1The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 2Comments on 2018 CPCS guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncopein children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope is one kind of transient loss of consciousness,due to transient global cerebral hypoperfusion.It is sometimes misunderstood with other causes of transient loss of consciousness,like epilepsy,metabolic disorders,head trauma,psychological factors,and so on.Syncope in children and adolescents is common and seriously impacts the quality of their lives.However,its pathogenesis,etiologies,diagnosis and management are complex.The studies on syncope attract great interest of pediatricians and great progress has been made in this interesting field.Based on the improvement achieved so far,Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS)successfully developed a guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents,which would greatly improve the level of clinical management of syncope.Chunyan Tao Xueqin Liu Chunyu Zhang Yonghong Chen? 3Cloudiness variations over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau during 1971-2004显示文摘With Empirical Orthogonal Function (EOF) and trend analysis method adopted,the spatio-temporal variation of total cloud amount is analyzed for 75 stations on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau during the period 1971–2004. Analysis indicates that the total cloud amount decreases from the southeast to the northwest of the plateau,and that the annual and seasonal variations in total cloud amount both show an apparent declining tendency over the past decades. Correlation analysis demonstrates that the total cloud amount is negative with sunshine duration and diurnal temperature range (DTR),and is positive with precipitation and the relative humidity,respectively. The negative correlation is consistent with the radiative effect of cloud,while the positive correlation between total cloud amount and precipitation is obscured because of the influence of topographic factors. 4Hierarchical path planning for multi-arm spacecraft with general translational and rotational locomotion mode显示文摘On-orbit construction and maintenance technology will play a significant role in future space exploration.The dexterous multifunctional spacecraft equipped with multi-arm,for instance,Spider Fab Bot,has attracted a great deal of focus due to its versatility in completing these missions.In such engineering practice,point-to-point moving in a complex environment is the fundamental issue.This paper investigates the three-dimensional point-to-point path planning problem,and a hierarchical path planning architecture is developed to give the trajectory of the multi-arm spacecraft effectively and efficiently.In the proposed 3-level architecture,the high-level planner generates the global constrained centric trajectory of the spacecraft with a rigid envelop assumption;the middle-level planner contributes the action sequence,a combination of the newly developed general translational and rotational locomotion mode,to cope with the relative position and attitude of the arms about the centroid of the spacecraft;the low-level planner maps the position/attitude of the end-effector of each arm from the operational space to the joint space optimally.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out,and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed three-layer architecture path planning strategy.YUE ChengFei LIN Tao ZHANG Xiao CHEN XueQin CAO XiBin 2023Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,4:2

8Residual solvent extraction via chemical displacement for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘Solvent residue is inevitable to occur in solution processed thin films,but its influence on the thin film quality has not been identified and addressed to date.Methylammonium acetate(MAAc)ionic liquid has recently been realized as an environmentally friendly solvent for solution processed perovskites.The specific high viscosity,low vapor pressure and strong association with perovskite precursor of the MAAc solvent is a double-edged sword,which endowed an advantageously ambient air operational and anti-solvent free perovskite deposition,but the MAAc is likely to be retained within the film and bring in detrimental effects on device performance of the corresponding solar cells.Herein,we reported a novel route to eliminate the residual solvent via a facial hydrochloric acid(HCl)annealing post-treatment(HAAP).In particular,chemical displacement reaction between the incorporated HCl and residual MAAc can be initiated to form volatile MACl and HAc,efficiently extracting MAAc residue.In the meanwhile,the stimulated mass transport via downward penetration and upward escape can trigger secondary perovskite growth with enlarged grain size and smoothened surface,leading to reduced defect state and improved interfacial contact intimacy,and also partial chloride ions are able to enter the crystal lattice to stabilize perovskite phase structure.As a result,a champion efficiency up to20.78%originating from enhanced Voc was achieved,and more than 96%of its initial efficiency can be maintained after 1000 h shelf-storage.Min Fang Lei Tao Wen Wu Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Ping Li Xueqin Ran Qi Zhong Guichuan Xing Lin Song Peter Müller-Buschbaum Hui Zhang Yonghua Chen 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:1

10Indocyanine green-/TLR7 agonist-constructed thermosensitive liposome for low-temperature PTT induced synergistic immunotherapy of colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a lethal malignancy with a high mortality rate due to its low immunogenicity,the strong immunosuppressive milieu and poor drug permeability.To overcome these obstacles,a cascade synergistic nanosystem(denoted as R837/ICG@Lip)was developed via self-assembly of heater indocyanine green(ICG)and toll-like receptor-7 agonist imiquimod(R837)into thermosensitive liposome for simultaneous induction of immunogenic cell death(ICD)and reversing of suppressive tumor microenvironment.The obtained nanoparticles exhibited NIR-triggered drug release,good photothermal conversion efficiency and phototoxicity towards CT26 colorectal cancer cells.In vivo results reveal that the R837/ICG@Lip could be effectively accumulated in CT26 subcutaneous tumors and the draining lymph nodes.More importantly,R837/ICG@Lip-mediated low-temperature photothermal therapy triggers ICD,promotes the maturation of host dendritic cells(DCs),and subsequently amplifies adaptive antitumor T-cell responses,resulting in‘Cold to Hot'transition.Besides directly affecting immune cells,the secretion of some immune-related cytokines further indirectly boosted anti-cancer immunity.After combining with the indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO)inhibitor,the systemic antitumor immune response was further augmented,achieving best tumor inhibition effects.Thus,low-temperature mediated photoimmunotherapy targeting multiple antitumor immune pathways boost synergistic antitumor immunity of tolerance tumors.Xiang Sun Yanmin Wang Tao Du Qiang Zhang Shuo Li Qinda Chen Miao Wang Xiumin Wang Lei Ren Xueqin Zhao 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5:0
11A breakthrough trial of an artificial liver without systemic heparinization in hyperbilirubinemia beagle models显示文摘The development of wearable artificial livers was restricted to device miniaturization and bleeding risk with water-soluble anticoagulants.Herein,a double-deck column filled with solid anticoagulant microspheres and Kevlar porous microspheres(KPMs,bilirubin adsorbents)was connected with the principle machine of wearable artificial liver(approximately 9 kg)to treat hyperbilirubinemia beagles for the first time.With the initial normal dose of heparin,the double-deck column could afford 3 h hemoperfusion in whole blood without thrombus formation.The removal efficiency of the double-deck column for total bilirubin(TBIL)was 31.4%.Interestingly,the excessive amounts of hepatocyte metabolites were also decreased by approximately 25%.The“anticoagulant+column”realized safe and effective whole blood hemoperfusion without the plasma separation system and heparin pump;however,the proposed principle machine of wearable artificial liver and“anticoagulant+column”cannot completely replace the bio-liver now.The intelligence of the device and the versatility of the adsorbent need to be improved;moreover,advanced experimental techniques need to be developed to validate the survival rates in animals.Overall,this study is a meaningful trial for the development of wearable artificial livers in the future.Yilin Wang Shanshan Wang Xueqin He Yupei Li Tao Xu Lin Xu Bo Yang Xinnian Fan Weifeng Zhao Changsheng Zhao 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,2:0

13Application value of Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method in diagnosis of coronary artery disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease(CAD).METHODS:This was an investigator-initiated,prospective,multi-center,cross-sectional study.All the participants from three hospitals in China had been diagnosed by both Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method and coronary angiography.We compared the two diagnostic methods to calculate the sensitivity,the specificity,the omission diagnostic rate,the mistaken diagnostic rate and accuracy in order to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method for CAD.RESULTS:A total of 326 subjects were enrolled,diagnosed by both Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method and coronary angiography.As a result,there were 166 positive cases according to Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method,and 131 positive cases according to coronary angiography.Compared with the results of coronary angiography,the sensitivity of Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method was 80.2%,the specificity was 68.7%,the omission diagnostic rate was 19.8%,the mistaken diagnostic rate was 31.3%,and the accuracy was 73.3%.Area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was estimated as 0.735 for all,and 0.718,0.735,0.783 for the three sub-centers.CONCLUSION:Qisexingtai hand diagnostic method with high accuracy and sensitivity has certain application value in the diagnosis of CAD.LIU Qian ZHAO Zhupei GUO Hua WANG Shiheng HAO Mingzhao QIN Peijie WANG Liuqing LIU Xuechun ZHANG Fengxia AN Hong LI Yu SHI Xueqin ZHU Tingyu LIU Jianfeng WANG Liying XU Tao ZHANG Limei ZOU Xu 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,5:0

15Development characteristics of the third-order sequence of Upper Devonian–Lower Carboniferous shore-mixed shelf in Tarim Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on the study of stratigraphic sedimentary facies of the prototype sedimentary basin formed in the Late Devonian to Permian Period in the Tarim Basin, the prototype sedimentary basin are divided into five order sequences according to the theory of sequence stratigraphy. It is considered that the Upper Devonian–Lower Carboniferous shore-mixing shelf in the lower part of the prototype sedimentary basin is a typical third-order sequence and a sequence development model is established. The third-order sequence is actually a transgression systems tract and highstand systems tract cycle assemblage, and the type I sequence(no lowstand systems tract) is a typical developmental mode of the third order sequence, and the identification mark is the existence of huge mudstone and limestone wedges from sea to land. The fifth-order parasequence is the basic sequence, which is a single cycle sequence. The thin layer limestone isochronous sediments, which are easy to be identified in the mixed shelf areas, are the isochronous sediments of the largest or secondary marine-flooding surface. The mixed shelf area belongs to the equilibrium sedimentary profile of internal and external sediments, and there is no condensed section. The inclined deposition phenomenon of extraneous source sediments in the sea area weakens or disappears in the mixed shelf area. The paleogeomorphology at the bottom of the third-order sequence is a terrace-slope break zone. 16Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Sodium Aescinate Tablets on Knee Osteoarthritis Combined with Synovitis显示文摘Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of sodium aescinate Tablets on knee osteoarthritis complicated with synovitis.Methods:86 patients with knee osteoarthritis combined with synovitis treated in the Honghui Hospital Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the intervention group was given sodium aescinate Tablets orally on the basis of routine treatment,twice a day,2 tablets each time.The curative effect was evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment.The knee pain and joint function of the two groups were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general information,VAS and WOMAC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were both lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vas and WOMAC scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(VAS,1.87±0.79 vs 3.38±0.81).In this study,sodium aescinate tablets were applied to the treatment of KOA combined with synovitis.The results showed that the intervention group was better than the control group in alleviating knee pain,improving joint function and improving clinical efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(100%vs 86.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium aescinate tablet in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis combined with synovitis can effectively alleviate knee pain,improve joint function and improve clinical efficacy.Xueqin Zeng Baohui Wang Liang Li Tao Lei Huajian Liu Yindi Sun 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,6:0
17Efficient removal of polybrominated diphenyl ethers from soil washing effluent by dummy molecular imprinted adsorbents: Selectivity and mechanisms显示文摘Surfactant enhanced elution is an effective method for removing hydrophobic organic pollutants from soils.The key to the development of leaching technology is selective removal of targeted pollutants in soil washing effluent and recycling of surfactant solutions.In this study,a molecular imprinting technique was applied to selectively sorb polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)in soil washing effluent.The novel molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs)using different template molecules were synthesized by precipitation polymerization.Adsorption behaviors andmechanisms ofMIPs were studied through experiments and theoretical calculations.The results show that 4-bromo-4'-hydroxybiphenyl and toluene can be effective imprinting molecule for MIPs synthesis.The maximal adsorption capacity of selected dummy molecular imprinted polymer(D1-MIP)was 1032.36μmol/g,and that of part molecular imprinted polymer(P-MIP)was 981.13μmol/g.Their imprinting factors in 5 PBDEs adsorption ranged from 2.13 to 5.88,the recovery percentage of Triton X-100 can reach 99.09%,confirming the feasibility of reusing surfactant.Various PBDEs could be removed by MIPs,and Quantitative Structure Property Relationship analysis revealed that PBDEs’molecular volume,planarity,polarity,and hydrophobicity have major influences on their adsorption performance.DFT calculation revealed that Van derWaals force and hydrogen bonding played important roles during selective adsorption.These results can provide effective theoretical guidance for surfactant enhanced soil elution in practical engineering applications.Yao Ma Jinfan Chen Xiaodong Du Chunsheng Xie Jiangmin Zhou Xueqin Tao Zhi Dang Guining Lu 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,7:0
18Josephin domain containing 2(JOSD2)promotes lung cancer by inhibiting LKB1(Liver kinase B1)activity显示文摘Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)ranks as one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide.Despite the prominence and effectiveness of kinase-target therapies in NSCLC treatment,these drugs are suitable for and beneficial to a mere~30%of NSCLC patients.Consequently,the need for novel strategies addressing NSCLC remains pressing.Deubiquitinases(DUBs),a group of diverse enzymes with well-defined catalytic sites that are frequently overactivated in cancers and associated with tumorigenesis and regarded as promising therapeutic targets.Nevertheless,the mechanisms by which DUBs promote NSCLC remain poorly understood.Through a global analysis of the 97 DUBs’contribution to NSCLC survival possibilities using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,we found that high expression of Josephin Domain-containing protein 2(JOSD2)predicted the poor prognosis of patients.Depletion of JOSD2 significantly impeded NSCLC growth in both cell/patient-derived xenografts in vivo.Mechanically,we found that JOSD2 restricts the kinase activity of LKB1,an important tumor suppressor generally inactivated in NSCLC,by removing K6-linked polyubiquitination,an action vital for maintaining the integrity of the LKB1-STRAD-MO25 complex.Notably,we identified the first small-molecule inhibitor of JOSD2,and observed that its pharmacological inhibition significantly arrested NSCLC proliferation in vitro/in vivo.Our findings highlight the vital role of JOSD2 in hindering LKB1 activity,underscoring the therapeutic potential of targeting JOSD2 in NSCLC,especially in those with inactivated LKB1,and presenting its inhibitors as a promising strategy for NSCLC treatment.Tao Yuan Chenming Zeng Jiawei Liu Chenxi Zhao Fujing Ge Yuekang Li Meijia Qian Jiamin Du Weihua Wang Yonghao Li Yue Liu Xiaoyang Dai Jianya Zhou Xueqin Chen Shenglin Ma Hong Zhu Qiaojun He Bo Yang 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,2:0
19Cyclin E RNAi对乳腺癌细胞株生长抑制作用的实验研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the biological character change of breast cancer cell line by inhibiting the Cyclin E expressing level.Methods:Human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 was transfected by Cyclin E siRNA vector pEGFP/CCNE2.SiRNA-induced silencing of Cyclin E was determined at RNA level and protein level,respectively.The proliferation of MCF-7 and its sensitivity to chemical therapy were measured by CCK-8 assay,while cell cycle was measured by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:The plasmid could reduce the expression of Cyclin E.The proliferation ability of MCF-7 was decreased and the sensitivity to chemical therapy was enhanced according to the inhibition of Cyclin E expression.The transfected MCF-7 was arrested at G1 phase of cell cycle.Conclusion:The inhibition of Cyclin E can decrease the breast cancer cell's growth,increase its sensation to chemical therapy and slow down its cell cycle.The Cyclin E siRNA may provide us a practical tool for further study on the gene therapy to breast cancers.Xueqin Li Na Shen Wenshan He Tao Huang 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,9:0
