2Simultaneous Screening of 733 Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by a GC/LC-Q-TOFMS Combination Technique显示文摘In this paper,we report the construction of two accurate mass databases and the development of a combination detection method that simultaneously screens for 733 pesticide and chemical contaminant multi-residues via high-throughput liquid chromatography(LC)-and gas chromatography(GC)-quadru pole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(Q-TOFMS).This work demonstrates that electronic mass spectral standards may replace chemical-source standard materials as references through one sample preparation and the combination of GC/LC-Q-TOFMS screening.This cutting-edge technique has also replaced multiresidue determination using targeted detection with non-targeted screening.The pesticide residue types,sensitivity,recovery,and reproducibility of this combination technique are evaluated in eight fruit and vegetable matrices.This technique shows three advantages:①In comparison with the discovery capability of a single technique,the combination technique shows an improvement of 51.1%(GC-QTOFMS)and 39.6%(LC-Q-TOFMS),respectively;②the combination technique can satisfy a screening limit lower than 10μg·kg^-1 and meet the requirements of“uniform standards,”although some of the pesticide residues could be optimized to further improve screening sensitivity;③over 488 pesticides with recoveries between 60%-120%and relative standard deviation(RSD)<20%at a spiked level of 10μg·kg^-1 were detected with the combination technique in eight different matrices.From 2012 to 2017,this combination technique was applied in an investigation to screen pesticide residues from 1384 sampling locations for 38138 batched samples covering 18 categories and 134 types of fruits and vegetables obtained from across the mainland of China.After statistical analysis,533 pesticides in 115891 determinations were detected,and the regularity of pesticides in the fruits and vegetables sold on the Chinese market was shown.Guofang Pang Qiaoying Chang Ruobin Bai Chunlin Fan Zijuan Zhang Hongyuan Yan Xingqiang Wu 2020Engineering2020,6,4:11
3Status and development of high-power laser facilities at the NLHPLP显示文摘In this paper, we review the status of the multifunctional experimental platform at the National Laboratory of High Power Laser and Physics(NLHPLP). The platform, including the SG-II laser facility, SG-II 9th beam, SG-II upgrade(SG-II UP) facility, and SG-II 5 PW facility, is operational and available for interested scientists studying inertial confinement fusion(ICF) and a broad range of high-energy-density physics. These facilities can provide important experimental capabilities by combining different pulse widths of nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond scales. In addition, the SG-II UP facility, consisting of a single petawatt system and an eight-beam nanosecond system, is introduced including several laser technologies that have been developed to ensure the performance of the facility. 4Tunable Schottky barrier width and enormously enhanced photoresponsivity in Sb doped SnS2 monolayer显示文摘Doping, which is the intentional introducti on of impurities into a material, can improve the metal-semiconductor interface by reducing Schottky barrier width. Here, we prese nt high-quality two-dime nsional SnS2 nano sheets with well-controlled Sb dopi ng concen tration via direct vapor growth approach and following micromechanical cleavage process. X-ray photoelectro n spectroscopy (XPS) measureme nt dem on strates that Sb contents of the doped samples are approximately 0.22%, 0.34% and 1.21%, respectively, and doping in duces the upward shift of the Fermi level with respect to the pristi ne SnS2. Tran smissio n electro n microscopy (TEM) characterizatio n exhibits that Sb-doped SnS2 nano sheets have a high-quality hexagonal symmetry structure and Sb element is uniformly distributed in the nano sheets. The phototra nsistors based on the Sb-doped SnS2 mono layers show n-type behavior with high mobility which is one order of magn itude higher than that of pristi ne SnS2 phototra nsistors. The photorespo nsivity and exter nal quantum efficiency (EQE) of Sb-S nS2 mono layers phototra nsistors are approximately three orders of magnitude higher than that of pristine SnS2 phototransistor. 5High-performance asymmetric electrodes photodiode based on Sb/WSe2 heterostructure显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdWs) metal-semiconductor heterostructures with atomically sharp interface and matched work functions have recently attracted great attention due to their unique electronic and optoelectronic properties. Here we report the vapor phase epitaxial growth of large-scale vertical Sb/WSe2 metal-semiconductor vdWs heterostructures with uniform stacking orientation. Compared with the growth on S1O2/S1 substrate, the thick ness of Sb nan osheet on WSe2 can be reduced effectively to mono layer. We con struct Sb-WSe2-Au asymmetric electrodes photodiode based on the Sb/WSe2 heterostructures. Electrical transport measurements indicate that the photodiode show obvious rectifying effect. Optoelectronic characterizations show prominent photoresponse with a high photoresposivity of 364 mA/W, a fast response time of less than 8 ms, a large open-circuit voltage of 0.27 V and a maximum electrical power output of 0.11 nW. 7Tectonically-controlled Evolution of the Late Cenozoic Nihewan Basin, North China Craton: Constraints from Stratigraphy, Mineralogy, and Geochemistry显示文摘The Late Cenozoic basins in the Weihe–Shanxi Graben, North China Craton are delineated by northeast-striking faults. The faults have, since a long time, been related to the progressive uplift and northeastward expansion of the Tibetan Plateau. To show the relation between the basins and faults, two Pliocene–Pleistocene stratigraphic sections(Chengqiang and Hongyanangou) in the southern part of the Nihewan Basin at the northernmost parts of the graben are studied herein. Based on the sedimentary sequences and facies, the sections are divided into three evolutionary stages, such as alluvial fan-eolian red clay, fan delta, and fluvial, with boundaries at ~2.8 and ~1.8 Ma. Paleocurrent indicators, the composition of coarse clastics, heavy minerals, and the geochemistry of moderate–fine clastics are used to establish the temporal and spatial variations in the source areas. Based on features from the middlenorthern basin, we infer that the Nihewan Basin comprises an old NE–SW elongate geotectogene and a young NW–SE elongate subgeotectogene. The main geotectogene in the mid-north is a half-graben bounded by northeast-striking and northwest-dipping normal faults(e.g., Liulengshan Fault). This group of faults was mainly affected by the Pliocene(before ~2.8–2.6 Ma) NW–SE extension and controlled the deposition of sediments. In contrast, the subgeotectogene in the south was affected by northwest-striking normal faults(e.g., Huliuhe Fault) that were controlled by the subsequent weak NE–SW extension in the Pleistocene. The remarkable change in the sedimentary facies and provenance since ~1.8 Ma is possibly a signal of either weak or strong NE–SW extension. 8First report of microcystin production in Microcystis smithii Komrek and Anagnostidis(Cyanobacteria) from a water bloom in Eastern China显示文摘A water bloom sample collected from Lake Dishui in Shanghai was characterized.The morphological identification showed that Micorcystis wesenbergii and Micorcystis smithii were the main component of the bloom.Five strains of M.smithii were successfully isolated.Their 16S rRNA gene sequences based phylogenetic tree showed that the five strains of M.smithii intermixed with strains of other morphospecies in Microcystis.A fragment of mcy gene encoding for microcystin synthetase was detected in one of the five M.smithii strains(CHAB 2183),indicating its potential of microcystin production.High performance liquid chromatography analysis confirmed M.smithii CHAB 2183 to produce microcystin-RR as 1550 μg per gram dry weight cells.The present investigation,for the first time,reported the isolated strains of M.smithii and microcystin production from M.smithii.Yang Liu Wenhua Tan Xingqiang Wu Zhongxing Wu Gongliang Yu Renhui Li 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,1:2

10Spatiotemporal dynamics of cell abundance,colony size and intracellular toxin concentrations of pelagic and benthic Microcystis in Lake Caohai,China显示文摘Lake Caohai has experienced extensive Microcystis blooms in recent years,and to improve its water quality,the local government carried out a series of water control measures.To better understand the dynamics of both pelagic and benthic Microcystis and their characteristics in Lake Caohai,we conducted a 1-year investigation from December 2015to December 2016 to gain a seasonal outlook on the distribution and dynamics of cell abundance,colony size and intracellular microcystins(MCs)of Microcystis.The results indicated that the Microcystis bloom occupied primarily the northeastern region and then moved gradually from lakeshore to lake center.The perennial southwesterly winds and the water inflow from northeast to southwest in Lake Caohai determined the spatiotemporal distribution of pelagic Microcystis.Benthic Microcystis was mainly distributed in the northeastern region in summer,occupied the lake center in autumn and then occupied the southeastern region in winter,determined by the sedimentation of pelagic Microcystis and the death of benthic Microcystis.Small colonies(20-60μm)overwintered more easily in both water column and sediment.The concentrations of intracellular toxin of benthic Microcystis were observed to be significantly higher than those of pelagic Microcystis.This might be because Microcystis synthesized large amount of MCs to acclimate to an unfavorable benthic environment.This knowledge on the dynamics of Microcystis expands our understanding of mechanisms underpinning the formation of Microcystis blooms.Bing Feng Chunbo Wang Xingqiang Wu Cuicui Tian Meng Zhang Yingying Tian Bangding Xiao 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,10:1

13Coupling non-isothermal trickle-bed reactor with catalyst pellet models to understand the reaction and diffusion in gas oil hydrodesulfurization显示文摘In this work,a trickle-bed reactor coupled with catalyst pellet model is employed to understand the effects of the temperature and catalyst pellet structures on the reaction-diffusion behaviors in gas oil hydrodesulfurization(HDS).The non-isothermal reactor model is determined to be reasonable due to non-negligible temperature variation caused by the reaction heat.The reaction rate along the reactor is mainly dominated by the temperature,and the sulfur concentration gradient in the catalyst pellet decreases gradually along the reactor,leading to the increased internal effectiveness factor.For the fixed catalyst bed volume,there exists a compromise between the catalyst reaction rate and effectiveness factor.Under commonly studied catalyst pellet size of 0.8-3 mm and porosity of 0.4-0.8,an optimization of the temperature and catalyst pellet structures is carried out,and the optimized outlet sulfur content decreases to 7.6 wppm better than the commercial level at 0.96 mm of the catalyst pellet size and 0.40 of the catalyst porosity.Xingqiang Zhao Changfeng Yang Mengke Lu Yao Shi Gang Qian Xinggui Zhou Xuezhi Duan 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,4:1

16Asymmetric Tris-Heteroleptic Cyclometalated Phosphorescent Iridium(III)Complexes:An Emerging Class of Metallophosphors显示文摘CONSPECTUS:The rapid developments of cutting-edge research on photofunctional organic semiconductor materials are greatly promoting the progress of science and technology.As one of the most important organic semiconductor materials,phosphorescent iridium(III)complexes are a promising class of organometallic emitters because of their rich emissive excited states together with excellent chemical stability,which have been widely used in various fields,such as organic electroluminescence,solar cells,photo-catalysis,biosensing,bioimaging,cancer therapy,etc.The exploration of highly efficient phosphorescent iridium(III)complexes showing various structural features is blooming quickly.In general,the traditional iridium(III)phosphors usually contain at least two identical cyclometalating bidentate ligands.These iridophosphors with two identical bidentate ligands are termed as the bis-heteroleptic complex Ir((L1)2L2),where L denotes the free ligand or the deprotonated form of the free ligand.Those with three identical ligands are called homoleptic complex Ir(L)3.Recently,the iridium(III)complexes Ir(L1L2L3)supported by three different(cyclometalating)ligands are emerging as a novel and interesting category of phosphors.This class of iridophosphors usually refers to tris-heteroleptic cyclometalated phosphorescent iridium(III)complexes,and they usually show the asymmetry in their molecular structures.Compared with the case for the traditional iridium(III)phosphors,the independent ligand control provides tris-heteroleptic iridium(III)phosphors with more flexible molecular design/synthesis and excited-state fine-tuning ability,thereby resulting in more rich and appealing excited states and potential multifunctional applications.In this Account,we will highlight our recent efforts on the asymmetric tris-heteroleptic cyclometalated iridium(III)phosphors including the molecular design strategies,chemical synthesis,excited-state tuning,and structure−property relationships as well as their applications,especially in organic electroluminescence.Specifically,the molecular design of tris-heteroleptic iridium(III)phosphors focuses on the independent ligand design including the following three aspects:(1)the substituent functionalization engineering(SFE);(2)the ligand skeleton engineering(LSE);(3)the double metalation engineering(DME).For SFE,we mainly introduce the substituent based on the main-group element into the ligand of iridophosphors and also investigate the influence of the substituent position on the emissive excited states of iridophosphors.For instance,the main-group elements show unique electronic effects,which could contribute to the manipulation of the photoelectric properties of complexes(e.g.,balanced charge transport ability,improved utilization of excitons,etc.).For LSE,different types of aromatic skeleton or various lengths ofπconjugation of the ligands are also examined for the effective tuning of their excited states.For DME,the type and spatial orientation of the bridging/franking ligand will be considered.At the same time,the related optoelectronic applications(e.g.,electroluminescence,optical power limiting,etc.)of this novel class of versatile iridophosphors are also discussed.Finally,we give some perspectives on this fascinating topic and also try to provide some potential research opportunities based on the current stage of asymmetric tris-heteroleptic cyclometalated phosphorescent iridium(III)complexes.It is believed that the emerging asymmetric tris-heteroleptic cyclometalated iridophosphors will open an important avenue for designing novel metallophosphor-based materials with tunable and appealing photophysical properties,thus offering new probabilities for potential multifunctional applications.Peng Tao Xingqiang Lü Guijiang Zhou Wai-Yeung Wong 2022Accounts of Materials Research2022,3,8:1

19Review on metal halide perovskite-based optoelectronic synapses显示文摘With the progress of both photonics and electronics,optoelectronic synapses are considered potential candidates to challenge the von Neumann bottleneck and the field of visual bionics in the era of big data.They are also regarded as the basis for integrated artificial neural networks(ANNs)owing to their flexible optoelectronic tunable properties such as high bandwidth,low power consumption,and high-density integration.Over the recent years,following the emergence of metal halide perovskite(MHP)materials possessing fascinating optoelectronic properties,novel MHP-based optoelectronic synaptic devices have been exploited for numerous applications ranging from artificial vision systems(AVSs)to neuromorphic computing.Herein,we briefly review the application prospects and current status of MHP-based optoelectronic synapses,discuss the basic synaptic behaviors capable of being implemented,and assess their feasibility to mimic biological synapses.Then,we focus on the two-terminal optoelectronic synaptic memristors and three-terminal transistor synaptic phototransistors(SPTs),the two essential apparatus structures for optoelectronic synapses,expounding their basic features and operating mechanisms.Finally,we summarize the recent applications of optoelectronic synapses in neuromorphic systems,including neuromorphic computing,high-order learning behaviors,and neuromorphic vision systems,outlining their potential opportunities and future development directions as neuromorphic devices in the field of artificial intelligence(AI).XITONG HONG XINGQIANG LIU LEI LIAO XUMING ZOU 2023Photonics Research2023,11,5:1
