1Soil Erosion Changes over the Past Five Decades in the Red Soil Region of Southern China显示文摘This paper reports the dynamic changes of soil and water loss in the red soil region of Southern China since the 1950s. The red soil region covers eight provinces: Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and Hainan. From the 1950s to 1986, the annual rate of soil erosion increased by 3.4%. From 1986 to 1996 and from 1996 to 2000, the annual rates of soil erosion decreased by 2.0% and 0.32%, respectively. Field surveys showed that from 2000 to 2005, the area of soil and water loss decreased annually by 1.2%. This decrease was a result of large-scale erosion control activities across China. Although the eroded soil has been restored, the restoration process is very slow and full restoration will take a long time. 3LiNbO3-coated LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathode with high discharge capacity and rate performance for all-solid-state lithium battery显示文摘In order to obtain high power density,energy density and safe energy storage lithium ion batteries(LIB)to meet growing demand for electronic products,oxide cathodes have been widely explored in all-solidstate lithium batteries(ASSLB)using sulfide solid electrolyte.However,the electrochemical performances are still not satisfactory,due to the high interfacial resistance caused by severe interfacial instability between sulfide solid electrolyte and oxide cathode,especially Ni-rich oxide cathodes,in charge-discharge process.Ni-rich LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2(NCM811)material at present is one of the most key cathode candidates to achieve the high energy density up to 300 Wh kg^-1 in liquid LIB,but rarely investigated in ASSLB using sulfide electrolyte.To design the stable interface between NCM811 and sulfide electrolyte should be extremely necessary.In this work,in view of our previous work,LiNbO3 coating with about 1 wt% content is adopted to improve the interfacial stability and the electrochemical performances of NCM811 cathode in ASSLB using Li10GeP2S12 solid electrolyte.Consequently,LiNbO3-coated NCM811 cathode displays the higher discharge capacity and rate performance than the reported oxide electrodes in ASSLB using sulfide solid electrolyte to our knowledge.Xuelei Li Liubing Jin Dawei Song Hongzhou Zhang Xixi Shi Zhenyu Wang Lianqi Zhang Lingyun Zhu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1:7
4Recent advances in mammalian reproductive biology显示文摘Reproductive biology is a uniquely important topic since it is about germ cells, which are central for transmitting genetic information from generation to generation. In this review, we discuss recent advances in mammalian germ cell development,including preimplantation development, fetal germ cell development and postnatal development of oocytes and sperm. 5Measurement of interfacial residual stress in SiC fiber reinforced Ni-Cr-Al alloy composites by Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Raman spectroscopy was used to measure Raman spectra of the inner SiC fibers and surface C-rich layers of SiC fibers, composite precursors and SiCf/Ni-Cr-Al composites. The residual stresses of the inner SiC fibers and surface C-rich layers were calculated, and the effect of the(Al + Al_2O_3) diffusion barrier layer on the interfacial residual stress in the composites was analyzed in combination with the interface microstructure and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) elements lining maps. The results show that the existence of(Al + Al_2O_3) diffusion barrier improves the compatibility of the SiCf/Ni-Cr-Al interface,inhibits the adverse interfacial reaction, and relieves the residual stress inside SiC fibers and at the interface of composite material. Heat treatment can reduce the residual stress at the interface. 7Ameliorating the interfacial issues of all-solid-state lithium metal batteries by constructing polymer/inorganic composite electrolyte显示文摘Lithium metal is one of the most promising anodes for next-generation batteries due to its high capacity and low reduction potential.However,the notorious Li dendrites can cause the short life span and safety issues,hindering the extensive application of lithium batteries.Herein,Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)ceramics are integrated into polyethylene oxide(PEO)to construct a facile polymer/inorganic composite solid-state electrolyte(CSSE)to inhibit the growth of Li dendrites and widen the electrochemical stability window.Given the feasibility of our strategy,the designed PEO-LLZO-LiTFSI composite solid-state electrolyte(PLLCSSE)exhibits an outstanding cycling property of 134.2 mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles and the Coulombic efficiency of 99.1%after 1000 cycles at 1 C in LiFePO_(4)-Li cell.When cooperated with LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622)cathode,the PLL-CSSE renders a capacity retention of 82.4%after 200 cycles at 0.2 C.More importantly,the uniform dispersion of LLZO in PEO matrix is tentative tested via Raman and FT-IR spectra and should be responsible for the improved electrochemical performance.The same conclusion can be drawn from the interface investigation after cycling.This work presents an intriguing solid-state electrolyte with high electrochemical performance,which will boost the development of all-solid-state lithium batteries with high energy density.Su Wang Qifang Sun Wenxiu Peng Yue Ma Ying Zhou Dawei Song Hongzhou Zhang Xixi Shi Chunliang Li Lianqi Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7:2
8Discovery and identification of EIF2AK2 as a direct key target of berberine for anti-inflammatory effects显示文摘Using chemoproteomic techniques,we first identified EIF2AK2,eEF1A1,PRDX3 and VPS4B as direct targets of berberine(BBR)for its synergistically anti-inflammatory effects.Of them,BBR has the strongest affinity with EIF2AK2 via two ionic bonds,and regulates several key inflammatory pathways through EIF2AK2,indicating the dominant role of EIF2AK2.Also,BBR could subtly inhibit the dimerization of EIF2AK2,rather than its enzyme activity,to selectively modulate its downstream pathways including JNK,NF-κB,AKT and NLRP3,with an advantage of good safety profile.In EIF2AK2 gene knockdown mice,the inhibitory IL-1β,IL-6,IL-18 and TNF-a secretion of BBR was obviously attenuated,confirming an EIF2AK2-dependent anti-inflammatory efficacy.The results highlight the BBR's network mechanism on anti-inflammatory effects in which EIF2AK2 is a key target,and inhibition of EIF2AK2 dimerization has a potential to be a therapeutic strategy against inflammationrelated disorders.Wei Wei Qingxuan Zeng Yan Wang Xixi Guo Tianyun Fan Yinghong Li Hongbin Deng Liping Zhao Xintong Zhang Yonghua Liu Yulong Shi Jingyang Zhu Xican Ma Yanxiang Wang Jiandong Jiang Danqing Song 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,5:2
9Automatic Measurement of Silicon Lattice Spacings in High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy Images Through 2D Discrete Fourier Transform and Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform显示文摘Line width(i.e.,critical dimension,CD)is a crucial parameter in integrated circuits.To accurately control the CD in manufacturing,a reasonable CD measurement algorithm is required.We develop an automatic and accurate method based on a two-dimensional discrete Fourier transform for measuring the lattice spacings from high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images.Through the two-dimensional inverse discrete Fourier transform of the central spot and a pair of symmetrical diffraction spots,an image containing only a set of lattice spacings is obtained.Then,the pixel span of the lattice spacing is calculated through the centre of gravity method.Finally,we estimate the standard CD value according to the half-intensity method.The silicon crystal lattice constant guarantees the accuracy and traceability of the CD value.Through experiments,we demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method,which can be conveniently applied to accurately measure CDs in practical applications.Fang Wang Yushu Shi Shu Zhang Xixi Yu Wei Li 2022Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2022,5,2:2
10ANALYSIS OF SOIL EROSION CHARACTERISTICS AND SEDIMENT SOURCES FOR THE YANTZE THREE GORGES REGION显示文摘In this paper the researches made in 1981-1990 have identified that the annual soil loss in the Three Gorges region is 157 million t. and the annual incoming sediment load of the Three Gorges reservoir is 40 million t. Soil erosion increases with the destruction of vegetative cover and its subsequent evolution. The annual amounts of sediment erosion for forest land, shrub land, grassland and farmland make up respectively 6.19%, 10.76%, 23.05% and 60% of the total erosion of the Three Gorges region; the quantities of incoming sediment load to the Yangtze River from the above four types of land account for 5.95%, 12.42%, 35.46% and 46.1 % of the total amount of sediment transported to the reservoir. The farmland of offers the main source of sediment. Gravitational erosion produces more bed loads, which will present serious threat to the Three Gorges Project if entering the reservoir. Resettlement of people to the upper parts of the mountainous areas for agricultural production will increase the sediment yield of the Three Gorges region by 10-20 million t and increase the incoming sediment of the Yangtze River by 50-60 million t. 13Synoptic-scale disturbances over the northern South China Sea and their responses to El Nio显示文摘Using surface and aerological meteorological observations obtained at the Xisha Automatic Weather Station and three moored buoys along the continental slope, characteristics of the synoptic-scale disturbances over the northern South China Sea (NSCS) are extensively studied. The power spectra of surface and aerological observations suggest a synoptic feature with a pronounced energy peak at a period of 5-8 d and a weak peak at 3-4 d. The standard deviation of the synoptic temperature component derived at Xisha Station from 1976 to 2011 indicates that the strongest variability normally exists in August all through the whole troposphere. At the interannual scale, it is found that El Nin o plays an important role in regulating the synoptic disturbances of atmosphere. The vertical synoptic disturbances have a double active peak following El Nin o condition. The first peak usually occurs during the mature phase of El Nin o, and the second one occurs in the summer of decay year. 19In/ex-situ Raman spectra combined with EIS for observing interface reactions between Ni-rich layered oxide cathode and sulfide electrolyte显示文摘The interfacial instability between Ni-rich layered oxide cathodes and sulfide electrolytes is a serious problem,leading to poor electrochemical properties of all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLB).The chemical/electrochemical side reactions are considered to be the origin of the interfacial deterioration.However,the influence of chemical and electrochemical side reactions on the interfacial deterioration is rarely studied specifically.In this work,the deterioration mechanism of the interface between LiNi0.85-xCo0.15AlxO2 and Li10GeP2S12 is investigated in detail by combining in/ex-situ Raman spectra and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS).It can be determined that chemical side reaction between LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 and Li10GeP2S12 will occur immediately once contacted,and the interfacial deterioration becomes more serious after charge-discharge process under the dual effects of chemical and electrochemical side reactions.Moreover,our research reveals that the interfacial stability and the cycle performance of ASSLB can be greatly enhanced by increasing Al-substitution for Ni in LiNi0.85-xCo0.15AlxO2.In particular,the capacity retention of LiNi0.6Co0.15Al0.25O2 cathode after 200 cycles can reach 81.9%,much higher than that of LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 cathode(12.5%@200 cycles).This work gives an insight to study the interfacial issues between Ni-rich layered oxide cathode and sulfide electrolyte for ASSLBs.Xuelei Li Huilan Guan Zhijie Ma Ming Liang Dawei Song Hongzhou Zhang Xixi Shi Chunliang Li Lifang Jiao Lianqi Zhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9:1
