| 1 | Relations between oxygen stable isotopic ratios in precipitation and relevant meteorological factors in southwest China显示文摘The correlations of isotopic ratios in precipitation with temperature, air pressure and humidity at dif- ferent altitudes, in southwest China, are analyzed. There appear marked negative correlations for the δ 18O in precipitation with precipitation amount, vapor pressure and atmospheric precipitable water (PW) at Mengzi, Simao and Tengchong stations on synoptic timescale; the marked negative correlations between the δ 18O in precipitation and the diurnal mean temperature at 400 hPa, 500 hPa, 700 hPa and 850 hPa are different from the temperature effect in middle-high-latitude inland. Moreover, the notable positive correlation between the δ 18O in precipitation and the dew-point deficit △Td at different altitudes is found at the three stations. On annual timescale, the annual precipitation amount weighted mean δ 18O display the negative correlations not only with annual precipitation but also with annual mean temperature at 500 hPa. It can be deduced that, in the years with abnormally strong summer monsoon, more warm and wet air from low-latitude oceans is transported northward along the vapor channel located in southwest China and generates abnormally strong rainfall on the way. Meanwhile, the ab- normally strong condensation process will release more condensed latent heat into atmosphere, and lead to the rise of atmospheric temperature during rainfall, but decline of the δ 18O in precipitation. | 2 | Insight into tribological problems of green ship and corresponding research progresses显示文摘The so-called 'green ship' is being regarded as a potential solution to the problems that the shipping industry faces, such as energy conservation and environmental protection. Some new features, such as integrated renewable energy application, biomimetic materials, and antifriction and wear resistant coating have been accepted as the typical characteristics of a green ship, but the tribology problems involved in these domains have not been precisely redefined yet. Further, the related research work is generally focused on the technology or material itself, but not on the integration of the applicable object or green ship, marine environment, and tribological systematical analysis from the viewpoint of the energy efficiency design index(EEDI) and ship energy efficiency management plan(SEEMP) improvements. Aiming at the tribology problems of the green ship, this paper reviews the research status of this issue from three specific domains, which are the tribology problems of the renewable energy system, tribological research for hull resistance reduction, and energy efficiency enhancement. Some typical tribological problems in the sail-auxiliary system are discussed, along with the solar photovoltaic system and hull drag reduction in traditional marine mechanical equipment. | 3 | Development of microsatellite markers and their utilization in genetic diversity analysis of cultivated and wild populations of the mud carp (Cirrhina molitorella)显示文摘Microsatellite markers have been increasingly used in genetic studies on fishery species because of their high applicability in selective breeding programs. Here we reported the development of microsatellite markers and their utilization in mud carp (Cirrhina molitorella). An (CA)15 enriched library has been constructed for mud carp, using the magnetic beads enrichment procedure. Sequence analysis of 60 randomly picked positive colonies indicate that 56 (93.3%) of the colonies contain microsatellites. Microsatellite polymorphism was as-sessed using 10 mud carp individuals, and 12 microsatellite loci turned out to be polymorphic. We utilized these loci to study the genetic diversity of a wild population (WM) and a cultured population (CM) of the mud carp. A total of 109 alleles were detected with an average of 9.08 alleles per locus. The mean value of the observed heterozygosity of WM and CM was 0.6361 and 0.6417, respectively, and sig-nificant decrease of genetic diversity in CM was not observed. The genetic distance between the two populations was 0.1546 and the value of GST was 0.0473. Here in the presentpaper, 4 genera and 9 species of ammonites and 1 nautiloid genus and species collected from the upper part of the 'FalangFormation' (i.e. the Wayao Formation used in this paper, equivalent to the Laishike Member from Guanling and Zhenfengcounties are described. | 6 | Qiguiyishen decoction reduced the accumulation of extracellular matrix in the kidneys of rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Qiguiyishen decoction(QGYS) on the severity of nephropathy.METHODS: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into four groups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ) according to the random number table. Group Ⅰ as control group did not establish nephropathy model. Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ were intravenously administered Adriamycin(7.5 mg/kg) through the tail vein to establish nephropathy model. QGYS was prepared with the extracts of Huangqi(Radix Astragali Mongolici),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Niuxi(RadixAchyran-this Bidentatae), and Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong).Group Ⅳ was administered QGYS (2mL·kg-1·d-1), group Ⅲ was administered benazepril(10 mL·kg-1·d-1), and group Ⅰ, Ⅱ was administered water(2mL·kg-1·d-1)once daily for eight weeks.RESULTS: QGYS reduced the excretion of urinary protein and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and alleviated the accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM) in renal tissue. | 7 | Bohai crude oil identification by gas chromatogram fingerprinting quantitative analysis coupled with cluster analysis显示文摘By gas chromatogram, six crude oils fingerprinting distributed in four oilfields and four oil platforms were analyzed and the corresponding normal paraffin hydrocarbon (including pristane and phytane) concentration was obtained by the internal standard method. The normal paraffin hydrocarbon distribution patterns of six crude oils were built and compared. The cluster analysis on the normal paraffin hydrocarbon concentration was conducted for classification and some ratios of oils were used for oils comparison. The results indicated: there was a clear difference within different crude oils in different oil fields and a small difference between the crude oils in the same oil platform. | 8 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 9 | Highly efficient and stable solar-powered desalination by tungsten carbide nanoarray film with sandwich wettability显示文摘Solar-powered desalination is a promising way to resolve the worldwide water crisis for its low con- sumption and simple facility. Considering the fragility and aggregations of traditional materials, which may decrease efficiency, we herein introduce a robust tungsten carbide (WC) nanoarray film as a stable and efficient photothermal material, whose absorption is over 97.5% throughout almost the whole solar spectrum range (220–2200 nm) due to nanoarray structure and thus enhanced localized surface plasmon resonance. Besides, for the first time, we modified the film with sandwich wettability. It accelerates evap- oration by reducing water’s reflection of light, enlarging hydrophobic-hydrophilic boundaries, and depressing heat dissipation. | 10 | Structural Assessment of Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers in Supercritical CO_(2) Waste Heat Recovery Systems for Ship Applications显示文摘Printed circuit heat exchangers(PCHEs)are considered as the most promising heat exchangers for use of the supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_(2))Brayton cycle.As crucial components operating at high pressure and thermal load at the same time,PCHE structural integrity evaluations are essential.In this study,to assess the structural strength of PCHEs serving as recuperators and precoolers in the S-CO_(2) Brayton cycle as a waste heat recovery system for marine engines,the finite element method(FEM)is used and compared with a currently used method from ASME codes.The effects of temperature and pressure on the hot and cold sides are studied in terms of the temperature and pressure differences between the two sides and the main factors affecting its strength discussed.Then,detailed stress intensities of a PCHE under design conditions are investigated,and the results indicate that the highest stress appears at the middle of the semicircular arc of the channel,except for a concentration near the channel tip regions.Stresses of the PCHE are mainly caused by both pressure and temperature differences,with the minimum effect from temperature.The synthesis of the temperature and pressure fields exhibits a complicated action on the total stress under the design conditions.FEM was a more comprehensive means for structural assessment than the method from ASME codes.Further structural optimization of PCHE is conducted to ensure a maximum life span.This research work can provide theoretical guidance for structural integrity assessment of PCHE for the S-CO_(2) Brayton cycle. | WANG Jian YAN Xinping LU Mingjian SUN Yuwei WANG Jiawei | 2022 | Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,3: | 2 |
| 11 | Organic-rich formation and hydrocarbon enrichment of lacustrine shale strata:A case study of Chang 7 Member显示文摘Lacustrine shale is an important target for the exploration of unconventional oil and gas in China beyond marine shale gas.However,the formation environment of lacustrine shale differs from that of marine shale,resulting in a different reservoir composition,organic matter,oil and gas content,and hydrocarbon mobility.In this study,the Chang 7 shale of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin was used to analyze the effect of volcanic activity on the paleoproductivity and preservation conditions during the formation of lacustrine shale.The results show that algae and bacteria were developed before the eruption.After the eruption,the number of bacteria declined,but the increased prosperity of algae reflects that the volcanic activity enhanced ancient productivity.The sulfate generated by volcanic activity promotes bacterial sulfate reduction,and the produced H_(2)S leads to a strong reducing environment in the waterbody,which is conducive to the preservation of organic matter.Organic geochemical analysis shows that the black shale in the shale strata has a high total organic carbon(TOC)content and strong hydrocarbon generation potential,whereas the tuff has a low TOC content and can scarcely generate hydrocarbons,indicating that the tuff deposited by volcanic activity cannot be considered as effective source rock.In terms of storage space,shale is mainly laminar and dispersed,and it includes organic and inorganic pores.The development of organic pores is affected by thermal maturity,whereas inorganic pores mainly occur between detrital particles and crystals.Tuff is mainly supported by heterogeneous matrix and associated with alteration.Its pores include inter-and intragranular mineral pores.The development of tight sandstone pores is affected by compaction,cementation,and dissolution,which mainly consist of intra-and intergranular pores.The Chang 7 lacustrine shale generally contains oil,but different lithologies have different oil drainage efficiencies.Sandstone and shale exhibit the best and worst oil drainage efficiency,respectively.It is mainly affected by the pore size distribution,fluid properties,and rock wettability.Therefore,the development of shale oil should mainly focus on lacustrine shale formations with interbeds.The mutual dissolution of organic matter and hydrocarbons in the shale section leads to the poor mobility and difficult development of hydrocarbons. | Quanyou LIU Peng LI Zhijun JIN Yuewu SUN Guang HU Dongya ZHU Zhenkai HUANG Xinping LIANG Rui ZHANG Jiayi LIU | 2022 | Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,1: | 2 |
| 12 | End-to-end rate-based congestion control with random loss:convergence and stability显示文摘The convergence and stability analysis for two end-to-end rate-based congestion control algorithms with unavoidable random loss in packets are presented,which can be caused by,for example,errors on wireless links. The convergence rates of these two algorithms are analyzed by linearizing them around their equilibrium points, since they are globally stable and can converge to their unique equilibrium points.Some sufficient conditions for local stability in the presence of round-trip delay are obtained based on the general Nyquist criterion of stability. The stability conditions can be considered to be more general.If random loss in the first congestion control algorithm is not considered,they reduce to the local stability conditions which have been obtained in some literatures. | 19 | Study on Ocular Torsion of V Patterns Strabismus显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the ocular torsion of V patterns.Methods:Twenty-two in hospital V patterns patients underwent bilateral inferior obliquemuscles myectomy for inferior oblique overacting and hortizon recti underwent recessresection procedure to correct hortizon devation. Objective cycloposition was assessed by fundus photograph before and 7 days after surgery in all cases. The photographs was stored in computer, and the disc-fovea angle was measured by means of drawing picture software. As well as the deviation, oblique muscle function was recorded before and after surgery.Result: Seventeen cases were bilateral ocular excyclotropia, 4 cases were monocular excyclotropia and one case was normal.The disc-fovea angle of right eyes and left eyes before operation is 15.67°+5.72° and 16.59°+6.69°.The comparisons among V patterns and normal average showed significant differences ( P < 0.001). The disc-fovea angle of right eyes and left eyes after operation is 5.24°+5.87° and 7.17°+5.40°.
