1Milling surface roughness for 7050 aluminum alloy cavity influenced by nozzle position of nanofluid minimum quantity lubrication显示文摘In nanofluid minimum quantity lubrication(NMQL)milling of aviation aluminum alloy,it is the bottleneck problem to adjust the position parameters(target distance,incidence angle,and elevation angle)of the nozzle to improve the surface roughness of milling,which has large and uncontrollable errors.In this paper,the influence law of milling cutter speed,helical angle,and cavity shape on the flow field around the milling cutter was studied,and the optimal nozzle profile parameters were obtained.Using 7050 aluminum alloy as the workpiece material,the milling experiment of the NMQL cavity was conducted by utilizing cottonseed oil-based Al2 O3 nanofluid.Results show that the high velocity of the surrounding air flow field and the strong gas barrier could be attributed to high rotating velocities of the milling cutter.The incidence angle of the nozzle was consistent with the helical angle of the milling cutter,the target distance was appropriate at 25–30 mm,and the elevation angle was suitable at 60°–65°.The range and variance analyses of the signal-to-noise ratio of milling force and roughness were performed,and the chip morphology was observed and analyzed.The results show that the optimal combination of nozzle position parameters was the target distance of 30 mm,the incidence angle of 35°,and the elevation angle of 60°.Among these parameters,target distance had the largest impact on cutting performance with a contribution rate of more than 55%,followed by incidence angle and elevation contribution rate.Analysis by orthogonal experiment revealed that the nozzle position parameters were appropriate,and Ra(0.087 lm)was reduced by 30.4%from the maximum value(0.125 lm).Moreover,Rsm(0.05 mm)was minimum,which was 36%lower than that of the seventh group(Rsm=0.078 mm).Zhenjing DUAN Changhe LI Yanbin ZHANG Lan DONG Xiufang BAI Min YANG Dongzhou JIA Runze LI Huajun CAO Xuefeng XU 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6:10
2Surface-enhanced Raman scattering on dielectric microspheres with whispering gallery mode resonance显示文摘Conventionally, metallic nanostructures are used for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS), but recently there has been increasing interest in the enhancement of Raman scattering from dielectric substrates due to their improved stability and biocompatibility compared with metallic substrates. Here, we report the observation of enhanced Raman scattering from rhodamine 6 G molecules coated on silica microspheres. We excite the whispering gallery modes(WGMs) supported in the microspheres with a tapered fiber coupler for efficient WGM excitation, and the Raman enhancement can be attributed to the WGM mechanism. Strong resonance enhancement in pump laser intensity and modified Raman emission from the Purcell effect in the microsphere resonator are observed from the experiment and compared with theoretical results. A total Raman enhancement factor of 1.4 × 10~4 is observed, with contribution mostly from the enhancement in pump laser intensity. 3Optothermal dynamics in whispering-gallery microresonators显示文摘Optical whispering-gallery-mode microresonators with ultrahigh quality factors and small mode volumes have played an important role in modern physics.They have been demonstrated as a diverse platform for a wide range of applications in photonics,such as nonlinear optics,optomechanics,quantum optics,and information processing.Thermal behaviors induced by power build-up in the resonators or environmental perturbations are ubiquitous in high-quality-factor whispering-gallery-mode resonators and have played an important role in their operation for various applications.In this review,we discuss the mechanisms of laser-field-induced thermal nonlinear effects,including thermal bistability and thermal oscillation.With the help of the thermal bistability effect,optothermal spectroscopy and optical nonreciprocity have been demonstrated.By tuning the temperature of the environment,the resonant mode frequency will shift,which can also be used for thermal sensing/tuning applications.The thermal locking technique and thermal imaging mechanisms are discussed briefly.Finally,we review some techniques employed to achieve thermal stability in a high-quality-factor resonator system.Xuefeng Jiang Lan Yang 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:5

5Evolution of a Late Pleistocene palaeolake in Dali Nor area of southeastern Inner Mongolia Plateau,China显示文摘Lithological,geochronological,granulometric,and scanning electron microscope(SEM)analyses of eight lacustrine outcrops indicate the existence of a large palaeolake in Dali Nor area during 149-24.6 ka(MIS5-3)and a small one in upstream of the Xilamulun River during 12.96-11.69 ka.The large palaeolake recorded its highest water level above 1300 m during the MIS3 and covered the whole Dali Nor basin and upstream of the Xilamulun River within an area of about 3000 km^2.However,the small palaeolake with a highest water level above 1200 m,covered an area of about 600 km^2.Besides the reconstruction of palaeolake areas,this study also looked into the evolutionary process of the palaeolake during the Late Pleistocene.Our data provide insights on the timing of appearance of the large palaeolakes and a better understanding of the mechanism responsible for variations in the environment conditions of dry lands in middle latitudes.Yuanhong Lan Mingzhong Tian Xujiao Zhang Xuefeng Wen Chunjing Kang 2018Geoscience Frontiers2018,9,1:1

8Study on the Predictive of Dynamic Milling Force of Milling Process Based on Data Mining显示文摘To improve surface accuracy of the work-piece and obtain potentially valuable information,a dynamic milling force prediction model was proposed based on data mining.In view of the current dynamic milling force obtained through finite element simulation and analytical calculation,in the finite element modeling,the model built is inevitably different from the actual working conditions,and the analytical calculation is slightly cumbersome and complex,and a dynamic milling force prediction model based on data mining is proposed.The model was established using a combination of regression analysis and Radial Basis Function(RBF) neural network.Using data mining as a means,the internal relationship between milling force,cutting parameters,temperature,vibration and surface quality is deeply analyzed,and the influence of dynamic milling force changes on different situations is extracted and summarized by the methods of cluster analysis and correlation analysis.The results show that the proposed dynamic milling force model has a good prediction effect,ensures the production quality,reduces the occurrence of flutter,improves the surface accuracy of the work-piece,and provides a more accurate basis for the selection of process parameters.JIN Lan WU Lishuang ZHANG Xuefeng XIE Liming 2022Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2022,27,5:0
9超低位直肠癌淋巴结分布及转移的位置区域图(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to investigate the lymph node metastasis of mesorectum and ischiorectal foss in ultra-low rectal cancer and its influence on the surgical procedure selection.Methods:Large slices and tissue microarray technology were used to detect metastasis lymph nodes from 23 dissected specimens of ultra-low rectal cancer.Results:415 lymph nodes were detected in the 23 specimens.169 and 59 lymph nodes were metastasis and micrometastasis, respectively.Twelve specimens were diagnosed with lymph node metastasis, while other 4 specimens were with lymph node micro-metastasis.There were 29.0% (49/169) and 17.2% (29/169) metastatic lymph nodes located in the outer and anterior region of mesorectum.There were 2 cases with ischiorectal fossa lymph node metastasis and 1 case with micrometastasis.The 3 metastatic cases were only 13% (13/23) of all the 23 cases.Conclusion:There is regional lymph node metastasis existing in ultra-low rectal cancer.The metastatic incidences in distal mesorectum and ischiorectal fossa are relatively low.Considering Miles operation as the standard surgical procedure for ultra-low rectal cancer should be evaluated renewedly.Xuefeng Guo Ping Lan Lei Wang Hui Peng Jianping Wang 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,9:0
10Discovery of a potent and highly selective inhibitor of SIRT6 against pancreatic cancer metastasis in vivo显示文摘Pancreatic cancer,one of the most aggressive malignancies,has no effective treatment due to the lack of targets and drugs related to tumour metastasis.SIRT6 can promote the migration of pancreatic cancer and could be a potential target for antimetastasis of pancreatic cancer.However,highly selective and potency SIRT6 inhibitor that can be used in vivo is yet to be discovered.Here,we developed a noveSIRT6 allosteric inhibitor,compound 11e,with maximal inhibitory potency and an IC_(50) value of 0.98±0.13μmol/L.Moreover,compound 11e exhibited significant selectivity against other histone deacetylases(HADC1-11 and SIRT1-3)at concentrations up to 100μmol/L.The allosteric site and the molecular mechanism of inhibition were extensively elucidated by cocrystal complex structure and dynamic structural analyses.Importantly,we confirmed the antimetastatic function of such inhibitors in four pancreatic cancer cell lines as well as in two mouse models of pancreatic cancer liver metastasis.To our knowledge,this is the first study to reveal the in vivo effects of SIRT6 inhibitors on liver metastatic pancreatic cancer.It not only provides a promising lead compound for subsequent inhibitor developmentargeting SIRT6 but also provides a potential approach to address the challenge of metastasis in pancreatic cancer.Xinyuan Xu Qian Zhang Xufeng Wang Jing Jin Chengwei Wu Li Feng Xiuyan Yang Mingzhu Zhao Yingyi Chen Shaoyong Lu Zhen Zheng Xiaobing Lan Yi Wang Yan Zheng Xuefeng Lu Qiufen Zhang Jian Zhang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,3:0
11LF-CNN:Deep Learning-Guided Small Sample Target Detection for Remote Sensing Classification显示文摘Target detection of small samples with a complex background is always difficult in the classification of remote sensing images.We propose a new small sample target detection method combining local features and a convolutional neural network(LF-CNN)with the aim of detecting small numbers of unevenly distributed ground object targets in remote sensing images.The k-nearest neighbor method is used to construct the local neighborhood of each point and the local neighborhoods of the features are extracted one by one from the convolution layer.All the local features are aggregated by maximum pooling to obtain global feature representation.The classification probability of each category is then calculated and classified using the scaled expected linear units function and the full connection layer.The experimental results show that the proposed LF-CNN method has a high accuracy of target detection and classification for hyperspectral imager remote sensing data under the condition of small samples.Despite drawbacks in both time and complexity,the proposed LF-CNN method can more effectively integrate the local features of ground object samples and improve the accuracy of target identification and detection in small samples of remote sensing images than traditional target detection methods.Chengfan Li Lan Liu Junjuan Zhao Xuefeng Liu 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,4:0
12Prognostic-related genes for pancreatic cancer typing and immunotherapy response prediction based on single-cell sequencing data and bulk sequencing data显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is associated with high mortality and is one of the most aggressive of malignancies,but studies have not fully evaluated its molecular subtypes,prognosis and response to immunotherapy of different subtypes.The purpose of this study was to explore the molecular subtypes and the key genes associated with the prognosis of pancreas cancer patients and study the clinical phenotype,prognosis and response to immunotherapy using single-cell seq data and bulk RNA seq data,and data retrieved from GEO and TCGA databases.Methods:Single-cell seq data and bioinformatics methods were used in this study.Pancreatic cancer data were retrieved from GEO and TCGA databases,the molecular subtypes of pancreatic cancer were determined using the six cGAS-STING related pathways,and the clinical phenotype,mutation,immunological characteristics and pathways related to pancreatic cancer were evaluated.Results:Pancreatic cancer was classified into 3 molecular subtypes,and survival analysis revealed that patients in Cluster3(C3)had the worst prognosis,whereas Cluster1(C1)had the best prognosis.The clinical phenotype and gene mutation were statistically different among the three molecular subtypes.Analysis of immunotherapy response revealed that most immune checkpoint genes were differentially expressed in the three subtypes.A lower risk of immune escape was observed in Cluster1(C1),indicating higher sensitivity to immunotherapeutic drugs and subjects in this Cluster are more likely to benefit from immunotherapy.The pathways related to pancreatic cancer were differentially enriched among the three subtypes.Five genes,namely SFRP1,GIPR,EMP1,COL17A and CXCL11 were selected to construct a prognostic signature.Conclusions:Single-cell seq data were to classify pancreatic cancer into three molecular subtypes based on differences in clinical phenotype,mutation,immune characteristics and differentially enriched pathways.Five prognosis-related genes were identified for prediction of survival of pancreatic cancer patients and to evaluate the efficacy of immunotherapy in various subtypes.XUEFENG WANG SICONG JIANG XINHONG ZHOU XIAOFENG WANG LAN LI JIANJUN TANG 2023Oncology Research2023,31,5:0

14Continuous cropping of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) reduces bacterial diversity and simplifies cooccurrence networks in aeolian sandy soil显示文摘Alfalfa is a perennial herbaceous forage legume that is remarkably and negatively affected by monocropping.However,the contribution of the changes in bacterial communities to soil sickness in alfalfa have not been elucidated.Therefore,we investigated bacterial community structures in response to monocropped alfalfa along the chronosequence.Continuous cropping remarkably reduced bacterial alpha diversity and altered community structures,and soil pH,total P and available P were strongly associated with the changes of bacterial diversity and community structures.Intriguingly,10 years of monocropped alfalfa might be a demarcation point separating soil bacterial community structures into two obvious groups that containing soil samples collected in less and more than 10 years.The relative abundances of copiotrophic bacteria of Actinobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria significantly increased with the extension of continuous cropping years,while the oligotrophic bacteria of Armatimonadetes,Chloroflexi,Firmicutes and Gemmatimonadetes showed the opposite changing patterns.Among those altered phyla,Actinobacteria,Chloroflexi,Alphaproteobacteria and Acidobacteria were the most important bacteria which contributed 50.86%of the community variations. Additionally, the relative abundances of nitrogen fixation bacteria ofBradyrhizobium and Mesorhizobium obviously increased with continuous cropping years, while theabundances of Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Burkholderiaceae and Microbacterium with potential functionsof solubilizing phosphorus and potassium remarkably decreased after long-term continuouscropping. Furthermore, bacterial cooccurrence patterns were significantly influenced by continuouscropping years, with long-term monocropped alfalfa simplifying the complexity of the cooccurrencenetworks. 16A whispering-gallery scanning microprobe for Raman spectroscopy and imaging显示文摘Optical whispering-gallery-mode microsensors are a promising platform for many applications,such as biomedical monitoring,magnetic sensing,and vibration detection.However,like many other micro/nanosensors,they cannot simultaneously have two critical properties–ultrahigh sensitivity and large detection area,which are desired for most sensing applications.Here,we report a novel scanning whispering-gallery-mode microprobe optimized for both features and demonstrate enhanced Raman spectroscopy,providing high-specificity information on molecular fingerprints that are important for numerous sensing applications.Combining the superiorities of whispering-gallery modes and nanoplasmonics,the microprobe exhibits a two-orders-of-magnitude sensitivity improvement over traditional plasmonics-only enhancement;this leads to molecular detection demonstrated with stronger target signals but less optical power required than surface-enhanced-Raman-spectroscopy substrates.Furthermore,the scanning microprobe greatly expands the effective detection area and realizes two-dimensional micron-resolution Raman imaging of molecular distribution.The versatile and ultrasensitive scanning microprobe configuration will thus benefit material characterization,chemical imaging,and quantum-enhanced sensing.Wenbo Mao Yihang Li Xuefeng Jiang Zhiwen Liu Lan Yang 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,11:0
17Structured Multi-Head Attention Stock Index Prediction Method Based Adaptive Public Opinion Sentiment Vector显示文摘The present study examines the impact of short-term public opinion sentiment on the secondary market,with a focus on the potential for such sentiment to cause dramatic stock price fluctuations and increase investment risk.The quantification of investment sentiment indicators and the persistent analysis of their impact has been a complex and significant area of research.In this paper,a structured multi-head attention stock index prediction method based adaptive public opinion sentiment vector is proposed.The proposedmethod utilizes an innovative approach to transform numerous investor comments on social platforms over time into public opinion sentiment vectors expressing complex sentiments.It then analyzes the continuous impact of these vectors on the market through the use of aggregating techniques and public opinion data via a structured multi-head attention mechanism.The experimental results demonstrate that the public opinion sentiment vector can provide more comprehensive feedback on market sentiment than traditional sentiment polarity analysis.Furthermore,the multi-head attention mechanism is shown to improve prediction accuracy through attention convergence on each type of input information separately.Themean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of the proposedmethod is 0.463%,a reduction of 0.294% compared to the benchmark attention algorithm.Additionally,the market backtesting results indicate that the return was 24.560%,an improvement of 8.202% compared to the benchmark algorithm.These results suggest that themarket trading strategy based on thismethod has the potential to improve trading profits.Cheng Zhao Zhe Peng Xuefeng Lan Yuefeng Cen Zuxin Wang 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,1:0
