色体等位基因杂合缺失 (LOH)发生情况 ,探讨其与临床病理特征间的关系 ,并对 3号染色体上可能的SCRC相关基因进行初步定位。方法 用覆盖 3号染色体的 13个微卫星标记对 83例散发性结直肠癌进行LOH扫描分析。结果 3号染色体至少有两个位点发生LOH者占 39% (2 9/74) ,3p所选 4个位点中至少有一个发生LOH者占 37% (2 7/74) ,3q所选 9个位点中至少有一个发生LOH者占 5 3 % (39/74)。整条染色体上以D3S130 0 (3p14.2 )位点LOH率最高 ,达 5 4% (2 3/4 3)。 3qLOH在远端结直肠癌较近端高发。 3p及D3S130 0LOH阳性肿瘤多表现为浸润型生长和局部侵犯 ,并多发于大于 5 0岁的老年患者。结论 3号染色体存在散在分布及区域性高频等位基因LOH ,并与SCRC临床病理资料相关 ,提示其上SCRC相关基因的存在。高频LOH位点D3S130 0的发现 ,提示 3p14.2附近区域的FHIT基因可能作为肿瘤抑制基因在结直肠癌的发生发展中发挥作用。彭志海 凌云 柏邵春 唐华美 周崇治 裘国强 刘万清 Keping Xie 贺林 2001中华医学杂志2001,81,6:8

9Link reliability based hybrid routing for tactical mobile ad hoc network显示文摘Tactical mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of mobile nodes forming a temporary network, without the aid of pre-established network infrastructure. The routing protocol has a crucial impact on the network performance in battlefields. Link reliability based hybrid routing (LRHR) is proposed, which is a novel hybrid routing protocol, for tactical MANET. Contrary to the traditional single path routing strategy, multiple paths are established between a pair of source-destination nodes. In the hybrid routing strategy, the rate of topological change provides a natural mechanism for switching dynamically between table-driven and on-demand routing.
