2Study on stabilities and electrochemical behavior of V(V) electrolyte with acid additives for vanadium redox flow battery显示文摘Several acid compounds have been employed as additives of the V(V) electrolyte for vanadium redox flow battery(VRB) to improve its stability and electrochemical activity. Stability of the V(V) electrolyte with and without additives was investigated with ex-situ heating/cooling treatment at a wide temperature range of-5 ?C to 60 ?C. It was observed that methanesulfonic acid, boric acid, hydrochloric acid, trifluoroacetic acid,polyacrylic acid, oxalic acid, methacrylic acid and phosphotungstic acid could improve the stability of the V(V) electrolyte at a certain range of temperature. Their electrochemical behaviors in the V(V) electrolyte were further studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV), steady state polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). 4Multi-functional stimuli-responsive biomimetic flower assembled from CLCE and MOF-based pedals显示文摘Simulating the structures and behaviors of living organisms are of great significance to develop novel multi-functional intelligent devices. However, the development of biomimetic devices with complex deformable structures and synergistic properties is still on the way. Herein, we propose a simple and effective approach to create the multi-functional stimuli-responsive biomimetic devices with independently pre-programmable colorful visual patterns, complex geometries and morphable modes. The metal organic framework(MOF)-based composite film acts as a rigidity actuation substrate to support and mechanically guide the spatial configuration of the soft chiral nematic liquid crystal elastomer(CLCE) sheet. We can directly program the structural color of the CLCE sheet by adjusting the thickness distribution without tedious chemical modification. By using this coordination strategy, we fabricate an artificial flower, which exhibits a synergistic effect of both shape transformation and color change like paeonia ‘Coral Sunset’at different flowering stages, and can even perform different flowering behaviors by bending, twisting and curling petals. The assembled bionic flower is innovatively demonstrated to respond to local stimuli of humidity, heat or ultraviolet irradiation. 6Broad-spectrum and powerful neutralization of bacterial toxins by erythroliposomes with the help of macrophage uptake and degradation显示文摘Anti virulence strategy has been considered as one of the most promising approaches to combat drug-rcesistant bacterial infections.Porc-forming toxins(PFTs)are the largest class of bacterial toxins,inficting their virulence ffect through creating pores on the cell membrane.However,curent solutions for eliminating PFTs are mostly designed based on their molecular structure,requiring customized design for different interactions.In the present study,we employed erythroliposome(denoted as RM-PL),a biomimetic platform constructed by artificial lipid membranes and natural erythrocyle membranes,to necutralize different hemolytic PFTs regardless of their molecular structure.When tested with model PFTs,including a-hemolysin,listeriolysin O,and streptolysin O,RM-PL could completely inhibit toxin-induced hemolysis in a concentration-dependent manner.In vivo studies further confirmed that RM-PL.could eficiently neuralize various toxins and save animals'lives without causing damage to 0rgans or tissues.In addition,we explored the underlying mechanisms of this efficient detoxification ability and found that it was mainly macrophages in the spleen and the liver that took up RM-PL-absorbed toxins through a variety of endocytosis pathways and digested them in lysosomes.In summary,the biomimetic RM-PL presented a promising system for broad-spectrum and powerful toxin neutralization with a mech-anism of lysosome-mediaed loxin degradation.Chunying Liu Shuangrong Ruan Ying He Xuejing Li Yuefei Zhu Honglan Wang Hanwei Huang Zhiqing Pang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,11:1

9Solid-gas Phase Preparation Method for Porous Molybdenum Trioxide显示文摘A novel solid-gas reaction preparation technology was used to adjust the composition and microstructure of the composite crystal materials by changing the preparation parameters. Compared with the commonly used sol-gel method, acid base neutralization sedimentation method, hydrothermal method, and gas phase deposition method, the technology was relatively simplified and the elemental composition was controllable, without the use of openings and additives. A kind of multi-element composite porous metal oxide was obtained by pre-intercalation and decarburization. In order to increase the porosity of MoO3 material and promote the adsorption and diffusion of reactant molecules, the microstructure of MoO3 was studied. 12Characteristics of Ionospheric North-South Asymmetry and Their Relationship with Irregularity显示文摘Using the empirical ionospheric model, the flux-tube integrated electron density and the ratio between the F-region Pedersen conductivity and the total E- and F-region Pedersen conductivity are calculated to investigate the characteristics of the ionospheric asymmetry after sunset during a solar cycle. Furthermore, two indices representing the asymmetric strength of the parameters respectively are defined to study its relationship with the occurrences of the irregularities during different seasons and with different solar activities. The results indicate that the electron density and the Pedersen conductivity ratio show north-south remarkable hemispheric asymmetry at different solar energy levels. 13Influence of Pr-Al-Co alloy diffusion source on magnetic properties and microstructure of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets processed by grain boundary diffusion显示文摘In this study,the influence of the content of Al and Co in the diffusion source on the magnetic performance and microstructure of the diffused magnet was studied by grain boundary diffusion treatment with Pr_(70)Al_(30-x)Co_(x)(x=0 at%,10 at%,15 at%,20 at%,30 at%)alloys.When the Co content in the diffusion source increases from 0 at%to 10 at%,the coercivity enhancement in the Pr_(70)Al_(20)Co_(10)diffused magnet is the highest,increased from 1.62 to 2.24 T,higher than 2.01 T of the Pr_(70)Al_(30)diffused magnet.With further increase of Co content in the diffused source,the coercivity of the diffused magnet decreases gradually,the coercivity of Pr_(70)Al_(15)Co_(15),Pr_(70)Al_(20)Co_(10)and Pr_(70)Co_(30)diffused magnet is 2.15,1.99 and1.81 T,respectively.Microstructural analysis shows that plenty of continuous grain boundary phases(CGBPs)can be formed in the Pr_(70)Al_(20)Co_(10)diffused magnet under the synergistic effect of Al and Co,which leads to the enhancement of magnetic isolation between more adjacent grains.However,the amount of CGBP in the diffused magnets gradually decreases with the further increase of Co content in the diffusion source.Lei Jin Jinhao Zhu Guangfei Ding Zhehuan Jin Bo Zheng Xuejing Cao Shuai Guo Renjie Chen Aru Yan 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,12:0
14Research Progress of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo显示文摘The effects of light on the quality and related genes of Dendrobium officinale were summarized, and the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of D. officinale were analyzed. The biomass accumulation of D. officinale is related to light quality and light intensity. Monochromatic light quality can make polysaccharide accumulate, and mixed light quality can promote cell proliferation and component accumulation of D. officinale. Under different light intensity, the polysaccharide content of D. officinale is different, and it changes with the change of light intensity. When a certain intensity is exceeded, the polysaccharide content decreases with the increase of light intensity. 15Evaluation of Ambient Air Quality and Its Changing Trend in Jinan City during 2013-2020显示文摘Based on the automatic monitoring data of ambient air in Jinan City from 2013 to 2020,the changing trend and characteristics of air quality in Jinan City during 2013-2020 were analyzed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,air quality index(AQI)and ambient air quality comprehensive index methods.The three methods are different in principle,purpose of use,and characterization methods,but the conclusions are consistent.The ambient air quality in Jinan City was improved significantly from 2013 to 2020.The prime pollutants were mainly PM_(2.5)and PM_(10),but the impact on air quality declined,and the impact of O_(3)on air quality increased.The complex pollution characteristics were obvious.Air pollution was the most severe in winter and lighter in summer.Yang LIU Zhaojun WANG Kaizheng SUN Xuejing DAI Min ZHU Shanshan MA Hualing ZHANG 2022Meteorological and Environmental Research2022,13,4:0
