2An attack on hash function HAVAL-128显示文摘In this paper, we give a fast attack against hash function——HAVAL-128.HAVAL was presented by Y. L. Zheng et al. at Auscrypto’92. It can be processed in 3, 4 or 5 passes, and produces 128, 160, 192, or 224-bit fingerprint. We break the HAVAL with 128-bit fingerprint. The conclusion is that, given any 1024-bit message m, we just make some modifications about m, and the modified message m can collide with another message m’ only with probability 1/27, where m’ = m + △m, in which Am is a fixed difference selected in advance. 3Incorporating DeepLabv3+and object-based image analysis for semantic segmentation of very high resolution remote sensing images显示文摘Semantic segmentation of remote sensing images is an important but unsolved problem in the remote sensing society.Advanced image semantic segmentation models,such as DeepLabv3+,have achieved astonishing performance for semantically labeling very high resolution(VHR)remote sensing images.However,it is difficult for these models to capture the precise outlines of ground objects and explore the context information that revealing relationships among image objects for optimizing segmentation results.Consequently,this study proposes a semantic segmentation method for VHR images by incorporating deep learning semantic segmentation model(DeepLabv3+)and objectbased image analysis(OBIA),wherein DSM is employed to provide geometric information to enhance the interpretation of VHR images.The proposed method first obtains two initial probabilistic labeling predictions using a DeepLabv3+network on spectral image and a random forest(RF)classifier on hand-crafted features,respectively.These two predictions are then integrated by Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory to be fed into an object-constrained higher-order conditional random field(CRF)framework to estimate the final semantic labeling results with the consideration of the spatial contextual information.The proposed method is applied to the ISPRS 2D semantic labeling benchmark,and competitive overall accuracies of 90.6%and 85.0%are achieved for Vaihingen and Potsdam datasets,respectively.Shouji Du Shihong Du Bo Liu Xiuyuan Zhang 2021International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,3:9
4Molecular characteristics of the omp A gene of serotype B Chlamydia trachomatis in Qinghai Tibetan primary school students显示文摘To study the molecular characteristics of Chlamydia trachomatis, the major outer membrane protein gene(omp A) of C. trachomatis from primary school students with trachoma residing in the Qinghai Tibetan area was sequenced and compared with the same serotype in Gen Bank. In Jianshetang Primary School and Galeng Central Primary School in the Galeng Tibetan Township of Qinghai Haidong Sala Autonomous County, scraped samples were collected from the upper tarsal conjunctiva and lower conjunctival sac of both eyes of 45 students with trachoma, stored at 4°C, and transported to Beijing Tongren Hospital by air within 24 h. The samples were screened for C. trachomatis by real-time PCR. The omp A gene from the C. trachomatis-positive samples was amplified by nested PCR. The serotype was confirmed by National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI) BLAST search and homology analysis. The entire omp A gene sequence was compared with the corresponding gene sequences of serotype B strains available in Gen Bank. Of the 45 students aged 6–13 years with trachoma, 26 C. trachomatis-positive students were identified by the initial real-time PCR screening(average age,(9.09±1.63) years; sex ratio, 1.0), accounting for 57.78%(26/45). The cycle threshold values for real-time PCR were 16.79–37.77. Half(13/26) of C. trachomatis-positive students had a bacterial copy number of >105. The compliance rate of the omp A gene sequences with the C. trachomatis serotype B strains in Gen Bank was up to 99%. Two novel genetic mutations were found when the omp A gene was compared with those of the 11 serotype B strains in Gen Bank. The two non-synonymous mutations were located at(i) position 271 in the second constant domain, an adenine(A) to guanine(G) substitution(ACT?GCT), changing the amino acid at position 91 from threonine to alanine(Thr?Ala) in all 26 strains; and(ii) position 887 in the fourth variable domain, a cytosine(C) to thymine(T) substitution(GCA?GTA), changing the amino acid at residue 296 from alanine to valine(Ala?Val) in four of the 26 strains. Six mutations were identified relative to ATCC VR-573. The strains could be divided into two gene clusters according to the mutation at nucleotide position 887: CQZ-1(China Qinghai Tibetan-1) and CQZ-2(China Qinghai Tibetan-2). 6A wave of Foxp3^(+) regulatory T cell accumulation in the neonatal liver plays unique roles in maintaining self-tolerance显示文摘Newborn animals require tightly regulated local and systemic immune environments to govern the development and maturation of multiple organs/tissues even though the immune system itself is far from mature during the neonatal period.Regulatory T cells(Tregs)are essential for maintaining immune tolerance/homeostasis and modulating inflammatory responses.The features of Tregs in the neonatal liver under steady-state conditions are not well understood.The present study aimed to investigate the phenotype,functions,and significance of neonatal Tregs in the liver.We found a wave of thymus-derived Treg influx into the liver during 1–2 weeks of age.Depletion of these Tregs between days 7 and 11 after birth rapidly resulted in Th1-type liver inflammation and metabolic disorder.More Tregs in the neonatal liver than in the spleen underwent MHC II-dependent activation and proliferation,and the liver Tregs acquired stronger suppressive functions.The transcriptomic profile of these neonatal liver Tregs showed elevated expression of PPARγand T-bet and features of Tregs that utilize lipid metabolic machinery and are capable of regulating Th1 responses.The accumulation of Tregs with unique features in the neonatal liver is critical to ensure self-tolerance and liver maturation.Mingyang Li Weijia Zhao Yifan Wang Lixue Jin Gaowen Jin Xiuyuan Sun Wei Wang Ke Wang Xi Xu Jie Hao Rong Jin Wenxian Fu Ying Sun Yingjun Chang Xiaojun Huang Xuyu Zhou Hounan Wu Kunshan Zhang Qing Ge 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5:4

8Porous carbon framework nested nickel foam as freestanding host for high energy lithium sulfur batteries显示文摘Constructing 3 D multifunctional conductive framework as stable sulfur cathode contributes to develop advanced lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,a freestanding electrode with nickel foam framework and nitrogen doped porous carbon(PC)network is presented to encapsulate active sulfur for Li-S batteries.In such a mutually embedded architecture with high stability,the interconnected carbon network and nickel foam matrix can expedite ionic/electro nic tra nsport and sustain volume variations of sulfur.Furthermore,rationally designed porous structures provide sufficient internal space and large surface area for high active sulfur loading and polar polysulfides anchoring.Benefiting from the synergistic superiority,the Ni/PC-S cathode exhibits a high initial capacity of around 1200 mAh/g at 0.2 C,excelle nt rate perfo rmance,and high cycling stability with a low decay rate of 0.059%per cycle after 500 cycles.This work provides a useful strategy to exploit freestanding porous framework for diverse applications.Yan Song Xiuyuan Li Chaozheng He 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,3:3

Math. and Comput., vol.169, No.2, 2005] showed that Tzeng, et al.’s nonrepudiable threshold multi-proxy multi-signature scheme with shared verification was insecure, and proposed an improved scheme with no Share Distribution Center (SDC). 10TRAF3IP3 at the trans-Golgi network regulates NKT2 maturation via the MEK/ERK signaling pathway显示文摘Thymic natural killer T(NKT)2 cells are a subset of invariant NKT cells with PLZF^(hi)GATA3^(hi)IL-4^(+).The differentiation of NKT2 cells is not fully understood.In the present study,we report an important role of TRAF3-interacting protein 3(TRAF3IP3)in the functional maturation and expansion of committed NKT2s in thymic medulla.Mice with T-cell-specific deletion of TRAF3IP3 had decreased thymic NKT2 cells,decreased IL-4-producing peripheral iNKTs,and defects in response toα-galactosylceramide.Positive selection and high PLZF expression in CD24^(+)CD44^(−) and CCR7^(+)CD44^(−) immature iNKTs were not affected.Only CD44^(hi)NK1.1^(−) iNKTs in Traf3ip3^(−/−) mice showed reduced expression of Egr2,PLZF,and IL-17RB,decreased proliferation,and reduced IL-4 production upon stimulation.This Egr2 and IL-4 expression was augmented by MEK1/ERK activation in iNKTs,and TRAF3IP3 at the trans-Golgi network recruited MEK1 and facilitated ERK phosphorylation and nuclear translocation.LT βR-regulated bone marrow-derived nonlymphoid cells in the medullary thymic microenvironment were required for MEK/ERK activation and NKT2 maturation.These data demonstrate an important functional maturation process in NKT2 differentiation that is regulated by MEK/ERK signaling at the trans-Golgi network.Xinwei Zhang Ke Wang Weijia Zhao Li Cao Shusong Zhang Rong Jin Xiuyuan Sun Jie Hao Xiaojun Huang Mingzhao Zhu Hounan Wu Hongshan Zhao Qing Ge 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,4:2
11High-frequency MnZn soft magnetic ferrite by engineering grain boundaries with multiple-ion doping显示文摘MnZn soft magnetic ferrites have been widely utilized in power electronics,owing to the combined merits of high permeability and low energy loss.However,their deployment would result in a drastic increase in power dissipation at>3 MHz,thus limiting the scope extent of miniaturization,together with their efficiency.Here,we report a high-performance MnZn ferrite by doping multiple ions(La,Ti,Si,Ca)at grain boundaries,achieving the most optimized power loss of 267 kW/m^(3) at 5 MHz(10 m T,100℃)and initial permeability of 644,which is much better than the previously reported results and commercial products.Such an improvement is attributed to weakened magnetic exchange coupling at grain-boundary regions,associated with a significant transition from the multi-to mono-domain structures,originating physically from large crystallographic mis-orientations(>25°).The present study bears important significance in understanding the intrinsic correlation between the crystallographic mis-orientation and magnetic domain structure,and provides an alternative way for optimizing high-frequency soft magnetic ferrites.Mi Yan Shengbo Yi Xiuyuan Fan Zhenghua Zhang Jiaying Jin Guohua Bai 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,20:2

14Capture and separation of CO_(2)on BC_(3)nanosheets:A DFT study显示文摘In order to reduce the greenhouse effect caused by the rapid increase of CO_(2)concentration in the atmosphere,it is necessary to develop more efficient,controllable,and highly sensitive adsorbing materials.In this study,the adsorption behavior of CO_(2)on BC_(3)nanosheets under an external electric field was explored based on density functional theory(DFT).It was found that CO_(2)experienced a transition from physisorption to chemisorption in the electric field range of 0.0060-0.0065 a.u..In addition,the adsorption/desorption of CO_(2)is reversible and can be precisely controlled by switching on/off at the electric field of 0.0065 a.u..The selective adsorption of CO_(2)/H_(2)/CH_(4)by BC_(3)can also be used to realize gas separation and purification under different electric fields.This study highlighted the potential application of BC_(3)nanosheets as a high-performance,controllable material for CO_(2)capture,regeneration,and separation in an electric field.Houyong Yang Chaozheng He Ling Fu Jinrong Huo Chenxu Zhao Xiuyuan Li Yan Song 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:1
15A highly sensitive bio-barcode immunoassay for multi-residue detection of organophosphate pesticides based on fluorescence antiquenching显示文摘Balancing the risks and benefits of organophosphate pesticides(OPs)on human and environmental health relies partly on their accurate measurement.A highly sensitive fluorescence anti-quenching multi-residue bio-barcode immunoassay was developed to detect OPs(triazophos,parathion,and chlorpyrifos)in apples,turnips,cabbages,and rice.Gold nanoparticles were functionalized with monoclonal antibodies against the tested OPs.DNA oligonucleotides were complementarily hybridized with an RNA fluorescent label for signal amplification.The detection signals were generated by DNA-RNA hybridization and ribonuclease H dissociation of the fluorophore.The resulting fluorescence signal enables multiplexed quantification of triazophos,parathion,and chlorpyrifos residues over the concentration range of 0.01-25,0.01-50,and 0.1-50 ng/mL with limits of detection of 0.014,0.011,and 0.126 ng/mL,respectively.The mean recovery ranged between 80.3% and 110.8% with relative standard deviations of 7.3%-17.6%,which correlate well with results obtained by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The proposed bio-barcode immunoassay is stable,reproducible and reliable,and is able to detect low residual levels of multi-residue OPs in agricultural products.Lingyuan Xu Xiuyuan Zhang A.M.Abd El-Aty Yuanshang Wang Zhen Cao Huiyan Jia J.-Pablo Salvador Ahmet Hacimuftuoglu Xueyan Cui Yudan Zhang Kun Wang Yongxin She Fen Jin Lufei Zheng Baima Pujia Jing Wang Maojun Jin Bruce D.Hammock 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,4:1
